圆振筛是目前国内广泛应用的一种选矿筛分设备。该设备主要由:板块式筛箱、激振器、传动系统、减振系统和筛网等构成。而激振器的主要部件如附图2所示带有外圈凸台18的激振器外套17,与此激振器外套17相连接的轴承组16和与此轴承组相连接的阶梯转轴15。由于轴承组长期处于高速旋转、震动的工作状态,而且轴承组与阶梯转轴及激振器外套之间的配合一般为精度较高的过渡配合,再加上长期处于震动状态,所以轴承属于易损件,必须定期进行维护保养或更换新件。但是由于激振器的体积和重量都比较大,不便于搬运、拆卸和组装。也无法使用常规工具和常规的直拔式方法拆卸,因而在拆卸时,检修工人多用大锤反复敲击与轴承相连接的部件,或者采用破坏性的切割方法将轴承分割。不但使检修过程费时费力。而且这种破坏性的拆卸方法很容易造成激振器外套的变形和阶梯转轴的划痕伤害,降低外套和阶梯转轴的使用寿命。在组装激振器时,轴承需要手动套到阶梯转轴上,然后使用大锤左右敲击使其移动到阶梯转轴的正确位置上,之后带有轴承组的阶梯转轴又需要用同样的方法安装到激振器外套内。因此在敲击过程中轴承由于轴向受力不均匀,无法保证平行移动,容易在阶梯转轴、激振器外套之间发生啃咬磨损,造成激振器组件损伤,降低组件间的平滑度甚至损坏,导致激振器使用寿命降低,造成巨大经济损失,增加选矿设备成本。
