The working principle is as follows:
the carousel is placed with the machined part to feed mechanism, the carousel rotates and transports the machined part to diaphragm equipment mechanism, at first glue in diaphragm point gum machine below, then obtain the diaphragm in the place of gluing in diaphragm die cutter below point, compress tightly the diaphragm on the diaphragm closing machine after that, the carousel continues to rotate, the machined part transports to tilting mechanism, tilting mechanism overturns the machined part, place in the second standing groove after 180 from first standing groove upset, then get into shell equipment mechanism, glue in proper order, the shell is placed, then compress tightly, the machined part that will accomplish processing by unloading mechanism at last carries out the unloading and handles, accomplish this processing.

the diaphragm assembling mechanism (3) comprises a diaphragm dispensing machine (31), a film punching machine (32) for punching a film into a diaphragm and placing the diaphragm above a workpiece, and a diaphragm pressing machine (33), wherein the diaphragm dispensing machine (31) comprises a dispensing fixing seat (311), a vertical dispensing air cylinder (312) is arranged at the upper end of the dispensing fixing seat (311), a telescopic rod extends below the vertical dispensing air cylinder (312), the other end of the telescopic rod is connected with a dispensing motor mounting plate (313), a dispensing motor (314) is mounted on the dispensing motor mounting plate (313), a dispensing rotating shaft extends from the dispensing motor (314), a dispensing turntable (315) is connected below the dispensing rotating shaft, a dispenser fixing plate (316) is arranged below the dispensing turntable (315), and a dispensing dispenser (317) is arranged on the dispensing dispenser fixing plate (316);
