the scraper auxiliary plate (74) is a triangular arc plate, one right-angle side of the scraper auxiliary plate (74) is flush with the side surface of the scraper (73), and the other right-angle side of the scraper auxiliary plate (74) is flush with the bottom surface of the scraper (73); the arc-shaped surface of the scraper auxiliary plate (74) is tangent to the side surface of the scraper (73), and the arc-shaped surface of the scraper auxiliary plate (74) is tangent to the surface of the filter plate (5).
6. The self-cleaning device for collecting and treating impurities from sewage according to claim 1, wherein:
the scraper blade subplate (74) is right angle triangle shaped board, one right angle limit of scraper blade subplate (74) with scraper blade (73) side surface flushes, another right angle limit of scraper blade subplate (74) with scraper blade (73) bottom surface flushes, the inclined plane of scraper blade subplate (74) with filter (5) surface tangency.
7. The self-cleaning device for collecting and treating impurities from sewage according to claim 1, wherein:
the scraper auxiliary plate (74) is an arc-shaped thin plate, the arc-shaped surface of the scraper auxiliary plate (74) is tangent to the side surface of the scraper (73), and the arc-shaped surface of the scraper auxiliary plate (74) is tangent to the surface of the filter plate (5).
8. The self-cleaning device for collecting and treating impurities from sewage according to claim 1, wherein:
the scraper auxiliary plate (74) is a straight thin plate, an included angle is formed between the scraper auxiliary plate (74) and the side face of the scraper (73), and the inclined plane of the scraper auxiliary plate (74) is tangent to the surface of the filter plate (5).
9. A method of using a self-cleaning device for collecting and treating impurities from sewage, characterized in that the self-cleaning device for collecting and treating impurities from sewage according to any one of claims 1 to 8 is used, comprising the steps of:
s1: assembling the sewage collecting and treating impurity self-cleaning device, and coaxially connecting the filtering box (1) with the impurity box (2); the filter plate (5) is connected with the power output end of the filter plate motor (8) and is arranged in the filter box (1); the scraping mechanism (7) is arranged on the filter box (1), and the scraping mechanism (7) is tangential to the upper surface of the filter plate (5); connecting the sewage collection and treatment impurity self-cleaning device with the power supply;
s2: starting sewage collection and treatment, enabling sewage to enter the sewage collection and treatment impurity self-cleaning device, filtering through the filter plate (5), and keeping impurities on the filter plate (5); the filtered sewage is discharged from the sewage collecting and treating impurity self-cleaning device;
s3: when the impurity accumulation amount exceeds the standard amount, starting the power supply, and starting the filter plate (5) to rotate under the action of the filter plate motor (8); the impurities are scraped off from the filter plate (5) under the action of the scraping mechanism (7) and the auxiliary scraping mechanism and fall into the impurity box (2); the impurities are discharged from the sewage collecting and treating impurity self-cleaning device through the impurity driving device; and finishing self-cleaning operation.
