背景技术
肥胖、局部肥胖和超重是困扰现代人健康问题与外在形象问题的最为严重的事件。由于食物摄入过多或机体代谢的改变而导致体内脂肪积聚过多造成体重过度增长并引起人体病理、生理改变或潜伏。肥胖不是一般的身体臃肿,而是一种威胁人类健康的慢性疾病,与癌症、吸毒、酗酒并称为人类四大威胁,严重影响着人们的身心健康与生活质量。
基于中医学“五行学说”之酸苦甘辛咸“五味”理论和辨证论治方法,通过我们多年的研究,认为肥胖是基于饮食五味失衡,尤其是缺乏“苦味”导致出现的结果。事实上,人们在日常生活当中总是偏爱酸甘辛咸四种味道,“苦味”往往被冷落,酸苦甘辛咸五味中尤其缺少“苦味”的纳入,这样将导致五行失衡,众多亚健康和疾病问题纷至沓来。 “苦味”中的清热解毒食材可以间接调理胃肠道微生物失衡问题,尤其是革兰氏阳性菌类(厚壁菌门,增肥细菌类)与革兰氏阴性菌类(拟杆菌门,减肥细菌类)比例失调。同样,“苦味”中清热解毒食材可以间接解除肥胖人群的全天候全身慢性炎症问题,继而全方位解除肥胖以及肥胖相关性疾病问题和相关性亚健康问题。所以研究开发该类既有调理作用又没有毒副作用的产品,将会产生重大社会效益和经济效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种通过平衡“五味”减肥的中药食疗保健制剂。
基于上述理论,我们选用“药食同源”的甘草,纯绿色食品级的苦菜、茭白、香椿、牛蒡根、荠荠菜为原料,通过补足食品之苦味、平衡五味的思路从根本上解决脂肪异常堆积的肥胖问题。
苦菜,又名苦苦菜、苦苣菜;苦,寒,无毒;归脾、胃、大肠经;清热,凉血,解毒。作为君药,直接补足五味之苦味,同时清热解毒,直击肥胖问题。茭白,味甘,性寒;归肝、脾、肺经;解热毒,除烦渴,利二便。作为臣药,在苦菜补充“苦味”的基础之上适当平衡“甘甜”之味以利于五味平衡,同时借其寒凉以清其热、解其毒、通便祛其糟粕;香椿,苦、涩、温,归肝、肺、大肠经,祛风利湿、止血止痛。牛蒡根,苦、寒、无毒,归肺、心经,祛风热、消肿毒。二者共为佐药,用其苦味以平调五味,同时清热解毒。荠荠菜,甘、淡、凉,归肝、心、肺经,凉肝止血、平肝明目、清热利湿;甘草,甘、平,归脾、胃、肺经,益气补中、缓急止痛、润肺止咳、泻火解毒、调和诸药。二者同为使药,协助君臣佐药发挥作用,同时调和诸药。上述药物组方各有所主,使各药物的功效产生协同,共凑补充苦味、平衡五味、调和阴阳(革兰氏阳性菌/革兰氏阴性菌)、清热解毒、对抗炎症、转化脂肪,进而达到减肥康体之功能,从而全面缓解、改善并逐步解除肥胖和肥胖相关性问题。
本发明的中药食疗保健制剂中,各原料药按以下述重量份进行配比:苦菜35~45份,茭白18~23份,香椿12~15份,牛蒡根12~16份,荠荠菜3~7份,甘草3~7份。
优选配比:苦菜38~42份,茭白20~22份,香椿14~15份,牛蒡根14~15份,荠荠菜5~6份,甘草5~6份。
最佳配比:苦菜40份,茭白20份,香椿15份,牛蒡根15份,荠荠菜5份,甘草5 份。
本发明的中药食疗保健制剂按保健食品或食品的加工工艺加工成保健食品制剂或食品制剂,如茶剂、代餐粉剂、代餐饼干、压片糖果剂、方便食品剂、休闲食品剂等。
下面通过临床资料来进一步说明本发明中药组合物的减肥效果。
1.对象与方法
1.1试验物
采用本发明代餐粉,由甘肃大整健康管理股份有限公司提供。
1.2受试对象
我们在兰州地区观察了自2017-2018三年间单纯性肥胖症患者共120例,年龄在15-60岁之间,男女均有,其中轻度肥胖者40例,中度肥胖者40例,高度肥胖者40例。
1.2.1诊断标准:
只将真正肥胖者(含轻、中、高度肥胖者)纳入观察对象:
轻度肥胖 | 大于【身高(cm)-100】×0.9×1.2 |
中度肥胖 | 大于【身高(cm)-100】×0.9×1.4 |
高度肥胖 | 大于【身高(cm)-100】×0.9×1.6 |
1.2.2纳入者标准:上述自愿受试者,经体检合格者。
1.3使用方法
代餐粉规格:25g/袋。用法:早晚各1次,每次2袋,餐前食用,可用适量温开水、酸奶、牛奶、豆浆、矿泉水、纯净水冲调溶解食用。
2.观察指标
2.1一般情况
既往病史,现病史,饮食,心率,血压。主要观察:并发症等情况。
2.2实验室指标
血常规、尿常规、粪常规、生化指标、B超(腹部)、心电图、X线胸部透视。
2.3体重指标
痊愈:体重回复至正常标准且随访半年未反弹者。显效:减去超额体重的40%以上者。有效:减去超额体重的20%以上者。无效:减去超额体重的20%(不含20%)以下者。
2.4其它依据
虽体重无变化但八围(颈围、臂围、胃围、腹围、下腹围、臀围、上股围、下股围)缩小了;虽体重无变化但外观变瘦了。
3.试验结果
3.1一般情况
受试组如原无异常临床表现者在90天观察后未见异常。受试组如试验前心率过快,脂肪肝,血压、血脂、血糖、血尿酸偏高者经90天观察后均有不同程度的好转。
3.2实验指标
受试组如原无血常规、尿常规、粪常规、生化指标、B超(腹部)、心电图、X线胸部透视异常者在试验后均无异常变化。受试组在试验前如血脂偏高、有脂肪肝、有胆囊炎、有痔疮者等则有不同程度的缓解趋势。

上述试验证明,本发明的中药保健制剂对于各种类型的肥胖均具有明显减肥作用,而且不易反弹。另外,本发明采用药食同源和纯绿色食品级的中药材和食材为原料,可以长期服食,不仅具有明确的减肥降脂作用,而且还具有非常好的洗肠养生作用,也可以作为定期辟谷用餐、休闲用食品。

实施例1、代餐粉剂的制备
原料配方:苦菜40份,茭白20份,香椿15份,牛蒡根15份,荠荠菜5份,甘草5份;
制备工艺:按保健食品或食品制备颗粒剂的常规工艺和辅料制备而成。规格25g/袋;
使用方法:早晚各1次,每次2袋,餐前食用。疗程:每月1周期,观察3周期。
实施例2、饼干的制备
