Abstract

一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体及组装入绝缘本体的两个端子模组,所述绝缘本体定义有竖直的对接面及水平的安装面,所述对接面设有竖直的对接槽,所述端子模组包括竖直板状的绝缘体及固定在绝缘体的若干端子。所述端子具有延伸出绝缘体且延伸入对接槽的接触部、延伸出绝缘体而排列在安装面的焊接部及连接所述接触部与焊接部的连接部,所述接触部沿竖向线性排列,所述焊接部在安装面线性排列。所述端子至少包括一对呈上下毗邻的差分对端子,所述一对差分对端子的连接部通过部分形变而使得所述一对差分对端子的连接部呈等长结构。所述等长结构改善了信号传播过程中的时滞现象。

电连接器
【技术领域】
本发明有关一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种可以改善时滞现象的电连接器。
【背景技术】
中国发明专利第CN105071072A号公开了一种正交式背板连接器,其包括用于传输电信号或电流的端子组件及用于容纳端子组件的壳体组件。端子组件的两端分别具有第一接触部和第二接触部,第一接触部的延线和第二接触部的延线正交或平行。端子组件电连接至第一电路板和第二电路板上后,第一接触部和第二接触部分别与延伸面相互正交或平行的第一电路板和第二电路板连接。该正交式连接器结构紧凑利于安装,但不能改善信号传输的时滞现象。
所以,有必要设计一种新的电连接器,以改善上述缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术方案在于,提供一种电连接器,可以改善信号传输的时滞现象。
本发明可通过以下技术方案来实现:一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体及组装入绝缘本体的两个端子模组,所述绝缘本体定义有竖直的对接面及水平的安装面,所述对接面设有竖直的对接槽,所述端子模组包括竖直板状的绝缘体及固定在绝缘体的若干端子,所述端子具有延伸出绝缘体且延伸入对接槽的接触部、延伸出绝缘体而排列在安装面的焊接部及连接所述接触部与焊接部的连接部,所述接触部沿竖向线性排列,所述焊接部在安装面线性排列,所述端子至少包括一对呈上下毗邻的差分对端子,所述一对差分对端子的连接部通过部分形变而使得所述一对差分对端子的连接部呈等长结构。
本发明还可以通过另一技术方案来实现:一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体及组装入绝缘本体的两个端子模组,所述绝缘本体具有竖直的对接面及水平的安装面,所述对接面设有竖直的对接槽,每一所述端子模组包括竖直板状的绝缘体及固定于绝缘体的若干端子,所述端子具有延伸出绝缘体而延伸入对接槽的接触部、延伸出绝缘体而排列在安装面的焊接部及连接所述接触部与焊接部的连接部,每一所述端子模组中的接触部呈竖向一排排列,所述焊接部在安装面呈横向一排排列;其特征在于:每一所述端子模组的连接部呈两排排列,每排连接部位于同一平面。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:所述差分对端子的等长结构改善了高频信号传输的时滞现象。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
结合图1至图3所示,本发明提供了一种电连接器100,其组装于外部电路板300,用于电性相接外部电子元件200。所述电连接器100包括绝缘本体1、安装于绝缘本体1的两个端子模组2及位于两个端子模组2间的接地模组5,所述每个端子模组2包括竖直的绝缘体3及组装于绝缘体3的端子4。
绝缘本体1包括相对的两侧壁10,定义有竖直对接面11、水平的安装面14及后表面15,后表面15平行于安装面14,后表面15及对接面11垂直于安装面14。所述对接面11定义有竖直的对接槽12,所述对接槽12位于两侧壁10之间且贯穿对接面11,用以对接外部电子元件200,两侧设有若干端子槽13,用以容纳端子4。所述安装面14定义有一开口16,所述开口16贯穿安装面14及后表面15,开口16与对接槽12相贯通,端子模组2可以自后表面15安装入绝缘本体1内,所述两侧壁10内侧自后表面向前延伸有卡持槽18,两侧壁10外侧设有不对称的凸块17。
结合图3至图7所示,端子模组2包括竖直板状的绝缘体3及固定在绝缘体3的若干端子4。端子4具有延伸出绝缘体3且延伸入对接槽12的接触部42、延伸出绝缘体3而排列在安装面14的焊接部44及连接所述接触部42与焊接部44的连接部43,接触部42收容于对接槽12,且沿竖向线性排列,焊接部44在安装面14呈横向线性排列。所有端子4沿竖直方向逐一依序排列,其包括传输高频的若干对差分对端子40D、41D,若干接地端子40G、41G等。可以看出,一对差分对端子40D/41D中两个端子呈上下毗邻,其连接部43通过部分形变而使得该对差分对端子40D/41D的连接部43呈等长结构,从而保证电性长度相同,保证信号传输的准确性。本发明一个实施例中,参图5所示,一对差分对端子40D/41D中位于下方的端子的连接部43b呈弯曲形状而增加端子长度,实现与上方端子的连接部43a等长结构。本实施例中,具有五组差分对端子,位于下方的端子的连接部均呈波浪形结构,本发明还给出如图9所示的实施方法,一对差分对端子的连接部43C呈上下交错设置而实现上述等长结构。
结合图5及图6所示,上述端子分为注塑成型于绝缘体3内的第一组端子40及组装固定于绝缘体3一侧的第二组端子41,第一、第二组端子焊接部44及接触部42依次相对应的间隔排列。绝缘体3呈竖直板状,第一组端子40先通过注塑成型固定于绝缘体3内,第二组端子41再压入绝缘体3的一侧开设的若干端子槽32,连接部43固定于端子槽32内。结合图7所示,第一组端子40的连接部43A位于同一竖直平面,第二组端子41的连接部43B位于同一竖直平面,使得两组连接部43A、43B彼此间隔排列。第一组端子40和第二组端子41的连接部分层设计,使得两组不会互相接触,可以减少串扰,但是其接触部42与焊接部44还是各自呈一排排列,保证对接及焊接的需求。
下面再详细介绍各组端子的具体结构,结合图5所示。所述第一组端子40包括四个接地端子40G及位于相邻接地端子间的三对差分对端子40D,其中接地端子的连接部呈加宽结构,加强降低信号干扰的作用。其中位于最下方的一个接地端子40G为一块板状端子401,板状端子401包括自连接部431一侧延伸出的多个接触部421及自连接部431另一侧延伸出的多个焊接部441,位于上方的两个接地端子40G在其连接部处延伸出弹片432,这里说明的是,其中一个端子模组的板状端子401为接地端子,而另一个端子模组的板状端子为电源端子。第二组端子41也包括两对差分对端子41D及多个接地端子41G,连接部均间隔设置,其端子长度依次呈增长趋势。第一组端子接地端子的弹片432则弹性抵接在第二组接地端子41G的连接部。
结合图3所示,接地模组5位于两个端子模组2之间,接地模组5外观结构与端子模组2基本一致,接地模组5包括绝缘部51及若干成型于绝缘部内的接地端子50,所述接地端子50于特定位置设置弹片501。上述两个端子模组中的第二组端子41裸露在其绝缘体3的一侧,接地模组的弹片501恰好抵接在第二组端子模组中的接地端子41G。本实施例中通过第一组端子接地端子的弹片431以及接地模组中接地端子的弹片501,使得所有接地端子电性相接。两个端子模组2夹持接地模组5,一起组装入绝缘本体1的开口15内,绝缘体3的另一侧有卡持块31,卡持块31沿着绝缘本体1的卡持槽18嵌合入绝缘本体1,增加绝缘本体1与端子模组2的结合力。
本发明另一实施例中,结合图8至图10所示,端子模组中一对差分对端子的连接部43C位于上下不同平面,呈上下交错的两排排列来实现上述等长结构。参图10,上排端子连接部43E和下排端子连接部43F位于不同平面,而每排端子的连接部43c位于同一平面。所有端子的接触部42仍沿竖向排列,焊接部44也沿横向排列,保证对接及焊接的需求。本实施例中,端子模组同样包括与差分对端子间隔排列的接地端子41G(参图8),接地端子41G两排排列,两排接地端子相互搭接,一排为五根相对较短的接地端子(参图9)。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体及组装入绝缘本体的两个端子模组,所述绝缘本体定义有竖直的对接面及水平的安装面,所述对接面设有竖直的对接槽,所述端子模组包括竖直板状的绝缘体及固定在绝缘体的若干端子,所述端子具有延伸出绝缘体且延伸入对接槽的接触部、延伸出绝缘体而排列在安装面的焊接部及连接所述接触部与焊接部的连接部,所述接触部沿竖向线性排列,所述焊接部在安装面线性排列,其特征在于:所述端子至少包括一对呈上下毗邻的差分对端子,所述一对差分对端子的连接部通过部分形变而使得所述一对差分对端子的连接部呈等长结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述一对差分对端子中位于下方的端子的连接部呈弯曲形状而增加端子长度,实现上述等长结构。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述一对差分对端子的连接部呈上下交错设置而实现上述等长结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子包括注塑成型于绝缘体内的第一组端子及固定于绝缘体一侧的第二组端子,所述第一组端子的连接部位于同一竖直平面,所述第二组端子的连接部位于另一竖直平面,两组连接部彼此间隔排列。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一、第二组端子的焊接部及接触部依次相对应的间隔排列。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一组端子包括一体成型的一块板状端子,所述其中一个端子模组的板状端子为接地端子。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一、第二组均包括与差分对端子相邻且位于其上方的接地端子,所述第一组的接地端子与第二组对应位置的接地端子电性相接。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器包括位于端子模组之间的接地模组,所述接地模组包括若干接地端子,所述接地端子与上述端子模组中的接地端子电性相接。
9.一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体及组装入绝缘本体的两个端子模组,所述绝缘本体具有竖直的对接面及水平的安装面,所述对接面设有竖直的对接槽,每一所述端子模组包括竖直板状的绝缘体及固定于绝缘体的若干端子,所述端子具有延伸出绝缘体而延伸入对接槽的接触部、延伸出绝缘体而排列在安装面的焊接部及连接所述接触部与焊接部的连接部,每一所述端子模组中的接触部呈竖向一排排列,所述焊接部在安装面呈横向一排排列;其特征在于:每一所述端子模组的连接部呈两排排列,每排连接部位于同一平面。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子至少包括一对呈上下毗邻排列的差分对端子,所述一对差分对端子的部分连接部通过形变而使得所述一对差分对端子的连接部呈等长结构。
