本发明公开了一种智能型柔性防火耐火电缆,包括云母带(2)包覆的导体(1),第一陶瓷化硅橡胶复合带(3)绕包所述云母带(2)形成线芯(9),在所述线芯(9)外层填充有陶瓷化防火耐火填充绳(4),所述陶瓷化防火耐火填充绳(4)外绕包有玻纤带(5),第二陶瓷化硅橡胶复合带(6)包覆所述玻纤带(5)。本发明具有提前预警和通信功能,满足柔性防火电缆在火焰高温下线路的完整性试验要求,以及线缆中数据传输和系统的正常通信。

Description

一种智能型柔性防火耐火电缆
技术领域
本发明属于电缆生产技术领域,特别是涉及一种智能型柔性防火耐火电缆。
背景技术
近年来,由于电气故障使电缆着火引起电网系统震荡以及系统瓦解情况时有发生,给国民经济和人民的生命财产造成巨大损失。我国在研究防火耐火电缆方面都没取得新的突破,市场上的防火耐火产品主要有四类,如:氧化镁矿物绝缘电缆(BTTZ)、金属护套无机矿物绝缘电缆(YTTW)、柔性矿物绝缘和护套电缆(BBTRZ)以及矿物绝缘电缆(BTLY),这些产品都具有良好的防火、耐火、防水以及耐腐蚀性强、安全性高且能满足GB/19666、GB/T12666、GB/T 19216.21以及GA 306.2等相关标准。然而都无法监测电缆的运行状态,无法提供电缆故障或火灾产生的预兆,无法满足电缆在发生火灾时数据的传输和通信的保证。因此本领域技术人员致力于开发一种智能型柔性防火耐火电缆。智能型柔性防火耐火电缆结构简单,生产工序少,能批量生产,并且弯曲性能好、易安装、具有良好的防火耐火性能,具有对电缆的运行实时监控,对电缆产生火灾提前预警,具有通信功能等优势。生产段长不受限制,可根据客户需求而定。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种智能型柔性防火耐火电缆,具有提前预警和通信功能,满足柔性防火电缆在火焰高温下线路的完整性试验要求,以及线缆中数据传输和系统的正常通信。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种智能型柔性防火耐火电缆,包括云母带包覆的导体(符合GB/T3956-2008标准),第一陶瓷化硅橡胶复合带绕包所述云母带形成线芯,在所述线芯外层填充有陶瓷化防火耐火填充绳,所述陶瓷化防火耐火填充绳外绕包有玻纤带,第二陶瓷化硅橡胶复合带包覆所述玻纤带。
进一步的,所述线芯有3根,各2根所述线芯紧密贴合。
进一步的,所述陶瓷化防火耐火填充绳中设有测温光缆和通信光缆。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所提供的智能型柔性防火耐火电缆,每根导体先绕包云母带耐火层然后再包覆陶瓷化硅橡胶复合带绝缘耐火层于一体形成线芯。单独将每根导体都分别绕包云母带和陶瓷化硅橡胶复合带有利于提高绝缘等级和耐火程度,减少单根导体发热严重时对其他两根导体的影响。将3根绝缘线芯成缆后依次布置测温电缆和通信光缆,接着在外层添加陶瓷化防火耐火绳,然后在依次绕包玻纤带隔热层和陶瓷化硅橡胶复合带绝缘耐火层。当电缆外部发生火灾时由于电缆外层绕包有隔热层和耐火层对电缆内部的感温电缆和通信光缆起到保护作用。
本发明所涉及的这种智能型柔性防火电缆,除了具有监测电缆的运行状态,预知电缆故障以及当电缆发生火灾时确保正常通信和数据传输外,还克服了金属护套矿物绝缘电缆弯曲性能差,易吸潮、接头多、安装施工不方便等缺陷。该电缆为一种结构新颖、工艺技术性能好、防火、防水、耐腐蚀性能强、安装敷设方便、安全性高的智能型柔性防火耐火电缆。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示,本发明包括云母带2包覆的导体1,第一陶瓷化硅橡胶复合带3绕包云母带2形成线芯9,在线芯9外层填充有陶瓷化防火耐火填充绳4,陶瓷化防火耐火填充绳4外绕包有玻纤带5,第二陶瓷化硅橡胶复合带6包覆玻纤带5。
线芯9有3根,各2根线芯9紧密贴合。
陶瓷化防火耐火填充绳4中设有测温光缆7和通信光缆8。
云母带2是采用人工合成的耐火材料,除具有天然云母的特性膨胀系数小、介电强度大、电阻率高和介电常数均匀以外,其主要特点是耐热等级高,可达到A级耐火水平(950~1000℃)。
陶瓷化硅橡胶复合带3在本发明作为耐火绝缘材料使用,陶瓷化硅橡胶复合带在电缆无燃烧条件下,具有电缆良好的绝缘、防潮性能,在燃烧条件下,能在350℃条件下快速成瓷起到隔热防火耐火作用。
空隙填充层采用陶瓷化耐火填充绳填充,此材料兼具陶瓷化硅橡胶复合带的性能和相容性之外,还避免采用玻纤绳时造成环境污染以及对人体的伤害。
测温电缆和通信光缆置于陶瓷化耐火绳填充层内,对电缆产生火灾提前预警,对过电流提前预示,具有对电缆的运行实时监控,避免因电缆问题出现大规模停电的现象,智能型柔性防火耐火电缆构简单,生产工序少,能批量生产;弯曲性能好、易安装、具有良好的防火耐火性能。
绝缘线芯是由铜导体绕包一层或多层云母带,然后绕包陶瓷化硅橡胶复合带形成绝缘线芯。将3根绝缘线芯成缆后同测温光缆和通信光缆一起成缆,线芯边缘空隙处采用陶瓷化耐火填充绳填充,成缆后外绕包玻纤带隔热层和陶瓷化硅橡胶复合带耐火层最终形成成品电缆,耐火温度达 950℃、耐火时间超过180分钟。
本发明所示的电缆不但具有通信功能、防火耐火等优势,而且电缆的绝缘层和耐火层分别采用橡胶复合带和云母带等,弯曲性能好,生产段长不受限制,可根据客户需求而定。

1.一种智能型柔性防火耐火电缆,其特征是:包括云母带(2)包覆的导体(1),第一陶瓷化硅橡胶复合带(3)绕包所述云母带(2)形成线芯(9),在所述线芯(9)外层填充有陶瓷化防火耐火填充绳(4),所述陶瓷化防火耐火填充绳(4)外绕包有玻纤带(5),第二陶瓷化硅橡胶复合带(6)包覆所述玻纤带(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能型柔性防火耐火电缆,其特征是:所述线芯(9)有3根,各2根所述线芯(9)紧密贴合。
