In one example, each of the nodes detects whether one or more of new vehicle basic information, new vehicle accident information, and new vehicle retrofit information exists;
the respective node initiates a request to upgrade the first intelligent contract when one or more of the new vehicle base information, the new vehicle accident information, and the new vehicle retrofit information exists.

and when a contract is set in the first intelligent contract to be executed, acquiring the basic vehicle information and the vehicle accident information from a corresponding block, and sending the basic vehicle information, the vehicle accident information and the vehicle modification information to a second-hand modified vehicle receiver.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
each node detects whether one or more of new vehicle basic information, new vehicle accident information and new vehicle refitting information exist;
the respective node initiates a request to upgrade the first intelligent contract when one or more of the new vehicle base information, the new vehicle accident information, and the new vehicle retrofit information exists.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
arranging a second intelligent contract on each node corresponding to the block chain, wherein a triggering condition of the second intelligent contract receives a vehicle evaluation price request sent by any one of the second hand modified vehicle transaction party and the third hand modified vehicle transaction party;
and after the triggering condition of the second intelligent contract is triggered, determining the price of the second-hand modified vehicle according to the basic vehicle information and the vehicle accident information in the corresponding block.

and respectively obtaining and returning corresponding second-hand modified vehicle prices from each target block according to the vehicle identification and the query condition data.

the query condition data further includes: user identity information;
verifying the user identity information;
and when the user identity information passes verification, respectively obtaining and returning corresponding second-hand modified vehicle sales cost and original delivery price from each target block according to the vehicle identification and the query condition data.

receiving a vehicle buying request message and/or a vehicle selling request message from each node;
writing the vehicle buying request message and/or the vehicle selling request message into a block;
wherein the buyer request message comprises: the buyer identification information, the buyer vehicle basic information and the buyer vehicle accident information.
