As shown in fig. 8, the blockchain initiating node 80 according to the embodiment of the present invention may execute the processing procedure provided in the embodiment of the vehicle information processing method, and includes: a receiving module 81, a query module 82 and a sending module 83; the receiving module 81 is configured to receive a first query request sent by a user node, where the first query request includes identification information of at least one insurance company; the query module 82 is configured to query the reliability evaluation parameter of the at least one insurance company according to the identification information of the at least one insurance company; the sending module 83 is configured to send the reliability evaluation parameter of the at least one insurance company to the user node, so that the user node determines a target insurance company from the at least one insurance company according to the insurance offer of the at least one insurance company for the user vehicle and the reliability evaluation parameter of the at least one insurance company, and makes an intelligent contract for purchasing vehicle insurance with the target insurance company node; wherein the blockchain initiating node, the user node, and the target insurance company node are nodes in a blockchain network.
Optionally, the receiving module 81 is further configured to: receiving a second query request sent by the user node, wherein the second query request comprises vehicle brand information and model information; the query module 82 is further configured to: inquiring reliability evaluation parameters of at least one vehicle manufacturer and reliability evaluation parameters of at least one 4S shop of the vehicle according to the vehicle brand information and the model information; the sending module 83 is further configured to: sending reliability evaluation parameters of at least one vehicle production plant and at least one 4S shop of the vehicle to the user node, so that the user node determines a target 4S shop from the at least one 4S shop according to price quoted information of the vehicle by the at least one 4S shop, the reliability evaluation parameters of the at least one vehicle production plant and the reliability evaluation parameters of the at least one 4S shop, and makes an intelligent contract for purchasing the vehicle with the target 4S shop node; wherein the target 4S store node is a node in a blockchain network.
Optionally, the receiving module 81 is further configured to: when the user node joins the blockchain network, receiving first request information sent by the user node, wherein the first request information comprises: identification information and a public key of the user node; the block chain originating node 80 further comprises: a recording module 84; the recording module 84 is configured to record the identification information and the public key of the user node in the first list.
Optionally, the receiving module 81 is further configured to: when a vehicle production plant node joins the block chain network, receiving second request information sent by the vehicle production plant node, wherein the second request information comprises: the identification information of the vehicle production plant node, the public key and the attribute information of the vehicle produced by the vehicle production plant; the block chain originating node 80 further comprises: a recording module 84 and a determination module 85; the recording module 84 is configured to record the identification information of the vehicle production plant node, the public key, and the attribute information of the vehicle produced by the vehicle production plant in a second list; the determining module 85 is configured to determine the reliability evaluation parameter of the vehicle manufacturing plant according to the complaint information that the vehicle manufactured by the vehicle manufacturing plant is complained.
Optionally, the receiving module 81 is further configured to: when a 4S store node joins the blockchain network, receiving third request information sent by the 4S store node, wherein the third request information comprises: the identification information and the public key of the 4S store node, and the attribute information of the vehicle which is in charge of maintenance, maintenance and sale of the 4S store; the block chain originating node 80 further comprises: a recording module 84 and a determination module 85; the recording module 84 is configured to record the identification information of the 4S shop node, the public key, and the attribute information of the vehicle in which the 4S shop is responsible for repair, maintenance, and sales in a third list; the determining module 85 is configured to determine the reliability evaluation parameter of the 4S store according to the complaint information about the complaint of the 4S store.

The block chain initiating node in the embodiment shown in fig. 8 may be used to implement the technical solution of the above method embodiment, and the implementation principle and technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a blockchain initiating node according to an embodiment of the present invention. The blockchain initiating node provided by the embodiment of the present invention may execute the processing procedure provided by the vehicle information processing method embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the blockchain initiating node 90 includes a memory 91, a processor 92, a computer program, and a communication interface 93; wherein the computer program is stored in the memory 91 and configured to execute the new energy transaction method described in the above embodiments by the processor 92.
The block chain initiating node in the embodiment shown in fig. 9 may be configured to execute the technical solution of the above method embodiment, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again.
In addition, the present embodiment also provides a computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, the computer program being executed by a processor to implement the vehicle information processing method described in the above embodiment.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. Claims (12)
1. A vehicle information processing method characterized by comprising:
a block chain initiating node receives a first query request sent by a user node, wherein the first query request comprises identification information of at least one insurance company; the first query request is sent after the user node receives vehicle insurance schemes sent by a plurality of insurance company nodes;
the block chain initiating node inquires reliability evaluation parameters of the at least one insurance company according to the identification information of the at least one insurance company;
the block chain initiating node sends the reliability evaluation parameter of the at least one insurance company to the user node, so that the user node determines a target insurance company from the at least one insurance company according to the insurance offer of the at least one insurance company to the user vehicle and the reliability evaluation parameter of the at least one insurance company, and signs an intelligent contract for purchasing vehicle insurance with the target insurance company node;
wherein the blockchain initiating node, the user node, and the insurance company node are nodes in a blockchain network;
before the block chain initiating node receives the first query request sent by the user node, the method further includes:
the block chain initiating node receives a second query request sent by the user node, wherein the second query request comprises vehicle brand information and model information;
the block chain initiating node inquires reliability evaluation parameters of at least one vehicle manufacturer and reliability evaluation parameters of at least one 4S shop of the vehicle according to the vehicle brand information and the model information;
the block chain initiating node sends reliability evaluation parameters of at least one vehicle production plant and at least one 4S shop of the vehicle to the user node, so that the user node determines a target 4S shop from the at least one 4S shop according to price quoted information of the vehicle by the at least one 4S shop, the reliability evaluation parameters of the at least one vehicle production plant and the reliability evaluation parameters of the at least one 4S shop, and signs an intelligent contract for purchasing the vehicle with the target 4S shop node;
wherein the 4S store node is a node in a blockchain network.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the user node joins the blockchain network, the blockchain initiating node receives first request information sent by the user node, wherein the first request information comprises: identification information and a public key of the user node;
and the block chain initiating node records the identification information and the public key of the user node in a first list.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when a vehicle production plant node joins the blockchain network, the blockchain initiating node receives second request information sent by the vehicle production plant node, wherein the second request information comprises: the identification information of the vehicle production plant node, the public key and the attribute information of the vehicle produced by the vehicle production plant;
the block chain initiating node records the identification information of the vehicle production plant node, the public key and the attribute information of the vehicles produced by the vehicle production plant in a second list;
and the block chain initiating node determines the reliability evaluation parameters of the vehicle production plant according to the complaint information of the complaints of the vehicles produced by the vehicle production plant.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when a 4S store node joins the blockchain network, the blockchain initiating node receives third request information sent by the 4S store node, where the third request information includes: the identification information and the public key of the 4S store node, and the attribute information of the vehicle which is in charge of maintenance, maintenance and sale of the 4S store;
the block chain initiating node records the identification information and the public key of the 4S shop node and the attribute information of the vehicle which is in charge of maintenance, maintenance and sale of the 4S shop in a third list;
and the block chain initiating node determines the reliability evaluation parameters of the 4S shop according to the complaint information of the complaint of the 4S shop.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when an insurance company node joins the block chain network, the block chain initiating node receives fourth request information sent by the insurance company node, wherein the fourth request information comprises: the identification information of the insurance company node, the public key and the attribute information of the vehicle insured by the insurance company;
the block chain initiating node records the identification information of the insurance company node, the public key and the attribute information of the vehicle insured by the insurance company in a fourth list;
and the block chain initiating node determines the reliability evaluation parameters of the insurance company according to the complaint information of the complaint of the vehicle insurance of the insurance company.
6. A blockchain initiating node, comprising:
the system comprises a receiving module, a sending module and a receiving module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a first query request sent by a user node, and the first query request comprises identification information of at least one insurance company;
the query module is used for querying the reliability evaluation parameters of the at least one insurance company according to the identification information of the at least one insurance company;
the sending module is used for sending the reliability evaluation parameters of the at least one insurance company to the user node so that the user node determines a target insurance company from the at least one insurance company according to insurance quotations of the at least one insurance company on the user vehicle and the reliability evaluation parameters of the at least one insurance company and signs an intelligent contract for purchasing vehicle insurance with the target insurance company node;
wherein the blockchain initiating node, the user node, and the insurance company node are nodes in a blockchain network;
the receiving module is further configured to: receiving a second query request sent by the user node, wherein the second query request comprises vehicle brand information and model information;
the query module is further configured to: inquiring reliability evaluation parameters of at least one vehicle manufacturer and reliability evaluation parameters of at least one 4S shop of the vehicle according to the vehicle brand information and the model information;
the sending module is further configured to: sending reliability evaluation parameters of at least one vehicle production plant and at least one 4S shop of the vehicle to the user node, so that the user node determines a target 4S shop from the at least one 4S shop according to price quoted information of the vehicle by the at least one 4S shop, the reliability evaluation parameters of the at least one vehicle production plant and the reliability evaluation parameters of the at least one 4S shop, and makes an intelligent contract for purchasing the vehicle with the target 4S shop node;
wherein the 4S store node is a node in a blockchain network.
7. A blockchain initiating node according to claim 6,
the receiving module is further configured to: when the user node joins the blockchain network, receiving first request information sent by the user node, wherein the first request information comprises: identification information and a public key of the user node;
the blockchain initiating node further comprises: and the recording module is used for recording the identification information and the public key of the user node in a first list.
8. A blockchain initiating node according to claim 6,
the receiving module is further configured to: when a vehicle production plant node joins the block chain network, receiving second request information sent by the vehicle production plant node, wherein the second request information comprises: the identification information of the vehicle production plant node, the public key and the attribute information of the vehicle produced by the vehicle production plant;
