In the embodiment of the application, the UBI analysis server obtains driving behavior data of a target vehicle from node equipment of a block chain according to an intelligent contract, then the UBI analysis server can determine the safety level of the user according to the driving behavior data, and then a corresponding insurance line is established for the target vehicle according to the safety level, wherein the safety level and the insurance line have a corresponding relation. Therefore, the driving data of the target vehicle is stored through the block chain, the integrity of the stored data is improved, the open condition of the driving behavior data is generated into an intelligent contract, and the UBI analysis server can acquire the corresponding driving behavior data when inputting the condition according with the intelligent contract, so that the privacy of the driving behavior data of the vehicle owner is improved. When the subsequent UBI analysis center server analyzes according to the running data on the block chain, the UBI analysis center server can accurately analyze the running data of the target vehicle, can more accurately judge the driving habits of the driver and formulate the corresponding insurance quota for the target vehicle because the data is complete.
In one possible implementation manner, the intelligent contract includes the open right and the open content of the driving behavior data, and the intelligent contract is used for instructing the UBI analysis center server to acquire the open content of the driving behavior data from the node device of the block chain when the user authorization request message submitted by the UBI analysis center server matches the intelligent contract. It should be noted that the vehicle-mounted device generates the intelligent contract according to the opening condition of the driving behavior data, the intelligent contract may include opening rights and opening contents, for example, the vehicle-mounted device may select to open the rights to some users according to the will of the vehicle owner, and may open the driving data in the corresponding time period according to the will of the vehicle owner.
In another possible implementation manner, after the vehicle-mounted device submits the driving behavior data and the intelligent contract to the node device of the block chain, the method further includes: the vehicle-mounted equipment receives a user authorization request message of the UBI analysis server, the user authorization request message is used for indicating the UBI analysis center server to request to acquire the driving data of the target vehicle, the vehicle-mounted equipment sends a user authorization message to the UBI analysis center server, and the user authorization message carries a decryption key of the driving behavior data distributed by the vehicle-mounted equipment for the UBI analysis center server. It should be noted that, if the vehicle-mounted device encrypts the driving data, when the user authorization request message matches the intelligent contract, the vehicle-mounted device may receive the user authorization request message sent by the UBI analysis server and forwarded by the node device of the block chain, and then the vehicle-mounted device may send the user authorization message to the UBI analysis center server, where the user authorization message carries the decryption key of the driving behavior data; if the vehicle-mounted device does not encrypt the driving data, the UBI analysis server sends a user authorization request message to the node device of the block chain, and then the user authorization request message is matched with the intelligent contract, the driving behavior data can be directly received, and the details are not limited herein.
In another possible implementation manner, the intelligent contract comprises the opening authority and the opening content of the driving behavior data; the obtaining, by the UBI analysis center server, the driving behavior data of the target vehicle from the node device of the block chain according to the intelligent contract specifically includes: and submitting a user authorization request message to the node equipment of the blockchain, and acquiring the open content of the driving behavior data from the node equipment of the blockchain when the user authorization request message is matched with the intelligent contract. It should be noted that the UBI analysis center server may obtain the driving behavior data by submitting a user authorization request message to the node device of the block chain, or may obtain the driving behavior data in other manners, which is not limited herein. In the following embodiments, the explanation is made only with the UBI analysis center server obtaining driving behavior data by submitting a user authorization request message to the node servers of the blockchain.
In another possible implementation manner, before the UBI analysis center server determines the safety level of the user according to the driving behavior data, the method further includes: receiving a user authorization message sent by the vehicle-mounted equipment, wherein the user authorization message carries a decryption key of the driving behavior data distributed by a user for the UBI analysis center server; and decrypting the driving behavior data by using the decryption key to obtain the decrypted driving behavior data. In the subsequent embodiment, the user authorization message sent by the vehicle-mounted equipment is received only by the UBI analysis center server, and the user authorization message carries the decryption key of the driving behavior data distributed by the user for the UBI analysis center server; the driving behavior data is decrypted by using the decryption key, and the decrypted driving behavior data is obtained as an example for explanation.
In this embodiment, the vehicle-mounted device may store the driving data in the block chain in a ciphertext manner, where the driving data is encrypted according to a random number locally generated by the vehicle-mounted device and then stored in the block chain, or the driving data is stored in a manner of establishing a channel (block chain sub-chain) with an authorization right, and only authorized data users are allowed to view the driving data, which is not limited herein. In the following embodiments, only the node server that encrypts the travel data according to the random number locally generated by the vehicle-mounted device and uploads the encrypted travel data to the block chain will be described as an example.
In the embodiment of the present application, the UBI analysis center server may obtain driving behavior data from the node server of the blockchain, or may obtain driving behavior data from the node terminal of the blockchain, which is not limited herein. In the embodiment of the application, the driving behavior data uploaded by the vehicle-mounted device may be uploaded in a ciphertext manner or a plaintext manner, and specific details are not limited herein.
In this embodiment of the application, the vehicle-mounted device submits the intelligent contract to the blockchain, and then deploys the intelligent contract in the blockchain, so that the UBI analysis center server may obtain corresponding data by sending a request to the node server of the blockchain, which is described below with reference to the embodiment of fig. 4.
Referring to fig. 4, in the embodiment of fig. 4, a UBI analysis center server sends a user authorization request message to a node server of a block chain, where the user authorization message carries a right of acquiring driving data that is allocated by a user to the UBI analysis center server, and when determining that the user authorization request message matches an intelligent contract, a block link point server sends driving behavior data to the UBI analysis center server, where another embodiment of the data processing method in the embodiment of the present application includes:

The subsequent determining unit 602 determines the security level of the user according to the driving data on the block chain, and since the data is complete, the determining unit 602 can accurately analyze the driving data of the target vehicle, can more accurately determine the driving habits of the driver, and can make a corresponding insurance quota for the target vehicle through the making unit 603.

Memory 805 may be volatile storage or persistent storage, among others. The program stored in the memory 805 may include one or more modules, each of which may include a sequence of instructions for operating on the server. Still further, the central processor 801 may be configured to communicate with the memory 805 to execute a series of instruction operations in the memory 805 on the server 800.
The server 800 may also include one or more power supplies 802, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 803, one or more input-output interfaces 804, and/or one or more operating systems, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, and the like.
The process executed by the central processing unit 801 in the UBI analysis center server 800 in this embodiment is similar to the process of the UBI analysis center server method described in the embodiment shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4, and is not repeated here.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be substantially implemented or contributed to by the prior art, or all or part of the technical solution may be embodied in a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
The above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application.

Claims (12)

1. A data processing method is characterized by being applied to vehicle-mounted equipment, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring running data of a target vehicle;
processing the driving data according to a preset rule to obtain driving behavior data of the target vehicle, which specifically comprises the following steps: the driving data are encrypted according to a random number locally generated by the vehicle-mounted equipment and then uploaded to the node equipment of the block chain; signing the encrypted running data through a preset digital certificate to obtain driving behavior data of the target vehicle, wherein the digital certificate is issued by a blockchain digital authentication center when the vehicle-mounted equipment registers to a blockchain and is stored in the vehicle-mounted equipment;
generating an intelligent contract according to the opening condition of the driving behavior data; the opening condition of the driving behavior data is set according to the will of the vehicle owner, and comprises a password or a verification code; the intelligent contract comprises the open authority and the open content of the driving behavior data;
and submitting the driving behavior data and the intelligent contract to node equipment of a block chain so that the node equipment registers the driving behavior data and the intelligent contract in the block chain, and a UBI analysis center server can conveniently acquire the driving behavior data according to the intelligent contract and formulate the insurance limit of the target vehicle.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the intelligent contract is used to indicate that the UBI analysis center server is allowed to obtain open content of the driving behavior data from node devices of the blockchain when a user authorization request message submitted by the UBI analysis center server matches the intelligent contract.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after the submitting the driving behavior data and the smart contract to a node device of a blockchain, the method further comprises:
receiving a user authorization request message of the UBI analysis center server, wherein the user authorization request message is used for indicating the UBI analysis center server to request to acquire the driving data of the target vehicle;
and sending a user authorization message to the UBI analysis center server, wherein the user authorization message carries a decryption key of the driving behavior data distributed to the UBI analysis center server by the vehicle-mounted equipment.
4. A data processing method is applied to a UBI analysis center server, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring driving behavior data of a target vehicle from node equipment of a block chain according to an intelligent contract; the intelligent contract comprises the open authority and the open content of the driving behavior data; the driving behavior data of the target vehicle of the node equipment of the block chain is obtained by encrypting the driving data according to the random number locally generated by the vehicle-mounted equipment, uploading the encrypted driving data to the node equipment of the block chain and signing the encrypted driving data through a preset digital certificate; the digital certificate is issued by a blockchain digital certificate authority when the vehicle-mounted equipment registers to a blockchain and is stored in the vehicle-mounted equipment;
Determining the safety level of the user according to the driving behavior data;
and establishing a corresponding insurance amount for the target vehicle according to the safety level, wherein the safety level and the insurance amount have a corresponding relation.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the smart contract comprises open rights and open content for the driving behavior data; the acquiring of the driving behavior data of the target vehicle from the node device of the block chain according to the intelligent contract specifically includes:
submitting a user authorization request message to node equipment of the block chain;
and when the user authorization request message is matched with the intelligent contract, acquiring the open content of the driving behavior data from the node equipment of the block chain.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein prior to determining the safety level of the user from the driving behavior data, the method further comprises:
receiving a user authorization message sent by vehicle-mounted equipment, wherein the user authorization message carries a decryption key of the driving behavior data distributed by a user for the UBI analysis center server;
and decrypting the driving behavior data by using the decryption key to obtain the decrypted driving behavior data.
7. An in-vehicle apparatus characterized by comprising:
an acquisition unit configured to acquire travel data of a target vehicle;
the processing unit is used for processing the driving data according to a preset rule to obtain driving behavior data of the target vehicle;
the generating unit is used for generating an intelligent contract according to the opening condition of the driving behavior data; the opening condition of the driving behavior data is set according to the will of the vehicle owner, and comprises a password or a verification code; the intelligent contract comprises the open authority and the open content of the driving behavior data;
the submitting unit is used for submitting the driving behavior data and the intelligent contract to node equipment of a block chain so that the node equipment registers the driving behavior data and the intelligent contract in the block chain, and a driving behavior insurance UBI analysis center server can conveniently acquire the driving behavior data according to the intelligent contract and formulate the insurance amount of the target vehicle;
the processing unit is specifically configured to: the driving data are encrypted according to a random number locally generated by the vehicle-mounted equipment and then uploaded to the node equipment of the block chain; and signing the encrypted running data through a preset digital certificate to obtain the driving behavior data of the target vehicle, wherein the digital certificate is issued by a block chain digital authentication center when the vehicle-mounted equipment registers to a block chain and is stored in the vehicle-mounted equipment.
8. The vehicle-mounted device of claim 7, wherein the intelligent contract is configured to indicate that the UBI analysis center server is allowed to obtain open content of the driving behavior data from the node devices of the block chain when the user authorization request message submitted by the UBI analysis center server matches the intelligent contract.
9. The vehicle-mounted apparatus according to claim 8, characterized by further comprising:
a receiving unit, configured to receive a user authorization request message from the UBI analysis center server, where the user authorization request message is used to instruct the UBI analysis center server to request to acquire driving data of the target vehicle;
and the sending unit is used for sending a user authorization message to the UBI analysis center server, wherein the user authorization message carries a decryption key of the driving behavior data distributed by the user to the UBI analysis center server.
10. A UBI analysis center server, characterized in that the UBI analysis center server comprises:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the driving behavior data of the target vehicle from the node equipment of the block chain according to the intelligent contract; the intelligent contract comprises the open authority and the open content of the driving behavior data; the driving behavior data of the target vehicle of the node equipment of the block chain is obtained by encrypting the driving data according to the random number locally generated by the vehicle-mounted equipment, uploading the encrypted driving data to the node equipment of the block chain and signing the encrypted driving data through a preset digital certificate; the digital certificate is issued by a blockchain digital certificate authority when the vehicle-mounted equipment registers to a blockchain and is stored in the vehicle-mounted equipment;
The determining unit is used for determining the safety level of the user according to the driving behavior data;
and the formulating unit is used for formulating a corresponding insurance amount for the target vehicle according to the safety level, and the safety level and the insurance amount have a corresponding relation.
11. The UBI analysis center server according to claim 10, characterized in that the smart contracts include open rights and open content of the driving behavior data; the obtaining unit is specifically configured to:
submitting a user authorization request message to node equipment of the block chain;
and when the user authorization request message is matched with the intelligent contract, acquiring the open content of the driving behavior data from the node equipment of the block chain.
12. The UBI analysis center server according to claim 11, characterized in that it further comprises:
the receiving unit is used for receiving a user authorization message sent by the vehicle-mounted equipment, wherein the user authorization message carries a decryption key of the driving behavior data distributed by the user for the UBI analysis center server;
and the decryption unit is used for decrypting the driving behavior data by using the decryption key to obtain the decrypted driving behavior data.
