Based on the same inventive concept, embodiments of the present invention further provide a risk monitoring system based on a supply chain system, a risk monitoring device based on a supply chain system, and a storage medium, where the principle of the problem solved by the method is similar to that of the risk monitoring method based on a supply chain system in the foregoing embodiments, so that the implementation of the risk monitoring system based on a supply chain system, the risk monitoring device based on a supply chain system, and the storage medium can refer to the implementation of the method in the foregoing embodiments, and repeated parts are not described again.
In one embodiment, a risk monitoring system based on a supply chain system is provided, referring to fig. 2, the risk assessment system comprising:
the node index module 11 is used for establishing node indexes of node enterprises in the supply chain system;
the index system module 12 is configured to generate a corresponding risk control index in an interval range of a preset node index, and create a risk control index system according to the risk control index;
a monitoring module 13, configured to monitor the risk of the node index through a risk control index system
In one embodiment, a supply chain system based risk monitoring device is provided, comprising: a memory, a processor, a communication bus, and a supply chain system based risk monitoring program stored on the memory,
the communication bus is used for realizing communication connection between the processor and the memory;
the processor is used for executing the risk monitoring program based on the supply chain system to realize the steps of the risk monitoring method based on the supply chain system.
In one embodiment, a storage medium is provided, on which a risk monitoring program based on a supply chain system is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the risk monitoring method based on a supply chain system as described above.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, apparatus, device, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present invention is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (devices), and computer program products according to embodiments of the invention. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.

Claims (10)

1. A risk monitoring method based on a supply chain system is characterized by comprising the steps of establishing node indexes of node enterprises in the supply chain system;
generating a corresponding risk control index in an interval range of a preset node index, and creating a risk control index system according to the risk control index;
and monitoring the risk of the node index through a risk control index system.
2. The supply chain system based risk monitoring method of claim 1, wherein the risk monitoring method comprises,
acquiring an index value corresponding to the node index in real time;
and judging whether to send early warning information according to whether the index value is in a preset interval range.
3. The supply chain system based risk monitoring method of claim 1, wherein the risk monitoring method comprises,
acquiring an index value of a corresponding risk control index through an index platform;
and the index platform extracts index data corresponding to the risk control index according to the big data platform, and processes and calculates the index data to obtain an index value.
4. The supply chain system based risk monitoring method of claim 1, wherein the risk monitoring method comprises:
dividing the company node into node indexes according to the business requirements;
constructing a rule set or a decision tree according to the index values of the node indexes;
screening the company node, or early warning the risk of the company node.
5. The supply chain system-based risk monitoring method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the risk control indicators comprise one or more of industry and commerce indicators, judicial indicators, invoice indicators, anti-fraud indicators, financial indicators, logistics industry indicators.
6. The supply chain system based risk monitoring method of claim 5, wherein the risk monitoring method comprises:
dividing a second-level index and a third-level index of the risk control index according to business requirements;
and determining an index value and setting a query specified range through the three-level indexes.
7. The supply chain system-based risk monitoring method of claim 6, wherein the secondary indicators of the industrial and commercial indicators comprise basic information and operational risk, and the tertiary indicators of the basic information comprise whether a corporate representative changes, whether registered capital changes, and whether a business type changes; the third-level indexes of the operation risk comprise the times of enterprise operation abnormity, the times of stock right quality and the times of tax violation; and/or
The secondary indexes of the judicial indexes comprise referee documents, court announcements, lost letter announcements, executive announcements and legal person representative risks, and the tertiary indexes of the referee documents comprise the times of company referee documents, the total amount of the company referee documents and the total amount of the trial time empty judgment of the company referee documents; the three-level indexes of the court announcements comprise the total times of the court announcements, the total times of the company court announcements and the empty value record number of the company court announcement time; and/or
The secondary indexes of the invoice indexes comprise annual effective entry invoices, annual effective sales invoices, annual red flushing invoices, annual useless sales invoices, hydroelectric coal, related transactions and commodity analysis, and the tertiary indexes of the secondary indexes of the invoice indexes are set to be derivative indexes which are established based on business needs and risk monitoring needs and comprise annual useless sales invoice number proportion and ring ratio; the use of the invoice indicator sets an authorization mechanism; and/or
The anti-fraud index is set as risk monitoring of personal behaviors of an actual controller in the node enterprise, and secondary indexes of the anti-fraud index comprise loan intention rules, debt repayment pressure indexes, credit levels and whether a black and gray list is hit or not; and/or
The second-level indexes of the financial indexes comprise an asset liability statement, a profit statement and a cash flow statement, and the third-level indexes of the second-level indexes of the financial indexes are set as a plurality of derived indexes which reflect the repayment short-term debt capability of an enterprise and comprise a quick action ratio and a value aperture; and/or
The logistics industry index is set as an index set based on vehicle transportation business and used for monitoring the transportation process of the vehicle, and the secondary index of the logistics industry index comprises vehicle data, a GPS (global positioning system) recorded travel mileage, a GPS recorded travel time, a travel speed, a travel mileage trend, a form time trend and an ETC consumption trend; and the third-level index of the second-level index of the logistics industry index is data information for dividing a preset time period.
8. A risk monitoring system based on a supply chain system, the risk monitoring system comprising:
the node index module is used for establishing node indexes of node enterprises in the supply chain system;
the index system module is used for presetting an interval range of the node indexes, generating corresponding risk control indexes, and establishing a risk control index system according to the risk control indexes;
and the monitoring module is used for monitoring the risk of the node index through a risk control index system.
9. A supply chain system based risk monitoring device, comprising: a memory, a processor, a communication bus, and a supply chain system based risk monitoring program stored on the memory,
the communication bus is used for realizing communication connection between the processor and the memory;
the processor is configured to execute the risk monitoring program based on the supply chain system to implement the steps of the risk monitoring method based on the supply chain system according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A storage medium having stored thereon a supply chain system based risk monitoring program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the supply chain system based risk monitoring method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
