Background
The gas station and the gas filling station are supplementary stations for supplying gasoline, compressed natural gas and other oil and gas fuels to motor vehicles such as automobiles. Because the oil gas fuel has the characteristics of easy combustion and explosion, easy volatilization, easy leakage and easy net charge accumulation, the 'safety' is taken as the first criterion for the gas station and the gas filling station. In gas stations and gas stations, fireworks and work which may generate sparks are strictly prohibited.
With the development of electronic payment technology, although various payment methods are layered, payment methods such as card swiping payment and mobile phone payment are layered, based on the principle of safety, in a place where fuel is provided for a vehicle, the payment method still remains in the traditional cash payment and oil card payment, and a customer needs to pay cash or get off a vehicle to a service window far away from an oil island through mobile phone payment. At the peak time of refueling and gas filling, customers need to queue, and vehicles can occupy the refueling position at the time, so that congestion is caused.
With the popularity of motor vehicles, the number of gas stations increases. Due to gradual improvement of labor cost and demands of customers on convenient payment and refueling efficiency, a scheme for completing convenient payment and improving refueling efficiency at a gas station of a gas station is urgently needed.
In order to solve the above problem, there is a scheme of installing an Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) system at a gas station to perform fueling payment. However, research shows that the ETC device has high cost, and a large number of existing gas stations need to be constructed and modified to support ETC payment, so that a large amount of manpower, material resources and financial resources are consumed, and therefore, the comprehensive implementation cost is high and the manufacturing cost is high; in order to meet the safety requirements of gas stations, the construction transformation scheme needs to be examined and approved layer by layer, and the process is complicated.

Detailed Description
ETC is one of the service functions of an Intelligent Transportation System (ITS), and can complete automatic toll collection without stopping vehicles passing through a road junction.
As mentioned above, in the prior art, a scheme for performing fueling payment based on ETC is proposed, referring to a schematic structural deployment diagram of a fuel dispenser with an ETC function and a fuel filling station shown in fig. 1, wherein a plurality of fuel dispensers 1 are disposed in the fuel filling station 4, the fuel dispensers 1 are provided with an ETC information receiving device, the fuel filling station 4 is provided with a roadside Unit (RSU) 5 wirelessly connected to the ETC information receiving device 3, the RSU 5 is disposed below a ceiling 6 of the fuel filling station 4 or at another position of a fueling area of the fuel filling station, for example, beside a fueling level, the RSU 5 includes an ETC antenna transmitter and controller, and the ETC antenna transmitter and controller is connected to a control system (not shown in fig. 1). When a vehicle provided with an On-Board Unit (OBU) enters a gas station and stops refueling at a refueling position of a certain refueling island, the antenna exchanges and acquires data with the OBU in a wireless communication mode, and updates the charging information of an IC card in the OBU. Specifically, when a vehicle user parks at a refueling position and selects 'ETC refueling' on the touch screen 2 of the refueling machine 1, the refueling machine automatically reads vehicle information and card information through a microwave antenna of a 5.8G or 2.45G frequency band and displays the vehicle information and the card information on the refueling machine screen 2, the user selects and confirms the vehicle information on the refueling machine touch screen 2 and selects a refueling gun to refuel, and after refueling is finished, the refueling machine automatically deducts corresponding money from the ETC card through the microwave antenna of the 5.8G or 2.45G frequency band.
In the above-mentioned scheme, need dispose the RSU at filling station, RSU itself is bulky, needs fixed mounting in the regional of refueling of filling station, and no matter install in the below of the ceiling 6 of filling station 4, refuel the other positions of the regional or the filling region of filling station, all need to carry out the construction transformation to the regional of filling station, the construction transformation cost is high, and the transformation is examined and approved the flow loaded down with trivial details.
In view of the above problems, embodiments of the present invention provide a payment scheme suitable for a vehicle refueling location by scanning a first electronic tag on a vehicle through an explosion-proof handheld terminal. Specifically, a first electronic tag on a vehicle can be scanned through an explosion-proof handheld terminal, identification information of the first electronic tag is acquired, identification information of a fuel adding device for adding fuel to the vehicle is acquired, corresponding payment amount information of the fuel added to the vehicle by the corresponding fuel adding device is acquired based on the identification information of the first electronic tag and the identification information of the fuel adding device, payment account information bound with an identification of the first electronic tag is acquired, and payment amount consistent with the payment amount information is extracted from a payment account corresponding to the payment account information.
The scheme that the first electronic tag on the vehicle is scanned by the anti-explosion handheld terminal for payment is adopted, and for a vehicle fuel adding place, only the anti-explosion handheld terminal suitable for scanning the first electronic tag on the vehicle and the payment management device need to be equipped, and the payment management device is deployed outside a fuel adding area of the vehicle fuel adding place, so that the construction and transformation of the fuel adding area of the vehicle fuel adding place are not needed, and therefore, the implementation cost can be greatly reduced, and the payment management device is easy to popularize and use. In addition, for the vehicle user, no vehicle is required to get off, and no operation is required; for service personnel at a fuel adding place, the transaction process corresponding to fuel addition can be completed by scanning the first electronic tag on the vehicle through the anti-explosion handheld terminal, and the operation is convenient and fast.
At present, most of the vehicle models in the market need to use fossil fuel, such as gasoline or diesel oil, or fuel capable of replacing gasoline or diesel oil, such as natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, alcohol fuel (such as methanol, ethanol and the like), biomass fuel, hydrogen and the like. According to the type of energy sources suitable for the vehicle, corresponding fuel can be added to the vehicle, such as refueling or gas filling, and the corresponding vehicle fuel adding place can be a gas station or a gas filling station. In particular implementations, embodiments of the present invention are also applicable to hybrid energy type vehicles, such as hybrid gasoline and electric vehicles. As long as the vehicle fueling fields all match fuel types, fueling services can be provided for the respective vehicles.
For those skilled in the art to better understand and realize the embodiments of the present invention, the following detailed description is given by way of specific embodiments and specific application scenarios with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In a specific implementation, the first electronic tag 21 may be disposed at a position convenient for a service person at a vehicle refueling site to see, for example, may be fixed to a preset area around a fuel inlet on the vehicle, or fixed to an outer wall of a windshield of the vehicle, or enclosed in a card and placed at a preset position of the vehicle.
In a specific implementation, the explosion-proof handheld terminal is suitable for scanning a second electronic tag on a fuel adding device for adding fuel to the vehicle to acquire identification information of the fuel adding device for adding fuel to the vehicle.
In a specific implementation, the explosion-proof handheld terminal is further adapted to acquire input payment amount information corresponding to fuel added to the vehicle. For example, the corresponding payment amount information may be manually input through an input key or a touch screen provided on the explosion-proof handheld terminal, and if a voice input interface is provided on the explosion-proof handheld terminal, the corresponding payment amount information may also be input in a voice input manner. In an embodiment of the invention, the corresponding payment amount information can be manually input by a staff at the refueling place or a user of the vehicle (such as a driver or a passenger of the vehicle) through an input key or a touch screen arranged on the explosion-proof handheld terminal.
In specific implementation, in order to further improve transaction security, after a worker in a fuel adding place manually inputs corresponding payment amount information through an input key or a touch screen arranged on the explosion-proof handheld terminal, a vehicle user of the vehicle manually inputs a payment password through the input key or the touch screen arranged on the explosion-proof handheld terminal, so that a payment account bound with the identification of the electronic tag can be prevented from being stolen and swiped, and the payment account security is improved.
The payment management apparatus 23 may be disposed outside a fueling area of a vehicle fueling location, for example, outside the vehicle fueling location (e.g., a fuel island of a gas station), or a non-fueling area of the vehicle fueling location. The payment management device 23 may acquire the payment account information bound to the identifier of the electronic tag, and extract the payment amount corresponding to the payment amount information from the payment account corresponding to the payment account information. For example, the payment management device 23 may interact with the banking system 24 to extract a payment amount corresponding to the payment amount information from a payment account corresponding to the payment account information.
By adopting the payment system of the embodiment of the invention, large-scale construction modification of vehicle fuel adding places (such as gas stations and gas filling stations) is not needed, and the explosion-proof handheld terminal is configured in the vehicle fuel adding places to scan the electronic tags on the vehicle, wherein the explosion-proof handheld terminal is portable and easy to use, does not occupy the installation space of the vehicle fuel adding places, has low manufacturing cost compared with ETC hardware equipment and does not need construction modification cost, thus the payment system is low in implementation cost and easy to popularize and use.

The generated first electronic label can be mailed directly to the vehicle user and set on the vehicle by the vehicle user. For the convenience of the user, after the vehicle user indicates at the vehicle refueling location that the electronic tag suitable for vehicle refueling has been applied, the corresponding first electronic tag may be generated on site based on the application information that is stored in the vehicle management device and that has been submitted by the vehicle user, and may be installed (e.g., attached) on the vehicle.
In a specific implementation, the first electronic tag may be packaged in a card, so that when the vehicle is parked at a refueling position (such as a refueling island) of a refueling place, a vehicle user may provide the card to a service person at the refueling place, and the service person scans the card to obtain identification information of the first electronic tag. Or, the first electronic tag may also be fixed (may be adhered) to an outer wall of a windshield of the vehicle, and when a service person in a vehicle fuel place sees the first electronic tag on the outer wall of the windshield of the vehicle, it may be known that the vehicle may scan the first electronic tag through an explosion-proof handheld terminal to complete payment. For identification, the license plate number of the vehicle can be directly used as the identifier of the first electronic tag.
In particular implementations, the identification information of the fuel addition device may be obtained in a variety of ways. For example, the service person may enter the identification of the refueling device that refuels the vehicle, such as the number of the fuel gun, directly through the input interface of the explosion-proof handheld terminal. For another example, as shown in fig. 2, a second electronic tag 25 may be disposed on the fuel adding device, and the second electronic tag on the fuel adding device may also be scanned to obtain an identifier of the fuel adding device, which is convenient and fast and is not prone to error.
In a specific implementation, the first electronic tag may be an NFC (Near Field Communication) electronic tag or an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) electromagnetic induction electronic tag, and only the identifier of the first electronic tag may be obtained through scanning by a matched explosion-proof handheld terminal. Similarly, the second electronic tag may also be an NFC electronic tag or an RFID electromagnetic induction electronic tag.
In specific implementation, in order to save cost and reduce power consumption, both the first electronic tag and the second electronic tag can be passive electronic tags.
In order to facilitate identification and improve operating efficiency, the first electronic tag may be fixed to a predetermined region around a fuel inlet port on the vehicle, and the second electronic tag may be fixed to a handle region of a fuel addition device or a predetermined region near the handle.
And S32, acquiring corresponding payment amount information of the fuel added to the vehicle by the corresponding fuel adding device based on the identification information of the first electronic tag and the identification information of the fuel adding device.
In a specific implementation, referring to fig. 2, the payment management device 23 may communicate with the refueling management device 26, the refueling management device 26 may communicate with a plurality of refueling devices, and may directly acquire payment amount information generated after each refueling device refuels to a vehicle; alternatively, identification information and fuel addition information of the respective fuel addition devices may be acquired separately, wherein: the fuel addition information may specifically include parameter information such as a fuel type, a fuel addition amount, and the like, and may further include information such as a unit price of the corresponding fuel type.
Therefore, in some embodiments of the present invention, the payment amount information generated by the fueling management apparatus may be directly acquired from the fueling management apparatus, or the corresponding payment amount information may be generated based on the fueling information acquired from the fueling management apparatus.
Specifically, payment amount information generated after the corresponding fuel addition device finishes adding fuel to the vehicle corresponding to the identification information of the first electronic tag may be acquired from the refueling management device based on the identification information of the fuel addition device; alternatively, fuel addition information corresponding to fuel added by the corresponding fuel addition device to the vehicle corresponding to the identification information of the first electronic tag may be acquired from the fueling management device based on the identification information of the fuel addition device, the fuel addition information including: the payment amount information may be generated based on the unit price and the addition amount corresponding to the fuel type. Wherein, refuel the management apparatus can be for realizing the software system who refuels the management.
In specific implementation, the vehicle user can also preset fuel adding information corresponding to fuel added by the vehicle, for example, only payment amount information can be included, or fuel type information and adding amount information can be included. The fuel adding information preset by the vehicle user can be stored in the payment management device in advance or other electronic equipment communicated with the payment management device.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the corresponding payment amount information of the fuel added to the vehicle, which is stored in advance and bound to the identification information of the first electronic tag, may be acquired based on the identification information of the first electronic tag.
In another embodiment of the present invention, model information and additive amount information of fuel added to the vehicle, which are bound to the identification information of the electronic tag and are stored in advance, may be acquired based on the identification information of the first electronic tag, and corresponding payment amount information of fuel added to the vehicle by the corresponding fuel addition device may be generated based on the model information and additive amount information of fuel added to the vehicle, which are bound to the identification information of the electronic tag and are stored in advance, and the acquired unit price information of the fuel model corresponding to the model information.
In specific implementation, payment amount information corresponding to fuel added to the vehicle, which is input through the explosion-proof handheld terminal, can be received. Specifically, the fueling location service person may enter the corresponding payment amount information at least one of manually or audibly.
For example, after fuel addition is completed, a service person in the fuel addition place can manually input corresponding payment amount information through an input key or a touch screen arranged on the explosion-proof handheld terminal, and if a voice input interface is arranged on the explosion-proof handheld terminal, the corresponding payment amount information can be input in a voice input mode.
It can be understood that the service personnel at the fuel adding place can also input payment amount information through the anti-explosion handheld terminal based on the instruction of the vehicle user, and then add the fuel with the addition amount corresponding to the payment amount information to the vehicle.
And S33, acquiring the payment account information bound with the identifier of the first electronic tag.
The information bound with the electronic tag, stored by the payment management device or the electronic device in communication with the payment management device, may further include payment account information, where the payment account may be a bank account or identification information of another payment account bound with the bank account. For example, the payment account information may be a card number of a bank card or a credit card, a payment account number, a WeChat account number, or the like, which may be used for transaction payment. In a specific implementation, the number of the payment account numbers filled in the application information may be one or multiple, and the multiple payment account numbers may belong to different account categories, for example, one payment account number is a bank card account number of a bank a, one payment account number is a credit card account number of a bank B, and another payment account number is a pay bank account number.
And S34, extracting the payment amount consistent with the payment amount information from the payment account corresponding to the payment account information.

For example, with continued reference to fig. 2, a payment amount consistent with the payment amount information may be drawn from a payment account corresponding to the payment account information in interaction with banking system 24.
For example, the license plate identifier of the vehicle user a is a1, the identification information of the first electronic tag is a1, the refueling operator B can obtain the license plate identifier a1 by scanning the first electronic tag on the vehicle user a, the input identifier of the refueling gun can obtain the identifier of the refueling gun B1, after refueling is completed, the refueling management device can calculate that the refueling fee is 100 yuan, the payment account number information bound with the license plate identifier a1 is a2, for example, a bank of an opening shop, and the payment management system can directly extract the payment amount of 100 yuan from an account of a bank of an industrial shop whose payment account number information is a2 of the vehicle user a.
In a specific implementation, in order to ensure the payment security, the payment management device may ensure the security of the transaction process through a preset encryption algorithm. And in the communication process of the payment management device and the payment system to which the payment account belongs corresponding to the identification of the electronic tag, encrypting the whole course by adopting an encryption algorithm. The encryption algorithm can be a preset asymmetric encryption algorithm, a quantum encryption algorithm and the like. For example, the asymmetric encryption Algorithm may employ an RSA encryption Algorithm, a Digital Signature Algorithm (DSA), an Elliptic curve Cryptography (Elliptic Curves Cryptography) Algorithm, and the like.
It is understood that the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific encryption algorithm used, as long as the security protection level achieved by the transaction payment can be achieved.
In specific implementation, the above embodiments can be further expanded and optimized as required. For example, for a vehicle fuel addition payment link, in order to improve user experience, the whole payment link may be optimized, for example, transaction information, electronic invoices and the like may be generated and pushed to a vehicle user. The following is described with specific implementation examples.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the payment management apparatus may store or acquire the message receiving account information bound to the identification information of the electronic tag, and after extracting the payment amount consistent with the payment amount information, the payment management apparatus may generate transaction information corresponding to a transaction, acquire the message receiving account information bound to the identification information of the electronic tag, and push the transaction information of the transaction to the message receiving account corresponding to the message receiving account information. By adopting the embodiment, the transaction information related to fuel addition can be automatically pushed to the vehicle user, so that the safety and the transparency of the transaction can be improved, the vehicle user does not need to wait in a queue, the number of service personnel in a vehicle fuel addition place and the workload of configured service personnel can be reduced, manual operation errors are avoided, and the user experience can be further improved.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the payment management apparatus may store or acquire invoice header information bound to the identification information of the electronic tag, and further, the payment management apparatus may generate a corresponding electronic invoice based on the invoice header information bound to the identification information of the electronic tag and the transaction information of the transaction, and push the electronic invoice to a message receiving account corresponding to the message receiving account information. By adopting the mode, the vehicle user can realize the automatic operation of the whole flow of the payment of the fuel adding expense, the transaction information acquisition and the invoice acquisition without getting off a special invoice service window, the operation is convenient and quick, the vehicle user can be prevented from being blocked in line, the number and the workload of service personnel in a vehicle fuel adding place can be further reduced, and the manual operation error can be avoided.
It is understood that, in an implementation, the various information bound to the first electronic tag may be stored in the payment management apparatus, or may be stored in another memory communicatively connected to the payment management apparatus, or an electronic device including the memory. The various information bound with the first electronic tag may be stored in a centralized manner in one electronic device, or may be stored in different electronic devices in a distributed manner. The stored various information can be stored in an encrypted manner by adopting a preset encryption algorithm or stored in an encryption memory.
In order to avoid payment errors, before or after the payment money consistent with the payment amount information is extracted from the payment account corresponding to the payment account information, payment confirmation information containing the payment amount information can be sent to the explosion-proof handheld terminal.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after the payment amount consistent with the payment amount information is extracted from the payment account corresponding to the payment account information, payment confirmation information may be sent to the explosion-proof handheld terminal, where the payment confirmation information includes: payment amount information. Therefore, when the vehicle user or the service personnel find that the payment amount is abnormal, the abnormal information can be processed in time. For example, a service person or a vehicle user may perform exception processing, such as a refund, through a manual service window with a receipt of payment confirmation information output from the handheld terminal.
In other embodiments of the present invention, before the payment amount consistent with the payment amount information is extracted from the payment account corresponding to the payment account information, a payment confirmation message including the payment amount information may be sent to the explosion-proof handheld terminal, and when a payment confirmation response message that confirms that the payment amount information is correct and sent by the explosion-proof handheld terminal is received, the payment amount consistent with the payment amount information is extracted from the payment account corresponding to the payment account information, so that the vehicle user can handle the abnormal situation without getting off the vehicle. In this way, when the explosion-proof handheld terminal receives the payment confirmation message including the payment amount information, the service staff can verbally confirm with the vehicle user, manually trigger a confirmation button (it can be understood that the confirmation operation can also be performed by voice control), and in response to the payment confirmation operation, the explosion-proof handheld terminal can send a payment confirmation response message to the payment management device to confirm that the payment amount information is correct to extract the payment amount which is consistent with the payment amount information from the payment account corresponding to the payment account information.
Or, when the explosion-proof handheld terminal receives the payment confirmation message, the service personnel can confirm with the vehicle user, after confirming with the vehicle user without error, the first electronic tag on the vehicle can be scanned again, a payment confirmation response message containing the identification information of the first electronic tag obtained by scanning the first electronic tag on the vehicle again is generated based on the scanned identification of the first electronic tag on the vehicle, and sending the information to the payment management device, so that the payment management device sends information containing the extracted amount to the payment account corresponding to the payment account information bound to the identifier of the first electronic tag obtained by scanning again, and extracts the corresponding amount from the payment account corresponding to the payment account information bound to the first electronic tag to a bank account bound in advance by the payment management device.
As a specific example, when receiving the identification information of the first electronic tag obtained by scanning the first electronic tag again by the explosion-proof handheld terminal, the payment management apparatus may generate a payment task (payment order), and extract a payment amount consistent with the payment amount information from a payment account corresponding to the payment account information bound to the identification information of the first electronic tag obtained by scanning again. In a specific implementation, after receiving the identification information of the first electronic tag obtained by rescanning returned by the explosion-proof handheld terminal, the payment management device may match the identification information of the first electronic tag obtained by rescanning with the identification information of the first electronic tag corresponding to the payment amount information, and extract the payment amount that is consistent with the payment amount information from the payment account corresponding to the payment account information when the two are matched.
The first electronic tag on the vehicle is scanned again through the explosion-proof handheld terminal for payment confirmation, and the first electronic tag corresponding to the task to be paid (payment order) is automatically matched in the payment management device, so that service personnel in the vehicle fuel adding place can simultaneously refuel a plurality of vehicles and carry out on-site scanning electronic tag payment, the payment efficiency can be further improved, and the vehicle jam in the vehicle fuel adding place is avoided.
In order for those skilled in the art to better understand and implement the embodiments of the present invention, the following detailed description will be given of the electronic tag employed in the embodiments of the present invention according to the specific requirements of the vehicle refueling location.
Firstly, in order to avoid the construction modification of the vehicle fuel adding place and reduce the implementation cost, an electromagnetic induction type electronic tag is adopted. The electronic tag is adopted, and the working energy of the electronic tag is obtained from the radiation near field of the coupling coil of the handheld scanning device in an inductive coupling mode. When data are transmitted between the electronic tag and the explosion-proof handheld terminal, the electronic tag needs to be located in a near field area radiated by an antenna of the explosion-proof handheld terminal.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the electronic tags (including the first electronic tag and the second electronic tag) may be NFC electronic tags. In other embodiments of the present invention, the electronic tags (including the first electronic tag and the second electronic tag) may also be RFID electromagnetic induction type electronic tags.
Among them, NFC, also called short-range wireless communication, is a short-range high-frequency wireless communication technology that allows contactless point-to-point data transmission (e.g., within 10 centimeters) between electronic devices to exchange data. In the embodiment of the present invention, the first electronic tag, the second electronic tag and the explosion-proof handheld terminal may operate in a 13.56MHz frequency band, wherein both the first electronic tag and the second electronic tag may operate in a passive mode, and the explosion-proof handheld terminal may operate in an active mode.
The RFID is a non-contact automatic identification technology, can automatically identify a target object and acquire related data through a radio frequency signal, and does not need manual intervention in identification work. For an RFID system, its frequency band refers to the frequency range of tag signals that a reader/writer transmits, receives, and recognizes reading and writing through an antenna. In practical applications, the operating frequency of the rfid tag is the operating frequency of the rfid system, and directly determines various characteristics of the system applications. In the RFID system, the radio frequency electronic tag and the reader/writer need to be modulated to the same frequency to operate. The working frequency of the radio frequency electronic tag not only determines the working principle and the identification distance of the RFID system, but also determines the difficulty and the equipment cost of the radio frequency electronic tag and the reader-writer. The frequency bands or frequency points occupied by RFID applications are internationally well-known divisions, i.e. in the industrial, scientific and Medical (ISM) band, and typical operating frequencies are: 125kHz, 133kHz, 13.56MHz, 27.12MHz, 433MHz, 902 MHz-928 MHz, 2.45GHz, 5.8GHz and the like.
The RFID tags may be classified into Low Frequency (LF), High Frequency (HF), Ultra High Frequency (UHF), microwave, and the like according to different operating frequencies. The working principles of the RFID in different frequency bands are different, the RFID tags in LF and HF frequency bands generally adopt the electromagnetic coupling principle, and the RFID tags in UHF and microwave frequency bands generally adopt the electromagnetic transmission principle. The frequencies which are widely adopted internationally at present are distributed in 4 frequency bands: low frequency (e.g., 125KHz), high frequency (e.g., 13.56MHz), ultra high frequency (e.g., 850 MHz-910 MHz), and microwave (e.g., 2.45GHz)
In the embodiment of the invention, the reading distance of the RFID electronic tag is less than 1 meter. The working frequency range can be a low-frequency range of 30 kHz-300 kHz, and can also be a high-frequency range of 3 MHz-30 MHz. Wherein, if a low frequency band working frequency is adopted, the specific working frequency can adopt at least one of 125KHz and 133 KHz. If a high frequency band is used, in one embodiment of the present invention, an operating frequency of 13.56MHz may be used.
In addition, research and practice show that ETC is a toll collection system adopted for solving the problem of congestion of toll stations, vehicles coming and going can finish automatic toll collection without stopping when passing through a road junction, and the ETC is very suitable for being used in environments such as busy highway sections or bridge tunnels with large traffic flow. There are problems in that payment of fees is made through ETC at a vehicle fueling location. For example, for a dedicated ETC card, a vehicle fueling location requires a card issuing entity to open authorization; if a bank joint name ETC card is adopted, the risk of embezzlement is easy. Moreover, the ETC sensing distance usually reaches 3-5 meters, so that the situation that the OBU of one vehicle is acquired by a plurality of RSUs easily occurs, or the situation that the OBUs of a plurality of vehicles are scanned by one RSU easily occurs, and the wrong payment is easy to occur. In addition, for guaranteeing the reliability of ETC microwave discernment among the vehicle traffic, the ETC electronic tags can only be attached on vehicle front windshield, and the service personnel that the vehicle fuel adds the place also can't learn whether open the noninductive ETC of vehicle and refuel payment function through the ETC electronic tags on the vehicle.
Aiming at the problems of the method for payment of vehicle refueling through ETC, the scheme in the embodiment of the invention is adopted, and because the ETC electronic tag is not universal, when a service person in a vehicle refueling place sees the electronic tag on the vehicle, the service person does not need to inquire a vehicle user, the vehicle can be directly identified to adopt the senseless refueling payment mode provided by the embodiment of the invention, and because the electronic tag in the embodiment of the invention is not the electronic tag with the universal payment function, the vehicle can be prevented from being stolen and swiped.
In addition, in the embodiment of the invention, the first electronic tag and the second electronic tag can adopt passive electronic tags in specific implementation, and the reading and writing induction distances of the passive electronic tags are closer and the cost is lower, so that the passive electronic tags on other surrounding vehicles are not easy to scan, and the implementation cost can be saved.
In terms of the position where the electronic tag is arranged, in an embodiment of the present invention, for convenience of operation, the first electronic tag may be fixed to a preset area around a fuel inlet on the vehicle, so that a service person can directly see the electronic tag when refueling the vehicle, and the electronic tag is convenient to scan and easy to use. The second electronic tag may be provided in a handle region of the fuel addition device or a preset region near the handle.
Referring to a flowchart of a payment method for a vehicle refueling location in an embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, a transaction payment link corresponding to vehicle refueling at the vehicle refueling location may be processed by the following steps:
s41, scanning a first electronic tag on the vehicle by adopting the explosion-proof handheld terminal, and acquiring the identification information of the first electronic tag.
In a specific implementation, the vehicle user may fill in application information in advance to apply for the first electronic tag. For example, the owner of the vehicle, the driver of the vehicle, the passenger of the vehicle, or the organization to which the vehicle belongs may fill in the application information online (for example, the application information may be filled in online (for example, a public number, a mail, or a web address corresponding to the payment management device), and the application information may include at least one of vehicle information (for example, a license plate number, a vehicle tank identifier, or another unique identifier of the vehicle), and vehicle user information (for example, any one or more of a driver's license file number, an identification number, a passport number, and the like). In addition, the application information should also include payment account information, where the payment account may be a bank account or another payment account bound to the bank account. Accordingly, the payment account information may be a card number of a bank card or a credit card, a payment account number, a wechat account number, or the like, which may be used for transaction payment. The payment management device in the background can generate a first electronic tag with uniqueness based on the application information. In some embodiments of the invention, the identification of the first electronic tag is a vehicle number for ease of identification.
The generated first electronic tag can be directly mailed to a vehicle user and arranged on the vehicle by the vehicle user, so that the vehicle user is more convenient for the user, and after the vehicle user indicates that the electronic tag is applied at a vehicle fuel adding place, the corresponding electronic tag can be generated on site and arranged on (for example, adhered to) the vehicle based on the application information submitted by the vehicle user and stored on a vehicle management device.
In a specific implementation, the first electronic tag may be packaged in a card, so that when the vehicle is parked at a refueling position of a refueling place, a vehicle user may provide the card to a service person at the refueling place, and the service person scans the card to obtain identification information of the electronic tag. Or, the electronic tag may also be fixed (may be adhered) to an outer wall of a windshield of the vehicle, and when a service person in a vehicle fuel place sees the electronic tag on the outer wall of the windshield of the vehicle, it may be known that the vehicle may scan the electronic tag through an explosion-proof handheld terminal to complete payment.
In specific implementation, the electronic tag may be an NFC electronic tag, and may also be an RFID electromagnetic induction type electronic tag.
To save costs, the first electronic tag may be a passive electronic tag.
And S42, acquiring identification information of the fuel adding device by adopting the anti-explosion handheld terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the explosion-proof handheld terminal can acquire the identification information of the fuel adding device by adopting various ways. For example, when a second electronic tag for distinguishing different fuel adding identifications is arranged on the fuel adding device, the explosion-proof handheld terminal can be adopted to scan the second electronic tag on the fuel adding device to acquire identification information of the fuel adding device. For another example, the service person may input the identification information of the fuel adding device for adding fuel to the vehicle to the explosion-proof handheld terminal by voice or manual operation, so the explosion-proof handheld terminal may be adopted to acquire the input identification information of the fuel adding device for adding fuel to the vehicle.
And S43, transmitting the identification information of the first electronic tag and the identification information of the fuel adding device to a payment management device, so that the payment management device extracts the payment amount consistent with the payment amount information from a payment account corresponding to the payment account information bound with the identification information of the electronic tag based on the identification information of the electronic tag, the identification information of the fuel adding device and the acquired payment amount information corresponding to the fuel added to the vehicle by the fuel adding device.
For a specific implementation that the payment management device extracts the payment amount consistent with the payment amount information from the payment account corresponding to the payment account information bound to the identification information of the electronic tag based on the identification information of the electronic tag, the identification information of the fuel adding device, and the acquired payment amount information corresponding to the fuel added to the vehicle by the fuel adding device, reference may be made to the foregoing embodiment and fig. 2 and 3, which are not described herein again.
It is understood that the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific encryption algorithm used, as long as the security protection level achieved by the transaction payment can be achieved.
In specific implementation, in order to further improve user experience, the embodiment of the invention can be further expanded and optimized according to the requirements of a payment link. The following description is made by way of two specific examples with reference to specific scenarios.
For example, in the payment link, the user has a need for efficient and transparent transaction process, and for this reason, corresponding transaction bills, such as transaction lists and transaction tickets, can be provided for the vehicle user after the transaction is completed. The transaction bill can record information such as the identification of the first electronic tag, the identification of the fuel adding device, the fuel adding amount, the transaction time, the transaction place and the like related to the transaction.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to avoid waiting in line for the user, the payment management apparatus may store in advance message receiving account information bound to the identification information of the electronic tag, and as an optional example, the message receiving account may be any one or more of a mobile phone number, an electronic mailbox, a micro signal, a paymate account, and the like. After extracting the payment amount consistent with the payment amount information, the payment management device may generate transaction information corresponding to a transaction, acquire message receiving account information bound to the identification information of the first electronic tag, and push the transaction information to a message receiving account corresponding to the message receiving account information.
By adopting the scheme, the whole process is automatically finished, the efficiency is high, the transparency is realized, the vehicle user does not need to wait in a queue, the number of service personnel in a vehicle fuel adding place and the workload of configured service personnel can be reduced, and manual operation errors are avoided.
As another example, in a transaction payment process, a vehicle user may have a need to obtain invoices. Conventionally, in order to obtain an invoice, a vehicle user usually needs to specify an invoice issuing window and queue the invoice for issuing the invoice after fuel addition is completed, so that a lot of time is wasted for the vehicle user, a corresponding service window needs to be configured in a vehicle fuel addition place, service personnel needs to provide invoicing service, and the service cost is high. For this reason, in an embodiment of the present invention, the payment management apparatus may pre-store or obtain invoice top-up information bound to the identification information of the first electronic tag from a third party, and after a transaction is completed, may generate a corresponding electronic invoice based on the invoice top-up information bound to the identification information of the first electronic tag and the transaction information of the transaction, and push the electronic invoice to the corresponding message receiving account.
By adopting the scheme, the vehicle user can move the vehicle after adding fuel, does not need to spend a large amount of time for a payment link, and does not need to use a mobile phone or download specific software for the payment link, so that the user experience can be greatly improved; and for fuel adding places (such as gas stations), construction and transformation of the gas stations are not needed for adding payment equipment, and complicated examination and approval processes are brought, so that a large number of gas stations which do not realize non-inductive payment at present can be conveniently filled with fuel for payment, and potential safety hazards can be avoided.
In order to avoid payment errors, the explosion-proof handheld terminal can receive payment confirmation information containing payment amount sent by the payment management device.
In order to further facilitate the user, when the explosion-proof handheld terminal receives payment confirmation information containing payment amount information sent by the payment management device, the explosion-proof handheld terminal responds to payment confirmation operation and sends payment confirmation response information to the payment management device so as to confirm that the payment amount information is correct, so that the payment management device extracts the payment amount consistent with the payment amount information from a payment account corresponding to the payment account information bound with the identification information of the electronic tag.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the explosion-proof handheld terminal receives payment confirmation information including payment amount information sent by the payment management device, the first electronic tag on the vehicle may be scanned again, and after the identifier of the first electronic tag on the vehicle is obtained, a payment confirmation response message including the identifier of the first electronic tag on the vehicle obtained by scanning again by the explosion-proof handheld terminal is sent to the payment management device, so that the payment management device extracts the payment amount consistent with the payment amount information from the payment account corresponding to the payment account information bound with the identifier information of the first electronic tag obtained by scanning again.
By adopting the anti-explosion handheld terminal to scan the first electronic tag on the vehicle again, service personnel at a vehicle fuel adding place can add fuel and perform transaction payment for a plurality of vehicles at the same time, so that the vehicle fuel adding and payment efficiency can be further improved.
In specific implementation, in order to better meet the safety requirement of a vehicle fuel adding place, an explosion-proof design meeting the requirement of the vehicle fuel adding place (such as a gas station) can be adopted for the shell and the hardware circuit of the explosion-proof handheld terminal adopted by the embodiment of the invention. In an embodiment of the present invention, the explosion-proof handheld terminal meets the class IIB explosion-proof design standard, as an alternative, the explosion-proof handheld terminal may include at least one of an explosion-proof housing or an airtight housing protection layer, and a hardware circuit housed inside the explosion-proof handheld terminal housing cannot ignite an explosive gas mixture during normal operation and during a failure. By adopting the anti-explosion handheld terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention, the existing ignition source can be isolated, and the safety of a vehicle fuel adding place is ensured.
It is understood that in a specific implementation, the vehicle may be fueled first and then the payment method in the embodiments of the present invention is performed, or the vehicle may be fueled first and then the payment method in the embodiments of the present invention is performed; or, the identifier of the first electronic tag on the vehicle and the identifier of the second electronic tag on the fuel adding device may be scanned first, then the vehicle is added with fuel, and after the fuel addition is completed, payment information is generated to complete the payment, wherein in order to avoid payment errors, the first electronic tag may be scanned again after the fuel addition is completed to confirm the payment.
In addition, the steps in the embodiment of the present invention are not limited to the order shown in the embodiment of the present invention, and the steps may be executed simultaneously, or may be executed in another order.
In specific implementation, further optimization processing may be performed on the terminal or the system adopted in the embodiment of the present invention. For example, to improve the service life of the explosion-proof handheld terminal, at least one of the following reinforced designs may be performed on the explosion-proof handheld terminal: waterproof, dustproof, dropproof to can strengthen the durability and the reliability of explosion-proof handheld terminal.
In order to achieve the preset waterproof and dustproof performance, in some embodiments of the present invention, the explosion-proof handheld terminal may be made of waterproof material and may be designed to have some waterproof and dustproof structures. For example, at least a part of the housing, the key, the battery door, the sensor lead-out portion, etc. of the explosion-proof handheld terminal may be designed to be waterproof, and the specific waterproof method may be, for example, coating a waterproof material (such as waterproof glue) on the corresponding component, performing ultrasonic treatment, and installing a sealing ring, a sealing strip, etc. between the joint portions of the housing parts. For example, for the gap between the shell joint parts, a dustproof brush or a sponge sealing strip subjected to fireproof treatment can be selected according to the structural requirement of the explosion-proof handheld terminal. Similarly, to achieve a predetermined fall protection performance, the explosion proof hand held terminal may select a housing of a material and structural design that meets predetermined criteria.
In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand and implement the embodiments of the present invention, the following description describes the payment process at a vehicle refueling location through a specific application scenario.
Referring to fig. 5, a flowchart of a payment method suitable for a vehicle refueling site in a specific application scenario can be specifically realized through the following steps:
s51, scanning the first electronic tag on the vehicle through the explosion-proof handheld terminal, and acquiring the identification information of the first electronic tag.
Firstly, a service person at a vehicle refueling place needs to identify a first electronic tag on a vehicle, and then the first electronic tag on the vehicle can be scanned through an explosion-proof handheld terminal. The license plate number can be used as the identifier of the first electronic tag.
For example, when a filler at a gas station sees a first electronic tag attached to a predetermined area around a fuel tank cap of a vehicle (for example, the first electronic tag may be on the outer surface of the fuel tank cap, the inner wall of the fuel tank cap, or the inner side of a fixing glass near the fuel tank cap), it can be determined that the first electronic tag according to the embodiment of the present invention can be used for a non-inductive payment for refueling.
If the filler is not in the preset area around the fuel tank cap of the vehicle sees the first electronic tag, the driver and the passenger of the vehicle can be inquired whether the first electronic tag is applied or not, if the driver and the passenger apply the first electronic tag, the first electronic tag can be generated for a vehicle user on site according to the information (such as license plate number, mobile phone number and the like, which can uniquely determine the owner of the electronic tag) applied by the driver and the passenger of the vehicle, and the first electronic tag is pasted on the preset area around the fuel tank cap of the vehicle. It will be appreciated that this applies only to the case where the vehicle first uses the electronic tag.
S52, identification information of a fuel addition device that adds fuel to the vehicle is obtained by the explosion-proof handheld terminal.
For example, after determining the model and the addition amount of fuel to a vehicle, a service person in a vehicle fuel adding place may select a fuel gun, and may further obtain identification information of the fuel gun, for example, scan a second electronic tag attached to the fuel gun through the explosion-proof handheld terminal, where the obtained identification of the second electronic tag is identification information of the fuel gun, or manually or by voice input identification information (for example, a serial number) of the fuel gun.
Step S52 may be performed before or after fuel addition.
And S53, the payment management device sends payment information to the explosion-proof handheld terminal.
In specific implementation, after the identifier of the first electronic tag and the identifier of the fuel adding device obtained in steps S51 and S52 are obtained, the obtained identifiers may be respectively transmitted to the payment management device, or the obtained identifiers of the first electronic tag and the obtained identifier of the fuel adding device may be transmitted in the same message instruction, after the refueling is completed, the payment management device operating in the background may obtain corresponding payment amount information and payment account information bound to the first electronic tag, and based on the payment amount information and the payment account information, may generate payment information and send the payment information to the explosion-proof handheld terminal.
And S54, the handheld scanning terminal scans the first electronic tag on the vehicle again, acquires the identification information of the first electronic tag again and transmits the identification information to the payment management device.
And S55, the payment management device extracts the payment amount consistent with the payment amount information from the payment account corresponding to the payment account information bound with the identification information of the first electronic tag.
For example, the payment account number bound to the license plate number of the vehicle is: and if the payment amount of the account A of the bank of the opening action industrial and commercial company is 50 yuan, 50 yuan can be extracted from the account A to the bank account corresponding to the payment management device.
S56, the payment management device pushes the fueling payment ticket and invoice to the message receiving account bound to the first electronic tag of the vehicle.
For example, the payment management device can push the refueling receipt and the invoice to the mobile phone number bound with the license plate number of the vehicle, and the vehicle user can receive the refueling receipt and the invoice corresponding to the refueling through the mobile phone corresponding to the mobile phone number, so that the field waiting is not needed, and the payment management device is efficient and environment-friendly.
Wherein, steps S53, S54 and S56 can be optional steps.
According to the application scene, for the vehicle fuel adding place, only one or more explosion-proof handheld terminals and the payment management device or a payment management device with a use account are needed to be configured according to the scale, the vehicle fuel adding place is not required to be constructed and modified, so that the realization cost is low, and the vehicle fuel adding place is easy to popularize and use in a large number of existing vehicle fuel adding places without realizing the non-sensible payment. For a user on a vehicle, refueling and non-inductive payment can be realized without getting off the vehicle; for service personnel in a vehicle fuel adding place, the explosion-proof handheld terminal is only needed to be used for scanning, complex operation is not needed, and therefore the method is convenient and fast and is not prone to error.
