The card reader periodically reads the active radio frequency identification tag to obtain the asset code, the obtained asset code can be guaranteed to have high timeliness, the data server can accurately reflect the current asset condition in the power distribution room according to the inventory information obtained through the asset code after receiving the asset code transmitted through the wireless gateway, the inventory information is compared with the pre-stored account information, the abnormal condition of the inventory information can be accurately reflected, when the inventory information is not matched with the account information, the abnormal condition can be accurately judged, and the output inventory abnormal information also has high accuracy. The terminal display is used for displaying the checking abnormal information, so that the related departments of the power system can conveniently process the abnormal conditions in time, and the safety of the power assets is ensured.
In another embodiment, the card reader is further configured to read the asset code at a preset reading and scanning position; the data server is further used for obtaining inventory information according to the asset codes and obtaining target account information from the account information according to the reading and scanning positions; the checking information and the target standing book information correspond to the reading and scanning positions; and comparing the checking information with the target standing book information, and judging that the abnormal situation of the label position occurs when the checking information is not matched with the target standing book information to obtain the abnormal information of the label position.
The abnormal position of the tag is that the position of the active RFID tag obtained by counting is inconsistent with the position recorded in the ledger.
The inventory information is information of assets which are actually read at a preset reading and scanning position, and the target ledger information is information of assets which are supposed to be read at the preset reading and scanning position.
In specific implementation, the card reader reads an active RFID tag at a designated position of the power distribution room to obtain one or more asset codes, the data server searches the inventory information corresponding to the asset codes from the station account information after receiving the asset codes, and the inventory information may be names of one or more devices. Further, the data server searches target standing book information in the standing book information according to a known reading and scanning position of the card reader in advance, and the target standing book information can be a device name list of the reading and scanning position of the card reader recorded in the standing book. And comparing the checking information with the target account information, and when the checking information is not matched with the target account information, indicating that the equipment name obtained by checking is different from the equipment name recorded in the account, judging that the abnormal situation of the label position occurs, and outputting the abnormal information of the label position.
For example, AN active RFID reader located in the center of the power distribution room reads 3 asset codes, "0306P BAN ANF 0013457T", "0306P B AN ANH 0030152T", and "0306P B AN ANH 0053855T", respectively, and the data server receives the asset codes and finds out, from the station account information, that the device names corresponding to the asset codes are a G01 distribution transformer cabinet, a G02 distribution transformer cabinet, and a G03 distribution transformer cabinet, respectively, as inventory information. Further, target ledger information can be obtained from the ledger information, namely the devices to be read and scanned at the central position of the power distribution room are a G01 distribution transformer cabinet, a G02 distribution transformer cabinet and a P09 bus-bar cabinet. Therefore, the checking information is not matched with the target machine account information, the abnormal situation of the label position is judged to occur, and the abnormal information of the label position is output, which comprises the following steps: the number of the devices with abnormal label positions is 1, and the type of the devices with abnormal label positions is a bus coupler cabinet.

In another embodiment, the data server is further configured to compare the inventory information with the target ledger information, and determine that a tag loss occurs when the inventory information lacks the target ledger information, so as to obtain tag loss information.
The label loss is caused by the fact that for assets recorded in the standing book, the corresponding asset codes are not read by the card reader, and the inventory information cannot be obtained from the corresponding asset codes, and the label loss can be caused by the fact that the assets in the power distribution room are missed to be pasted, the labels are wrongly pasted, or the labels are lost.
In the specific implementation, the card reader scans the active RFID tag at the designated position of the power distribution room to obtain one or more asset codes, the data server searches the inventory information corresponding to the asset codes from the station account information after receiving the asset codes to serve as inventory information, and the inventory information can be the names of one or more devices. Further, target standing account information is searched from the standing account information according to the reading and scanning position of the card reader, and the target standing account information can be a device name list of the specified position of the power distribution room recorded in the standing account. And comparing the checking information with the target account information, when certain information exists in the target account information but does not exist in the checking information, indicating that the equipment cannot be checked, judging that the label is lost, and outputting the label lost information.
For example, AN active RFID reader located in the center of the power distribution room reads 2 asset codes, "0306P BAN ANF 0013457T", "0306P B AN ANH 0030152T", respectively, and the data server receives the asset codes and finds out, from the station account information, that the device names corresponding to the asset codes are the G01 distribution transformer cabinet and the G02 distribution transformer cabinet, respectively, as inventory information. Further, target ledger information can be obtained from the ledger information, namely the devices to be read and scanned at the central position of the power distribution room are a G01 distribution transformer cabinet, a G02 distribution transformer cabinet and a P09 bus-bar cabinet. Lack P09 mother and ally oneself with cabinet equipment in the information of checking, judge that the label is lost the condition, output label loses information, include: the number of the label loss equipment is 1, and the type of the label loss equipment is a bus coupler cabinet.
According to the technical scheme, the data server compares the checking information with the target machine account information, when the checking information lacks the target machine account information, the situation that the label is lost is judged, the label loss information is obtained, the situation that the label at the reading and scanning position is lost can be accurately judged, the specific information that the label is lost is obtained, and the asset management personnel can find and position the label loss in time.
In another embodiment, the card reader is further configured to send a tag failure signal to the data server when the active radio frequency identification tag fails; the data server is further configured to determine that a tag failure occurs when the tag failure signal is received, and obtain tag failure information.
Wherein, the label failure comprises the label being damaged, the battery being out of service or the life reaching the useful period.
In the specific implementation, the card reader also has a function of acquiring a tag fault signal, when the active RFID tag has a fault, the card reader performs scanning to possibly read the tag fault signal, and the tag fault signal is used to indicate that the asset code cannot be read or the read asset code signal is weak. The card reader sends a label fault signal to the data server, and the data server judges the label fault condition according to the label fault signal after receiving the label fault signal and outputs label fault information.
For example, when reading the asset code, the active RFID reader located in the center of the power distribution room reads "0306P BAN ANF 0013457T", "0306P B AN ANH 0030152T" and "ERROR", where "ERROR" is a tag fault signal, the data server receives the asset code and the tag fault signal, determines that a tag fault occurs according to the tag fault signal, obtains the inventory device names of G01 distribution transformer cabinet and G02 distribution transformer cabinet according to the asset code, and obtains the devices to be read and scanned from the station information as a G01 distribution transformer cabinet, a G02 distribution transformer cabinet and a P09 bus coupler cabinet, so that it can determine that a tag fault occurs in the P09 bus coupler cabinet, and output tag fault information, including: the number of the label fault equipment is 1, and the type of the label fault equipment is a bus coupler cabinet.
According to the technical scheme, when the card reader reads and scans asset codes, the tag fault signal is acquired at the same time, the tag fault signal is sent to the data server, the data server can be shown to know the tag fault condition in time, when the data server receives the tag fault signal, the tag fault condition can be accurately judged, tag fault information can be accurately obtained, and asset management personnel can find and locate the tag fault in time.
In another embodiment, the data server is further configured to perform statistics according to the inventory information and the inventory abnormal information to obtain an overall inventory condition; the terminal display is also used for displaying the overall checking condition.
And counting the whole counting condition according to the counting information and the counting abnormal information to obtain a counting result.
In specific implementation, the data server can obtain the number of the checking devices according to the checking information, obtain the number of the account card consistency devices according to the standing book information and the checking design number, and count the account card consistency rate according to the number of the checking devices and the number of the account card consistency devices. The data server can also obtain the abnormal conditions of the checking equipment according to the abnormal checking information, wherein the abnormal conditions comprise the number of the equipment with the consistent account card object and the number of the abnormal equipment, and the rate of the consistent account card object and the abnormal rate of the account card object are counted according to the number of the equipment with the consistent account card object and the number of the equipment with the consistent account card object. The information can be displayed on the terminal display through the internal data network.
