Abstract
The invention discloses an asset checking method, an asset checking device, terminal equipment and a storage medium, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring asset information of assets to be checked; when receiving an asset information consistency signal for confirming the assets to be checked, acquiring current position information; and updating the asset information, and transmitting the position information and the updated asset information back to an enterprise asset database. The invention can solve the problems that the checking personnel do not really check in the asset checking process and the checking is traced.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the technical field of asset checking, and in particular, to an asset checking method, apparatus, terminal device, and storage medium.
Background
For enterprises and the like, machine equipment and the like are a specific form of assets. Generally, when an enterprise purchases an asset, the enterprise records information of the asset, such as name, model, department, custodian, and the like. Some information of the asset may also generate a barcode that is placed on the asset for the relevant personnel to perform asset inventorying.
Currently, in asset inventory, an inventory dedicated device, such as a PDA, is generally used, but the use of PDA inventory has the following disadvantages:
1. the problem that the checking personnel do not really check may occur because the position information of the checking personnel cannot be obtained;
2. due to the fact that the information of the checking personnel cannot be obtained, when the checking assets are inconsistent, checking tracing cannot be conducted.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is: the asset checking method, the device, the terminal equipment and the storage medium can solve the problems that checking personnel do not really check and checking is not traced in the asset checking process.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an asset inventory method, adapted to be executed in a computer device, comprising:
acquiring asset information of assets to be checked;
when receiving an asset information consistency signal for confirming the assets to be checked, acquiring current position information; and updating the asset information, and transmitting the position information and the updated asset information back to an enterprise asset database.
Further, the position information is acquired through Bluetooth beacon positioning.
Further, the method also comprises the steps of acquiring the information of the checking personnel; and acquiring the information of the checking personnel through terminal equipment.
Further, the acquiring asset information of the asset to be inventoried specifically includes: the checking personnel scan the bar code and the two-dimensional code on the asset to be checked or sense the NFC code of the asset to be checked by using the terminal equipment to acquire corresponding asset information.
Further, the method further comprises the steps of obtaining the picture information of the assets to be checked and transmitting the picture information of the assets to be checked back to the enterprise asset database.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an asset checking device, including:
the asset information acquisition module is used for acquiring asset information of assets to be checked;
the data processing module is used for acquiring current position information when receiving an asset information consistency signal for confirming the assets to be checked; and updating the asset information, and transmitting the position information and the updated asset information back to an enterprise asset database.
Further, the position information is acquired through Bluetooth beacon positioning.
Further, the acquiring asset information of the asset to be inventoried specifically includes: the checking personnel scans bar codes and two-dimensional codes on the assets to be checked or induces NFC codes of the assets to be checked by using the terminal equipment to acquire corresponding asset information
An embodiment of the present invention also provides an asset inventory terminal device, comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the processor implementing a method of asset inventory as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5 when executing the computer program.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer-readable storage medium comprising a stored computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed, controls an apparatus in which the computer-readable storage medium is located to perform a method of asset inventory as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
Compared with the prior art, the asset checking method, the asset checking device, the terminal equipment and the storage medium have the advantages that:

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The first embodiment of the present invention:
as shown in fig. 1, a method for asset inventory according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s101, acquiring asset information of assets to be checked;
s102, when receiving a signal for confirming that the asset information of the assets to be checked is consistent, acquiring current position information; and updating the asset information, and transmitting the position information and the updated asset information back to an enterprise asset database.
The asset checking method is to establish a cyclic task for the asset devices of the unit and department to which the logged-in user belongs, and if the unit exceeds a certain number of people, the devices can be checked through different people for checking, and each device can be checked at least once per month/season (can be set). The user weekly/monthly inventory tasks are generated according to the above principle.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the location information is obtained by bluetooth beacon positioning.
It should be noted that the checking client is positioned based on a bluetooth beacon, the bluetooth beacon is positioned in an indoor building to lay an iBeacon bluetooth positioning beacon to provide indoor positioning related services, and the beacon is powered by a battery and is deployed about every 30 to 50 square meters. The bluetooth positioning beacon will periodically (generally 0.3-1 second) send broadcast packet with beacon identification code, and the mobile phone receives signal of surrounding beacon and matches positioning algorithm to further calculate its own position. Because the Bluetooth positioning beacon does not need to be additionally provided with a power supply and a network cable, the broadcast transmission can be provided for more than five years by supplying power to a battery, and the cost for laying a positioning infrastructure is greatly reduced. The uniform iBeacon bluetooth positioning beacon deployment further converges the positioning accuracy to 3 to 5 meters, and iBeacon bluetooth beacon signals are compatible with all smart phones (including iPhone and Android) on the current market, so the iBeacon bluetooth beacon has become a mainstream infrastructure device of the position service.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes acquiring information of the person to be checked; and acquiring the information of the checking personnel through terminal equipment.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the acquiring asset information of the asset to be inventoried specifically includes: the checking personnel scan the bar code and the two-dimensional code on the asset to be checked or sense the NFC code of the asset to be checked by using the terminal equipment to acquire corresponding asset information.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes acquiring picture information of the asset to be checked, and transmitting the picture information of the asset to be checked back to the enterprise asset database.
It should be noted that the obtaining of the field picture information of the asset to be checked is to enhance the verification of the real appearance of the asset to be checked and prevent the checking personnel from falsifying.
The embodiment of the invention provides an asset checking method, which comprises the following steps: acquiring asset information of assets to be checked; when receiving an asset information consistency signal for confirming the assets to be checked, acquiring current position information; and updating the asset information, and transmitting the position information and the updated asset information back to an enterprise asset database. The invention can solve the problems that the checking personnel do not really check in the asset checking process and the checking is traced.
Second embodiment of the invention:
as shown in fig. 2, an asset inventory apparatus 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an asset information acquisition module 201 and a data processing module 202;
the asset information acquisition module 201 is configured to acquire asset information of an asset to be inventoried;
when receiving a signal for confirming that the asset information of the assets to be inventoried is consistent, the data processing module 202 acquires current position information; and updating the asset information, and transmitting the position information and the updated asset information back to an enterprise asset database.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the location information is obtained by a bluetooth positioning beacon.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the acquiring asset information of the asset to be inventoried specifically includes: the checking personnel scan a bar code label and a two-dimensional code label on the asset to be checked or sense the NFC code of the asset to be checked by using the terminal equipment to acquire corresponding asset information.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an asset checking device 200, including: an asset information acquisition module 201 and a data processing module 202; the asset information acquisition module 201 is configured to acquire asset information of an asset to be inventoried; when receiving a signal for confirming that the asset information of the assets to be inventoried is consistent, the data processing module 202 acquires current position information; and updating the asset information, and transmitting the position information and the updated asset information back to an enterprise asset database. The device can solve the problems that in the asset checking process, checking personnel do not really check and checking is not traced.
Third embodiment of the invention:
an asset inventory terminal device of an embodiment of the invention comprises a processor, a memory and a computer program stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, wherein the processor implements an asset inventory method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 when executing the computer program.
The fourth embodiment of the present invention:
a computer-readable storage medium of an embodiment of the present invention, comprising a stored computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed, controls an apparatus on which the computer-readable storage medium is located to perform a method of asset inventory as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4.

Claims (10)
1. A method of asset inventory, comprising:
acquiring asset information of assets to be checked;
when receiving an asset information consistency signal for confirming the assets to be checked, acquiring current position information; and updating the asset information, and transmitting the position information and the updated asset information back to an enterprise asset database.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the location information is obtained by bluetooth beacon location.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising obtaining inventory personnel information; and acquiring the information of the checking personnel through terminal equipment.
4. The method for asset inventory as claimed in claim 1, wherein the acquiring asset information of the asset to be inventoried specifically includes: the checking personnel scan the bar code and the two-dimensional code on the asset to be checked or sense the NFC code of the asset to be checked by using the terminal equipment to acquire corresponding asset information.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising obtaining picture information of the asset to be inventoried and transmitting the picture information of the asset to be inventoried back to an enterprise asset database.
6. An asset inventory device, comprising:
the asset information acquisition module is used for acquiring asset information of assets to be checked;
the data processing module is used for acquiring current position information when receiving an asset information consistency signal for confirming the assets to be checked; and updating the asset information, and transmitting the position information and the updated asset information back to an enterprise asset database.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the location information is obtained via a Bluetooth positioning beacon.
8. The asset checking device according to claim 5, wherein the acquiring asset information of the asset to be checked specifically includes: the checking personnel scan a bar code label and a two-dimensional code label on the asset to be checked or sense the NFC code of the asset to be checked by using the terminal equipment to acquire corresponding asset information.
9. An asset inventory terminal device, comprising a processor, a memory and a computer program stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the processor when executing the computer program implementing an asset inventory method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising a stored computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed, controls an apparatus on which the computer-readable storage medium resides to perform a method of asset inventory as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
