Abstract

本发明公开了一种砂带砂盘机用皮带自动张紧装置,皮带自动张紧装置固定在砂带砂盘机一侧,皮带自动张紧装置包括从动轮、皮带、驱动轮,驱动轮与从动轮中心距固定,通过皮带传递扭矩,皮带外部设有皮带罩,支撑臂轴通过张紧支撑座固定在皮带罩上,由张紧轮轴、张紧板、张紧轮、张紧支撑臂组成的张紧轮组件转动安装在支撑臂轴上,张紧板上连接张紧弹簧,由张紧弹簧拉力提供张紧轮压紧皮带的压力。本发明通过增加皮带自动张紧装置,驱动轴和从动轴均可固定,可使砂带砂盘机皮带传动结构更加稳定,并且取消了可移动轴的锁紧机构,避免了运输过程中因外力作用而导致的皮带松脱或涨断问题,使用内六角扳手可快速更换皮带。

一种砂带砂盘机用皮带自动张紧装置
技术领域
本发明涉及砂带砂盘机技术领域,具体是指一种砂带砂盘机用皮带自动张紧装置。
背景技术
目前市场上见到的砂带砂盘机的传动方式多为皮带传动,皮带包括同步齿形带、多楔带、三角带等等。皮带传动时,均需要用适当的力涨紧皮带使皮带与带轮间有足够的摩擦力,从而传递扭矩。目前使用的张紧皮带的方法有改变中心距和使用张紧轮两种方式。目前市场上见到的皮带传动的砂带砂盘机均采用改变中心距的方法来实现皮带张紧,此种方法因为要改变中心距就必须移动其中一个带轮,导致与此带轮相连接的轴、电机或滚筒等零部件必须一起移动,并且移动完成后还要有可靠的锁紧机构锁紧保证其中心距不变。因为有较多的可移动部件,额外增加了产品运输过程中出现皮带松脱或涨断问题,并且增加了产品的装配难度,降低效率,用户使用过程中更换皮带操作复杂,用户体验效果差。
为解决上述问题,我们设计了一种砂带砂盘机的皮带自动张紧装置。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服以上技术缺陷,提供一种砂带砂盘机用皮带自动张紧装置,使其具有装配简单、结构稳定、操作方便等特点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种砂带砂盘机用皮带自动张紧装置,所述皮带自动张紧装置固定在砂带砂盘机一侧,所述皮带自动张紧装置包括从动轮、皮带、驱动轮,所述驱动轮与从动轮中心距固定,通过皮带传递扭矩,皮带外部设有皮带罩,支撑臂轴通过张紧支撑座固定在皮带罩上,由张紧轮轴、张紧板、张紧轮、张紧支撑臂组成的张紧轮组件转动安装在支撑臂轴上,张紧板上连接张紧弹簧,由张紧弹簧拉力提供张紧轮压紧皮带的压力。
作为优选,所述张紧支撑臂端部设有六角形孔。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:通过增加皮带自动张紧装置,驱动轴和从动轴均可固定,可使砂带砂盘机皮带传动结构更加稳定,并且取消了可移动轴的锁紧机构,避免了运输过程中因外力作用而导致的皮带松脱或涨断问题,解决了因皮带松脱或涨断问题而产生的用户投诉和砂带砂盘机的返修,并且用户通过此机构仅需要使用砂带砂盘机自带的内六角扳手即可快速更换皮带,改善用户体验。

结合附图,一种砂带砂盘机用皮带自动张紧装置,所述皮带自动张紧装置固定在砂带砂盘机一侧,所述皮带自动张紧装置包括从动轮1、皮带2、驱动轮7,所述驱动轮7与从动轮1中心距固定,通过皮带2传递扭矩,皮带2外部设有皮带罩3,支撑臂轴11通过张紧支撑座8固定在皮带罩3上,由张紧轮轴4、张紧板5、张紧轮9、张紧支撑臂10组成的张紧轮组件转动安装在支撑臂轴11上,张紧板5上连接张紧弹簧6,由张紧弹簧6拉力提供张紧轮9压紧皮带2的压力。
所述张紧支撑臂10端部设有六角形孔,使用常规的内六角扳手插入孔内,即可轻松撬动张紧轮组件,使张紧轮9离开皮带2,可快速更换皮带2。本自动张紧装置结构紧凑,系统稳定,精度要求低,整机体积小,适用于采用同步齿形带、多楔带等多种皮带传动的中小型砂带砂盘机。通过增加皮带自动张紧装置,驱动轴和从动轴均可固定,可使砂带砂盘机皮带传动结构更加稳定,并且取消了可移动轴的锁紧机构,避免了运输过程中因外力作用而导致的皮带松脱或涨断问题。

1.一种砂带砂盘机用皮带自动张紧装置,所述皮带自动张紧装置固定在砂带砂盘机一侧,其特征在于:所述皮带自动张紧装置包括从动轮(1)、皮带(2)、驱动轮(7),所述驱动轮(7)与从动轮(1)中心距固定,通过皮带(2)传递扭矩,皮带(2)外部设有皮带罩(3),支撑臂轴(11)通过张紧支撑座(8)固定在皮带罩(3)上,由张紧轮轴(4)、张紧板(5)、张紧轮(9)、张紧支撑臂(10)组成的张紧轮组件转动安装在支撑臂轴(11)上,张紧板(5)上连接张紧弹簧(6),由张紧弹簧(6)拉力提供张紧轮(9)压紧皮带(2)的压力。
