As a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 5 to 7, the telescopic mechanism 5 includes: the telescopic supporting frame is rotatably connected with the pitching angle adjusting mechanism 9 by virtue of a rotating shaft; the transverse guide 501 is mounted on the telescopic support frame; the telescopic rod is connected with the transverse guide rail 501 in a sliding manner, and the snow removing cleaning head 6 is connected with the telescopic rod; a telescopic driving motor 507 is arranged on the telescopic support frame; the driving wheel 506 is mounted on the main shaft of the telescopic driving motor 507, and is used for driving the telescopic rod to reciprocate along the transverse guide rail 501 under the driving of the telescopic driving motor 507.

In this embodiment, the driving wheel 506 may be a gear, a rack engaged with the gear is provided on the driving rod 505, and the driving rod 505 reciprocates through the engagement of the gear and the rack.

In this embodiment, referring to fig. 6 to 7, the buffering anti-collision structure 504 is a travel switch or a limit switch, and the limit switch is in signal connection with the telescopic driving motor 507. As a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the rotating mechanism 3 includes: the lifting mechanism comprises a fixed chassis 301, a rotary chassis 302, two fixed brackets 303, a sliding bracket and a linear driver 8, wherein the fixed chassis 301 is arranged on the lifting mechanism 2; the rotary chassis 302 is rotationally connected with the fixed chassis 301; the two fixing supports 303 are symmetrically arranged on the rotary chassis 302, and longitudinal guide rails 306 are arranged on two opposite sides of the two fixing supports 303; the sliding bracket moves up and down along the longitudinal guide rail 306, and the pitch angle adjusting mechanism 9 is fixed on the sliding bracket; the linear driver 8 is installed on the rotary chassis 302 and used for pushing the sliding support to move up and down.
In the present embodiment, the linear actuator 8 includes any one of an electric push rod, an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, and a threaded screw. The lifting of the sliding support is realized, and then the lifting of the telescopic mechanism 5 and the snow removing cleaning head 6 can be realized.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the height of the two longitudinal rails 306 extending upward exceeds the height of the telescopic mechanism 5, and the connecting rod 307 is arranged at the upper end of the two longitudinal rails 306, so that the two fixing brackets 303 form a door-shaped bracket, and the connecting rod 307 can not only improve the connection reliability of the two fixing brackets 303, but also limit the telescopic mechanism 5 to a certain extent.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the sliding support includes two sliding blocks 304 and a support plate 305 connected between the two sliding blocks 304, wherein the pitch angle adjusting mechanism 9 is fixed on the support plate 305.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the fixing bracket 303 includes a vertical rod for mounting the longitudinal rail 306 and an oblique rod symmetrically disposed on both sides of the vertical rod, the vertical rod and the oblique rod form a triangular structure, and lower ends of the vertical rod and the oblique rod are fixed on a supporting frame, and the supporting frame is connected to the revolving chassis 302.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the chassis traveling mechanism 1 includes a traveling chassis 101 and wheels 102 mounted on the traveling chassis 101, and the wheels 102 are mecanum wheel sets, so as to improve the anti-skid capability and the grip capability and avoid the device from skidding.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the lifting mechanism 2 is a scissor type lifting mechanism 2, and the scissor type lifting mechanism is pushed to lift by a linear actuator 8, such as an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder or an electric push rod.

Claims (10)

1. Multi-functional roof snow removal device, its characterized in that includes:
a chassis running mechanism having wheels for running;
the lifting mechanism is arranged on the chassis travelling mechanism and has a degree of freedom of lifting along the vertical direction;
the slewing mechanism is arranged on the lifting mechanism and has 360-degree rotational freedom;
the pitching angle adjusting mechanism is arranged on the slewing mechanism;
the telescopic mechanism is arranged on the pitching angle adjusting mechanism and has a degree of freedom of reciprocating movement;
the snow removing and cleaning head is arranged at one end of the telescopic mechanism and is used for crushing accumulated snow on the roof; and
the snow cover collecting mechanism comprises an air pipe, a collecting box and a fan, wherein one end of the air pipe is connected with the snow removing cleaning head, the collecting box is communicated with the other end of the air pipe, and the fan is arranged at the other end of the air pipe and is used for collecting snow cover or snow dust;
chassis running gear walks around the house on ground, according to the height and the shape on the roof of treating the clearance, elevating system will remove the snow clearance head and go up and down to suitable height, rotation mechanism will remove the snow clearance head and rotate to suitable angle, every single move angle adjustment mechanism will telescopic machanism adjusts suitable every single move angle, it follows to remove the snow clearance head telescopic machanism reciprocating motion realizes cleaing away of the snow of the different positions in roof, and passes through the mechanism is collected to snow, collects partial snow in the collecting box.
2. The multi-functional roof snow removal apparatus of claim 1, wherein said snow removal and cleaning head comprises:
the absorption cover is fixedly connected with the telescopic mechanism, and one end of the air pipe is communicated with the absorption cover;
the supporting wheel is connected with the absorption cover and used for supporting the absorption cover to move along the roof;
the crushing roller is rotatably connected with the absorption cover by virtue of a supporting arm, and a plurality of crushing heads for crushing the snow layer are arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the crushing roller; and
and one end of the crank rocker structure is hinged with the supporting arm, and the other end of the crank rocker structure is hinged with the absorption cover and used for driving the crushing roller to crush the snow layer.
3. The multi-functional roof snow removal apparatus of claim 2, wherein said crank and rocker structure comprises:
one end of the first rocker is hinged with the supporting arm;
one end of the second rocker is hinged with the other end of the first rocker;
and the rocker driving motor is arranged on the absorbing cover and used for driving the second rocker to swing and driving the crushing roller to crush the snow deposit through the second rocker, the first rocker and the supporting arm.
4. The multi-functional roof snow removal apparatus of claim 2, wherein said snow removal cleaning head further comprises:
the heating pipe is arranged in the absorption cover and is used for melting the accumulated snow frozen on the roof;
snow collecting mechanism still includes:
one end of the water guide pipe is communicated with the absorption cover, and the other end of the water guide pipe is communicated with the collection box and used for collecting the snow water melted by the heating pipe;
the driving motor of the fan is a forward and reverse rotating motor, when the accumulated snow is collected, the driving motor of the fan rotates in the forward direction, and the fan is in an air inducing state and sucks the accumulated snow into the collection box through the air pipe; when the heating pipe is heated, the driving motor of the fan rotates reversely, the fan is in a blowing state, and air is blown into the cover body through the air pipe, so that flowing hot air flow blowing to accumulated snow is formed in the cover body.
5. The multi-functional roof snow removal device of claim 1, wherein said pitch angle adjustment mechanism comprises:
the pitching support frame is arranged on the swing mechanism, and the telescopic mechanism is rotationally connected with the pitching support frame by virtue of a rotating shaft; and
and one end of the space connecting rod structure is hinged with the pitching supporting frame, and the other end of the space connecting rod structure is hinged with the telescopic mechanism and is used for restraining the pitching angle of the telescopic mechanism.
6. The multifunctional roof snow removing apparatus of claim 5, wherein the space link structure comprises:
one end of the first connecting rod is hinged with the pitching supporting frame;
one end of the second connecting rod is hinged with the other end of the first connecting rod;
one end of the third connecting rod is hinged with the other end of the second connecting rod; and
and the connecting rod driving motor is arranged on the telescopic mechanism and used for driving the telescopic mechanism to pitch at a proper angle through the third connecting rod, the second connecting rod and the first connecting rod.
7. The multifunctional roof snow removing apparatus of claim 1, wherein said telescoping mechanism comprises:
the telescopic support frame is rotatably connected with the pitching angle adjusting mechanism by virtue of a rotating shaft;
the transverse guide rail is arranged on the telescopic support frame;
the telescopic rod is connected with the transverse guide rail in a sliding manner, and the snow removing cleaning head is connected with the telescopic rod;
the telescopic driving motor is arranged on the telescopic support frame; and
and the driving wheel is arranged on a main shaft of the telescopic driving motor and used for driving the telescopic rod to reciprocate along the transverse guide rail under the driving of the telescopic driving motor.
8. The multifunctional roof snow removal apparatus of claim 7, wherein said telescoping rod comprises:
the upper surface of the driving rod is provided with a friction layer which is in friction drive with the driving wheel, the driving wheel is a friction wheel, and the snow removing and cleaning head is connected with the driving rod; and
one end of the auxiliary rod is connected with the driving rod through a connecting plate, and the auxiliary rod is in sliding fit with the transverse guide rail; the snow removing and cleaning head is connected to the same end of the driving rod and the auxiliary rod, and the auxiliary rod is driven by the telescopic driving motor to move synchronously along the transverse guide rail and the driving rod.
9. The multifunctional roof snow removing device as claimed in claim 7, wherein both ends of the telescopic supporting frame are respectively provided with a buffer anti-collision structure for limiting the movement of the telescopic rod.
10. The multifunctional roof snow removing apparatus as set forth in claim 1, wherein said swing mechanism comprises:
the fixed chassis is arranged on the lifting mechanism;
the rotary chassis is rotationally connected with the fixed chassis;
the two fixing supports are symmetrically arranged on the rotary chassis, and longitudinal guide rails are arranged on two opposite sides of the two fixing supports;
the sliding support moves up and down along the longitudinal guide rail, and the pitching angle adjusting mechanism is fixed on the sliding support; and
and the linear driver is arranged on the rotary chassis and used for pushing the sliding support to move up and down.
