Background
Most of makeup removing cotton on the market at present is cotton, has poor water locking and moisturizing effects, and is easy to yellow or mildew.
ES fibers are novel heat-adhesive composite polyolefin fibers developed by Chisso corporation of japan in 1974. It has the advantages of fluffiness, softness, good permeability and the like, so that the product is widely applied to disposable sanitary products.
The invention aims to prepare a makeup removing cotton material which has good water absorption and is not easy to mildew and yellow by mixing ES fiber and cotton.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects and shortcomings in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a method for preparing a makeup removing cotton material, which is characterized in that ES fibers and cotton are mixed in a proper proportion to obtain the makeup removing cotton material with fluffy texture, good water absorption and difficulty in mildewing.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a method for preparing a makeup removing cotton material comprises the following steps:
1) cotton and ES fibers were mixed as 1: (1-5) uniformly mixing the raw materials in proportion to obtain a mixed raw material;
2) sending the mixed raw material obtained in the step 1) into a carding machine for carding to obtain a coarse mixed material;
3) folding the coarse mixed material obtained in the step 2), and then finely carding to obtain a fine mixed material;
4) and 3) sending the fine mixed material obtained in the step 3) to an oven for drying and rolling.
The preparation method is simple to operate and suitable for batch production. The makeup removing cotton material prepared by the method has fluffy texture and good water absorption and is not easy to mildew.
Further, the ES fibers are one or a mixture of two of seaweed modified ES fibers and diatomite modified ES fibers.

The seaweed extract used in the invention ensures that the prepared makeup removing cotton has smooth texture and is not easy to yellow and mildew.
Further, the preparation method of the seaweed modified ES fiber comprises the following steps: a) uniformly mixing ES fibers, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and water, then carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 30-60min under the conditions of ultrasonic power of 220W and frequency of 1.2-1.5kHz, taking out the mixture, and putting the mixture into a container; b) adding the seaweed extract into the container, stirring at high speed for 30-60min, and naturally air drying to obtain seaweed modified ES fiber.
According to the invention, ES fibers, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and water are uniformly mixed, then ultrasonic treatment is carried out for 30-60min under the conditions of ultrasonic power of 220W and frequency of 1.2-1.5kHz, so that the ES fibers have a micropore structure, and then the seaweed extract is added, so that the seaweed extract enters micropores, and more seaweed extract can be better kept in the micropores by air drying.
In another preferred scheme, the diatomite modified ES fiber comprises, by weight, 100 parts of a raw material ES fiber, 20-40 parts of diatomite, 3-5 parts of a titanate coupling agent, 5-10 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and 20-40 parts of water, wherein the particle size of the diatomite is 500-800 meshes.
According to the invention, the titanium ester coupling agent is used, so that more diatomite can be connected to the ES fibers, and the water absorption of the prepared makeup removing cotton is better.
Further, the preparation method of the diatomite modified ES fiber comprises the following steps: A) uniformly mixing ES fibers, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and water, then carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 30-60min under the conditions of ultrasonic power of 220W and frequency of 1.2-1.5kHz, taking out the mixture, and putting the mixture into a container; B) and adding diatomite and a titanate coupling agent into the container, and stirring at a high speed for 30-60min to obtain the seaweed modified ES fiber.
The method for preparing the diatomite modified ES fiber is simple and easy to operate, and the utilization rate of the raw materials is high.
Further, the drying temperature in the step 4) is 50-150 ℃, and the baking time is 20-80 min.
According to the invention, by adjusting the drying temperature and the baking time, on one hand, the production efficiency is high, and on the other hand, the prepared makeup removing cotton is smooth in texture and good in water absorption effect.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the preparation method is simple to operate and suitable for batch production. The makeup removing cotton material prepared by the method has fluffy texture and good water absorption and is not easy to mildew.
