cooling to 40-45 deg.C, adding biological ferment, alkyl glycoside, sorbitol, alcohol ether compounds, oleum Terebinthinae, and chelating agent into emulsifying kettle, stirring for 15-25min, and naturally aging in aging machine at normal temperature for 2-3 d.
In order to further illustrate the present invention, the following examples are provided to describe the water-based cleaning agent for industrial oil stains and the preparation method thereof in detail, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The biological enzyme is prepared by fermenting Chinese honeylocust fruit, rice, orange peel, shaddock peel and apple peel;
the mass ratio of the Chinese honeylocust fruit to the rice to the orange peel to the shaddock peel to the apple peel is 1: 12: 0.2: 0.5: 0.2;
the preparation method of the biological ferment comprises the following steps:
1) soaking rice in water for 3h, and grinding into slurry to obtain rice slurry for later use;
cleaning and crushing gleditsia sinensis lam, orange peel, shaddock peel and apple peel to obtain a mixture for later use;
2) gelatinizing the rice slurry obtained in the step 1) at the temperature of 100 ℃ for 30 min;
3) cooling the paste obtained in the step 2) to room temperature, adding the mixture, stirring uniformly, adjusting the pH to 6, adding a strain, and fermenting for 5d at the temperature of 30 ℃ to obtain a fermentation liquid;
4) and filtering the fermentation liquor, and discarding a filter cake to obtain clear biological ferment.
Wherein the addition amount of the bacillus pumilus is 0.2 percent of the mass of the rice, and the addition amount of the microzyme is 0.3 percent of the mass of the rice; the addition amount of water is 8 times of the rice mass.

30 parts of dodecyl dimethyl amine oxide, 20 parts of octadecyl dimethyl hydroxyethyl quaternary ammonium nitrate, 5 parts of alkyl glycoside, 5 parts of chitosan, 10 parts of sorbitol, 3 parts of 1, 3-bis (hydroxymethyl) -5, 5-dimethylhydantoin, 10 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 5 parts of triethanolamine, 5 parts of ethoxylated nonylphenol, 20 parts of nano titanium dioxide with the particle size of 100-200 nm, 5 parts of isocarbadecyl alcohol ether, 3 parts of turpentine, 10 parts of biological ferment prepared in example 1 and 2 parts of tetrasodium 3-hydroxy-2, 2' -iminodisuccinate.

50 parts of dodecyl dimethyl amine oxide, 30 parts of octadecyl dimethyl hydroxyethyl quaternary ammonium nitrate, 8 parts of alkyl glycoside, 10 parts of chitosan, 15 parts of sorbitol, 5 parts of 1, 3-bis (hydroxymethyl) -5, 5-dimethylhydantoin, 20 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 10 parts of triethanolamine, 10 parts of ethoxylated nonylphenol, 30 parts of nano titanium dioxide with the particle size of 100-200 nm, 10 parts of isomeric tridecyl alcohol ether, 5 parts of turpentine, 15 parts of biological ferment prepared in example 2 and 3 parts of N, N-dicarboxylic amino-2-hydroxy propyl sodium sulfonate.

30-50 parts of dodecyl dimethyl amine oxide, 20-30 parts of octadecyl dimethyl hydroxyethyl quaternary ammonium nitrate, 5-8 parts of alkyl glycoside, 5-10 parts of chitosan, 10-15 parts of sorbitol, 3-5 parts of 1, 3-bis (hydroxymethyl) -5, 5-dimethyl hydantoin, 10-20 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 5-10 parts of triethanolamine, 5-10 parts of ethoxylated nonylphenol, 20-30 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 5-10 parts of alcohol ether compounds, 3-5 parts of turpentine, 10-15 parts of biological enzyme and 2-3 parts of chelating agent.
2. The water-based cleaning agent for industrial oil stains according to claim 1, wherein the particle size of the nano titanium dioxide is 100-200 nm.
