By arranging the first distance adjusting mechanism, the relative distance between the printing plate roller 41 and the printing roller 43 can be adjusted finely (the adjusting range is 0.1-1.0mm) conveniently according to actual production requirements of production personnel, the phenomenon that the distance between the printing plate roller 41 and the printing roller 43 is too small, the pattern printing plate 42 is deformed too much and the printing pattern is deformed, the printing plate roller 41 and the printing roller 43 can not rotate normally can be avoided, the phenomenon that the distance between the printing plate roller 41 and the printing roller 43 is too large and the pattern printing plate 42 can not contact with the printing block 44 can be avoided, so that the printing pattern on the pattern printing plate 42 can be attached to the printing block 44, and the printing effect of the planar pattern printing unit 1 can be ensured; in addition, in an emergency or a shutdown state, the first distance adjusting mechanism is operated to separate the printing plate roller 41 and the printing roller 43, so that the printing block 44 is prevented from crushing the pattern printing plate 42, and meanwhile, the ink of the pattern printing plate 42 is prevented from being attached to the printing block 44, and the cleaning difficulty is reduced.
Referring to fig. 8 to 11, the ink output mechanism 2 comprises a third mounting frame 21, an ink feeding box 22, an ink receiving roller 25 and an ink distributing roller 26, wherein the ink receiving roller 25 and the ink distributing roller 26 are provided in plurality, and the ink distributing roller 26 can rotate back and forth left and right; the ink applying box 22, the ink receiving roller 25 and the ink distributing roller 26 are arranged on a third mounting frame 21, and the third mounting frame 21 is connected with a second mounting frame 52.
The upper ink box 22 is used for storing ink, and an ink outlet 23 is arranged on the upper ink box 22; the ink receiving roller 25 is used for receiving the ink flowing out from the upper ink box 22 and transferring the ink to the ink distributing roller 26 or the form roller 41 or the other ink receiving roller 25, the ink distributing roller 26 is used for carrying out ink leveling and transferring the ink to the ink receiving roller 25 so that the ink is uniformly distributed on the outer side surface of the ink receiving roller 25; the printing roller 43 and the plate roller 41 are in transmission connection through a transmission gear 27, the plate roller 41 and the corresponding ink receiving roller 25 are in transmission connection through the transmission gear 27, and the adjacent ink receiving rollers 25 are in transmission connection or rolling contact through the transmission gear 27; the ink distribution roller 26 is in driving connection or rolling contact with the adjacent ink receiving roller 25 through a transmission gear 27.
Specifically, the ink receiving roller 25 may be a metal roller, or the ink receiving roller 25 may be a roller coated with a rubber plate on the outer side; the ink distribution roller 26 is a self-running roller (rotating while automatically reciprocating up and down) or a roller driven by an external force to reciprocate up and down.
Referring to fig. 11, in the present embodiment, the ink distribution roller 26 is provided with two, namely, a first ink distribution roller 261 and a second ink distribution roller 262, and the ink receiving rollers 25 are provided with five, namely, a first ink receiving roller 251, a second ink receiving roller 252, a third ink receiving roller 253, a fourth ink receiving roller 254 and a fifth ink receiving roller 255 from left to right in the figure, wherein the first ink receiving roller 251 is used for receiving ink output by the ink supply box, and the fifth ink receiving roller 255 is used for supplying ink to the form roller 41; the first ink distribution roller 261 is positioned between the second ink receiving roller 252 and the third ink receiving roller 253; the second ink distribution roller 262 is located between the third ink receiving roller 253 and the fourth ink receiving roller 254, the first ink receiving roller 251 and the second ink receiving roller 252 are in rolling contact, and the fourth ink receiving roller 254 is disposed adjacent to the fifth ink receiving roller 255 and is in rolling contact with the second ink distribution roller 262, respectively.
The first ink distribution roller 361 is a self-running roller, and the second ink distribution roller 362 is a roller driven by an external force to reciprocate up and down.
Referring to fig. 8, the third mounting frame 21 is provided with an ejector block 8, and the ejector block 8 is positioned between the projection point of the plate roller 41 on the second mounting frame 52 and the projection point of the ink receiving roller 25 for supplying ink to the plate roller 41 on the third mounting frame 21; a second spacing adjusting mechanism is arranged between the third mounting frame 21 and the second mounting frame 52, the second spacing adjusting mechanism comprises a first adjusting piece 81 and a first elastic piece 82, the first adjusting piece 81 is linked with an ink receiving roller 25 for providing ink for a plate roller 41, and the telescopic end of the first adjusting piece 81 abuts against the ejector block 8; the first elastic member 82 has one end connected to the third mounting frame 21 and the other end connected to the ink receiving roller 25 for supplying ink to the plate roller 41, and applies pressure to the ink receiving roller 25 in a direction toward the plate roller 41.
Referring to fig. 8 to 11, the printing plate further comprises a main transmission shaft 83, the main transmission shaft 83 is provided with the rotatable transmission gear 27, the main transmission shaft 83 is arranged on the side portion of the ink receiving roller 25 for providing ink for the printing plate roller 41, one end of the main transmission shaft 83 is in transmission connection with the printing roller 43, the other end of the main transmission shaft is in transmission connection with the ink receiving roller 25 provided with the transmission gear 27, and the ejection block 8 is arranged at the upper end of the main transmission shaft 83.
In the above arrangement, the first elastic member 82 applies a pressure in the direction of the plate roller 41 to the ink receiving roller 25 that supplies ink to the plate roller 41, and the ink receiving roller 25 is brought into rolling contact with the plate roller 41, and the ink receiving roller 25 rotates to supply ink to the plate roller 41; when the flexible end of first regulating part 81 is elongated, the messenger connects the ink roller 25 orientation to push away the direction motion of piece 8 relatively for form roller 41 provides printing ink to be convenient for the producer to adjust this and connect the relative distance between ink roller 25 and the form roller 41 according to actual production needs, avoid above-mentioned connect between ink roller 25 and the printing roller 43 apart from too big or undersize, the influence is to the effect of coloring of pattern form 42, and avoid the relief (sculpture) pattern on the pattern form 42 to be crushed, ensure the printing effect of plane pattern printing unit 1.

When the ink mixing member 29 pushes up the lower side of the bottom wall of the ink outlet 23, the bottom wall of the ink outlet 23 is far away from the horizontal plane, the contact area of the ink on the ink outlet 23 and the ink roller 28 is reduced, and the amount of the ink attached to the ink roller 28 is reduced; when the pushing force of the ink mixing member 29 against the lower side of the bottom wall of the ink outlet 23 is reduced, the bottom wall of the ink outlet 23 is moved downward to be close to the horizontal plane, the contact area between the ink on the ink outlet 23 and the ink roller 28 is increased, and the amount of ink adhering to the ink roller 28 is increased.
The structure of the ink output mechanism 2 has the following beneficial effects by adopting the arrangement mode:
(1) the ink receiving rollers 25 are arranged to transfer the ink flowing out of the upper ink box 22 to finally transfer the ink to the plate roller 41, so that the distance limitation between the upper ink box 22 and the plate roller 41 is removed, and after the positions of the upper ink box 22 and the plate roller 41 are arranged according to the internal space of the printing equipment, a manufacturer can ensure that the upper ink box 22 can carry out ink loading on the plate roller 41 only by adjusting the number of the ink receiving rollers 25, in addition, the arrangement mode can design the plate roller 41 to be smaller, so that the space occupied by the plane pattern printing unit 1 is reduced;
(2) the ink distributing roller 26 is contacted with the ink receiving roller 25 attached with ink, the ink distributing roller 26 is rotated back and forth left and right to enable the ink to be evenly attached to the outer surface of the ink distributing roller 26, the ink distributing roller 26 is contacted with the ink receiving roller 25 not attached with ink, the ink distributing roller 26 is rotated back and forth left and right to enable the ink on the outer surface of the ink distributing roller 26 to be evenly attached to the outer surface of the ink receiving roller 25, the ink flowing out of the upper ink box 22 is evenly distributed through the ink distributing roller 26, and the ink is transferred to the ink receiving roller 25, so that the ink on the outer side surface of the ink receiving roller 25 is evenly distributed, the situation that excessive ink is arranged on a single position on the ink receiving roller 25 is reduced, the situation that partial relief convex surfaces on the pattern plate 42 are not attached with ink due to uneven distribution of the ink on the ink receiving roller 25 is avoided, the printing pattern is incomplete, and the color difference, thereby effectively improving the printing effect;
(3) the printing roller 43, the printing plate roller 41 and the ink receiving roller 25 are in transmission connection by adopting the transmission gear 27, so that the synchronism and the stability are good, the power transmission efficiency is high, and the response speed is high; the ink distributing roller 26 is in transmission connection or rolling contact with the adjacent ink receiving roller 25 through a transmission gear 27, the ink distributing roller 26 is in transmission connection or rolling contact with the adjacent ink receiving roller 25 through the transmission gear 27 or is driven to rotate by means of friction force generated by contact of the ink distributing roller 26 and the ink receiving roller 25, the synchronism of movement of the ink distributing roller 26 and the ink receiving roller 25 is ensured, in addition, the ink distributing roller 26 is in rolling contact with the ink receiving roller 25, pressure can be applied to the surface of the ink receiving roller 25 through the ink distributing roller 26, and ink on the ink receiving roller 25 is evenly spread.
Referring to fig. 11, the ink output mechanism 2 further includes an ink licking mechanism provided between the upper ink tank 22 and the ink receiving roller 25, the ink licking mechanism including the ink licking roller 3, the third rotary shaft 31, and the cam 34; a first reset piece 35, a first connecting arm 32 and a second connecting arm 33 are arranged on the third rotating shaft 31, the licking roller 3 is arranged corresponding to the ink outlet 23 and is arranged on the third rotating shaft 31 through the first connecting arm 32, the second connecting arm 33 is pressed against the outer side of the cam 34, and the first reset piece 35 is used for resetting the third rotating shaft 31; when the cam 34 moves, the third rotating shaft 31 rotates to make the licking roller 3 reciprocate between the upper ink box 22 and the ink receiving roller 25, and the ink flowing out from the ink outlet 23 is adhered and then transferred to the ink receiving roller 25.
The ink licking mechanism is simple in structure, small in number of parts, convenient to mount and dismount and easy to replace wearing parts, the ink licking roller 3 is driven by the cam 34 to swing back and forth between the upper ink box 22 and the ink receiving rollers 25, so that the ink volume transmitted between the ink receiving rollers 25 is effectively controlled, the response speed is high, the reliability is high, the ink consumption can be saved, and the production cost is reduced.
Referring to fig. 9 to 10, a transmission member 36 and a guide member 39 are disposed on the third mounting frame 21, the guide member 39 is rotatably disposed on the outer side of the third mounting frame 21 corresponding to the cam 34, the axis of the cam 34 is connected with the axis of the guide member 39, a curved track 390 is disposed on the guide member 39, and the curved track 390 is annularly disposed on the outer periphery of the guide member 39; the driving medium 36 includes installation department 37 and oscillating portion 38, installation department 37 sets up the third mounting bracket 21 outside, the rotatable setting of oscillating portion 38 is in on the installation department 37, the movable insertion of oscillating portion 38 one end in the curve track 390, the other end with the part that the even ink roller 262 of second is located and is connected the third mounting bracket 21 outside is connected.
The cam 34 drives the guide piece 39 to rotate when moving, the guide piece 39 rotates and drives the swinging part 38 to swing, the swinging part 38 is connected with one end of the ink distributing roller 26 to swing back and forth from a position close to the third mounting frame 21 to a position far away from the third mounting frame 21 so as to drive the ink distributing roller 26 to do left and right reciprocating motion, and by adopting the arrangement mode, an external power source is not needed to be arranged to drive the ink distributing roller 26 to move, so that the production and operation cost of the ink jet printer is reduced, in addition, the periodic motion of the ink distributing roller 26 is consistent with the periodic motion of the ink licking mechanism, so that the motion synchronism of each part of the ink output mechanism 2 is improved when the ink output mechanism 2 operates, and the ink is stably supplied to a printing component.
Referring to fig. 2, the material pushing mechanism comprises a driver (not shown in the figure), a linkage belt 13 and a plurality of material pushing pieces 14, the linkage belt 13 is arranged on the side portion of the guide rail 11 and arranged along the length direction of the guide rail 11, the plurality of material pushing pieces 14 are equidistantly arranged on the linkage belt 13, and the driver is used for driving the linkage belt 13 to move so that the material pushing pieces 14 push the paper-plastic packaging box to move along the direction of the guide rail 11; the printing plate roller 41 is in transmission connection with the printing roller 43, and the driver drives the printing roller 43 to rotate.
The material pushing mechanism has the following beneficial effects by adopting the arrangement mode:
(1) the material pushing mechanism is simple in structure, parts are easy to obtain, and production, installation and later maintenance are convenient, in addition, the speed of pushing the paper-plastic packaging box by the material pushing mechanism can be adjusted by adjusting the distance between the material pushing pieces 14, and the difficulty of adjusting the paper-plastic packaging box plane pattern printing device by production personnel is reduced, so that the popularization and the use of the paper-plastic packaging box plane pattern printing device are convenient;
(2) the plane pattern printing unit 1 is driven by a driver of the pushing mechanism to work, and the plane pattern printing unit 1 and the linkage belt 13 share one power source, so that the plane pattern printing unit 1 and the linkage belt 13 are linked, the cooperativity of the plane pattern printing unit 1 and the linkage belt 13 during movement is ensured, and the working stability of the paper-plastic packaging box during printing is improved.

Referring to fig. 12 to 13, the present embodiment provides a paper-plastic packing box plane pattern printing apparatus for printing the lower end surface of a paper-plastic packing box.
The paper-plastic packaging box plane pattern printing device of the embodiment comprises a frame 10, a conveying mechanism and a plane pattern printing unit 1; the conveying mechanism and the plane pattern printing unit 1 are arranged on the frame 10; the conveying mechanism comprises a guide rail 11 and a pushing mechanism, and the pushing mechanism is used for pushing the paper-plastic packaging box to the plane pattern printing unit 1 along the guide rail 11; the plane pattern printing unit 1 is arranged on a guide rail 11, the plane pattern printing unit 1 comprises an ink output mechanism 2 and a printing assembly, the ink output mechanism 2 is connected with the printing assembly, and the ink output mechanism 2 is used for supplying ink to the printing assembly; the printing component is provided with a pattern printing plate (not shown in the figure), the pattern printing plate can be attached with printing ink and form a printing pattern, and the printing component can be contacted with the end face of the paper-plastic packaging box to print the printing pattern on the end face of the paper-plastic packaging box.
The plane pattern printing unit 1 is arranged below the guide rail 11; the printing assembly comprises a support 4, a printing plate roller 41 and a printing roller 43, wherein the printing plate roller 41 is axially and rotatably arranged on the support 4, the printing roller 43 is arranged at a position capable of rolling and contacting with the printing plate roller 41, and the printing roller 53 and the printing plate roller 41 can synchronously rotate; the pattern printing plate is arranged on the outer side of the printing plate roller 41, a printing block 44 is arranged on the outer side of the printing roller 43, when the printing roller 43 and the printing plate roller 41 rotate synchronously, the pattern printing plate is contacted with the printing block 44, so that a pattern is formed on the printing block 44, and the printing block 44 can print the pattern on the paper-plastic packaging box.

Referring to fig. 13, in the present embodiment, the bracket 4 is connected to an external device through a horizontal adjustment mechanism, where the horizontal adjustment mechanism includes a slide rail 71 and a sliding member 72; the slide rail 71 is arranged at the lower part of the bracket 4, the sliding part 72 is arranged on an external device, and the sliding part 72 is arranged on the slide rail 71 in a sliding way; alternatively, the slide rail 71 is disposed on an external device, the sliding member 72 is disposed at a lower portion of the bracket 4, and the sliding member 72 is slidably disposed on the slide rail 71.
The present embodiment is another arrangement of the planar pattern printing unit 1 of the first embodiment, and is different from the first embodiment only in the arrangement of the printing roller 43, and therefore, other structures in the first embodiment not described in the present embodiment can be applied to the present embodiment, and the structures in the first embodiment not described in the present embodiment fall within the scope disclosed in the present embodiment.
The first embodiment and the second embodiment respectively provide a paper-plastic packaging box plane pattern printing device for printing the upper end surface or the lower end surface of a paper-plastic packaging box, and the two paper-plastic packaging box plane pattern printing devices are mainly characterized in that the relative positions of a printing roller 43 and a printing plate roller 41 on a plane pattern printing unit 1 are adjusted, so that the plane pattern printing unit 1 can realize different printing effects, is convenient and fast to assemble and low in adjustment difficulty, and therefore, production personnel can conveniently and fast adjust the paper-plastic packaging box plane pattern printing device to meet actual printing requirements, the application range of the paper-plastic packaging box plane pattern printing device is widened, and production cost is reduced.
EXAMPLE III
The present embodiment is a modification of the first and second embodiments, and is different from the first and second embodiments in the structure of the printing unit and in that a plurality of the ink output mechanisms 2 are provided.
Referring to fig. 15 to 17, a paper plastic packing box plane pattern printing apparatus for printing the upper surface of a paper plastic packing box is modified: the printing assembly comprises at least two printing plate rollers 41 and a printing roller 43, and the two printing plate rollers 41 and the printing roller 43 are arranged on the bracket 4 in a manner of being parallel to the axial direction of the upper end surface of the bracket 4 and capable of rotating; two plate rollers 41 are provided at the front and rear ends of the printing roller 43.
When two printing plate rollers 41 are arranged, the second mounting bracket 52 corresponding to one printing plate roller 41 is connected with the first mounting bracket 51 through a first rotating shaft 55, the second mounting bracket 52 corresponding to the other printing plate roller 41 is connected with the first mounting bracket 51 through a second rotating shaft 56, and at this time, the second rotating shaft 56 is an eccentric shaft; when the number of the plate printing rollers 41 is N (N > 2), the number of the second rotating shafts 56 is N-1, and the (N-1) second rotating shafts 56 are eccentric shafts. In this embodiment, the axial center deviation position of the second rotating shaft 56 is set according to actual conditions.

The arrangement mode has the following beneficial effects: when setting up the plane pattern printing unit 1 in guide rail 11 top and moulding the packing carton up end to paper and print, the plane pattern printing unit 1 that sets up in guide rail 11 below can support the packing carton inboard simultaneously to paper (or, when setting up plane pattern printing unit 1 that is in guide rail 11 below moulding the packing carton down the terminal surface and printing, the plane pattern printing unit 1 that sets up in guide rail 11 top supports the packing carton outside to paper), thereby avoid because plane pattern printing unit 1 moulds the pressure that the packing carton up end was applyed too big to paper, lead to paper to mould the packing carton and take place deformation or even impaired, thereby improve the effect of plane pattern printing unit 1 printing, and then improve the aesthetic property of the packing carton is moulded to paper after the printing pattern.
In this embodiment, the pushing equipment has the following beneficial effects: the two plane pattern printing units 1 are driven by the driver of the material pushing mechanism to work, so that the two plane pattern printing units 1 can simultaneously print two opposite outer side surfaces of the paper-plastic packaging box, the printing effect of the paper-plastic packaging box is improved, in addition, the arrangement mode can reduce the phenomenon that the plane pattern printing units 1 are driven to work by arranging another power source on the paper-plastic packaging box, the internal structure of the paper-plastic packaging box is simplified, and the production and maintenance cost of equipment is reduced.
Compared with the prior art, the plane pattern printing device for the paper-plastic packaging box is characterized in that the plane pattern printing unit 1 with the printing component is arranged on the conveying mechanism, and by utilizing the pattern printing plate 42 arranged on the printing component, when the pattern printing plate 42 is coated with ink and forms a printing pattern, and the pattern printing plate 42 is contacted with the end face of the paper-plastic packing box, the pattern printing plate 42 prints the pattern on the end face of the paper-plastic packing box, thereby realizing the automatic printing of the patterns on the end surface of the paper-plastic packaging box, improving the printing efficiency of the invention, in addition, when patterns with rich colors, special composition and high marks are required to be printed on the end surface of the paper-plastic packaging box, only the types of the ink on the ink output mechanism 2 need to be adjusted, and the pattern printing plate 42 on the printing component is replaced by the pattern printing plate 42 with other different patterns, the operation is simple and convenient, and the application range of the invention is improved.

the plane pattern printing unit comprises an ink output mechanism and a printing assembly, wherein the ink output mechanism is connected with the printing assembly and is used for supplying ink to the printing assembly;
the printing assembly is provided with a pattern printing plate, the pattern printing plate can be attached with printing ink and form a printing pattern, and the printing assembly can be in contact with the end face of the paper-plastic packaging box to print the printing pattern on the end face of the paper-plastic packaging box.

A paper-plastic packing box plane pattern printing device according to claim 1, wherein the printing assembly comprises a support, a printing plate roller and a printing roller, the printing plate roller is arranged on the support, the printing roller is arranged at a position where the printing plate roller can be in rolling contact with the printing plate roller, and the printing roller and the printing plate roller can synchronously rotate;
the pattern printing plate is arranged outside the printing plate roller, a printing block is arranged outside the printing roller, when the printing roller and the printing plate roller rotate synchronously, the pattern printing plate contacts with the printing block to form patterns on the printing block, and the printing block can print the patterns on the paper plastic packaging box.

the printing roller is arranged on one side, close to the guide rail, of the plate printing roller.
