The lower pressing device 12 is simple in structure and easy to obtain parts, the turntable 121 corresponds to the guide rail 11 arranged on the side pattern printing unit 1, when the paper plastic packaging box moves to the position of the side pattern printing unit 1 along the guide rail 11, the inner side surface of the paper plastic packaging box is pressed by the lower pressing part 122, the support is provided for the paper plastic packaging box, the structural strength of the paper plastic packaging box is improved, the pattern printing of the outer side surface of the fixed paper plastic packaging box by the side pattern printing unit 1 is facilitated, and the deformation of the paper plastic packaging box caused by the pressure applied by the printing of the side pattern printing unit 1 can be avoided, so that the structure of the paper plastic packaging box and the pattern printed on the paper plastic packaging box are influenced.
The turntable 121 may be fixed relative to the guide rail 11, and the turntable 121 may be rotatably disposed on the guide rail 11.
As an improvement of the arrangement mode of the turntable 121: the lower pressing device 12 further comprises a turntable synchronizing wheel 123, the turntable 121 is perpendicular to the guide rail 11, and is axially rotatably arranged on the guide rail 11 in the pushing direction of the pushing mechanism, the turntable synchronizing wheel 123 is connected with the turntable 121, the driver is in transmission connection with the turntable synchronizing wheel 123, and the driver drives the turntable 121 to rotate through the turntable synchronizing wheel 123.
In the above arrangement, the rotating disc 121 may rotate relative to the guide rail 11, so that when the paper-plastic packaging box enters into the position of the lower pressing device 12, the rotating disc 121 moves relative to the paper-plastic packaging box, so as to reduce the resistance generated by the rotating disc 121 to the movement of the paper-plastic packaging box, in addition, when the side pattern printing unit 1 contacts with the paper-plastic packaging box and prints a pattern, the printing end of the printing unit rotates relatively, the printing end of the printing unit applies a force to the inner side of the paper-plastic packaging box and the conveying direction of the guide rail 11 to the paper-plastic packaging box, when the rotating disc 121 rotates axially in the pushing direction of the pushing mechanism, the rotating disc 121 applies a force to the outer side of the paper-plastic packaging box and the conveying direction of the guide rail 11 to the paper-plastic packaging box, the rotating disc 121 and the printing end of the side pattern printing unit 1 have synchronism, so that the resultant force direction of the external force applied to the paper-plastic packaging box is directed to the pushing direction of the pushing mechanism, the side pattern printing unit 1 and the rotating disc 121 are ensured to jointly perform the function of boosting the paper-plastic packaging box, and the paper-plastic packaging box is prevented from being affected by the resultant force of the side pattern printing unit 1 and the direction of the rotating disc 121 and the direction of the pushing mechanism from different directions to the paper-plastic packaging box in the printing process.
The outer side surface of the turntable 121 is provided with a plurality of supporting plates 124, and the plurality of supporting plates 124 form the lower pressing part 122; the arrangement mode is convenient for production personnel to set and adjust the number of the supporting plates 124 according to the pushing interval time of the pushing mechanism, and under the condition that the turntable 121 can provide support for the inner side of the paper-plastic packaging box when the side pattern printing unit 1 prints the outer side of the paper-plastic packaging box, the production personnel can reduce the number of the supporting plates 124 as much as possible, the production cost is reduced, meanwhile, the weight of the turntable 121 is reduced, the load of a driver is reduced, and the energy is saved; in addition, the supporting plate 124 has a fan shape, which can effectively give consideration to the stability of the turntable 121 when rotating, and has a sufficient effective area to provide support for the inner side of the paper-plastic packing box.
Referring to fig. 6 to 17, the paper plastic packing box side pattern printing unit 1 further includes a mounting base 2, the mounting base 2 is disposed at a side of the guide rail 11, and the ink supply mechanism 3 and the printing assembly are disposed on the mounting base 2.
The printing assembly comprises a printing plate roller 4 and a printing roller 5, and the printing plate roller 4 and the printing roller 5 are axially and rotatably arranged on the mounting seat 2; the pattern printing plate 41 is arranged outside the printing plate roller 4, a printing block 51 is arranged outside the printing roller 5, the printing block 51 is in rolling contact with the pattern printing plate 41, a pattern is formed on the printing block 51, and the printing block 51 can print the pattern on a paper-plastic packaging box.
Specifically, the pattern printing plate 41 is an offset printing plate with a relief pattern engraved on the surface, and the printing block 44 is a planar offset printing plate; the pattern plate 41 is detachably disposed outside the plate roller 4, and the printing block 51 is detachably disposed outside the printing roller 5.
In this embodiment, the length of the content of the printed pattern is not greater than the length of the outside of the paper-plastic package, and when the length of the content of the printed pattern to be printed is smaller than the length of the outside of the paper-plastic package, the length of the pattern plate 41 is smaller than the outer circumference of the plate roller 4, and since the printing block 51 is provided corresponding to the pattern plate 41, the length of the printing block 51 is also smaller than the outer circumference of the printing roller 5, and therefore, the portion of the plate roller 4 not covered with the pattern plate 41 is not in contact with the printing block 51 nor with the printing roller 5.
Specifically, the plate roller 4 is provided with an adjusting wheel 42, the adjusting wheel 42 is coaxially connected with the plate roller 4, the plate roller 4 can be rotated by rotating the adjusting wheel 42, and the position of the printed pattern on the pattern plate 41 relative to the printing block 51 is adjusted, so that after different pattern plates 41 are replaced, the pattern plate 41 can be adjusted according to actual production requirements, and the printing effect is ensured; in addition, by rotating the platen roller 4 to a predetermined position, the printed pattern on the pattern platen 41 can be prevented from contacting the print block 51, thereby preventing the print block 51 from crushing the pattern platen 41 at the time of stoppage.
The printing assembly adopts the beneficial effects of the setting mode that: since the embossing convex surface and the embossing concave surface are arranged on the pattern printing plate 41, the embossing convex surface is attached with ink to form a printing pattern, on one hand, after the pattern printing plate 41 is attached with ink, the uneven distribution of the ink on different positions is caused by the different heights of the embossing convex surfaces on different positions, if the pattern printing plate 41 is directly contacted with a paper-plastic packaging box to print the pattern, the local position of the printing pattern is easy to generate chromatic aberration, and on the other hand, if the embossing convex surface is directly contacted with the paper-plastic packaging box, the embossing convex surface can leave embossing on the surface of the paper-plastic packaging box to lead the paper-plastic packaging box to deform, and the integral design of the paper-plastic packaging box is influenced; the printing block 51 is arranged on the printing roller 5, so that the printing pattern is attached to the printing block 51, and the printing block 51 is contacted with the paper-plastic packaging box and then prints the printing pattern on the paper-plastic packaging box, thereby effectively avoiding the color difference of the local position of the printing pattern and further improving the aesthetic property of the paper-plastic packaging box after the printing pattern; the printing roller 5 rotates relatively, when the side pattern printing unit 1 contacts with the paper-plastic packaging box and prints patterns, the external force applied to the outer side of the paper-plastic packaging box can point to the material transportation direction, and the paper-plastic packaging box is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the force applied by the side pattern printing unit 1 is different from the material transportation direction in the printing process.
The printing assembly further comprises a first mounting frame 52 and a second mounting frame 43, the printing roller 5 is arranged on the first mounting frame 52, the printing plate roller 4 is arranged on the second mounting frame 43, the first mounting frame 52 is connected with the front end of the second mounting frame 43, the first mounting frame 52 is connected with the rear end of the second mounting frame 43 through a first interval adjusting mechanism, and the first interval adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the relative position between the first mounting frame 52 and the second mounting frame 43; the first interval adjusting mechanism comprises a first eccentric shaft 60, a first rotating shaft 61 and a first linkage piece 62, the first eccentric shaft 60 is arranged at the rear end of the first mounting frame 52, the first rotating shaft 61 is arranged at the rear end of the second mounting frame 43, and the first eccentric shaft 60 and the first rotating shaft 61 are connected through the first linkage piece 62; the center of the first eccentric shaft 60 is near the rear end of the first mounting bracket 52.
Referring to fig. 16, the front ends of the first mounting frame 52 and the second mounting frame 43 are fixedly connected through a second linkage member 65 and a fixed shaft 66, the fixed shaft 66 is fixedly arranged at the front end of the second mounting frame 43, one end of the second linkage member 65 is connected with the first mounting frame 52, the middle part is connected with the fixed shaft 66, and the other end is connected with the second mounting frame 43.
Working principle of first interval adjusting mechanism: when the axis of the first eccentric shaft 60 is close to the rear end of the first mounting frame 52 and the axis of the first eccentric shaft 60 is offset towards the middle of the first mounting frame 52, the first eccentric shaft 60 pushes the first rotating shaft 61 to offset towards the rear end of the first mounting frame 52 through the first linkage piece 62, so that the second mounting frame 43 moves towards the rear end of the first mounting frame 52, the axial distance between the printing roller 5 and the printing plate roller 4 is shortened, the contact point of the pattern printing plate 41 and the printing block 51 moves backwards relative to the printing plate roller 4, and when the pattern printing plate 41 contacts the printing block 51, the pressure of the pattern printing plate 41 on the printing block 51 is increased.
Specifically, the first interval adjusting mechanism further includes a first elastic member 63, the first elastic member 63 is disposed at the rear end of the first mounting frame 52, the first elastic member 63 is linked with the first eccentric shaft 60, the first elastic member 63 is used for applying a tensile force to the middle of the rear end of the first mounting frame 52 to the first eccentric shaft 60, the first elastic member 63 pulls the first eccentric shaft 60 to rotate, so that the second mounting frame 43 is offset to the rear of the first mounting frame 52, and the distance between the plate printing roller 4 and the printing roller 5 is shortened.
Through setting up first interval adjustment mechanism, the production personnel of being convenient for finely tune (the adjustment scope is 0.1-1.0 mm) the relative distance between printing plate roller 4 and the printing roller 5 according to actual production needs, can avoid the too little distance between printing plate roller 4 and the printing roller 5, lead to the pattern printing plate 41 to appear too big deformation, lead to the printing pattern to warp, and printing plate roller 4, printing roller 5 can not normally rotate, also can avoid too big distance between printing plate roller 4 and the printing roller 5, pattern printing plate 41 can't contact with printing piece 51, thereby guarantee that the printing pattern on the pattern printing plate 41 can adhere to on printing piece 51, ensure the printing effect of paper-plastic packaging box side pattern printing unit 1.
Referring to fig. 17, the first spacing adjustment mechanism further includes a first safety assembly, the first safety assembly includes a first ejector member 64, the first ejector member 64 is disposed on the first mounting frame 52, the telescopic end of the first ejector member is coupled with the first eccentric shaft 60, and the first ejector member 64 is configured to push the axle center of the first eccentric shaft 60 to deviate toward the second mounting frame 43.
Specifically, the first safety assembly further includes a first ejector rod 641, the first ejector rod 641 is disposed on the first eccentric shaft 60, and the telescopic end of the first ejector member 64 is linked with the first ejector rod 641; one end of the first elastic member 63 is connected to the first ejector 641, and the other end is fixedly connected to the first mounting frame 52.
Through setting up first safety component on first interval adjustment mechanism, when first ejector member 64 starts, the expansion end extension of first ejector member 64, the axle center rotation of first eccentric shaft 60 is promoted to first ejector member 64, first eccentric shaft 60 rotation makes the second mounting bracket 43 that is connected with first pivot 61 move to the front end, make printing plate roller 4 and printing roller 5 break away from the contact, the unable adhesion of printing pattern is on printing piece 51, thereby avoid the printing pattern printing to the paper plastic packaging box on, avoid the material extravagant, and avoid attaching the printing pattern on the printing piece 51, the production personnel of being convenient for washs printing piece 51.
The ink supply mechanism 3 comprises an upper ink box 31, an ink receiving roller 34 and an ink homogenizing roller 35, wherein the ink receiving roller 34 and the ink homogenizing roller 35 are provided with a plurality of ink homogenizing rollers 35, and the ink homogenizing roller 35 can rotate up and down in a reciprocating manner; the upper ink box 31 is used for storing ink, and an ink outlet (not shown in the figure) is arranged on the upper ink box 31; the ink receiving roller 34 is used for receiving the ink flowing out of the ink box 31 and transferring the ink to the ink homogenizing roller 35 or the printing plate roller 4 or the other ink receiving roller 34, and the ink homogenizing roller 35 is used for homogenizing the ink and transferring the ink to the ink receiving roller 34 so as to uniformly distribute the ink on the outer side surface of the ink receiving roller 34.
Specifically, an ink filling port 311 is provided at the upper end of the upper ink box 31, a cover 32 is provided on the ink filling port 311, an air valve (not shown in the figure) is provided on the cover 32, and the air speed entering the upper ink box 31 can be adjusted by adjusting the air valve, so as to control the air pressure in the upper ink box 31, and further control the ink outlet amount of the upper ink box 31; the lower end of the upper ink box 31 is provided with an ink outlet channel 312, the ink outlet is arranged on the ink outlet channel 312, and the ink outlet channel 312 is provided with an ink regulating component; the ink regulating assembly comprises an ink regulating piece 33, wherein the ink regulating piece 33 is inserted into the ink outlet channel 312, and the ink regulating piece 33 is in threaded connection with the ink outlet channel 312; the size of the aperture of the ink passing through the ink outlet channel 312 is adjusted by adjusting the length of the ink adjusting member 33 inserted into the ink outlet channel 312. As an improvement, two ink adjusting members 33 are provided, the two ink adjusting members 33 are adjacently arranged along the length direction of the ink outlet channel 312, and by arranging the two ink adjusting members 33, the ink outlet amount of the ink outlet channel 312 can be secondarily adjusted, so that the ink outlet amount of the upper ink box 31 is accurately controlled, the production cost is reduced, and the time consumption for cleaning equipment is reduced.
Specifically, the ink receiving roller 34 may be a metal roller, or the ink receiving roller 34 may be a roller coated with a rubber plate on the outer side; the ink distributing roller 35 is a self-stringing roller (rotating while automatically reciprocating up and down) or a roller driven by an external force to reciprocate up and down.
Referring to fig. 14, in this embodiment, two ink distributing rollers 35 are provided, namely, a first ink distributing roller 351 and a second ink distributing roller 352, five ink receiving rollers 34 are provided, namely, a first ink receiving roller 341, a second ink receiving roller 342, a third ink receiving roller 343, a fourth ink receiving roller 344 and a fifth ink receiving roller 345, from right to left in the drawing, wherein the first ink receiving roller 341 is used for receiving the ink output by the upper ink box 31, and the fifth ink receiving roller 345 is used for providing the ink for the plate roller 4; the first ink distributing roller 351 is located between the second ink receiving roller 342 and the third ink receiving roller 343; the second ink distributing roller 352 is located between the third ink receiving roller 343 and the fourth ink receiving roller 344, the first ink receiving roller 341 and the second ink receiving roller 342 are in rolling contact, and the fourth ink receiving roller 344 is disposed adjacent to the fifth ink receiving roller 345 and is in rolling contact with the second ink distributing roller 352, respectively.
The first ink distributing roller 351 is a self-oscillating roller, and the second ink distributing roller 352 is a roller driven by an external force to reciprocate up and down.
The ink supply mechanism 3 has the following beneficial effects by adopting the arrangement mode:
(1) The ink receiving rollers 34 are arranged to transfer the ink flowing out of the ink feeding box 31 to the printing plate roller 4, so that the limitation of the distance between the ink feeding box 31 and the printing plate roller 4 is relieved, a producer can ensure that the ink feeding box 31 inks the printing plate roller 4 only by adjusting the number of the ink receiving rollers 34 after arranging the positions of the ink feeding box 31 and the printing plate roller 4 according to the internal space of the printing equipment, and in addition, the arrangement mode can design the printing plate roller 4 to be smaller, so that the space occupied by the pattern printing unit 1 on the side surface of the paper-plastic packaging box is reduced;
(2) The ink distributing roller 35 is contacted with the ink receiving roller 34 attached with ink, the ink distributing roller 35 enables the ink to be uniformly attached to the outer surface of the ink distributing roller 35 through up-and-down reciprocating rotation, the ink distributing roller 35 is contacted with the ink receiving roller 34 without the attached ink, the ink on the outer surface of the ink distributing roller 35 is uniformly attached to the outer surface of the ink receiving roller 34 through up-and-down reciprocating rotation, the ink flowing out of the ink feeding box 31 is uniformly mixed through the arrangement of the ink distributing roller 35, the ink is transferred to the ink receiving roller 34, so that the ink on the outer side surface of the ink receiving roller 34 is uniformly distributed, the condition that the ink is too much at a single position on the ink receiving roller 34 is reduced, the situation that partial raised convex surfaces on the pattern printing plate 41 are not attached with ink due to the uneven distribution of the ink is avoided, printing patterns are incomplete, the difference of the quantity of the ink attached to the raised convex surfaces at different positions is large, the color difference of the printing patterns is caused, and the printing effect is effectively improved.
The ink supply mechanism 3 further includes an ink licking mechanism 36, the ink licking mechanism 36 being disposed between the upper ink tank 31 and the ink receiving roller 34, the ink licking mechanism 36 including an ink licking roller 361, a second rotation shaft 362, and a cam 365; the second rotating shaft 362 is provided with a first reset member (not shown in the figure), a first connecting arm 363 and a second connecting arm 364, the licking roller 361 is disposed corresponding to the ink outlet, and is disposed on the second rotating shaft 362 through the first connecting arm 363, the second connecting arm 364 abuts against the outer side of the cam 365, and the first reset member is used for resetting the second rotating shaft 362; when the cam 365 moves, the second rotating shaft 362 rotates to make the licking roller 361 reciprocate between the upper ink box 31 and the ink receiving roller 34, and the ink flowing out from the ink outlet is adhered and transferred to the ink receiving roller 34.
The ink licking mechanism 36 has the advantages of simplified structure, small number of parts, convenient installation and disassembly, easy replacement of vulnerable parts, and effective control of the quantity of ink transferred between the ink receiving rollers 34 by driving the ink licking roller 361 to reciprocate between the upper ink box 31 and the ink receiving rollers 34 through the cam 365, high response speed, strong reliability, ink consumption saving and production cost reduction.
The device also comprises a driving assembly, wherein the driving assembly comprises a first synchronous wheel 67 and a plurality of transmission gears 68; the first synchronizing wheel 67 is arranged on the printing roller 5, and an external driver (not shown in the figure) is in transmission connection with the first synchronizing wheel 67, and drives the printing roller 5 to rotate through the first synchronizing wheel 67; the printing roller 5 and the printing plate roller 4 are in transmission connection through the transmission gear 68, the printing plate roller 4 is in transmission connection with the corresponding ink receiving roller 34 through the transmission gear 68, and the adjacent ink receiving rollers 34 are in transmission connection or rolling contact through the transmission gear 68; the ink distribution roller 35 is in driving connection or rolling contact with the adjacent ink receiving roller 34 through the transmission gear 68.
Specifically, the driving assembly further comprises a second synchronizing wheel 75 and a third synchronizing wheel 16, the second synchronizing wheel 75 is arranged on the first mounting frame 52 through a fixing frame 76, and the second synchronizing wheel 75 is perpendicular to the side surface of the fixing frame 76 and is axially and rotatably arranged on the fixing frame 76; the fixing frame 76 includes a fixing portion 77 and a sliding portion 78, the fixing portion 77 is vertically disposed on the first mounting frame 52, an adjusting chute 770 parallel to the upper end surface of the first mounting frame 52 is disposed on the fixing portion 77, the sliding portion 78 is slidably disposed on the fixing portion 77 along the adjusting chute 770, a second locking member 79 capable of being inserted into the adjusting chute 770 is disposed on the sliding portion 78, and the sliding portion 78 is fixed on the adjusting chute 770 by tightening the adjusting second locking member 79; the third synchronizing wheel 16 is rotatably arranged on the mounting plate 132 through the mounting rod 14 (a bearing is arranged between the third synchronizing wheel 16 and the mounting rod 14), and a driving belt (not shown in the figure) of the driver is in transmission connection with the first synchronizing wheel 67 after passing through the third synchronizing wheel 16 and the second synchronizing wheel 75; the pressing block 135 is provided with a clearance hole 15 for the mounting rod 14 to pass through.
The driving assembly has the advantages of simple structure, easily obtained parts, low maintenance cost, good synchronism and stability, high power transmission efficiency and high response speed, and the printing roller 5, the printing plate roller 4 and the ink receiving roller 34 are in transmission connection by adopting the transmission gear 68; the ink distributing roller 35 is in transmission connection or rolling contact with the adjacent ink receiving roller 34 through the transmission gear 68, the ink distributing roller 35 is driven to rotate through transmission of the transmission gear 68 or by means of friction force generated by contact with the ink receiving roller 34, so that the synchronism of the movement of the ink distributing roller 35 and the movement of the ink receiving roller 34 is ensured, in addition, the ink distributing roller 35 is in rolling contact with the ink receiving roller 34, the pressure can be applied to the surface of the ink receiving roller 34 by the ink distributing roller 35, and the ink on the ink receiving roller 34 is uniformly spread on the surface of the ink receiving roller 34.
In addition, since the side pattern printing unit 1 is driven to work by the driver of the pushing mechanism, the side pattern printing unit 1, the linkage belt 113 and the lower pressing device 12 share one power source, so that the linkage of the side pattern printing unit 1, the linkage belt 113 and the lower pressing device 12 is realized, the coordination of the side pattern printing unit 1, the linkage belt 113 and the lower pressing device 12 during movement is ensured, and the working stability of the paper-plastic packaging box is improved.
The ink supply mechanism 3 further comprises a third mounting frame 7, the third mounting frame 7 is connected with the second mounting frame 43, a pushing block 71 is arranged on the third mounting frame 7, and the pushing block 71 is positioned between the projection point of the printing plate roller 4 on the second mounting frame 43 and the projection point of the ink receiving roller 34 for providing ink for the printing plate roller 4 on the third mounting frame 7; a second interval adjusting mechanism is arranged between the third mounting frame 7 and the second mounting frame 43, the second interval adjusting mechanism comprises a first adjusting piece 72 and a second elastic piece 73, the first adjusting piece 72 is linked with the ink receiving roller 34 for providing ink for the plate printing roller 4, and the telescopic end of the first adjusting piece 72 is propped against the push block 71; the second elastic member 73 has one end connected to the third mounting frame 7 and the other end connected to the ink receiving roller 34 for supplying ink to the cliche roller 4, and applies pressure to the ink receiving roller 34 in a direction toward the cliche roller 4.
The driving assembly further comprises a main driving shaft 69, the main driving shaft 69 is provided with a rotatable driving gear 68, the main driving shaft 69 is arranged on the side part of the ink receiving roller 34 for providing ink for the printing plate roller 4, one end of the main driving shaft 69 is in driving connection with the printing roller 5, the other end of the main driving shaft 69 is in driving connection with the ink receiving roller 34 provided with the driving gear 68, and the pushing block 71 is arranged at the upper end of the main driving shaft 69.
In the above arrangement, the second elastic member 73 applies pressure to the ink receiving roller 34 for supplying ink to the platen roller 4 in a direction toward the platen roller 4, so that the ink receiving roller 34 is in rolling contact with the platen roller 4, and the ink receiving roller 34 rotates to supply ink to the platen roller 4; when the telescopic end of the first adjusting member 72 is extended, the ink receiving roller 34 for providing ink for the printing plate roller 4 moves towards the direction of the opposite pushing block 71, so that a producer can conveniently adjust the relative distance between the ink receiving roller 34 and the printing plate roller 4 according to actual production requirements, the situation that the distance between the ink receiving roller 34 and the printing roller 5 is too large or too small to influence the coloring effect on the pattern printing plate 41 is avoided, and the printing effect of the paper-plastic packaging box side pattern printing unit 1 is ensured.
The ejector block 71 is horizontally rotatably arranged on the third mounting frame 7, a second reset piece (not shown in the figure) for resetting the ejector block 71 is arranged on the third mounting frame 7, and the distances from the midpoints of two adjacent side surfaces of the ejector block 71 to the rotation axis are different; the second spacing adjustment mechanism further includes a second safety assembly including a second ejector 74, the second ejector 74 being disposed on the second mounting frame 43 with its telescoping end in linkage with the ejector block 71.
Specifically, the second safety assembly further includes a second ejector rod 741, the second ejector rod 741 is fixedly disposed at the upper end of the ejector block 71, and the telescopic end of the second ejector 74 is connected to the second ejector rod 741.
