Description

Bidirectional electric needle, accurate acupuncture point stimulation device and system suitable for animals
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture insomnia treatment mechanism research and traditional Chinese medicine informatization, in particular to a bidirectional electric needle, and an accurate acupuncture point stimulation device and system suitable for animals.
Background
As a traditional and classical medical means in China, Chinese medicine acupuncture has obvious curative effects on a plurality of diseases, and the scientific mechanism of disease treatment is continuously verified by modern science. Clinical practice shows that the electric acupuncture therapy combining acupuncture and electrical stimulation and having the distinctive information characteristic has obvious improvement effect on diseases such as insomnia and the like, but the treatment mechanism is not clear. The first condition of whether the electric acupuncture therapy can produce curative effect is whether the acupuncture can be accurately performed, namely whether the acupuncture is 'qi' or not, so that the characteristics of 'qi' of acupuncture are researched, the accurate application of acupuncture point stimulation is realized, and the electric acupuncture therapy has important value and significance for researching disease mechanisms of acupuncture and moxibustion for treating insomnia and the like.
Needling an animal is a common means for studying the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion for treating insomnia. However, the difficulty in needling the animal is that the subjective feeling of the animal cannot be used to determine whether the electric needle is "angry". The recognition of "success" is facilitated by measuring electrical properties at the acupuncture points, however, it is difficult to detect electrophysiological signals at pure acupuncture points using conventional electrical needle acupuncture point stimulation systems because the electrical needle is in conductive contact with both acupuncture points and non-acupuncture skin tissue, which introduces interfering signals at non-acupuncture points. On the other hand, the traditional electric needle acupoint stimulation system is used for conducting acupoint electric stimulation, the system cannot conduct accurate stimulation and observe effects according to the guidance of obtained acupoint electrophysiological information, and the stimulation signals cannot be accurately applied to the acupoints due to the conductive contact of the electric needle and non-acupoint parts. Therefore, it is highly desirable to develop an acupoint stimulation system suitable for animals, which can accurately detect an acupoint electrophysiological signal and accurately apply acupoint stimulation.

Example 1
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a bidirectional electric needle in embodiment 1 of the invention; as shown in fig. 1, there is provided a bidirectional electric needle including: the needle comprises a needle base body, wherein two end parts of the needle base body are respectively a conductive needle point 2 and a needle tail, the conductive needle point 2 is modified with a nano metal material, and the needle tail is connected with a lead 3;
the insulating film layer 1 is formed on the needle substrate except the conductive tip of the needle using a biocompatible material.
More specifically, in the embodiment of the invention, the needle base body adopts a medical stainless steel needle, and the nano metal material modified by the conductive needle tip 2 is a nano platinum black material; the rim film layer 1 is formed by a sputtering process using polytetrafluoroethylene having a nano-scale thickness. The insulating film layer 1 part is used for hand-holding the needle.
In the embodiment of the invention, the preparation method of the bidirectional electric needle comprises the following steps:
1) welding the needle base body and the connecting lead 3 together at the end (i.e., the needle tail);
2) partially penetrating the conductive needle tip 2 into a mask plate to form shielding;
3) sputtering a layer of Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) with a nanometer thickness on the exposed needle base part outside the conductive needle point 2 to form a biocompatible insulating film layer 1;
4) and taking out the part of the conductive needle tip 2 from the mask plate, and modifying the biocompatible nano platinum black particles by adopting an ultrasonic electroplating method.
The modified bidirectional electric needle can meet the requirements of detecting electrophysiological signals and applying electrical stimulation to acupuncture points. The effective area of the contact part of the modified conductive needle tip 2 and the skin is increased, the contact impedance is reduced, and the signal detection is facilitated; after the bidirectional electric needle is inserted into an acupoint, the biocompatible insulating film layer 1 modified by the needle base body and the non-acupoint contact part can eliminate the interference of skin tissues on the acupoint signals and the shunting of electric stimulation signals, and can realize accurate acupoint stimulation.
Thus, the bidirectional electric needle of exemplary embodiment 1 of the present invention has been described.

The tail end connecting lead is connected with the accurate acupuncture point stimulator.
More specifically, the two electric needles of the electric needle pair of the present embodiment are respectively applied to two acupuncture points to form an acupuncture point stimulation circuit. For example, to treat insomnia, one possible approach is: the electric acupuncture pair is respectively connected to two acupuncture points of the Yintang and the Baihui to carry out acupuncture point electric stimulation. The number of pairs of electrodes may be 1 to N. The maximum number of the electric needles connected with the precise acupuncture point stimulator is 4, namely N is 4, but the embodiment of the invention is not limited to this, and more electric needles can be adopted, so that multiple groups of different acupuncture points can be electrically stimulated simultaneously. The corresponding accurate acupoint stimulators are respectively provided with 4 pairs of electrical stimulation output channels and 8 electrophysiological signal detection channels. When multiple pairs of electricity can be used simultaneously, and when one or more pairs of electricity are used for acupoint stimulation, other pairs of electricity can be used for measuring electrophysiological signals in real time to observe the effect of the acupoint stimulation. It should be mentioned that "get qi" is the term of traditional Chinese medicine, meaning that the needle is inserted into the acupoints.
More specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the data processing and "qi acquisition" analysis module analyzes and processes the input electrophysiological signal to obtain the characteristics of the electrophysiological signal, provides an indication of whether the bidirectional acusector is qi-acquiring during the implantation of the acupuncture point, and also provides guidance for the acupuncture point stimulation effect. and the main control module is connected with each module of the precise acupoint stimulator and is used for completing the functions of coordinating and controlling each module and the like.
The key input module provides man-machine interaction and is used for inputting instructions, setting parameters and the like to the main control module;

In an embodiment of the present invention, the electrical stimulation signal employs an acupoint stimulation waveform of a pulse wave, a music wave, or a bio-electro-physiological wave.
In embodiment 2 of the present invention, an example of a pulse wave that can be output by the precise acupoint stimulator in the precise acupoint stimulation device for animals is a waveform o (t) synthesized by a sparse wave x (t), a dense wave y (t), and a peril z (t), and a formula is expressed as follows:
O(t)=(X(t)+Y(t))*Z(t);
where t is time and X (t), Y (t), Z (t) and O (t) are functions of time. Where z (T) is a sine wave with period T, i.e.:
Figure BDA0002285518360000071
then, during a period T of Z (T), X (T), Y (T) must satisfy the following conditions:
Figure BDA0002285518360000072
or
Figure BDA0002285518360000073
Wherein m and n are integers, n is greater than m and greater than 2, and the functions x (t) and y (t) can be sine waves, triangular waves, square waves, sawtooth waves and other basic waveforms.
In the condition (1), the output waveform o (t) is in the order of dense wave y (t) before sparse wave x (t), and the output voltage pulse wave 1 and its component waveforms are shown in fig. 3, and the parameters are: the period T of the sine wave z (T) is 4s, and the amplitude is 1.0V; dense wave Y (t) is a sine wave, the frequency is 20Hz, and the amplitude is 1.0V; the thinning wave X (t) is a sine wave with a frequency of 10Hz and an amplitude of 1.2V.
In the condition (2), the output waveform o (t) is in the order of sparse wave x (t) before dense wave y (t), one example of pulse wave 2 of the output current and its waveform of each component is shown in fig. 4, and the parameters are: the period T of the sine wave z (T) is 4s, and the amplitude is 1.0 mA; sparse wave X (t) is triangular wave, the frequency is 10Hz, and the amplitude is 1.0 mA; dense wave Y (t) is a triangular wave with a frequency of 15Hz and an amplitude of 1.2 mA.
In the embodiment of the invention, the precise acupoint stimulator in the precise acupoint stimulation device suitable for animals can output acupoint electrical stimulation signals of any shape through the precise acupoint stimulation module, wherein the acupoint electrical stimulation signals comprise pulse waves, music waves, bioelectricity physiological waves and the like. Various base waveform databases are stored in the waveform storage module for recall in the event that complex waveforms need to be synthesized or output. As shown in fig. 2, the precise acupoint stimulation module has 4 pairs of electrical stimulation output module channels, each channel includes a waveform synthesis circuit (i.e. a waveform synthesis unit), an isolation coupling circuit (i.e. an isolation coupling unit) and an output driving circuit (i.e. an output driving unit). The waveform synthesis circuit converts the stimulation waveform in a digital form into an analog waveform, performs waveform conditioning work such as amplification, filtering and the like, couples the conditioned waveform to the output drive circuit through the isolation coupling circuit, and transmits a signal to the electric needle pair in a current or voltage mode according to a control instruction of a user and finally applies the signal to the acupuncture points of the animal. The 'isolation coupling circuit' isolates the output part directly connected with the electric needle from other parts of the precise acupoint stimulator, and can effectively prevent various harmful electric signals generated when the precise acupoint stimulator is abnormal from being applied to animals, so that the safety protection of the animals is formed. In addition, in order to ensure the normal work of the accurate acupuncture point stimulation module, the loop impedance detection module of the accurate acupuncture point stimulator can detect the impedance of the electric acupuncture point to the loop in real time so as to judge whether the connection of the electric acupuncture point of the loop is reliable or not, and if the connection is disconnected, an alarm is given out through a system, and the acupuncture point stimulation output is cut off; the impedance value of the electrode pair loop can be detected before acupoint stimulation is carried out, guidance is provided for the available range of current output, and the situation that the set output current exceeds the range which can be output under the current loop impedance, so that the current cannot be effectively output is prevented. Meanwhile, in the output process, if the output current and voltage value exceeds the set limit value, the current and voltage limiting protection module immediately takes current and voltage limiting measures to protect the experimental animal from being damaged and gives an alarm through the system.
As shown in fig. 2, when N is 4, the electrophysiological signal detection module has 8 detection paths, each of which includes a "pre-amplification circuit" (i.e., a pre-amplification unit), a "signal conditioning circuit" (i.e., a signal conditioning unit), and a "data acquisition circuit" (i.e., a data acquisition unit). The "pre-amplification circuit" pre-amplifies the detected signal (i.e. electrophysiological signal) by 5 times, and the "signal conditioning circuit" further amplifies the signal by 4 times and performs 4-order butterworth low-pass filtering with a cut-off frequency of 500 Hz. The detected signal is finally amplified by a factor of 20. The data acquisition circuit digitizes the signal at a sampling rate of 10KHz and inputs the signal into a data processing and gas obtaining analysis module.
