It should be noted that, the matching degree can be observed by naked eyes to observe the coincidence degree of the two curves; the matching values of the two curves can also be obtained by a mathematical method, the larger the matching value is, the lower the matching degree of the two curves is, and the smaller the matching value is, the higher the matching degree of the two curves is, and the specific implementation of this step is not limited in this embodiment. In this embodiment, a preset value is preset, and when the matching degree is smaller than the preset value, it indicates that the matching degree of the actual sign parameter change curve and the sign parameter target change curve is high, so that when the matching degree of the actual sign parameter change curve and the sign parameter target change curve is smaller than the preset value, the adjusted health data to be adjusted is used to update the target health data corresponding to the user information.
In the technical scheme disclosed in this embodiment, a matching degree is obtained by comparing an actual sign parameter change curve with a sign parameter target change curve, and when the matching degree is smaller than a preset value, the adjusted health data to be adjusted is updated to the target health data of the corresponding user, so that the sign parameters of the user within a preset time are in a stable and safe range.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic flow chart of a health data adjusting method according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention, in this embodiment, the target health data is a target environmental parameter, and step S30 includes:
step S33, acquiring environmental parameters of the current environment;
and step S34, when the environmental parameter is not matched with the target environmental parameter, sending the target environmental parameter to an adjusting device so that the adjusting device operates according to the target environmental parameter.
Environmental parameters of the current environment include, but are not limited to, temperature, humidity, PM2.5, PM0.3, oxygen, negative ions, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, formaldehyde, and TVOC. The target environment parameter can be determined according to physical sign parameters of the user, can also be determined by combining gender and age in user information, and can also be determined by combining disease information of the user. The adjusting device is an environment adjusting device, such as an air conditioner, a humidifier and the like. The environmental parameters of the current environment can be obtained by detecting the environmental parameters of the current environment through sensors with various functions, such as a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, a dust sensor, an odor sensor, an organic gas sensor, and the like in the air detection device, so as to obtain a detection result of the current environment.
In practical application scenarios, no matter at work or rest, or at home, the current environment of the user may be a good and comfortable environment, an environment harmful to the health of the user, or an ideal environment created in advance for the purpose of adjuvant therapy, and after being adjusted according to target environment parameters determined by the user, various environment adjusting devices provide an environment beneficial to relaxation or rest of the user for the user. It should be noted that, when the environmental parameter is not matched with the target environmental parameter, the target environmental parameter is sent to the adjusting device, so that the adjusting device operates according to the target environmental parameter. It is understood that when the environment parameter matches the target environment parameter, the step S33 may be executed for a preset time period.
In the technical scheme disclosed in this embodiment, by comparing the current environmental parameter with the target environmental parameter, only when the current environmental parameter is not matched with the target environmental parameter, the adjusting device is operated according to the target environmental parameter, that is, by adjusting the current environmental parameter to the target environmental parameter, the user is in an environment of the target environmental parameter, which is beneficial to the health of the user.
The present invention also provides a terminal device, which includes: the health data adjusting program is stored in the memory and can run on the processor, and when being executed by the processor, the health data adjusting program realizes the steps of the health data adjusting method in any one of the above embodiments.
The present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a health data adjustment program is stored, and when being executed by a processor, the health data adjustment program implements the steps of the health data adjustment method in any one of the above embodiments.
In the embodiments of the terminal device and the computer-readable storage medium provided by the present invention, all technical features of the embodiments of the method for adjusting health data are included, and the contents of the expansion and explanation of the specification are substantially the same as those of the embodiments of the method for adjusting health data, and are not described herein again.
It should be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or system that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or system. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or system that comprises the element.

Claims (10)

1. A method for adjusting health data is characterized in that the method for adjusting health data comprises the following steps:
acquiring physical sign parameters of a user;
determining target health data according to the physical sign parameters, wherein the health data comprises at least one of environmental parameters, exercise amount and food consumption;
and sending the target health data to a regulating device so that the regulating device regulates according to the target health data.
2. The method of adjusting health data of claim 1, wherein the step of determining target health data from the vital sign parameters comprises:
acquiring user information;
and determining target health data according to the user information and the physical sign parameters.
3. The method of adjusting health data of claim 2, wherein the step of determining target health data from the user information and the physical parameters comprises:
acquiring disease information of user information;
and determining target health data according to the disease information and the physical sign parameters.
4. A method of conditioning health data as recited in any of claims 1-3, wherein the step of sending the target health data to a conditioning device to cause the conditioning device to condition in accordance with the target health data comprises:
confirming each adjusting device corresponding to the target health data according to the target health data;
and sending the target health data to each adjusting device so that each adjusting device adjusts according to the target health data.
5. The method of adjusting health data of claim 2, wherein after the step of sending the target health data to an adjusting device to cause the adjusting device to adjust according to the target health data, the method of adjusting health data comprises:
acquiring an actual physical sign parameter change curve of the user within a preset time interval;
determining health data to be adjusted according to the actual sign parameter change curve and the sign parameter target change curve;
and adjusting the health data to be adjusted, and returning to execute the step of obtaining the actual sign parameter change curve of the user within the preset time interval.
6. The method for adjusting health data according to claim 5, wherein the step of adjusting the health data to be adjusted is preceded by the method for adjusting health data comprising:
acquiring health data with the matching degree of the actual sign parameter change curve and the sign parameter target change curve larger than a preset value;
and taking the health data as the health data to be regulated.
7. The method for adjusting health data according to claim 5, wherein after the step of adjusting the health data to be adjusted, the method for adjusting health data further comprises:
and when the matching degree of the actual sign parameter change curve and the sign parameter target change curve is smaller than a preset value, updating the target health data corresponding to the user information by adopting the adjusted health data to be adjusted.
8. The method for adjusting health data according to claim 1, wherein when the target health data is a target environmental parameter, the step of sending the target health data to an adjusting device so that the adjusting device adjusts according to the target health data comprises:
acquiring environmental parameters of a current environment;
and when the environmental parameters are not matched with the target environmental parameters, sending the target environmental parameters to an adjusting device so that the adjusting device operates according to the target environmental parameters.
9. A terminal device, characterized in that the terminal device comprises: a memory, a processor and a health data adjustment program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, the health data adjustment program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the method of adjusting health data according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a health data adjustment program, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the method of adjusting health data according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
