本发明公开了一种农用喷淋剂,所述的农用喷淋剂由以下重量份的组分组成:苦楝油5~10份、加氢石蜡油25~40份、山苍籽油2~4份、聚醚改性硅油2~4份。与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种制备方法简单、杀虫抑菌效果优异、分散性好的农业喷淋剂,其中三种活性组分相比于单一组分实现了杀虫抑菌过程中的能效协同提升,并且对农作物无毒性危害,是一种绿色高效、双功能的农业喷淋剂。

技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种农用喷淋剂。
背景技术
杀虫剂(Insecticide)是指杀死害虫的一种药剂,如甲虫、苍蝇、蛴螬、 鼻虫、跳虫以及近万种其他害虫。杀虫剂的使用先后经历了几个阶段:最 早发现的是天然杀虫剂及无机化合物,但是它们作用单一、用量大、持效 期短;有机氯、有机磷和氨基甲酸酯等有机合成杀虫剂。但当前杀虫剂存 在着有毒物质高残留的隐患,而降低残留的方法为提高杀虫效率,减低有 效成分的使用量,此方面的研发也是当前农药领域的核心问题。另一方面, 杀虫剂只能单一的实现杀虫的效果,而难以实现抑制微生物的功效,使得 微生物的危害难以消除,需要多次喷药操作。
CN107821464A公开了一种山芋种植用绿色环保型农药,按照重量份 由以下原料组成:黄原酸胶6-9份、胺菊酯3-7份、龙牙草4-9份、地金 牛2-7份、柠檬按枝叶5-9份、紫茎泽兰4-8份、八氯二丙醚3-6份、鱼 藤酮1-4份、阿维菌素0.5-3份、黄花高3-7份、侧柏叶5-9份、无叶假木 贼3-7份、商陆根2-6份、矿物油混合物5-10份和乳化剂6-10份。该技 术方案为多组分的复合农药,其中有效成分较多,使得加工过程较难,且 导致有效成分的分散性较差,影响效能。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服现有技术存在的缺陷提供一种农用喷淋 剂。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种农用喷淋剂,所述的农用喷淋由以下重量份的组分组成:
苦楝油 5~10
加氢石蜡油 25~40
聚醚改性硅油 2~4。
进一步地,所述的农用喷淋还包括山苍籽油2~4重量份。

进一步地,所述的苦楝油由川楝、印度苦楝树或缅甸苦楝树的种子或 根茎压榨或萃取得到。
优选地,所述的加氢石蜡油为C18~C24的饱和直链烷烃或环烷烃。
进一步地,所述的加氢石蜡油的非磺化值≥98%。
进一步地,所述的加氢石蜡油在40℃的运动粘度为10~12cst。
进一步地,所述的山苍籽油通过对山苍籽种子进行萃取或压榨获得。
本发明第二方面提供前述的农用喷淋剂在农作物杀虫剂方面的应用, 将所述农用喷淋剂与水按照1:5~1:15混合,用于农作物的喷淋。
本发明第三方面提供前述的农用喷淋剂在农作物保藏保鲜方面的应 用,对采摘后的蔬菜或水果表面喷洒农用喷淋剂,然后储藏。
本发明中的喷淋剂中采用了三重的杀虫抑菌组分,分别为苦楝油、加 氢石蜡油和山苍籽油,其中苦楝油被公认为当今世界杀虫活性最高的植 物,具防治病害、虫害和螨害的多重效果。除了有闷杀昆虫的效果,更含 有印楝素、三萜类化和物及柠檬素类化合物等多种活性成分,因此具有抑 制真菌细菌生长的功效。其最大的优点是对人畜安全,不污染环境,不易 产生抗药性。
加氢石蜡油机理主要是当昆虫与矿物油直接接触时,会导致死亡或影 响昆虫行为,其喷淋后在作物上形成一层薄油膜,与害虫分隔,达到物理 防治的效果,当昆虫与矿物油接触时,会阻碍害虫氧气的吸收,影响正常 呼吸,导致窒息或干扰其呼吸系统;矿物油的成份能直接杀害害虫,其中 矿物油能与害虫的脂肪酸互相作用及干扰新陈代谢。矿物油的成份还可以 干扰病原体对寄主植物的附着,不只控制真菌,也防止孢子萌芽和感染, 对于生长于植物体表面的寄生真菌病害可抑制其菌丝生长。
山苍籽油中柠檬醛含量在60%~80%、甲基庚烯酮含量为2.5%、香 茅醛含量为1.0%。柠檬醛和甲基庚烯酮对虫卵、真菌、细菌有着显著的 杀灭效果,并且柠檬醛和香茅醛对昆虫具有驱逐效果,可使得昆虫远离农 作物,防止其附着产卵。
本发明中采用5~10份的苦楝油、25~40份的加氢石蜡油和2~4份的 山苍籽油作为主要的杀虫、杀菌成分,并采用2~4份的聚醚改性硅油作 为乳化剂和分散剂,因为聚醚改性硅油在乳化加氢石蜡油、苦楝油和山苍 籽油时有着最好的乳化效果,其乳化性能在乳化剂中的排序为:聚醚改性 硅油>十三碳醇醚>脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物>仲醇聚醚>AEO与MOA>净洗 剂6501,与此同时聚醚改性硅油作为聚醚改性硅油具有优异的分散性能, 可使得苦楝油和山苍籽油以纳米级液珠的形式分散于由水和加氢石蜡油 构成的乳液中,而且聚醚改性硅油具有优异的耐硬水能力,对于本喷淋剂 的水质要求不高,因此在使用时与水的配制过程中可忽略水质的要求。本 发明中采用聚醚改性硅油将苦楝油和山苍籽油乳化并分散于加氢石蜡油 构成的乳液中。
在单一变量分析的过程中,山苍籽油的重量份由2份逐渐递减时,驱 虫和抑菌的效果逐渐降低,当山苍籽油的重量份增加2份并继续增加时, 驱虫和抑菌的效果逐渐趋缓,因此2~4份的山苍籽油是较为适宜的重量份 范围。按照同样的单一变量分析法得到苦楝油达到5份的重量份并继续增 加时,驱虫和抑菌的效果逐渐趋缓,因此5~10份的苦楝油为较为适宜的 重量份范围。
在喷淋过程中采用40℃的运动粘度为10~12cst的加氢石蜡油可获得 较好的喷射效果,并且还能在喷射后取得较好的粘附性,使得喷淋剂与昆 虫接触后可实现较好的接触粘性,并由于苦楝油和山苍籽油均匀的分散于 乳液中,因此可使得两者可与昆虫躯体产生充分的接触,形成足够的有效 成分传质时间,实现良好的杀虫和驱虫效果。
一种农用喷淋剂在农作物杀虫剂方面的应用。将农用喷淋剂与水按照 1:5~1:15混合,并用于农作物的喷淋,可用于农作物的高效杀毒。在防治 花卉、果蔬、茶叶、农作物、水稻、豌豆等作物上螨虫、蚜虫、美洲斑潜 蝇、螨虫、蚜虫、毛毛虫,甲虫,蚜虫,粉虱,蓟马,螨虫,斑潜蝇,虱, 蚤,草蜢有着显著的功效。
一种农用喷淋剂在农作物保藏保鲜方面的应用,对采摘后的蔬菜或水 果表面喷洒农用喷淋剂,并放入仓库储藏。本喷淋剂在喷射后可在蔬菜或 水果表面形成薄膜,该薄膜可实现优异的驱虫和防止微生物生长的功效。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种制备方法简单、杀虫抑菌效果优 异、分散性好的农业喷淋剂,其中三种活性组分相比于单一组分实现了杀 虫抑菌过程中的能效协同提升,并且对农作物无毒性危害,是一种绿色高 效、双功能的农业喷淋剂。

实施例1
称取25份加氢石蜡油,之后加入2份聚醚改性硅油,并开启搅拌, 搅拌的同时加入5份苦楝油和2份山苍籽油,之后持续搅拌20分钟得农 用喷淋剂成品。
用所开发的农用喷淋剂,进行了大面积的防御红蜘蛛危害植物毒性评 价。将所需要量每公斤喷淋剂与10升水混合,再将所形成的乳液用手持 喷雾器喷淋茶丛中。其结果如表1所示:

毒性测试结果为本实施例中的农用喷淋剂对茶树无植物毒性。
实施例2

本发明的技术方案还可以通过更换乳化剂来获得可控的油水分离速 度,不同的乳化剂可以获得不同的油水分离速度,分离过快,油水分层, 油大量积存在作物叶面,使得农作物表面直接接触的药量增加,药效增加 甚至过量;过慢的油水分离,导致油随着水从叶面遗落至地面,没有粘附 至农作物表面,导致药效大大降低。具体使用时可通过更换乳化剂最佳搭 配方案,具体的可选3~6个乙氧基化油烯基、十六或十八烷基醇、失水山 梨醇单油酸酯、聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯等。

6.根据权利要求1所述的农用喷淋剂,其特征在于,所述的加氢石蜡油的非磺化值≥98%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的农用喷淋剂,其特征在于,所述的加氢石蜡油在40℃的运动粘度为10~12cst。
8.根据权利要求1所述的农用喷淋剂,其特征在于,所述的山苍籽油通过对山苍籽种子进行萃取或压榨获得。
9.权利要求1-8任一项所述的农用喷淋剂在农作物杀虫剂方面的应用,其特征在于,将农用喷淋剂与水按照1:5~1:15混合,并用于农作物的喷淋。
10.权利要求1-8任一项所述的农用喷淋剂在农作物保藏保鲜方面的应用,其特征在于,对采摘后的蔬菜或水果表面喷洒农用喷淋剂,然后储藏。
