Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of weeding, in particular to a herbicide composition, a herbicide, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
At present, the measure for controlling the weed damage mainly depends on the use of herbicides, however, the problems of soil and water pollution, weed drug resistance, crop phytotoxicity, agricultural product pesticide residue and the like caused by a large amount of herbicides are solved, and how to develop an environment-friendly and safe herbicide, particularly a herbicide which has a wide weed control spectrum and does not harm crops, is a technical problem faced by technical personnel in the field.
In addition, the weed control is a main problem of green belts interplanting hosta plantaginea in shrubs, and the weed control is not timely, so that the attractiveness of green landscapes is seriously affected. However, because the problem of phytotoxicity of pesticide spraying on crops cannot be avoided, only manual weeding can be adopted in greening work, the weeding needs to be carried out once in 15-20 days generally, and the weeding needs to be carried out 8-10 times in the northern area one year; the continuous rise of labor cost brings great difficulty to landscaping maintenance work. Therefore, a herbicide which has wide weed control spectrum, is safe to crops, is simple and convenient to operate, and saves labor and time is needed.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a herbicide composition; the herbicide composition has the functions of high efficiency, safety and broad weed control spectrum.
Specifically, the active ingredients of the herbicide composition comprise metolachlor and oxyfluorfen; the mass ratio of the metolachlor to the oxyfluorfen is 5-10: 1 to 10.
The invention adopts the metolachlor and the oxyfluorfen as the effective components of the herbicide composition, has the effects of environmental protection and safety, particularly has the effects of high efficiency and broad herbicide controlling spectrum, and is more than two single-dose varieties of the metolachlor and the oxyfluorfen. Safe to crops, low in cost and good in control effect.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the metolachlor to the oxyfluorfen is 2-4: 1.
as a better technical scheme of the invention, the mass ratio of the metolachlor to the oxyfluorfen is 2:1 or 4: 1.
The invention also provides a herbicide containing the herbicide composition.
Preferably, the herbicide is in the form of granules.
Preferably, in the herbicide, the content of the effective component is 6-20%; preferably 10 to 15%.
Preferably, the herbicide further comprises a binder and a carrier; specifically, the herbicide comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
as a better technical scheme of the invention, the herbicide consists of the following components in percentage by weight:
as a better technical scheme of the invention, the herbicide consists of the following components in percentage by weight:
preferably, the binder is polyvinyl alcohol.
Preferably, the carrier is fine sand.
Preferably, the fine sand has a particle size of 20 to 40 mesh.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the herbicide, which comprises the following steps:
(1) diluting the binder with water, mixing the diluted binder with a carrier, and adding metolachlor to obtain mixed particles;
(2) uniformly spraying a xylene solution dissolved with oxyfluorfen on the surface of the mixed particles;
preferably, the amount of the water is 4-6 times of that of the binder.
The invention also provides the herbicide composition or the application of the herbicide in weeding.
The herbicide is particularly suitable for preventing and controlling gramineous weeds and broadleaf weeds in green belts in which hollies, buxus sinica and other shrubs are interplanted with hosta plantaginea; the herbicide is uniformly spread before the weeds bud in spring and then watered, the herbicide forms a uniform pesticide film on the ground surface along with water, the two effective components (namely metolachlor and oxyfluorfen) fully play the advantages of complementation and synergism, and can effectively seal gramineous weeds and broadleaf weeds. The herbicide is used for weeding for 1 time in 30-40 days, and only needs to be used for 3-4 times in the north one year, so that the control effect and safety of the herbicide are superior to those of the herbicide in the prior art; meanwhile, the herbicide avoids manual weeding, and has the advantages of long effective period, simple operation, labor saving and time saving.
Preferably, the use amount of the herbicide is 600-750 g/mu.
Preferably, the grass is a grass weed and/or a broadleaf weed.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the two effective components (metolachlor and oxyfluorfen) of the herbicide composition are synergistic, have the effects of environmental protection and safety, particularly have the effects of high efficiency and broad weed control spectrum, and are superior to the application of two single-dose varieties of metolachlor and oxyfluorfen. Safe to crops, low in cost and good in control effect.
(2) The herbicide has the effects of environmental protection and safety, and particularly has the effects of high efficiency and broad weed control spectrum; not only avoids the damage of herbicide spraying to the leaves, but also effectively prevents and removes gramineous weeds and broadleaf weeds.
(3) The herbicide of the invention has simple operation, and is labor-saving and time-saving.
Detailed Description

the preparation method of the herbicide comprises the following steps:
(1) diluting the binder with 5 times of water by mass, mixing the diluted binder with a carrier, and adding metolachlor to obtain mixed particles;
(2) and uniformly spraying a xylene solution dissolved with oxyfluorfen on the surface of the mixed particles, placing the mixed particles in a ventilated and cool place, and volatilizing the xylene to obtain the oxyfluorfen-containing composite material.
Test example 1
The results of this test example comparing the control effect of the herbicide of example 1 (600 g/mu) with 96% metolachlor emulsifiable concentrate and 24% oxyfluorfen emulsifiable concentrate spray on barnyard grass and chenopodium album in greening wintergreen are shown in table 1;
TABLE 1 comparison of the herbicide of example 1 with 96% metolachlor emulsifiable concentrate and 24% oxyfluorfen emulsifiable concentrate for spray weeding
As can be seen from Table 1, the control effect of the herbicide using metolachlor and oxyfluorfen as effective components on barnyard grass and chenopodium glaucum 30 days after the herbicide is applied is higher than that of the herbicide using the two components to spray independently, and the control effect respectively reaches 96.73 percent and 99.62 percent; the control effect of the metolachlor spray on chenopodium glaucum is only 54.15%, and the control effect of the oxyfluorfen on barnyard grass is only 31.43%. It can be seen that the combination of the two active ingredients has a significant complementary synergistic effect, while the herbicide is safe for application to wintergreen.
