本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种阵列基板和显示装置。
背景技术
随着人们对于显示终端美观的需求越来越高,手机显示屏的边框趋向于无边框发展。但是前置摄像孔和传感器必须占用掉一部分空间,一种方法是采用刘海屏或水滴屏,另一种方法是在显示区开孔,即将摄像孔和传感器放置于显示区域内。通常,摄像孔和传感器孔为分离的圆孔或方孔,为保证显示产品的良率和显示效果,各圆孔或方孔的边框区域设置为相同的安全距离。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题至少之一,本发明第一个实施例提供一种阵列基板,包括显示区和位于所述显示区的跑道孔,所述跑道孔包括长轴边和短轴边,所述跑道孔包括沿所述长轴边方向设置的第一孔和第二孔,以及围绕所述第一孔和第二孔的边框区域,其中

在一个具体的示例中,如图1所示,所述跑道孔包括异形孔11和圆孔12,其中所述第二孔也可以为矩形孔、三角形孔、正多边形孔等规则形状孔,所述异形孔为非规则形状孔,例如非圆形孔、非矩形孔、非三角形孔或非正多边形孔等,同时将至少两个功能器件设计在一个开孔中,有效突破现有的规则形状孔的设计。在本实施例中,所述功能器件为摄像头或传感器,即将一个摄像头和一个传感器、或者一个摄像头和多个传感器、或者多个摄像头、或者多个传感器设计在开一个开孔中。同时,由于所述跑道孔包括第一孔和第二孔,则所述跑道孔具有长轴边和短轴边;又由于所述异形孔中至少设置两个功能器件,则所述至少两个功能器件在所述异形孔中沿长轴边方向设置。由于不同的传感器或摄像头具有不同的器件尺寸,本实施例根据所述摄像头和传感器的实际器件尺寸设计异形孔的边框,则所述异形孔11在短轴边方向的内径不同,从而改变现有边框区域中预留的安全距离,即改变摄像头和传感器统一的边框区域尺寸。换句话说,本实施例根据摄像头或传感器的具体尺寸设置其在异形孔中对应的内径d,因此所述异形孔11的边缘为具有台阶的封闭弧线,从而有效减小边框区域尺寸。也就是说,本实施例根据各功能器件的实际尺寸,在短轴边方向上设置具有不同内径的异形孔,有效减少边框区域尺寸,提高显示产品的屏占比。
在一个可选的实施例中,所述第一孔包括圆弧部和矩形部,所述圆弧部在所述短轴边方向的内径与所述矩形部在所述短轴边方向的内径不同,所述圆弧部和矩形部被设计为与设置在其中的功能器件的尺寸分别对应。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,所述第一孔为圆形孔和矩形孔的组合孔,即具有圆弧部和矩形部,由于摄像头和传感器的尺寸不同,根据摄像头和传感器尺寸设置的异形孔的内径不同。在本实施例中,位于所述圆弧部中的摄像头或传感器的尺寸较小则圆弧部的内径较小,位于所述矩形部中的摄像头或传感器的尺寸较大则矩形部的内径d较大,圆弧部的内径小于矩形部的内径d,能够有效减少边框区域尺寸。
考虑到显示区内的跑道孔区域不发光,即不存在像素电路,但存在连接像素电路的走线,尤其是在异形孔和规则形孔中间存在大量走线,为了确保各走线在跑道孔区域内的信号传输,在一个可选的实施例中,如图2a或2b所示,所述跑道孔包括第一走线区和第二走线区,其中所述第一走线区的布线宽度大于预设置的布线宽度阈值,所述第一走线区包括第一导电连接层;所述第二走线区的布线宽度小于预设置的布线宽度阈值,所述第二走线区包括第二导电连接层和第三导电连接层,所述第二导电连接层和第三导电连接层设置在不同层上。
在本实施例中,通过在边框区域设置不同的走线区实现所需走线的布线,从而避免因边框区域的面积过小而布线过多导致各金属走线间存在短路现象。值得说明的是,所述布线宽度不仅表征布线区域的面积,还表征在布线区域中布线数量和各走线之间的间距是否满足布线的安全距离,本领域技术人员应当根据实际布线需求选择适当的走线区以避免出现短路现象,以确保信号的安全传输为设计准则,在此不再赘述。
在一个可选的实施例中,所述边框区域包括位于所述第一孔远离所述第二孔一侧的第一边框区域、以及位于所述第一孔靠近所述第二孔一侧的第二边框区域,其中所述第一边框区域和第二边框区域中的一个设置为所述第一走线区,另一个设置为所述第二走线区。
在本实施例中,根据所述跑道孔内边框区域的尺寸和走线的数量设置不同的走线区,如图2a所示,所述异形孔和圆形孔之间的边框区域为第二边框区域,所述第二边框区域的布线宽度大于预设置的布线宽度阈值因此设置为第一走线区,即通过第一导电连接层实现各走线22的布线。换句话说,各走线22设置在同一层上,例如设置在阵列基板的像素电路中的源漏层或栅极层,所述第一导电连接层的各走线22与所在层的金属同层设置。在本实施例中,所述第一导电连接层的各走线采用Ti/Al/Ti合金。
同时,设置所述异形孔远离圆形孔一侧的边框区域为第一边框区域,所述第一边框区域的布线宽度小于预设置的布线宽度阈值因此设置为第二走线区,即同时通过第二导电连接层和第三导电连接层在不同层上实现走线211和走线212的布线。换句话说,当布线宽度不足以在同一层中布线时,为确保各走线之间的安全距离,利用在不同空间上的两层实现走线的布线,即分别将信号传输在不同层上的走线211和走线212。在本实施例中,将走线211设置在源漏层,并且所述走线211与源极和漏级同层设置;同时将走线212设置在栅极层,并且所述走线212与栅极同层设置。在本实施例中,所述走线211和走线212采用金属钼。因此,针对边框区域布线宽度较小的情况设置两个甚至多个导电连接层,通过在不同层上传输不同的信号确保各走线之间的安全距离,即确保各信号稳定、准确地传输。
同理,在另一个具体的实施例中,如图2b所示,所述第二边框区域的布线宽度小于布线宽度阈值,则将第二边框区域设置为包括第二导电连接层和第三导电连接层的第二走线区;当所述第一边框区域的布线宽度大于布线宽度阈值的情况下,设置第一边框区域为包括第一导电连接层的第一走线区,从而解决边框区域布线宽度较小时的信号传输问题。
在一个可选的实施例中,所述边框区域还包括位于所述第二孔远离所述第一孔的第三边框区域,所述第三边框区域设置为第一走线区或第二走线区。
在本实施例中,所述第三边框区域可以设置为第一走线区也可以设置为第二走线区,本领域技术人员应当根据所述第三边框区域的具体面积和布线数量选择适当的走线区,以满足各传输信号安全、稳定、准确地传输为设计准则,在此不再赘述。
在一个可选的实施例中,所述阵列基板包括第一导电层和第二导电层,所述第一导电连接层位于所述第一导电层或第二导电层;所述第二导电连接层和所述第三导电连接层分别位于所述第一导电层和第二导电层。
在本实施例中,所述阵列基板包括源漏层和栅极层,当边框区域满足布线宽度时使用第一导电连接层,所述第一导电连接层可以设置在所述源漏层上,也可以设置在所述栅极层上。当边框区域不满足布线宽度时使用第二导电连接层和第三导电连接层,所述第二导电连接层设置在所述源漏层和所述栅极层中的一个,所述第三导电连接层设置在所述源漏层和所述栅极层中的另一个。
为进一步提高信号传输的准确性,在一个可选的实施例中,所述第一导电层包括第一导电子层和第二导电子层,所述第二导电连接层位于所述第一导电子层,所述第三导电连接层位于所述第二导电子层。
在本实施例中,所述栅极层包括第一栅极层和第二栅极层,考虑到所述第一栅极层和第二栅极层的材料相同,将分层布线传输信号的第二导电连接层和第三导电连接层分别设置在第一导电子层和第二导电子层,则第二导电连接层和第三导电连接层的走线的电阻一样,则传输的信号的损耗相同,从而实现传输信号的无差别传输。
同理,在另一个可选的实施例中,所述第二导电层包括第三导电子层和第四导电子层,所述第二导电连接层位于所述第三导电子层,所述第三导电连接层位于所述第四导电子层。
在本实施例中,所述源漏层包括第一源漏层和第二源漏层,考虑到所述第一源漏层和第二源漏层的材料相同,将分层布线传输信号的第二导电连接层和第三导电连接层分别设置在第三导电子层和第四导电子层,则第二导电连接层和第三导电连接层的走线的电阻一样,则传输的信号的损耗相同,从而实现传输信号的无差别传输。
值得说明的是,若所述阵列基板同时存在第一栅极层和第二栅极层、第一源漏层和第二源漏层,则可以同时使用四个导电层进行信号传输,本申请对此不作限定,本领域技术人员应当根据实际应用需求选择适当的走线区,以实现信号的稳定、安全地传输为设计准则,在此不再赘述。
基于上述实施例的阵列基板,本申请的一个实施例还提供一种显示面板,包括上述阵列基板。由于显示面板包括上述阵列基板,因而能够通过上述跑道孔、尤其是包括分区域设置第一走线区和第二走线区的跑道孔,有效实现各传输信号安全、稳定、准确地传输,同时减少边框区域尺寸,提高显示面板的显示效果和产品良率。
本申请的另一个实施例还提供一种显示装置,所述显示装置包括上述显示面板或上述阵列基板,所述显示装置可以为手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。
本发明针对目前现有的问题,制定一种阵列基板和显示装置,通过包括异形孔的跑道孔兼容不同尺寸的功能器件,有效减小边框区域尺寸,提高显示装置的屏占比,具有广泛的应用前景。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定,对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动,这里无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举,凡是属于本发明的技术方案所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之列。

Claims (8)

1.一种阵列基板,其特征在于,包括显示区和位于所述显示区的跑道孔,所述跑道孔包括长轴边和短轴边,所述跑道孔包括沿所述长轴边方向设置的第一孔和第二孔,以及围绕所述第一孔和第二孔的边框区域,其中
所述第一孔为异形孔,用于设置至少两个功能器件,所述至少两个功能器件对应的异形孔在所述短轴边方向的内径不同;
所述第二孔为规则形状孔,用于设置至少一个功能器件;
所述跑道孔包括第一走线区和第二走线区,其中
所述第一走线区的布线宽度大于预设置的布线宽度阈值,所述第一走线区包括第一导电连接层;
所述第二走线区的布线宽度小于预设置的布线宽度阈值,所述第二走线区包括第二导电连接层和第三导电连接层,所述第二导电连接层和第三导电连接层设置在不同层上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,所述第一孔包括圆弧部和矩形部,所述圆弧部在所述短轴边方向的内径与所述矩形部在所述短轴边方向的内径不同,所述圆弧部和矩形部被设计为与设置在其中的功能器件的尺寸分别对应。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,所述边框区域包括位于所述第一孔远离所述第二孔一侧的第一边框区域、以及位于所述第一孔靠近所述第二孔一侧的第二边框区域,其中
所述第一边框区域和第二边框区域中的一个设置为所述第一走线区,另一个设置为所述第二走线区。
4.根据权利要求3所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,所述边框区域还包括位于所述第二孔远离所述第一孔的第三边框区域,所述第三边框区域设置为第一走线区或第二走线区。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,所述阵列基板包括第一导电层和第二导电层,
所述第一导电连接层位于所述第一导电层或第二导电层;
所述第二导电连接层和所述第三导电连接层分别位于所述第一导电层和第二导电层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,
所述第一导电层包括第一导电子层和第二导电子层,所述第二导电连接层位于所述第一导电子层,所述第三导电连接层位于所述第二导电子层;
和/或
所述第二导电层包括第三导电子层和第四导电子层,所述第二导电连接层位于所述第三导电子层,所述第三导电连接层位于所述第四导电子层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,所述功能器件为摄像头或传感器。
8.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的阵列基板。
