Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, advantages and features of the present invention more clear, an automatic meter reading method and device proposed by the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention.
The invention provides an automatic meter reading method and device, which can be applied to meters needing meter reading, such as a gas meter, an electric meter, a water meter and the like, and the following description mainly refers to a wireless membrane type gas meter. As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides an automatic meter reading method using a meter reading device to read a meter, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
s101: and acquiring all identification information to be read, wherein the identification information comprises coordinate values to be read.
When the meter reading device is used specifically, the identification information to be read can comprise information such as a serial number, a house number and coordinate values of the meter, and the coordinate values can comprise longitude and latitude and height of the meter. The identification information of the tables is different, and each table can be distinguished through the identification information.
S102: and acquiring the current coordinate value of the meter reading device.
The automatic meter reading device provided by the invention is provided with the positioning module, and the meter reading device can acquire the current coordinate value corresponding to the current position of the meter reading device through the positioning module.
S103: and respectively calculating the difference value between the current coordinate value of the meter reading device and each coordinate value to be read to obtain a difference value set.
S104: and judging whether each difference value in the difference value set is smaller than a preset threshold value, and if so, executing S105.
If the difference value between the current coordinate value of the meter reading device and the coordinate value of the meter is smaller than a preset threshold value, and the preset threshold value can be 100 meters, the meter reading device can establish wireless data connection with the meter reading device, at this time, the meter reading device can send a meter reading instruction to the meter, and the meter can be called as a target meter for convenience of description. If the difference values between the current coordinate value of the meter reading device and the coordinate values to be read are smaller than the preset threshold value, the table corresponding to the minimum difference value can be used as a target table, and the tables can also be used as the target tables. If the difference is larger than or equal to the preset threshold value, the meter reading device is far away from the meter reading device, the data connection between the meter reading device and the meter cannot be established, and the meter reading device does not need to acquire the numerical value of the meter.
S105: and sending a meter reading instruction to the target table corresponding to the difference value smaller than the preset threshold value.
S106: and receiving the numerical value sent by the target table.
After the target meter receives the meter reading instruction, the current numerical value of the target meter can be obtained, and then the numerical value is sent to the meter reading device. When the meter reading device is used specifically, the digital value can be transmitted between the meter reading device and a target through an analog signal.
S107: and updating the quantity to be read, and taking the residual meter to be read except the target meter in all the meter to be read as the updated meter to be read.
And if the target meter sends the numerical value to the meter reading device, the meter reading operation of the target meter is not required. Therefore, the remaining meter to be read except the target meter in all the meter to be read is used as the updated meter to be read, and then the meter reading operation is carried out on the updated meter to be read.
S108: judging whether the updated number of the meter to be read is larger than zero, if so, repeating the steps from S102 to S108 to obtain the updated numerical value of the meter to be read; if not, S109 is performed.
S109: and finishing the meter reading operation.
The automatic meter reading method provided by the invention can realize the automatic meter reading function, and the numerical value of the meter is not required to be acquired by manually clicking options in the handheld terminal one by one, so that the meter reading efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity of meter reading personnel is reduced. At present, a skilled meter reading worker can collect the readings of a gas meter of about 400 and 500 households in one day; the automatic meter reading device of the wireless membrane type gas meter provided by the invention is used for carrying out meter reading operation, and each meter reading worker can acquire the reading of at least 1000 users of gas meters every day through measurement and calculation. Therefore, the invention can effectively improve the meter reading operation efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of meter reading personnel.
Optionally, between S106 and S107, the method further includes: judging whether the format of the numerical value accords with a preset format, if so, judging that the numerical value is correct, storing the numerical value, and sending the numerical value to a preset server; if not, the numerical value is judged to be wrong.
In specific use, in order to improve the accuracy of the obtained numerical value, the transmitted numerical value needs to be encrypted, that is, the transmitted numerical value is transmitted according to a preset format. For example, a check bit is added to the head of the value. If the numerical value received by the meter reading device is correct, the numerical value is sent to a preset server, and the server can calculate the corresponding usage amount, namely the corresponding cost, of each meter in the meter reading according to the prestored identification information, the last numerical value and the unit price of each meter; the server can also store the identification information of each table corresponding to the numerical value error so as to check the tables manually.
Optionally, after determining that the numerical value is wrong, the method further includes: resending a meter reading instruction to the meter corresponding to the numerical value error, if a numerical value conforming to the preset format is received, stopping sending the meter reading instruction to the meter corresponding to the numerical value error, and storing the numerical value conforming to the preset format; and if the number of times of repeatedly sending the meter reading instruction is equal to the preset number of times, stopping sending the meter reading instruction to the table corresponding to the numerical error, and recording the identification information of the table corresponding to the numerical error and the total number of the tables corresponding to the numerical error.
In the meter reading process, if the target meter does not return a correct numerical value to the meter reading device within a specified time, for example, the correct numerical value is not returned within 15 seconds, the meter reading device may continue to send a meter reading instruction to the target meter, and may be set to send the meter reading instruction 5 times at most, and if the correct numerical value cannot be obtained after the target meter is sent 5 times, the target meter is abandoned, and the meter reading may be performed manually. For the tables with wrong values, the identification information of the tables and the total number of the tables need to be recorded so as to manually check the reason and manually finish meter reading.
Optionally, the meter reading device is installed on a mobile device, the mobile device includes an unmanned aerial vehicle, an automatic airship, an automobile, a battery car, and the like, and the method further includes: and executing the steps from S101 to S109 by using the mobile equipment according to a preset meter reading route.
The meter reading personnel can go to the field to read the meter by controlling the mobile equipment without going to the field to read the meter, thereby improving the meter reading efficiency and reducing the labor intensity of the meter reading personnel. If one meter reading person controls a plurality of mobile devices, the meter reading efficiency can be further improved.
Optionally, the step of obtaining the current coordinate value of the meter reading device includes: and acquiring the current coordinate value of the meter reading device by utilizing a real-time dynamic carrier phase difference technology, a global satellite navigation technology, a Beidou navigation technology, a Galileo navigation technology or a Glonass navigation technology. Preferably, a real-time dynamic carrier phase difference technology can be selected for positioning, and the positioning precision of the technology can reach 0.05-0.1 meter, so that the positioning precision is high, the anti-interference capability is strong, and the accurate positioning of the automatic meter reading device is facilitated.
