It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
Embodiments of the application are described in further detail below with reference to the drawings.
The embodiment of the application discloses a data acquisition method of a water meter collector, which can utilize one acquisition signal to perform sequential meter reading operation on all water meters when the water meter collector is required to perform meter reading operation on the connected water meters, so that the acquisition signal is required when each water meter is not required to acquire, and the working efficiency of the collector is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, the flow of the method for data acquisition of the water meter collector comprises the following steps:
step S100: acquisition signals are acquired.
The acquisition signal is a signal for controlling the acquisition device to start operation, can be output at fixed time by setting a constant value device in the processor, and can also be output by a worker, so that the method is a routine technical means for the person skilled in the art and is not repeated.
Step S101: and controlling the operation of the collector according to the collection signal and a preset collection rule to obtain the numerical information of the water meter.
The collection rules are collection sequence rules set by the staff, namely, meter reading sequence in the water meter connected with the collector, and the specific collection rules are set by the staff according to actual conditions and are not repeated; and the acquisition device can be controlled to carry out meter reading operation on each household water meter according to the acquisition signal along the sequence set by the acquisition rule, and the water meter value obtained by meter reading at the moment is the value corresponding to the water meter value information.
Step S102: and counting according to the water meter numerical information to obtain data quantity information.
The number value corresponding to the data number information is the total number of the water meter number information, the data number information is obtained through a counting method, the initial value of the data number information can be zero or a certain fixed value, the specific number is set according to the actual situation, details are omitted, and when one water meter number information is detected, one adding process is carried out on the number value corresponding to the data number information.
Step S103: and judging whether the number value corresponding to the data number information is consistent with the preset total value of the water meter.
The total value of the water meters is the number of users needing meter reading by the staff, namely the number of the water meters which should be connected by the collector, and the specific value is input by the staff and is not repeated; the purpose of the judgment is to know whether the operation of all the water meters needing to be read is completed.
Step S1031: if the number value corresponding to the data number information is inconsistent with the total value of the water meter, the water meter number information is stored in a preset storage library.
When the number value corresponding to the data number information is inconsistent with the total value of the water meters, the fact that all the water meters are not subjected to meter reading operation at the moment is indicated, the storage library is a database which is set in advance and used for storing data, the storage library is provided with a position corresponding to each water meter, and the water meter numerical information obtained by meter reading of the water meters can be stored in the storage library at the moment so as to realize that the rest water meters which are not subjected to meter reading operation continue.
Step S1032: and if the number value corresponding to the data number information is consistent with the total value of the water meter, uploading the data stored in the storage library to a preset processing center.
When the number value corresponding to the data number information is consistent with the total value of the water meters, indicating that the meter reading operation is performed on all the water meters at the moment, uploading the data stored in the storage library to a processing center at the moment so as to realize the checking and processing of the data by staff; the processing center is a terminal for receiving the water meter value, and can be working electronic equipment of a worker, and is a conventional technical means for the worker in the field, and details are not repeated.
Referring to fig. 2, before acquisition of the acquisition signal, the data acquisition method of the water meter acquisition device further includes:
step S200: and acquiring the connection water meter number information of the water meter connected with the collector.
The number value corresponding to the number information of the connected water meters is the number value of the water meters connected with the collector, the number of each water meter corresponds to the number of the user house number one by one, and the method for obtaining the number value can be determined through the wireless IP address, so that the conventional technical means of the person skilled in the art are omitted.
Step S201: and counting according to the serial number information of the connected water meters to obtain the number information of the connected water meters.
The number value corresponding to the number information of the connected water meters is the total number value of the number information of the connected water meters, the number information of the connected water meters is obtained through a counting method, the initial value of the number value corresponding to the number information of the connected water meters is zero, and when one piece of the number information of the connected water meters is detected, the number value corresponding to the number information of the connected water meters is added with one.
Step S202: and judging whether the quantity value corresponding to the quantity information of the connected water meters is consistent with the total value of the water meters.
The purpose of the judgment is to know whether the water meters which are in wireless connection with the collector are disconnected or not in all the water meters which need to be read, so that the follow-up collector can judge the water meter reading condition.
Step S2021: and if the quantity value corresponding to the quantity information of the connected water meters is consistent with the total value of the water meters, outputting a normal connection signal.
When the number value corresponding to the number information of the connected water meters is consistent with the total value of the water meters, all the water meters are connected with the collector, and at the moment, a normal connection signal is output to identify the situation, so that a worker can know the connection situation of the water meters.
Step S2022: if the quantity value corresponding to the quantity information of the connected water meters is inconsistent with the total value of the water meters, outputting a connection abnormal signal and calculating according to the total value of the water meters and the quantity information of the connected water meters to obtain missing quantity information.
When the number value corresponding to the number information of the connected water meters is inconsistent with the total value of the water meters, the water meters which are disconnected with the collector in a wireless mode are indicated, and at the moment, a connection abnormal signal is output to identify the situation, so that a worker can know the connection situation of the water meters; the corresponding quantity value of the missing quantity information is the total number value of the water meters which are connected but disconnected in a wireless way, and the calculation formula is thatWherein->Is the total value of the water meter, < >>For connecting the corresponding quantity value of the water meter quantity information, < >>And the number value corresponding to the missing number information.
Step S203: and updating the initial value of the quantity value corresponding to the data quantity information into the quantity value corresponding to the missing quantity information.
The initial value of the corresponding data quantity value of the data quantity information is the total value of the disconnected water meter, so that the data quantity information can be normally compared with the total value of the water meter.
Step S204: determining missing water meter number information according to the connection water meter number information and the water meter number information stored in a preset number database.
The water meter number information stored in the number database is the number information of the water meter to be connected, the number of the disconnected water meter can be determined by comparing the number information of the water meter to be connected in the number database, and the number information of the water meter is recorded, namely the missing water meter number information.
Step S205: and storing the 'missing' word to a corresponding position in a storage library according to the number corresponding to the missing water meter number information.
The corresponding position in the storage library can be determined through the number corresponding to the missing water meter number information, and the missing word is stored to the corresponding position at the moment so as to fill the position data, so that the situation of the water meter can be known in time by a worker when the subsequent data is uploaded to a processing center, and the worker can process according to the situation of the water meter conveniently.
Referring to fig. 3, the water meter collector data collection method further includes:
step S300: and acquiring data state information when the water meter numerical value information is acquired.
The state condition corresponding to the data state information reflects the condition of the data, if the data is not an Arabic letter or a character set by a worker and capable of reading the meter, the data state information should display errors, otherwise, the data state information is normal, and whether the data of the water meter have messy codes or not can be known through the data state information.
Step S301: and judging whether the state corresponding to the data state information is consistent with a preset normal state or not.
The normal state is the state when the value of the meter reading of the water meter is the normal character, and the judgment purpose is to know whether the character condition acquired by the water meter is correct or not, so as to judge whether the water meter is damaged or not.
Step S3011: and if the state corresponding to the data state information is consistent with the normal state, normally acquiring the water meter numerical value information.
When the state corresponding to the data state information is consistent with the normal state, the acquired water meter numerical information is indicated to be the normal state, so that the acquisition of the water meter numerical information is continuously maintained, and the normal meter reading operation of the connected water meter is realized.
Step S3012: if the state corresponding to the data state information is inconsistent with the normal state, storing a damaged word to a corresponding position in a storage library according to the water meter number information of the water meter, and controlling the number value corresponding to the data number information to be added with one process.
When the state corresponding to the data state information is inconsistent with the normal state, the acquired water meter numerical information is an error condition, namely, the water meter is damaged, so that the numerical value cannot be read normally, and a damaged word is stored in a storage library at a position corresponding to the water meter, so that a worker can know the water meter condition in time when the subsequent data is uploaded to a processing center, and the worker can process according to the water meter condition conveniently; meanwhile, a process is added to the number value corresponding to the data number information, so that the collector can continue to perform meter reading operation on the remaining water meters which are not subjected to meter reading, and the stability of the collector in the meter reading process is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, the water meter collector data collection method further includes:
step S400: acquiring operation duration information of the water meter and initial numerical information of the water meter when the numerical information of the water meter is acquired.
The time length corresponding to the operation time length information can be the time length of running the water meter, also can be the fixed value time length set by a worker, and further analysis is carried out in the specific case; the value corresponding to the initial value information is the value corresponding to the value information of the water meter before the duration corresponding to the operation duration information, and further analysis is performed in specific cases and is not repeated.
Step S401: and calculating according to the water meter numerical information and the initial numerical information to obtain differential numerical information.
The value corresponding to the difference value information is the change value of the water meter in the time length corresponding to the operation time length information, and the calculation formula is thatWherein->Is the value corresponding to the water meter value information, +.>Is the value corresponding to the initial value information, +.>The value corresponding to the difference value information.
Step S402: and calculating according to the difference value information and the operation duration information to obtain the variation amplitude information.
The change value of the water meter value under the unit time corresponding to the change amplitude information is calculated as follows Wherein->For calculating the time length corresponding to the time length information, +.>The amplitude value corresponding to the amplitude information is changed.
Step S403: and judging whether the amplitude value corresponding to the variation amplitude information falls into a preset safety range.
The safety range is a set variable value allowing the water meter to read in unit time, and specific numerical values are set by staff according to actual conditions and are not repeated; the purpose of the judgment is to know whether the change degree of the water meter is a safety range at the moment so as to be convenient for knowing whether the water meter has inaccurate data.
Step S4031: if the amplitude value corresponding to the variation amplitude information falls into the safety range, the water meter numerical value information is stored in a storage library.
When the amplitude value corresponding to the amplitude variation information falls into the safety range, the fact that the value of the water meter is changed reasonably at the moment is indicated, namely the acquired water meter value information is normal, and the water meter value information is stored in the storage library so as to be convenient for processing the water meter value information later.
Step S4032: if the amplitude value corresponding to the variation amplitude information does not fall into the safety range, outputting a numerical value abnormal signal, storing the water meter numerical value information into a storage library, and synchronously storing the abnormal word to the same position in the storage library.
When the amplitude value corresponding to the amplitude information of the change does not fall into the safety range, the abnormal condition of the change of the water meter value at the moment is indicated, the condition of inaccurate data possibly occurs, and a value abnormal signal is output at the moment to record the condition so that staff can process the condition; the water meter numerical information is stored in the storage library, and the abnormal word is synchronously stored in the same position in the storage library, so that the water meter numerical information with abnormal conditions is identified, and workers can conveniently know the accurate condition of the data when reading the data.
Referring to fig. 5, the method for determining the operation duration information includes:
step S500: and acquiring current time information.
The time corresponding to the current time information is standard time corresponding to the water meter installation place, including time of year, month, day, time of day and second, and the time can be obtained by connecting with the Internet, so that the conventional technical means of the person skilled in the art are omitted.
Step S501: and dividing the detection interval with the width being the preset detection duration from the preset time axis in a reverse order under the time corresponding to the current time information.
The time axis is a time line of normal time flow, the reverse order is the reverse direction of the time flow direction, the detection duration is a fixed value, the detection duration is set by staff according to actual conditions, and details are omitted, the detection interval is an interval which is defined on the time axis under the time corresponding to the current time information and used for collecting and detecting the water meter data, and the width is the detection duration, namely the time phase difference detection duration of the head end and the tail end of the detection interval.
Step S502: the first acquired water meter numerical information is determined in the detection interval and defined as initial numerical information, and the time information when the initial numerical information is acquired is defined as initial time information.
Reading is carried out at the head end of the detection interval, so that the first acquired water meter numerical information can be determined, the water meter numerical information is defined as initial numerical information for identification at the moment, so that the determination of the initial numerical information is realized, the time when the initial numerical information is acquired can be determined, and the time is defined as initial time information for identification, thereby being convenient for the subsequent acquisition of operation duration information.
Step S503: calculating and acquiring difference time length information according to the current time information and the initial time information, and determining the time length corresponding to the difference time length information as the time length corresponding to the operation time length information.
The time length corresponding to the difference time length information is the time length from the time of first acquiring the water meter numerical information to the current time in the detection interval, and the calculation formula is thatWherein->Corresponding to the current time informationBetween (I) and (II)>Time corresponding to the initial time information, +.>The time length corresponding to the difference time length information; at this time, the time length corresponding to the difference time length information, namely the time length corresponding to the required operation time length information, is determined as the time length corresponding to the operation time length information so as to realize the normal calculation of the variation amplitude information.
Referring to fig. 6, when the numerical value abnormality signal is output, the water meter collector data collection method further includes:
step S600: and acquiring check condition information.
When a value abnormality signal is output, the value of the water meter acquired at the moment is abnormal and needs to be further processed; the corresponding condition of the checking condition information is the condition input by the staff after manual checking, and comprises two conditions of correctness or error.
Step S601: and judging whether the condition corresponding to the check condition information is consistent with the preset correct condition.
The correct condition is a parameter which is preset and is consistent with the correct condition input by the staff, and the judgment purpose is to know whether the data is normal after the staff is checked, so that the subsequent further processing of the data is convenient.
Step S6011: if the corresponding condition of the check condition information is consistent with the correct condition, the abnormal word at the same position of the water meter numerical value information is cancelled.
When the condition corresponding to the checking condition information is consistent with the correct condition, the data is the correct data after manual checking, and the abnormal word of the water meter numerical information at the same position of the storage library is canceled, so that the data can be read and used normally by staff.
Step S6012: if the condition corresponding to the check condition information is inconsistent with the correct condition, determining the water meter numerical information adjacent to the water meter numerical information with the abnormal character in the detection section, defining the water meter numerical information as adjacent numerical information, and defining the time information when the adjacent numerical information is acquired as adjacent time information.
When the condition corresponding to the checking condition information is inconsistent with the correct condition, the data at the moment is the error data after the manual checking, and the situation that the water meter dial does not rotate or the water meter is manually adjusted possibly exists at the moment, and the water meter value needs to be further analyzed; the water meter numerical information adjacent to the water meter numerical information with the abnormal character can be determined in the detection interval, and the water meter numerical information is defined as the adjacent numerical information for identification, so that the subsequent use of the numerical value is facilitated; meanwhile, the time information of the adjacent numerical value information during acquisition can be acquired, and the time information is defined as the adjacent time information for identification so as to facilitate subsequent calculation.
Step S602: and calculating according to the adjacent numerical value information and the initial numerical value information to obtain contrast difference value information, and calculating according to the adjacent time information and the initial time information to obtain contrast duration information.
The difference value corresponding to the contrast difference information is the difference between the value corresponding to the adjacent value information and the value corresponding to the initial value information, the duration value corresponding to the contrast duration information is the time difference between the time corresponding to the adjacent time information and the time corresponding to the initial time information, and the calculation formulas are all simple subtraction operations and are not repeated here.
Step S603: and calculating according to the contrast value information and the contrast time length information to determine the change rate information.
The rate value corresponding to the change rate information is the numerical value change speed of the water meter from the time corresponding to the initial time information to the time corresponding to the adjacent time information in the detection interval, and the calculation formula is thatWherein->Corresponding to contrast difference informationDifference of->For comparing the time length value corresponding to the time length information, < >>The rate value corresponding to the rate information is changed.
Step S604: and calculating according to the current time information and the adjacent time information to acquire the change duration information.
The time length value corresponding to the time length information is the time interval from the last meter reading to the present meter reading of the water meter, and the calculation formula is thatWherein->Time corresponding to adjacent time information, +.>And the time length value corresponding to the time length information is changed.
Step S605: and determining correction numerical information according to the change duration information and the change rate information, replacing the current water meter numerical information with an abnormal word, and outputting a correction completion signal.
The value corresponding to the corrected value information is the value which is needed to be displayed by the water meter under the normal condition, and the calculation formula is thatWherein->In order to correct the value corresponding to the value information, the corrected value information is replaced with the current water meter value information with the abnormal character, so that a worker can reference and correct the water meter value through the value, meanwhile, the water meter can be used normally, and a correction completion signal is output for identification, so that the worker can know that the data is corrected data.
Referring to fig. 7, the water meter collector data collection method further includes:
step S700: the correction completion signal is counted in the detection section to determine correction quantity information.
The number value corresponding to the correction number information is the total number value of the correction completion signals of the single water meter in the detection interval, the correction number information is acquired through a counting method, the initial value of the number value corresponding to the correction number information is zero, when one correction completion signal is detected, the number value corresponding to the correction number information is added with one, and if the time corresponding to the correction completion signal is moved out of the detection interval, the change value of the correction number information corresponding to the correction completion signal is eliminated.
Step S701: and judging whether the number value corresponding to the correction number information is larger than a preset permission value.
The permission value is a maximum secondary value which is set by the staff and allows the single water meter to be corrected in the detection interval, and the specific value is set by the staff according to the actual situation and is not repeated; the purpose of the judgment is to know whether the number of times of the water meter correction exceeds the allowable number of times so as to facilitate the subsequent judgment of the running condition of the water meter.
Step S7011: and if the number value corresponding to the corrected number information is not greater than the allowable value, outputting a normal water meter signal.
When the number value corresponding to the corrected number information is not greater than the allowable value, the water meter can be normally used, the situation that the data is abnormal is an accidental situation, and a normal water meter signal is output for identification, so that a worker can know the specific use situation of the water meter.
Step S7012: and if the number value corresponding to the corrected number information is larger than the allowable value, outputting an abnormal water meter signal.
When the number value corresponding to the corrected number information is larger than the allowable value, the situation that the water meter frequently has data errors is indicated, the water meter cannot be used continuously or the user uses the water meter abnormally, and at the moment, an abnormal water meter signal is output for identification, so that a worker can conduct specific treatment on the water meter or the user.
