After determining the trial period of the legal case based on the mapping relationship between the target character matching expression and the trial period, the method further comprises the following steps: writing the examination period of the legal case into a data table; and visually displaying the data table.

Claims (10)
1. A method for obtaining an auditing deadline of a legal case, comprising:
determining case information of a legal case to be inquired, wherein the case information at least comprises a case type and a case subtype;
determining a target character matching expression corresponding to the legal case according to the case type and the case subtype;
and determining the number of remaining days of the trial period of the legal case based on the target character matching expression corresponding to the legal case.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the target character matching expression corresponding to the legal case according to the case type and the case subtype comprises:
matching the case type and the case subtype with legal fields in a pre-created data sheet, and determining a target character matching expression corresponding to the legal case, wherein the data sheet at least comprises the following legal fields: the case type, the case subtype and the character matching expression are mapped with the case type, the case subtype and the character matching expression.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein if it is determined that the target character matching expression corresponding to the legal case is a plurality of character matching expressions, the method further comprises:
determining a priority of each character matching expression of the plurality of character matching expressions;
and taking the character matching expression with the highest priority as a target character matching expression corresponding to the legal case.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the number of days remaining for the trial term of the legal case based on the target character matching expression corresponding to the legal case comprises:
determining a mapping relation between the target character matching expression and an examination term in the data table;
and determining the number of remaining days of the trial period of the legal case based on the mapping relation between the target character matching expression and the trial period.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein determining the number of remaining days of the trial term of the legal case based on the mapping between the target character matching expression and the trial term comprises:
determining the examination period of the legal case based on the mapping relation between the target character matching expression and the examination period;
and calculating the remaining days of the trial period of the legal case according to the filing date, the current date and the trial period of the legal case.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after determining the term of authority of the legal case based on the mapping relationship between the target character matching expression and the term of authority, the method further comprises:
writing the examination period of the legal case into the data table;
and visually displaying the data table.
7. An apparatus for acquiring an examination deadline of a legal case, comprising:
the system comprises a first determining unit, a second determining unit and a query unit, wherein the first determining unit is used for determining case information of a legal case to be queried, and the case information at least comprises a case type and a case subtype;
the second determining unit is used for determining a target character matching expression corresponding to the legal case according to the case type and the case subtype;
and the third determining unit is used for determining the number of remaining trial period days of the legal case based on the target character matching expression corresponding to the legal case.
8. The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the second determining unit comprises:
the first determining module is used for matching the case type and the case subtype with legal fields in a pre-created data table and determining a target character matching expression corresponding to the legal case, wherein the data table at least comprises the following legal fields: the case type, the case subtype and the character matching expression are mapped with the case type, the case subtype and the character matching expression.
9. A storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium comprises a stored program, wherein when the program runs, the device on which the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the method for acquiring the term of authority of a legal case according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A processor, characterized in that the processor is configured to run a program, wherein the program is configured to execute the method for acquiring the term of authority of a legal case according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
