Optionally, the control device 30 includes a main controller (not shown) and a sub-controller (not shown), wherein the sub-controller is disposed on the sorting cabinet 10, and is used for receiving and feeding back the detection information of the detection device 1111 to the main controller, and/or separately controlling the opening and closing of the switch door 112. The main controller may be disposed on the server, and is configured to send a control command to control the opening and closing of the door 112 and the dispatching of the lifting mechanism 221, the segment conveyor 222, and the mobile car (AGV)40 according to information fed back by the sub-controller.

the control device is used for sending a control instruction to control the opening and closing of the door and the dispatching of the cargo transferring device according to the detection result;
the cargo transferring device is used for dispatching below a switch door of the sorting storage grids filled with the cargos according to a control instruction of the control device so as to receive the cargos released from the sorting storage grids and transfer the cargos.
2. The transfer system of claim 1 wherein a plurality of said sortation bins are arranged in an array.
3. The transfer system of claim 1, wherein the sorting storage compartments are arranged at an angle to allow stored goods to slide freely for release after the opening and closing door is opened.
4. The transfer system according to claim 1, wherein the control device controls the opening and closing of the opening and closing door according to the detection result, and comprises:
the detection result shows that the sorting storage grid is full of goods, and the opening and closing door is controlled to be opened;
and after the detection result shows that the sorting storage grids are not filled with the goods or the sorting storage grids are emptied of the goods, controlling the switch door to close.
5. The transfer system of claim 1, further wherein the cargo transferring device comprises a cargo storage bin for receiving cargo released from the sorting storage bin.

The transfer system according to claim 1, wherein the control device comprises a main controller and a sub-controller, wherein the sub-controller is arranged on the sorting cabinet and used for receiving and feeding back detection information of the detection device to the main controller and/or independently controlling the opening and closing of the switch door; the main controller can be arranged on the server and used for sending control instructions to control the opening and closing of the door and the dispatching of the cargo transferring device according to information fed back by the sub-controllers.

The transfer system of claim 5, wherein the cargo transferring device further comprises a lifting conveyor belt, which is disposed on a side of the opening and closing door of the sorting cabinet, and is used for carrying the cargo storage box and conveying the cargo storage box to a position below the opening and closing door of the sorting cargo storage cell filled with the cargo according to a control command of the control device, so as to receive the cargo in the sorting cargo storage cell.

The transfer system according to claim 7, wherein the lifting conveyor comprises a lifting mechanism and a segment conveyor connected with the lifting mechanism, and the lifting mechanism is used for lifting or lowering the segment conveyor according to a control command of the control device; the section conveyor belt is used for bearing and conveying the goods storage boxes, and the goods storage boxes are conveyed to the position below the opening and closing door of the sorting and goods storage grid filled with goods according to the control instruction of the control device.
9. The transfer system of claim 8, wherein the length of the segment conveyor is slightly greater than the length of the sorting cabinet.
10. The transfer system of claim 8, further comprising a mobile cart for receiving the magazines from the segment conveyor and transferring them to a next destination.

The transfer system according to claim 5, wherein the cargo transferring device further comprises a lifting device disposed at a side of the door of the sorting cabinet, the lifting device comprises a lifting mechanism and a lifting plate, and the lifting mechanism is connected to the lifting plate and used for lifting or lowering the lifting plate according to the control command of the control device.

The transfer system of claim 11, wherein the cargo transferring device further comprises a moving cart received on the lifting platform and movable along the lifting platform, the moving cart being configured to carry the cargo storage box, and to move the cargo storage box along the lifting platform to a position below the opening and closing door of the sorting storage compartment filled with the cargo according to the control command of the control device, so that the cargo storage box receives the cargo in the sorting storage compartment and transfers the cargo to the next destination.

A transfer method for sorting cabinet-stored goods, characterized in that the transfer method is applied to a transfer system for sorting cabinet-stored goods according to any one of claims 1 to 12, the transfer system comprising: the sorting cabinet comprises a plurality of sorting and storage lattices, one end of each sorting and storage lattice is provided with a sorting port, the other end of each sorting and storage lattice is provided with a switch door, and the sorting port is provided with a detection device; wherein the transfer method comprises:
the detection device detects the goods storage of the sorting and storage grids in real time and feeds back the detection result to the control device;
the control device sends a control instruction to control the opening and closing of the door and the dispatching of the cargo transferring device according to the detection result;
the goods transfer device dispatches the lower part of the switch door of the sorting storage grid filled with goods according to the control instruction of the control device, receives the goods released from the sorting storage grid and transfers the goods.

The transfer method according to claim 13, wherein the cargo transferring device further comprises a lifting conveyor belt arranged on one side of the opening and closing door of the sorting cabinet, the lifting conveyor belt comprises a lifting mechanism and a section conveyor belt connected with the lifting mechanism, and the section conveyor belt is used for carrying and conveying the cargo storage box;
the goods transfer device dispatches below the switch door of the sorting storage grid filled with goods according to the control instruction of the control device, and comprises: the lifting mechanism lifts or lowers the section of the conveyor belt according to a control instruction of the control device; the section conveyor belt conveys the goods storage box to the position below a switch door of the sorting goods storage grid filled with goods according to a control instruction of the control device, so that the goods storage box receives the goods released from the sorting goods storage grid and transfers the goods.

The transfer method according to claim 13, wherein the cargo transferring device further comprises a lifting device and a moving trolley, the lifting device is arranged at one side of the door of the sorting cabinet, and the lifting device comprises a lifting mechanism and a lifting flat plate; the movable trolley is accommodated on the lifting flat plate, can move along the lifting flat plate and is used for bearing the cargo storage box;
