技术领域
本发明涉及一种通经活络面膜及其制备方法,属于面膜技术领域。
背景技术
随着年龄的增长,人体皮肤保水及其它各种如弹性机能的衰变,皮肤常常会出现干燥、起皱纹、衰老等现象,终归是由于皮肤细胞提供动力能量和营养的经络系统的衰退及细胞的衰老,更为甚者为经络系统的局部破坏,出现面部局部瘫痪等。
人体的经络系统包括血管、神经、体液三大系统。
面膜是利用覆盖在脸部的短暂时间,暂时隔离外界的空气与污染,提高肌肤温度,皮肤的毛孔扩张,促进汗腺分泌与新陈代谢,使肌肤的含氧量上升,有利于肌肤排除表皮细胞新陈代谢的产物和累积的油脂类物质,面膜中的水分渗入表皮的角质层,皮肤变得柔软,肌肤自然光亮有弹性。
现有的面膜或者改善人体肌肤的体液系统,或者改善血管血液系统,仅仅改善人体经络系统的一部分。如中国专利CN109381344A《一种改善血液循环的增效型美容面膜的制备方法》,采用二氧化硅包覆纳米单晶硼化镧物理升温技术,通过物理的方法,提高肌肤的温度,促进面部体液的新陈代谢。又如中国专利CN109316401A《一种促进血液循环保湿面膜》,添加有活血成分川芎,采用封闭作用,配合面膜内含有的中药及滋养精华成分,对皮肤起到持久保湿和增加血液循环,使脸色长期保持红润,通过改善肌肤血管的循环功能,作为经络系统的一部分,也能局部的解决皮肤问题。这种只改善人体经络系统的一部分,难以改善面部肌肤的微循环障碍,起效甚微或起效周期较长,往往作用的效果不是很理想。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种通经活络面膜,可以有效解决上述问题。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种通经活络面膜,按照质量分数计包含以下组分:大麻叶提取物0.1~0.6%,吴茱萸果提取物0.1~0.6%,水溶性姜黄素0.1~0.6%,透皮短肽TD1 0.01~0.06%,马齿苋提取物0.5~3.0%、透明质酸钠0.03~0.10%,燕麦粗粉提取物0.25~1.0%,红没药醇0.05~0.30%,卡波姆0.10~0.5%,三乙醇胺0.1~0.5%,羟乙基脲0.5~4.0%,其余组分为去离子水。
作为进一步改进的,按照质量分数计包含以下组分:大麻叶提取物0.4%,吴茱萸果提取物0.5%,水溶性姜黄素0.45%,透皮短肽TD1 0.03%,马齿苋提取物2.0%、透明质酸钠0.08%,燕麦粗粉提取物0.5%,红没药醇0.20%,卡波姆0.3%,三乙醇胺0.35%,羟乙基脲3.0%,其余组分为去离子水。
作为进一步改进的,所述大麻叶提取物为二氧化碳超临界卒取方法制得。
作为进一步改进的,所述水溶性姜黄素为姜黄素和低聚糖的复合物。
作为进一步改进的,所述水溶性姜黄素中按照质量比为姜黄素:低聚果糖=1:28~32。
作为进一步改进的,述水溶性姜黄素的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在配料混合罐中将低聚糖加入25~35℃的去离子水中搅拌至其完全溶解配成质量百分比为38~42%的低聚糖溶液,用冷却水降温至低聚糖溶液体系温度为15~20℃;
(2)在另一容器中将姜黄素用食用酒精溶解,配成质量百分比为10-20%的姜黄素溶液;
(3)开启配料混合罐搅拌器,转速200r/min~250r/min,在搅拌状态下缓缓将姜黄素溶液从配料混合罐料口中流入低聚糖溶液中,3~5小时加完,而后立即喷雾干燥,进风温度215~220℃,出风温度:65~70℃,真空负压≤-0.06Mpa,产品水分≤3.0%,得水溶性姜黄素低聚糖复合物。
一种上述的通经活络面膜的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按照以下质量分数比例称取以下物质:大麻叶提取物0.1~0.6%,吴茱萸果提取物0.1~0.6%,水溶性姜黄素0.1~0.6%,透皮短肽TD1 0.01~0.06%,马齿苋提取物0.5~3.0%、透明质酸钠0.03~0.10%,燕麦粗粉提取物0.25~1.0%,红没药醇0.05~0.30%,卡波姆0.10~0.5%,三乙醇胺0.1~0.5%,羟乙基脲0.5~4.0%,其余组分为去离子水。
(2)在第一容器中加入步骤(1)称取的透明质酸、卡波姆,加入质量分数25%~45%的去离子水,加热至80~85℃,保温搅拌18~22min后停止加热,得到物料A;
(3)在第二容器中加入步骤(1)称取的大麻叶提取物、吴茱萸果提取物、水溶性姜黄素、马齿苋提取物、燕麦粗粉提取物、红没药醇、羟乙基脲,加入质量分数25%~45%的去离子水,加热至40~45℃,保温搅拌18~22min后停止加热,得到物料B;
(4)将物料A冷却并搅拌,待温度降至40~45℃后,加入物料B,均质搅拌18-22min,搅拌冷却至25~35℃,加入步骤(1)称好的透皮短肽、三乙醇胺,加去离子水定容至总质量,搅拌均匀得到混合物料,阴凉处保存备用;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的混合物料装入含有面膜布的第三容器中,密封,阴凉处保存备用。
作为进一步改进的,所述第三容器为复合袋或玻璃瓶或塑料瓶。
一种上述的通经活络面膜在制备皮肤保湿、去皱、抗衰老化妆品中的应用。
本发明的通经活络面膜的使用方法如下:
需要使用时,从第三容器中拿出面膜贴在脸上即可。
本发明的有益效果是:

3.本发明通经活络面膜的原料均为纯植物提取,温和无刺激,消炎、止痛、止痒、活血化瘀,适合敏感皮肤使用,对皮肤无刺激。

实施例1
透皮短肽序列为:Ala-Cys-Ser-Ser-Ser-Pro-Ser-Lys-His-Cys-Gly。
水溶性姜黄素包含以下原料:姜黄素(含量95%)0.5kg、低聚果糖15kg,其中姜黄素:低聚果糖=1:30。
一种水溶性姜黄素的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在配料混合罐中将低聚果糖15kg加入22.5kg 30℃去离子水中搅拌至其完全溶解配成质量百分比为40%的低聚果糖液体,夹层用冷却水降温至低聚果糖溶液体系温度为18℃;
(2)将姜黄素0.5kg另用体积百分比为85%的食用酒精4kg溶解,配成质量百分比为11.1%的姜黄素溶液;
(3)配料混合罐开启搅拌器,转速210r/min,在搅拌状态下缓缓将姜黄素溶液从配料混合罐料口中流入低聚果糖液体中,4小时加完,而后立即喷雾干燥,进风温度218℃,出风温度:68℃,真空负压≤-0.07Mpa,产品水分≤2.5%,得水溶性姜黄素低聚糖复合物14.5kg。
一种通经活络面膜的制备方法如下:
步骤1,在A配料罐中加入透明质酸钠0.06g、卡波姆0.18g、去离子水50g,加热至80℃,保温搅拌20min后停止加热,得到物料A;
步骤2,在B配料罐中加入大麻(CANNABIS SATIVA)叶提取物0.5g、吴茱萸(EVODIARUTAECARPA)果提取物0.3g、水溶性姜黄素0.15g、马齿苋(PORTULACA OLERACEA)提取物1.0g、燕麦(AVENA SATIVA)粗粉提取物0.5g、红没药醇0.1g、羟乙基脲2.0g、去离子水20g,加热至40℃,保温搅拌20min后停止加热,得到物料B;
步骤3,A配料罐开启配料罐夹层冷却水并打开搅拌,待配料灌中的物料温度降至42℃后,加入B配料罐中的物料,均质搅拌20分钟;慢速搅拌冷却至30℃,加入TD1(透皮短肽)0.04g、三乙醇胺0.18g,加去离子水定量至100g,搅拌均匀即可得混合物料。
把混合物料装入含有面膜布的复合袋中,25克/袋,密封,阴凉处保存,临用时拿出面膜布贴在脸上即可。
实施例2
透皮短肽的结构和水溶性姜黄素的制备方法同实施例1。
一种通经活络面膜的制备方法如下:
步骤1,在A配料罐中加入透明质酸钠0.03g、卡波姆0.1g、去离子水50g,加热至80℃,保温搅拌20min后停止加热;
步骤2,在B配料罐中加入大麻(CANNABIS SATIVA)叶提取物0.1g、吴茱萸(EVODIARUTAECARPA)果提取物0.1g、水溶性姜黄素0.1g、马齿苋(PORTULACA OLERACEA)提取物0.5g、燕麦(AVENA SATIVA)粗粉提取物0.25g、红没药醇0.05g、羟乙基脲0.5g、去离子水20g,加热至42℃,保温搅拌20min后停止加热;
步骤3,A配料罐开启配料罐夹层冷却水并打开搅拌,待配料灌中的物料温度降至42℃后,加入B配料罐中的物料,均质搅拌20分钟;慢速搅拌冷却至30℃,加入TD1(透皮短肽)0.01g、三乙醇胺0.1g,加去离子水定量至100g,搅拌均匀即可。

步骤2,在B配料罐中加入大麻(CANNABIS SATIVA)叶提取物0.5g、吴茱萸(EVODIARUTAECARPA)果提取物0.5g、水溶性姜黄素0.5g、马齿苋(PORTULACA OLERACEA)提取物2.5g、燕麦(AVENA SATIVA)粗粉提取物0.9g、红没药醇0.28g、羟乙基脲3.5g、去离子水20g,加热至40℃,保温搅拌22min后停止加热,即得到物料B;
步骤3,A配料罐开启配料罐夹层冷却水并打开搅拌,待配料灌中的物料温度降至40℃后,加入B配料罐中的物料,均质搅拌20分钟;慢速搅拌冷却至25℃,加入TD1(透皮短肽)0.03g、三乙醇胺0.4g,去离子水定量至100g,搅拌均匀即可得混合物料。

皮肤含水率的测定方法如下:
设备:德国CK公司皮肤水份测试探头CM825
测试时只需将该水分测试探头CM825垂直地压在被测皮肤表面,探头顶部被压回一段距离,探头内部有一弹簧使探头顶部保持0.16N的压力压在皮肤表面,一秒钟内主机上就显示出结果,并给出提示声音。
征集40例皮肤失水、有皱纹、衰老的病人,随机分成两组,每组20人,每组在使用面膜前按照上述方法测定皮肤水分率后,第一组使用本发明的通经活络面膜,第二组使用市面上常见的枸杞多糖面膜。面膜贴在脸上之后每隔一分钟分别测定皮肤水分率,测定结果如表1和图1所示。

由表1和图1可知,未涂抹面膜前的皮肤水分率基本保持在33.6%,涂用面膜后,皮肤水分率瞬间上升,随后因皮肤对面膜营养成分的吸收作用,水分逐渐下降,枸杞多糖面膜最后稳定在37%左右,本发明通经活络面膜稳定在43.38%左右,对比使用前后,使用本发明通经活络面膜的皮肤水分率上升9.4%,本发明通经活络保湿效果显著。
本发明辅助治疗三叉神经痛效果考察
观察指标和评价标准①显效:使用后病人三叉神经痛症状完全消失或基本消失;有效:使用后病人三叉神经痛症状较治疗前明显改善;无效:使用后病人三叉神经痛症状较治疗前无显著改善。
征集三叉神经痛患者40例,每天早上敷一次本发明的通经活络面膜,连敷10天后,效果见下表2。

由以上实验可知,本发明的通经活络面膜对三叉神经痛的总有效率达87.5%,说明本发明的通经活络面膜不仅在改善皮肤水分,抗皮肤衰老方面有显著疗效,对三叉神经痛也可以辅助治疗。

1.一种通经活络面膜,其特征在于:按照质量分数计包含以下组分:大麻叶提取物0.1~0.6%,吴茱萸果提取物0.1~0.6%,水溶性姜黄素0.1~0.6%,透皮短肽TD1 0.01~0.06%,马齿苋提取物0.5~3.0%、透明质酸钠0.03~0.10%,燕麦粗粉提取物0.25~1.0%,红没药醇0.05~0.30%,卡波姆0.10~0.5%,三乙醇胺0.1~0.5%,羟乙基脲0.5~4.0%,其余组分为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的通经活络面膜,其特征在于:按照质量分数计包含以下组分:大麻叶提取物0.4%,吴茱萸果提取物0.5%,水溶性姜黄素0.45%,透皮短肽TD1 0.03%,马齿苋提取物2.0%、透明质酸钠0.08%,燕麦粗粉提取物0.5%,红没药醇0.20%,卡波姆0.3%,三乙醇胺0.35%,羟乙基脲3.0%,其余组分为去离子水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的通经活络面膜,其特征在于:所述大麻叶提取物为二氧化碳超临界卒取方法制得。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的通经活络面膜,其特征在于:所述水溶性姜黄素为姜黄素和低聚糖的复合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的通经活络面膜,其特征在于:所述水溶性姜黄素中按照质量比为姜黄素:低聚果糖=1:28~32。
6.根据权利要求5所述的通经活络面膜,其特征在于:所述水溶性姜黄素的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在配料混合罐中将低聚糖加入25~35℃的去离子水中搅拌至其完全溶解配成质量百分比为38~42%的低聚糖溶液,用冷却水降温至低聚糖溶液体系温度为15~20℃;
(2)在另一容器中将姜黄素用食用酒精溶解,配成质量百分比为10-20%的姜黄素溶液;
(3)开启配料混合罐搅拌器,转速200r/min~250r/min,在搅拌状态下缓缓将姜黄素溶液从配料混合罐料口中流入低聚糖溶液中,3~5小时加完,而后立即喷雾干燥,进风温度215~220℃,出风温度:65~70℃,真空负压≤-0.06Mpa,产品水分≤3.0%,得水溶性姜黄素低聚糖复合物。
7.一种权利要求1至6任一权利要求所述的通经活络面膜的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按照以下质量分数比例称取以下物质:大麻叶提取物0.1~0.6%,吴茱萸果提取物0.1~0.6%,水溶性姜黄素0.1~0.6%,透皮短肽TD1 0.01~0.06%,马齿苋提取物0.5~3.0%、透明质酸钠0.03~0.10%,燕麦粗粉提取物0.25~1.0%,红没药醇0.05~0.30%,卡波姆0.10~0.5%,三乙醇胺0.1~0.5%,羟乙基脲0.5~4.0%,其余组分为去离子水。
(2)在第一容器中加入步骤(1)称取的透明质酸、卡波姆,加入占总量的25%~50%的去离子水,加热至80~85℃,保温搅拌18~22min后停止加热,得到物料A;
(3)在第二容器中加入步骤(1)称取的大麻叶提取物、吴茱萸果提取物、水溶性姜黄素、马齿苋提取物、燕麦粗粉提取物、红没药醇、羟乙基脲,加入占总质量的15%~25%的去离子水,加热至40~45℃,保温搅拌18~22min后停止加热,得到物料B;
(4)将物料A冷却并搅拌,待温度降至40~45℃后,加入物料B,均质搅拌18-22min,搅拌冷却至25~35℃,加入步骤(1)称好的透皮短肽、三乙醇胺,加去离子水定容至总质量,搅拌均匀得到混合物料,阴凉处保存备用;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的混合物料装入含有面膜布的第三容器中,密封,阴凉处保存备用。
8.根据权利要求7所述的通经活络面膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第三容器为复合袋或玻璃瓶或塑料瓶。
9.一种权利要求1至6任一权利要求所述的通经活络面膜在制备皮肤保湿、去皱、抗衰老化妆品中的应用。
