When enough saliva is stored, the funnel 11 is reversely rotated to drive the stop member 22 to move upwards to be separated from the bottle body 1, at this time, the second stop portion 222 is separated from the sealing ring 23, and the saliva in the first accommodating cavity 11 flows into the second accommodating cavity 12 to be mixed with the preserving fluid.
