Description
Technical Field
The invention specifically relates to an insecticidal composition, and belongs to the technical field of pesticides.
Background
Azadirachtin is a high-efficiency compound separated from neem seeds, and has high-efficiency antifeedant, stomach-poisoning, contact-killing and growth-development-inhibiting effects on a plurality of insects. The action mechanism is mainly to disturb the internal secretion of insects, and the action targets are cranial nerve secretory cells, ventral bodies, prothymus gland and the like.
Tert-oxime urea is a high-efficiency pesticide (development code number NK-17) independently developed in China. Chinese patent CN1891686A discloses that the terximes urea has excellent insecticidal, acaricidal and ovicidal activity in a wider range, and can be used for controlling lepidoptera, coleopteran, dipteran, orthopteran and homopteran pests, especially for controlling lepidopteran pests.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an insecticidal composition aiming at the defects in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the active ingredients of the insecticidal composition are chlorfluazuron and azadirachtin, and the mass ratio of the chlorfluazuron to the azadirachtin is 20: 1-1: 5.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the flufenoxuron to the azadirachtin is 10: 1-1: 1.
More preferably, the mass ratio of the chlorfluazuron to the azadirachtin is 5:1 or 3: 1.
The application of the composition in pest control.
Wherein the pests include beet armyworm.
The compositions of the invention can treat all plants and plant parts. Plants are to be understood here as meaning all plants and plant populations such as desired and undesired wild plants or crop plants (including naturally occurring crop plants). The crop plants can be plants which have been obtained by conventional plant breeding and optimization methods or by biotechnological and genetic engineering methods or by combinations of the above methods, including the transgenic plants and including the plant varieties which are or are not protected by the plant variety method. Plant parts are to be understood as meaning all above-and below-ground parts and organs of plants, such as stems, leaves, flowers and roots, examples which may be mentioned being leaves, needles, petioles, trunks, flowers, fruit bodies, fruits, seeds, roots, tubers and rhizomes. Plant parts also include harvested plants and vegetative and generative propagation material, for example cuttings, tubers, rhizomes, cuttings and seeds.
The plants and plant parts are treated with the compositions according to the invention by applying the compounds directly or by acting them on their environment, habitat or storage area by customary treatment methods, for example by dipping, spraying, fumigating, misting, broadcasting, brushing and, in the case of propagation material, in particular seeds, also by one or more coatings.
The compositions of the present invention can be converted into conventional formulations such as solutions, emulsions, wettable powders, suspensions, powders, dusts, pastes, soluble powders, granules, concentrated suspoemulsions, etc.
These formulations are prepared in a known manner, for example by mixing the active compound combination with extenders, i.e. liquid solvents, and/or solid carriers, optionally with the use of surfactants, i.e. emulsifiers and/or dispersants, and/or foaming agents.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the composition has good synergistic effect on controlling pests such as beet armyworm and the like, reduces the using amount of active ingredients under the condition of improving pesticide effect, reduces production cost and effectively controls the pests.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples, but the present invention is by no means limited to the following examples.
Example 1
The combined toxicity of the t-oxime urea and the azadirachtin is determined by a conventional biological determination method by taking 2-instar larvae of spodoptera exigua as test objects.
The virulence evaluation adopts a Sun cloud Peel method to calculate the cotoxicity coefficient (CTC), and the CTC value is used for evaluating the combined virulence effect of the two medicaments. The CTC value is less than 80, the antagonism is obtained, the synergism is obtained when the CTC value is more than 120, and the addition effect is obtained when the CTC value is 80-120.
The test results are as follows:
TABLE 1 Combined virulence assay results
Reagent for testing | LC50(μg/ml) | Co-toxicity coefficient |
Tertiary oxime worm urea | 3.41 | / |
