Description

Vertical circulation type parking device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a vertical circulation type parking device having a turntable for lifting and rotating a tray for carrying a vehicle, and more particularly, to a vertical circulation type parking device in which a movable hanger has a V-shaped support portion and a positioning roller is automatically and accurately mounted at the center of the V-shaped support portion by gravity when the tray is lowered after being rotated.

Background
Generally, in order to transfer and park each vehicle horizontally or vertically individually, a parking device requires a lifting road or a running road, and the width of the ground where the parking device is to be installed is equal to the width of three parked vehicles. Therefore, the storage space is large and the space efficiency is low.
In contrast, the vertical circulation type parking device has a structure in which the left and right trays are closely arranged without a lifting path, and the vehicle is parked by moving the trays in a vertical circulation manner. Therefore, the vertical cycle parking device can be installed on the ground where two vehicles can be parked, and has an advantage of high space efficiency.
Even if the vertical circulation type parking device has the above-described advantage of high space efficiency, it has a disadvantage. It is necessary to circulate all the vehicles mounted thereon in a vertical rotation together and to circulate the vehicles in a vertical rotation while all the trays are maintained horizontal. Therefore, the load on the vertical circulation chain and the guide portion is slightly larger than that of the parking device of another system that linearly transfers one vehicle.
Further, there is a problem that durability and reliability of the parking device are weak when the components do not have sufficient strength and rigidity.
Although the vertical circulation type parking devices as disclosed in korean registered patent nos. 10-1108006 and 10-0485065 have considerably contributed to the solution of the parking problem, there is still a need to improve durability, safety, convenience, comfort, quietness and reliability thereof, as well as to improve transportation installation and maintenance and to improve aesthetic appearance.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 8 showing a vertical cycle parking device according to an embodiment of the present invention, the vertical cycle device includes: a main frame 100 fixed to a floor; a track-shaped rail 120 supported by each of the main frames 100 and including a curved section formed long up and down and curved sections at upper and lower positions; a main chain 300 guided by each of the rails 120 in an endless track and including a plurality of support plates 302 each having one end fixed at a certain interval; a plurality of pallets 500 detachably coupled to the support plates 302 of the main chain 300 and on which a vehicle is mounted; a driving part 200 for circulating a rotational force to the main chain 300 to vertically and cyclically rotate the tray 500; and a turntable 600 that is installed on the floor and lifts and rotates a tray located at the lowermost portion among the plurality of trays 500.
Referring to fig. 25 to 30, the tray 500 is composed of a fixed hanger 505, a movable hanger 502, a pipe hanger 501, and a tray body 510 on which a vehicle is mounted.
The fixed hanger 505 has a rotating shaft 515 to which a half-moon cam 514 is fixed, one end of each of the rotating shafts 515 is fixed to the support plate 302 of the main chain 300, the other end of each of the rotating shafts 515 rotatably supports the fixed hanger 505, and both sides of the fixed hanger 505 have V-shaped support portions 517.
The movable hanger 502 has positioning rollers 516 detachably mounted to the V-shaped supports 517 at both ends thereof, and the tray body 510 and the movable hanger 502 are connected to the plurality of pipe hangers 501.
At the lowermost end of the lower curved section, when the pallet 500 is raised and rotated by the lifting unit and the rotating unit and then lowered, the positioning rollers 516 are automatically aligned by gravity and mounted on the V-shaped supporting portion 517.
The fixed hanger 505 has a rotation shaft 515 to which a collision cam 514 is fixed at both ends thereof, and the rotation shaft 515 is fixed to the support plate 302 of each main chain 300. The rotation of the support plate 302 according to the circulation rotation of the main chain 300 causes the rotation shaft 515 and the collision cam 514 to be rotationally moved to restrain the positioning roller 516 included in the movable hanger 502 from being disengaged from the V-shaped support 517,
only when the tray 500 is at the entrance of the parking device, the open portion of the cam 514 faces downward and the restraint between the positioning rollers 516 is released. In the other upper section, the circular portion of the bump cam 514 restrains the positioning roller 516 at the V-shaped support portion 517, and the positioning roller 516 of the movable hanger 502 is restrained at the V-shaped support portion 517 by the displacement of the bump cam 514 due to the cyclic rotation of the main chain 300.
In other words, at the lowest vehicle entrance portion in the vertical circulation zone, the crash cam 514 releases the restraint and rotates the tray 500 to be at the entrance portion by 180 degrees and allows the tray 500 to switch the direction of the vehicle.
Referring to fig. 31 to 38, the turntable 600 includes: an annular turntable rail 618 fixedly provided to the floor and having a circular arc-shaped rope guide 617 formed along an edge thereof; and a movable frame 620 which is provided inside the turn table rail 618 and is rotatably supported by the turn table rail 618 by a plurality of support rollers, wherein the movable frame 620 includes a lifting unit which lifts the tray 500 and a rotating unit which rotates the tray 500.
The rotation unit includes: an engine base 619, one end of which is fixed to the movable frame 620; a rotation drive motor 611 mounted on the motor base 619 and having a drive pulley 613; a fast pulley 614 spaced apart from the driving pulley 613 by a certain distance and rotatably supported by the engine mount 619; a rope 612 having one end fixed to one side of the rope guide 617 and the other end fixed to the other end of the rope guide 617 and disposed between the driving pulley 613 and the fast pulley 614 so that the movable frame 620 is rotated by a frictional force between the rope 612 and the driving pulley 613 when the rotation driving motor 611 is driven.
The rope fixing end 615 of both ends of the rope 612 has a tension adjusting portion 612 including a screw, which can be used to adjust the tension of the rope 612.
In the rotating unit as described above, since the movable frame 620 rotates along the rope 612, noise is reduced, and the rope 612 can be easily replaced when damaged, which is cost-effective.
The lifting unit includes: a double lift motor 601 attached to the movable frame 620; a pair of timing gears 602 connected between the engines; and a pair of elevating/lowering rotating shafts 606 which are provided in parallel to the movable frame 620, are rotatably supported, and are rotatably driven together with the timing gears 602, wherein one end of each of the elevating/lowering units is coupled to both ends of each of the elevating/lowering rotating shafts 606, and each of the other ends thereof has the elevating/lowering arm 608, so that the tray 500 is elevated and lowered by the rotation of the elevating/lowering arm 608.
The movable frame 620 has a feed sleeve 607 having a central hole shape at a central portion thereof, and a feed cable 607a is connected to each of the lift motor 601 and the rotation driving motor 611 through the feed sleeve 607. Therefore, the torsion of the tight turning cable 607a can be prevented despite the rotation of the movable frame 620.
The turntable 600 as described above is used to lift the tray 500 to a certain height and then rotate it. That is, the turntable rotates the vehicle in the parking device, and when the vehicle is taken out of the garage, the driver takes the vehicle out of the garage in a forward manner, thereby reducing inconvenience when the vehicle is taken out of the garage after a rear entrance, and the turntable does not need to rotate after the vehicle is taken out of the garage, thereby reducing a floor space required for the rotation.
Referring to fig. 2B to 9, the uppermost portion of the parking device of the present invention includes a semi-circular plate 140 as a curved portion rail guiding the upper portion of the main chain 300. The half-round plate 140 is formed of a high-strength material capable of sufficiently withstanding the tension of the main chain 300.
