Abstract
本发明公开了一种超柔性金属复合材料布,布的上下两表面采用PVC刀刮涂塑布,内嵌铜网网片。本发明所公开的超柔性金属复合材料布,结合铜材和化纤布材的性能优点,既能满足天线辐射体性能要求,又具有很好的柔韧性,且重量轻,便于展收和折叠,特别适合机动式、单兵背负式、快速收放式等快速收放、便携应用的特种天线形式。

技术领域
本发明属于天线辐射体材料领域,特别涉及该领域中的一种超柔性金属复合材料布及其成型方法和应用。
背景技术
铜材是优良的金属导体,具有非常好的延展性,可以拉丝到微米级,是良好的辐射体材料,常作为天线辐射体、反射地网材料使用,用于传导电流和辐射电磁信号。但由于超薄、超细的铜丝,容易断裂和脱丝,只能以多股铜线绞合或加裹聚氨酯非金属外皮,形成粗铜线(毫米级)的形式应用,很难直接用作天线辐射体。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种超柔性金属复合材料布及其成型方法和应用。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种超柔性金属复合材料布,其改进之处在于:布的上下两表面采用PVC刀刮涂塑布,内嵌铜网网片。
进一步的,铜网采用200目,厚度为0.05mm的纯铜网,其筛孔直径为0.075mm,使铜网既具有良好的柔韧性,又具有较好的抗撕裂性。
一种成型方法,用于制备超柔性金属复合材料布,其改进之处在于:按照天线振子的设计要求,裁剪铜网网片,铜网与铜网连接处采用银焊点焊连接;在铜网的上、下表面用环氧胶粘接或者缝制PVC刀刮涂塑布,PVC刀刮涂塑布之间采用热封拼接。
进一步的,所述天线的类型属于短波类天线,包括但不限于对周型、鱼骨型、笼形和八木型。
一种超柔性金属复合材料布的应用,其改进之处在于:作为帐篷型天线、展收型天线、充气型天线、对周型天线的振子,或者整片用于折叠型天线反射网。
进一步的,作为充气型天线的振子时,需要加装可充气的密闭层。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所公开的超柔性金属复合材料布,结合铜材和化纤布材的性能优点,既能满足天线辐射体性能要求,又具有很好的柔韧性,且重量轻,便于展收和折叠,特别适合机动式、单兵背负式、快速收放式等快速收放、便携应用的特种天线形式。
该超柔性金属复合材料布的成型方法清晰可行,既保留了铜丝网的技术优点,满足天线辐射体的电气性能要求,又具有防水、防霉、材料轻、柔韧性好,抗拉强度高、耐酸碱、抗低温、易洗刷、折叠方便、便于携带等优点,大大丰富了天线的结构造型及选材,特别适合帐篷型天线、充气型天线、展布型天线、机动对周天线等非常规、隐蔽式,要求快速收放、便携的天线形式。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本实施例的技术方案是受国外充气型天线结构形式,以及国内婚庆、广告、娱乐行业常用的气模模型启发,在天线工程领域的机动型、快速展收型、单兵背负式天线中,将金属型的天线振子,做成超柔的布匹形式,实现天线结构的多样化、轻量化、以便于天线的随机携带和快速收放。
实施例1,本实施例公开了一种超柔性金属复合材料布,布的上下两表面采用PVC刀刮涂塑布,内嵌铜网网片。铜网采用200目,厚度为0.05mm的纯铜网,其筛孔直径为0.075mm。
铜网具有良好的柔韧性和折叠性,与天线的工作波长相比,可以忽略不计,不影响天线电气性能。而PVC刀刮涂塑布作为包裹超细、超柔铜丝网的基材,是一种绝缘性良好的非金属材料,具有比重低,柔韧性好,可折叠、可防水、防晒等优点。PVC刀刮涂塑布是一种以高强度涤纶帆布为基布,涂覆聚氯乙烯糊状树脂配加速剂、防霉剂、防老化剂等多种化学助剂,经高温塑化而成,具有防水、防霉、耐寒、耐老化等性能,且断裂强度、撕裂伸长率、撕破强度大大优于普通篷布,是国际流行的防水用布,可室外常年使用,且幅面可以达到2米宽,加工成品时,可以热封拼接,避免缝制针孔漏水。材料特点如下:
1)径向强度不小于22100N/5cm,纬向强度不小于1600N/5cm;
2)不渗漏水,耐水压值不小于2000mm水柱;
3)耐低温,最低-20℃;
4)防霉等级为一级。
将超细的铜丝网粘接或缝制在PVC涂塑布内,可制成一种集成化纤和铜网的超柔性金属复合材料布。其中内衬铜网完成天线金属辐射体功能,并可根据天线振子设计要求,剪切、拼接、焊接成一定规则的结构形式(如对数型振子、鱼骨型、笼形、八木型等),外层的PVC涂塑布,用于保护超细铜网,避免铜网脱丝和断丝,保持金属振子的结构造型。
本实施例充分利用了超细铜丝、化纤布材的柔韧性,铜丝优良的导电性和延展性,以及化纤布材的耐老化和耐撕扯的优良性能,解决了超细铜丝网直接用作天线辐射体时,铜丝容易断裂和脱丝的问题,从振子选材上,为折叠型、机动型等天线形式提供了一种解决办法。
本实施例还公开了一种成型方法,用于制备超柔性金属复合材料布,按照天线振子的设计要求,裁剪铜网网片,铜网与铜网连接处采用银焊点焊连接,保证电气导通。在铜网的上、下表面用环氧胶粘接或者缝制PVC刀刮涂塑布,将两者紧密结合在一起,可实现像裁剪布材一样制作天线振子。PVC刀刮涂塑布之间采用热封拼接。所述天线的类型适合所有短波波长类天线,包括但不限于对周型、鱼骨型、笼形和八木型等短波天线。
本实施例还公开了一种超柔性金属复合材料布的应用,作为帐篷型天线、展收型天线、充气型天线等具有特殊用途或要求的天线振子,或者整片用于折叠型天线反射网。作为充气型天线的振子时,需要加装可充气的密闭层,防止漏气。
本实施例所公开的超柔性金属复合材料布,外层为化纤材料,在使用过程中,应注意防火和高温,且避免与锋利的金属利器撞击。外层篷布若在使用过程中有损坏,可用涂胶液修补。

1.一种超柔性金属复合材料布,其特征在于:布的上下两表面采用PVC刀刮涂塑布,内嵌铜网网片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超柔性金属复合材料布,其特征在于:铜网采用200目,厚度为0.05mm的纯铜网,其筛孔直径为0.075mm。
3.一种成型方法,用于制备权利要求1所述的超柔性金属复合材料布,其特征在于:按照天线振子的设计要求,裁剪铜网网片,铜网与铜网连接处采用银焊点焊连接;在铜网的上、下表面用环氧胶粘接或者缝制PVC刀刮涂塑布,PVC刀刮涂塑布之间采用热封拼接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的成型方法,其特征在于:所述天线的类型属于短波类天线,包括但不限于对周型、鱼骨型、笼形和八木型。
5.一种超柔性金属复合材料布的应用,其特征在于:作为帐篷型天线、展收型天线、充气型天线、对周型天线的振子,或者整片用于折叠型天线反射网。
6.根据权利要求5所述超柔性金属复合材料布的应用,其特征在于:作为充气型天线的振子时,需要加装可充气的密闭层。
