The control unit, as a core component of the intelligent safety storage cabinet 100, not only can perform functions of comparing user identity information and opening and closing the intelligent safety lock 17, but also can undertake functions of monitoring single usage of hazardous chemicals which are easy to poison and explode, taking and early warning at the same time in various types, and the like. Depending on the complexity of the function, the control unit may be a single-function ECU, or integrated with the lcd touch screen 16, i.e. a computer or a mobile terminal with touch screen function. The specific functions include:

The intelligent safety storage cabinet 100 is further provided with an alarm device for receiving the alarm information sent by the control unit and sending an alarm, the alarm device is a short message sender or an audible and visual alarm device, the two modes can be combined together, and different short message contents can be preset in the control unit according to actual conditions.

s10: the control unit sends information to the alarm device, and the alarm device gives an alarm;

s5: a user reads identity card information on the card swiping device 13 of the intelligent safe storage cabinet 100 and reads face information on the face recognition device 14;
s6: the user information is sent to the control unit for verification;
s7: after the verification is passed, the intelligent safety lock 17 is automatically opened, and the safety door 12 is bounced open;
s8: the user puts the dangerous chemicals on the laminate 11, closes the safety door 12, and the intelligent safety lock 17 is automatically locked;
s9: the RFID reading device automatically reads the information of the put hazardous chemical substances in a polling mode;
s10: the liquid crystal touch screen 16 displays the detailed information of the returned dangerous chemicals;
s11: the user clicks on the liquid crystal touch screen 16 to confirm the return information;
s12: the control unit calculates the actual usage amount of the dangerous chemicals;
s13: the control unit compares the actual usage amount of the current time with the upper limit value of single usage, if so, the step S15 is carried out, and if not, the step S14 is carried out;

The management system and the management method of the easily manufactured and exploded hazardous chemicals realize all-around and full-platform informatization management on the purchase, sale and storage of the easily manufactured and exploded hazardous chemicals by using an Internet of things technology, a radio frequency identification technology and a face identification technology in a mode of combining software and hardware, form a complete record report of each getting and returning of the easily manufactured and exploded hazardous chemicals, monitor the upper limit value of single use and single simultaneous use, avoid the illegally used and excessively used easily manufactured and exploded hazardous chemicals, reduce potential safety hazards caused by illegal use, and reduce social risks.
