When the battery transfer device 3 works, the lifting cylinder 32 drives the cross beam plate 34 to lift, the movable sliding table 36 drives the cross beam plate 34 to move left and right, two ends of the cross beam plate 34 are supported by the cross slide bar assembly 341 and the support 342, and the movement track of the cross beam plate 34 is rectangular; first clamp is got mechanism 37 and is got from lithium battery module top, and the second is got mechanism 38 and is got from lithium battery module side and press from both sides, and the third is got mechanism 39 and is got from lithium battery module top clamp to can also realize going up and down, side moving and rotation, the fourth is got mechanism 310 and is got from lithium battery module side and press from both sides, can realize the translation.
The battery moving and transporting device 3 solves the problems of low synchronism, high requirement on transportation posture and low rigidity of the transportation mechanism in the transportation process of the lithium battery module, and is provided with a first clamping mechanism 37, a second clamping mechanism 38, a third clamping mechanism 39 and a fourth clamping mechanism 310 which are equally arranged on the cross beam plate 34 at intervals, and the transportation efficiency is improved by driving the cross beam plate 34 to move to realize synchronous transportation; the power transmission is carried out by the contact of the balls on the driving strips 361 and the cross beam plate 34, the two driving parts of the lifting cylinder 32 and the moving sliding table 36 are both arranged on the frame, the weight of the moving end is reduced, the rigidity is improved, and the bracket 342 and the cross slide bar assembly 341 are arranged at the two ends of the cross beam plate 34 for supporting, so that the bending of the cross beam plate 34 is prevented; the four groups of carrying mechanisms are arranged, so that the batteries can be clamped at different postures, and the clamping device is suitable for different processing.
As shown in fig. 5, the appearance inspection apparatus 4 includes a mobile jig 40, a visual inspection assembly and a socket passing inspection assembly, wherein the visual inspection assembly includes a positioning plate 412, a camera 413, a positioning plate mounting rack 414 and a camera mounting rack 415; an air cylinder is arranged below the jig 411 and can move; the locating plate 412 is arranged on the rack through a locating plate mounting frame 414, the camera 413 is arranged on the rack through a camera mounting frame 415, and the locating plate corresponds to the socket of the lithium battery module.
As shown in fig. 6, the socket trafficability testing assembly includes a support 421, a pressing cylinder 422, a pressing block 423 and a conducting strip 424; the pressing cylinder 422 is installed on the support 421, and the pressing block 423 is installed at the telescopic end of the pressing cylinder 422.
When the appearance detection device 4 works, firstly, visual detection is carried out, the lithium battery module is moved out by the movable jig 40 until the lithium battery module abuts against the positioning piece 412, then, the lithium battery module is photographed by the camera 413, and whether the appearance is defective or not is detected; then carry out socket trafficability characteristic and detect, remove tool 40 and shift out lithium battery module, compress tightly cylinder 422 and drive compact heap 423 decline, push down lithium battery module, conducting strip 424 inserts lithium battery module's socket this moment, detects whether conducting strip and the inside metal terminal contact of lithium battery module socket is good.
The parameter detection device 5 comprises a movable jig and a contact pole; and placing the lithium battery module in the movable jig, moving out the lithium battery module, and moving out the contact electrode under the driving of the air cylinder to discharge the lithium battery module so as to detect parameters such as the capacity, the voltage, the internal resistance and the like of the lithium battery module.
As shown in fig. 7, the labeling device 7 includes a labeling machine 71, a movable material receiving platform 72 and a machine platform, the movable material receiving platform 72 is driven by an air cylinder, the material receiving platform 72 can extend into the labeling machine 71, and the labeling machine 71 can automatically label the surfaces of the lithium battery modules.
As shown in fig. 8, the screw cap assembling apparatus 8 includes a circular vibrator 81, a straight vibrator 82, an end material receiving seat 83, a photoelectric sensor 84, an assembling table 85, a jacking assembly 86 and a pressing assembly 87; the outlet of the circular vibrator 81 is connected with the direct vibrator 82, the end material receiving seat 83 is arranged at the discharge end of the direct vibrator 82, a stepped hole with a large upper part and a small lower part is arranged in the end material receiving seat 83, the stepped hole penetrates through the end material receiving seat 83, and the upper end of the end material receiving seat 83 is also provided with a connecting flange; the photoelectric sensor 84 is arranged on the side of the end material receiving seat 83; the assembling table 85 is installed on the frame, the upper part of the assembling table 85 is a placing part, and a round hole is formed in the bottom end face of the placing part corresponding to the position where the screw cover needs to be installed; the jacking assembly 86 is arranged at the lower part of the assembling table 85, the pressing assembly 87 is arranged on the frame, and the jacking assembly 86 and the pressing assembly 87 are positioned at the same axis in the vertical direction.
The jacking assembly 86 comprises a hanging plate 861, a thimble 862 and a loading cylinder 863; the hanging plate 861 is fixedly arranged at the lower part of the assembly table 85, the bottom of the thimble 862 is fixed on a connecting block, and the side of the connecting block is movably connected with the hanging plate 861 through a sliding rail; a middle hole is formed in the middle of the thimble 862, an air suction hole is formed in the upper part of the thimble 862, and an air suction valve is arranged at the lower part of the thimble 862; the loading cylinder 863 is fixedly arranged on the hanger plate 861, and the telescopic end of the loading cylinder 863 is connected with the connecting block.
The pressing assembly 87 comprises a portal frame 871, a pressing cylinder 872 and a pressing plate 873; the portal frame 871 is fixedly arranged on the rack, and the downward pressing cylinder 872 is vertically arranged on the portal frame 871; the lower terminal surface of clamp plate 873 be provided with lithium cell module appearance assorted dent, clamp plate 873 move through the slide rail and connect in portal frame 871 side, clamp plate 873 is connected with the flexible end of pushing down cylinder 872.
When the screw cap assembling device 8 works, the screw caps are sequentially discharged through circular vibration 81 and direct vibration 82 to reach the end material receiving seat 83, and after being detected by the photoelectric sensor 84, the screw caps are firstly pressed down by the air cylinder 872 to drive the pressing plate 873 to descend so as to tightly press the lithium battery module in the assembling table 85; then, air is sucked from the top of the ejector 862 to suck the screw cover, and meanwhile, the air cylinder 863 is installed to drive the ejector 862 to be lifted, so that the screw cover is ejected out to be assembled into a screw hole in the lithium battery module, and the screw is sealed.
The screw cover assembling device 8 solves the problems that screws are easy to block in the working environment of the lithium battery module, and the screws are difficult to disassemble, and the screws are protected by arranging the screw cover outside the screws, so that impurities can enter the screws, and grooves such as internal hexagonal grooves or cross grooves of the screws are blocked; because the screw cap is easy to fall down when being loaded, the thimble 862 capable of sucking air is arranged, so that the verticality of the screw cap can be kept, and the loading success rate is improved; the device is arranged from the lower part, so that the mechanism is simplified, and a turnover mechanism is not required.
As shown in fig. 9, the size detection device 9 includes a base 91, a ranging cylinder 92, a lifting frame 93, a ranging plate 94, a ranging sensor 95 and a movable material receiving base 96; the base 91 is fixedly arranged on the rack, the lifting frame 93 is movably connected in the base 91, the ranging cylinder 92 is arranged on the base 91, the telescopic end of the ranging cylinder 92 is connected with the lifting frame 93, and the ranging plate 94 is arranged on the lifting frame 93; the distance measuring sensor 95 is arranged on the frame, and the distance measuring sensor 95 corresponds to the distance measuring plate 94; the movable material receiving seat 96 is installed on the frame, and the movable material receiving seat 96 is located right below the ranging plate 94.
When the size detection device 9 works, the distance measurement cylinder 92 drives the lifting frame 93 to descend until the distance measurement plate 94 contacts with the surface of the lithium battery module in the movable material receiving seat 96, the height of the lithium battery module is measured by the distance measurement sensor 95, and whether the screw locking process before detection meets the requirements or not is detected.
When the lithium battery module detection equipment works, the lithium battery module detection equipment is processed sequentially through the following steps:
assembling screws: the lithium battery module is placed in the material receiving jig 245 by the battery moving device 3, then the clamping cylinder 246 drives the clamping block 247 to descend to press the lithium battery module, then the rotating cylinder 244 drives the whole material receiving jig 245 to rotate by one hundred eighty degrees, so that the lithium battery module faces downwards, then the driving cylinder 232 drives the material receiving jig 245 to move towards the side, and then the screw locking device 214 is driven by the first sliding table 212 and the second sliding table 213 to move screws in the screw feeding pool 22 to holes of the lithium battery module, which need screws to be assembled, so as to be screwed;
(II) appearance detection: firstly, visual detection is carried out, the lithium battery module is moved out by the movable jig 40 until the lithium battery module abuts against the positioning piece 412, then the camera 413 takes pictures of the lithium battery module, and whether the appearance is defective or not is detected; then, socket passing detection is carried out, the lithium battery module is moved out by the movable jig 40, the pressing cylinder 422 drives the pressing block 423 to descend to press the lithium battery module, the conducting strip 424 is inserted into the socket of the lithium battery module at the moment, and whether the conducting strip is in good contact with the metal terminal inside the socket of the lithium battery module is detected;
(III) parameter detection: the parameter detection device 5 detects the parameters of capacity, voltage and internal resistance of the lithium battery module;
(IV) labeling: the movable material receiving table 72 is driven by an air cylinder, the material receiving table 72 can extend into the labeler 71, and the labeler 71 can automatically label the surfaces of the lithium battery modules;
(V) installing a screw cap: the screw caps are sequentially discharged through circular vibration 81 and direct vibration 82 to reach the end material receiving seat 83, and after being detected by the photoelectric sensor 84, the screw caps are firstly pressed down by the air cylinder 872 to drive the pressing plate 873 to descend so as to tightly press the lithium battery module in the assembling table 85; then sucking air from the top of the ejector pin 862 to suck a screw cover, meanwhile, installing the air cylinder 863 to drive the ejector pin 862 to lift up, ejecting the screw cover, assembling the screw cover into a screw hole in the lithium battery module, and sealing the screw;
(VI) size detection: the distance measuring cylinder 92 drives the lifting frame 93 to descend until the distance measuring plate 94 is in contact with the surface of the lithium battery module in the movable material receiving seat 96, the height of the lithium battery module is measured by the distance measuring sensor 95, and whether the previous screw locking process is satisfactory or not is detected;
(VII) blanking: the lithium battery module is moved by the battery and is transported the unloader with lithium battery module clip by device 3, and unloader is according to test result before, separately the unloading with certified products and defective work.

the screw assembling device (2) is used for locking the assembled lithium battery module; the appearance detection device (4) is used for carrying out visual detection and socket passing detection on the lithium battery module; the parameter detection device (5) detects the voltage and internal resistance parameter values of the lithium battery module; the labeling device (7) is used for labeling the corresponding label to the lithium battery module; the screw cap assembling device (8) is used for installing a screw cap into a round hole of a locking screw; the size detection device (9) is used for detecting the size of the lithium battery module; the discharging device is used for discharging the detected product; the battery moving device (3) is used for clamping the lithium battery module and realizing the moving of the lithium battery module between different stations.
