Abstract
The application provides a remote controller assembly, a remote controller and an air conditioner. The remote controller assembly comprises a display module and a key module, wherein the display module is arranged on a first mounting surface, and the key module is arranged on a second mounting surface; the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface are intersected or arranged in parallel. The main components of the remote controller are arranged on different mounting surfaces, compared with the traditional slender remote controller, the remote controller has smaller shape and is easy to bring children's interest in a magic cube-like structure.

Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of remote controllers, and particularly relates to a remote controller assembly, a remote controller and an air conditioner.
Background
Most of air conditioners in the current market are equipped with remote controllers which are in cuboid slender shapes, and the remote controllers are large in shape and are uncoordinated with the air conditioners in the children's houses, so that the remote controllers which are small in shape, interesting for children, easy to assemble and easy to operate are required to be developed for better matching with the air conditioners in the children's houses.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the application is to provide a remote controller assembly, a remote controller and an air conditioner, which are small in size.
In order to solve the above problems, the present application provides a remote controller assembly, including a display module and a key module, wherein the display module is disposed on a first mounting surface, and the key module is disposed on a second mounting surface; the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface are intersected or arranged in parallel.
Preferably, the display module comprises a display screen, a display screen mounting box and a PCB board, wherein the display screen is arranged in the display screen mounting box, and the PCB board is abutted against the display screen and is buckled and connected with the display screen mounting box; the display screen mounting box is arranged on the first mounting surface.
Preferably, the display module further comprises a conductive adhesive tape, wherein the conductive adhesive tape is arranged in the display screen mounting box and is positioned on the side edge of the display screen.
Preferably, the key module comprises a key PCB and a battery mounting box, and the key PCB is connected with the battery mounting box; the battery mounting box is arranged on the second mounting surface, the key PCB is arranged on the third mounting surface, and the third mounting surface and the second mounting surface are arranged in an intersecting mode.
Preferably, the third mounting surface and the second mounting surface are arranged vertically.
Preferably, the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface are arranged in parallel.
According to another aspect of the present application, there is provided a remote control comprising the remote control assembly as described above.
Preferably, the configuration of the remote controller comprises a cube structure, wherein the display is arranged on a first side surface of the cube structure, the battery mounting box screen is arranged on a second side surface, and a key structural member is arranged on a third side surface of the cube structure; the first side surface and the second side surface are arranged in parallel, and the third side surface is arranged between the first side surface and the second side surface.
Preferably, the key structure is clamped on the key PCB.
Preferably, the remaining side of the cube structure is provided with an operation mode auxiliary key structure of the remote controller.
According to still another aspect of the present application, there is provided an air conditioner including the remote control assembly as described above or the remote control as described above.
The application provides a remote controller assembly, which comprises a display module and a key module, wherein the display module is arranged on a first mounting surface, and the key module is arranged on a second mounting surface; the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface are intersected or arranged in parallel. Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 5 in combination, according to an embodiment of the present application, a remote control assembly includes a display module 2 and a key module 3, the display module 2 is disposed on a first mounting surface, and the key module 3 is disposed on a second mounting surface; the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface are intersected or arranged in parallel.
The general remote controller mainly comprises two parts, namely a display module 2 and a key module 3, which are assembled on different mounting surfaces, so that the shape of the whole remote controller is spatially changed unlike a traditional slender strip-shaped structure, and the remote controller is in a three-dimensional structure and can be observed and controlled on different three-dimensional surfaces, thus the whole remote controller is small in size, can bring fun to children and is suitable for children.
In some embodiments, the display module 2 includes a display screen 22, a display screen 22 mounting box 21 and a PCB board 25, the display screen 22 is disposed in the display screen mounting box 21, and the PCB board 25 abuts against the display screen 22 and is buckled with the display screen mounting box 21; the display 22 mounting box 21 is provided on the first mounting surface. in some embodiments, the display module 2 further includes a conductive adhesive strip 24, where the conductive adhesive strip 24 is disposed in the display screen mounting box 21 and is located at a side of the display screen 22. The display module 2 uses the form of the conductive adhesive tape 24, and in order to ensure the conductive reliability, the PCB 25 must be fixed by using the screw 252, otherwise, the conductive adhesive tape 24 is prone to the conductive failure.
In the above specific structure, the display 22 further includes a display backlight 23, and the pcb 25 is fastened to the display mounting box 21 through the screw hole 251.
In some embodiments, the key module 3 includes a key PCB board 32 and a battery mounting box 31, the key PCB board 32 is connected with the battery mounting box 31, and the battery mounting box 31 is provided with a buckled battery cover 4; the battery mounting box 31 is arranged on the second mounting surface, the key PCB 32 is arranged on the third mounting surface, and the third mounting surface and the second mounting surface are arranged in an intersecting manner.
Preferably, the third mounting surface and the second mounting surface are vertically arranged, as shown in fig. 1, the battery mounting structure and the key PCB 32 are vertically arranged, when in specific manufacturing, the key fixing plate 311 can be prepared on the battery mounting box 31, the battery mounting box 31 is L-shaped, then the key PCB 32 is fixed on the key fixing plate 311, and the module is effectively and reliably fixed on the remote controller shell through the screw 252 or other fastening structures.
In some embodiments, the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface are disposed in parallel. The space between the two mounting surfaces forms a cavity for receiving the remaining components.
According to another aspect of the present application, there is provided a remote control comprising the remote control assembly as described above.
In some embodiments, the configuration of the casing 1 of the remote controller comprises a cube structure, wherein the display is arranged on a first side surface of the cube structure, a battery mounting box 31 screen is arranged on a second side surface, and a key structural member 5 is arranged on a third side surface of the cube structure; the first side surface and the second side surface are arranged in parallel, and the third side surface is arranged between the first side surface and the second side surface.
Specifically, the key structural member 5 is clamped on the key PCB 32; the left side of the cube structure is provided with an operation mode auxiliary key structural member 5 of the remote controller.
In the application, the display module 2 and the key module 3 are assembled in parallel at the top and the bottom in the remote controller shell 1, and in order to ensure the assembly reliability of the two modules in the shell 1 and the battery removability of the remote controller, the assembly sequence of the two modules is that the display module 2 is fixed on the remote controller shell firstly, and then the key module 3 and the display module 2 are assembled on the remote controller shell in parallel.
In the application, because of the special structural design of the remote controller, the display surface and the key surface are not on the same plane, as shown in fig. 1, the two surfaces are adjacent, and meanwhile, in order to ensure the installation and the disassembly of the battery of the remote controller, the battery installation surface is designed to be in a state of being opposite to the display surface, namely, the display surface is at the top, and the battery installation surface is at the bottom.
The other three surfaces of the remote controller respectively correspond to different modes of the operation of the air conditioner, such as a sleep mode, a custom mode, a learning mode and the like, namely, the different modes of the operation of the air conditioner are distributed on the different surfaces of the remote controller.
The display module 2 specifically comprises a display screen 22 (liquid crystal) with a flat cable, a display screen mounting box 21 and a PCB 25, and compared with the display module 2 with the conductive adhesive tape 24, the display module 2 in the form of the display module 2 omits the conductive adhesive tape 24 and the fixing screw 252, and has high modularized assembly efficiency and relatively high cost.
In the application, the assembly structure of the remote controller is generally formed by assembling two modules, the key structural member 5 is assembled outside the key PCB 32 after the two modules are assembled in place preferentially, the key structural member 5 is assembled on the remote controller shell through a buckle, and then the cover plate 6 is assembled outside the key structural member 5, so that internal parts are protected and sealed, and the safety and reliability of the whole remote controller are ensured.
According to still another embodiment of the present application, an air conditioner includes the remote control assembly as described above or the remote control as described above.
It is easy to understand by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments can be freely combined and overlapped without conflict.

Claims (10)
1. The remote controller assembly is characterized by comprising a display module (2) and a key module (3), wherein the display module (2) is arranged on a first installation surface, and the key module (3) is arranged on a second installation surface; the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface are intersected or arranged in parallel;
the key module (3) comprises a key PCB (32) and a battery mounting box (31), and the key PCB (32) is connected with the battery mounting box (31); the battery mounting box (31) is arranged on the second mounting surface, the key PCB (32) is arranged on a third mounting surface, and the third mounting surface and the second mounting surface are arranged in an intersecting mode.
2. The remote control assembly according to claim 1, wherein the display module (2) comprises a display screen (22), a display screen mounting box (21) and a PCB (25), the display screen (22) is arranged in the display screen mounting box (21), and the PCB (25) is abutted against the display screen (22) and is buckled with the display screen mounting box (21); the display screen mounting box (21) is arranged on the first mounting surface.
3. The remote control assembly according to claim 2, wherein the display module (2) further comprises a conductive adhesive strip (24), the conductive adhesive strip (24) being arranged in the display screen mounting box (21) at a side edge of the display screen (22).
4. The remote control assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein said third mounting surface is disposed perpendicular to said second mounting surface.
5. The remote control assembly of claim 1, wherein the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface are disposed in parallel.
6. A remote control comprising a remote control assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.

The remote control according to claim 6, characterized in that the configuration of the remote control comprises a cube structure, the display being provided on a first side of the cube structure, the battery mounting compartment (31) being provided on a second side, the primary key structure (5) being provided on a third side; the first side surface and the second side surface are arranged in parallel, and the third side surface is arranged between the first side surface and the second side surface.
8. The remote control according to claim 7, characterized in that the key structure (5) is clamped on the key PCB (32).
9. Remote control according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that the remaining side of the cube structure is provided with an operating mode auxiliary key structure (5) of the remote control.
10. An air conditioner comprising a remote control assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5 or a remote control according to any one of claims 6 to 9.
