Abstract
The application provides a remote controller subassembly, remote controller and air conditioner. The remote controller assembly comprises a display module and a key module, wherein the display module is arranged on a first mounting surface, and the key module is arranged on a second mounting surface; the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface are intersected or arranged in parallel. The main components of the remote controller are arranged on different installation surfaces, and compared with the traditional long and thin remote controller, the remote controller is small in size and is easy to bring children interest due to the structure similar to a magic cube.

Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of remote controllers, and particularly relates to a remote controller assembly, a remote controller and an air conditioner.
Background
Most of the remote controllers equipped for air conditioners in the market at present are cuboid and long, the remote controllers are large in shape and are not matched with air conditioners in children rooms, and therefore the remote controllers which are small in shape, interesting for children, easy to assemble and operate need to be developed to be better matched with the air conditioners in the children rooms for use.

Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the present application is to provide a remote controller assembly, a remote controller and an air conditioner, which are small and exquisite in size.
In order to solve the above problems, the present application provides a remote controller assembly, which includes a display module and a key module, wherein the display module is disposed on a first mounting surface, and the key module is disposed on a second mounting surface; the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface are intersected or arranged in parallel.
Preferably, the display module comprises a display screen, a display screen mounting box and a PCB, the display screen is arranged in the display screen mounting box, and the PCB is abutted against the display screen and is connected with the display screen mounting box in a buckling manner; the display screen mounting box is arranged on the first mounting surface.
Preferably, the display module further comprises a conductive adhesive tape, and the conductive adhesive tape is arranged in the display screen mounting box and located on the side edge of the display screen.
Preferably, the key module comprises a key PCB and a battery mounting box, and the key PCB is connected with the battery mounting box; the battery mounting box is arranged on the second mounting surface, the key PCB is arranged on a third mounting surface, and the third mounting surface and the second mounting surface are arranged in an intersecting manner.
Preferably, the third mounting surface and the second mounting surface are arranged vertically.
Preferably, the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface are arranged in parallel.
According to another aspect of the present application, there is provided a remote control comprising a remote control assembly as described above.
Preferably, the remote controller comprises a cube structure, the display is arranged on a first side face of the cube structure, the battery mounting box screen is arranged on a second side face of the cube structure, and a key structural member is arranged on a third side face of the cube structure; the first side surface and the second side surface are arranged in parallel, and the third side surface is arranged between the first side surface and the second side surface.
Preferably, the key structure member is clamped on the key PCB board.
Preferably, the rest side surface of the cube structure is provided with an operation mode auxiliary key structural part of the remote controller.
According to still another aspect of the present application, there is provided an air conditioner including the remote controller assembly as described above or the remote controller as described above.

Detailed Description
With reference to fig. 1 to 5, according to an embodiment of the present application, a remote controller assembly includes a display module 2 and a key module 3, where the display module 2 is disposed on a first mounting surface, and the key module 3 is disposed on a second mounting surface; the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface are intersected or arranged in parallel.
The general remote controller mainly comprises a display module 2 and a key module 3 which are assembled on different mounting surfaces, so that the shape of the whole remote controller is changed in space, the remote controller does not have a traditional long and thin strip-shaped structure, presents a three-dimensional structure, and can be observed and controlled on different three-dimensional surfaces, therefore, the whole remote controller is small and exquisite in size, can bring children interest, and is suitable for children rooms.
In some embodiments, the display module 2 includes a display screen 22, a display screen 22 mounting box 21 and a PCB 25, the display screen 22 is disposed in the display screen mounting box 21, and the PCB 25 abuts against the display screen 22 and is connected with the display screen mounting box 21 in a fastening manner; the display screen 22 mounting box 21 is provided on the first mounting surface. in some embodiments, the display module 2 further includes a conductive adhesive strip 24, and the conductive adhesive strip 24 is disposed in the display screen mounting box 21 and located at a side of the display screen 22. The display module 2 uses the form with the conductive adhesive tape 24, and in order to ensure the conductive reliability, the PCB 25 must be fixed by using the screw 252, otherwise, the conductive adhesive tape 24 is prone to the conductive failure.
In the above specific structure, the display panel 22 further includes a display panel backlight 23, and the PCB 25 is fastened to the display panel mounting box 21 through the screw holes 251.
In some embodiments, the key module 3 includes a key PCB 32 and a battery mounting box 31, the key PCB 32 is connected to the battery mounting box 31, and the battery mounting box 31 is provided with a fastened battery cover 4; the battery mounting box 31 is arranged on the second mounting surface, the key PCB 32 is arranged on the third mounting surface, and the third mounting surface and the second mounting surface are arranged in an intersecting manner.
Preferably, the third mounting surface and the second mounting surface are arranged vertically, as shown in fig. 1, the battery mounting structure and the key PCB 32 are arranged vertically, when the battery mounting box 31 is manufactured specifically, a key fixing plate 311 can be prepared on the battery mounting box 31, the battery mounting box 31 is L-shaped, then the key PCB 32 is fixed on the key fixing plate 311, and the module is effectively and reliably fixed on the remote controller housing through a screw 252 or other fastening structures.
In some embodiments, the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface are arranged in parallel. The space between the two mounting surfaces forms a cavity for receiving the remaining components.
According to another aspect of the present application, there is provided a remote control comprising a remote control assembly as described above.
In some embodiments, the casing 1 of the remote controller has a cubic structure, wherein the display is arranged on a first side face of the cubic structure, the battery mounting box 31 screen is arranged on a second side face of the cubic structure, and the key structure 5 is arranged on a third side face of the cubic structure; the first side surface and the second side surface are arranged in parallel, and the third side surface is arranged between the first side surface and the second side surface.
Specifically, the key structural member 5 is clamped on the key PCB board 32; the rest side of the cube structure is provided with an operation mode auxiliary key structural part 5 of the remote controller.
This application is with display module assembly 2 and the parallel assembly of button module 3 top and bottom in remote controller casing 1, and in order to guarantee two modules at the reliability of casing 1 assembly and ensure remote controller battery replaceability, the assembly order of two modules is for fixing display module assembly 2 on the remote controller shell earlier, then is the same assembly on the remote controller shell of parallel with button module assembly 3 with display module assembly 2 again.
In the application, due to the special structural design of the remote controller, the display surface and the key surface are not on the same plane, as shown in fig. 1, the two surfaces are adjacent, and meanwhile, in order to ensure that the battery of the remote controller is mounted and dismounted, the battery mounting surface is designed to be opposite to the display surface, namely, the display surface is arranged at the top, and the battery mounting surface is arranged at the bottom.
The rest three surfaces of the remote controller in the application correspond to different running modes of the air conditioner, such as a sleep mode, a user-defined mode, a learning mode and the like, and the different running modes of the air conditioner in the application are also distributed on different surfaces of the remote controller.
The display module 2 specifically comprises a display screen 22 (liquid crystal) with a flat cable, a display screen mounting box 21 and a PCB 25, and compared with the display module 2 with a conductive adhesive tape 24, the display module 2 in the form of the structure has the advantages that the conductive adhesive tape 24 and a fixing screw 252 are omitted, the modular assembly efficiency is high, and the cost is relatively high.
In the application, the assembly structure of remote controller is generally assembled by two modules, and after two big modules are assembled in place preferentially, the key structure 5 is assembled outside the key PCB 32, and the key structure 5 is assembled on the remote controller shell through the buckle, and then the cover plate 6 is assembled outside the key structure 5 to protect and seal the internal parts, and ensure the safety and reliability of the use of the whole remote controller.
According to still another embodiment of the present application, an air conditioner includes the remote controller assembly as described above or the remote controller as described above.
It is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments can be freely combined and superimposed without conflict.

Claims (11)

A remote controller assembly is characterized by comprising a display module (2) and a key module (3), wherein the display module (2) is arranged on a first mounting surface, and the key module (3) is arranged on a second mounting surface; the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface are intersected or arranged in parallel.

The remote controller assembly according to claim 1, wherein the display module (2) comprises a display screen (22), a display screen (22) mounting box (21) and a PCB (25), the display screen (22) is arranged in the display screen (22) mounting box (21), and the PCB (25) abuts against the display screen (22) and is connected with the display screen (22) mounting box (21) in a buckling manner; the display screen (22) mounting box (21) is arranged on the first mounting surface.
3. The remote control assembly according to claim 2, wherein the display module (2) further comprises a conductive adhesive strip (24), the conductive adhesive strip (24) being provided in the mounting box (21) of the display screen (22) at a side of the display screen (22).

A remote control assembly as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the key module (3) comprises a key PCB board (32) and a battery mounting box (31), the key PCB board (32) being connected with the battery mounting box (31); the battery mounting box (31) is arranged on the second mounting surface, the key PCB (32) is arranged on a third mounting surface, and the third mounting surface and the second mounting surface are arranged in an intersecting manner.
5. A remote control assembly as set forth in claim 4 wherein said third mounting surface is disposed perpendicular to said second mounting surface.
6. A remote control assembly as set forth in claim 4 wherein said first mounting surface is disposed parallel to said second mounting surface.
7. A remote control comprising a remote control assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. The remote controller according to claim 7, wherein the remote controller has a cubic structure, the display is arranged on a first side of the cubic structure, the battery mounting box (31) screen is arranged on a second side of the cubic structure, and the main key structure (5) is arranged on a third side of the cubic structure; the first side surface and the second side surface are arranged in parallel, and the third side surface is arranged between the first side surface and the second side surface.
9. A remote control as claimed in claim 8, characterized in that the key structure (5) is snap-fitted on the key PCB (32).
10. The remote control according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the remaining sides of the cube structure are provided with the operation mode auxiliary key structure (5) of the remote control.
11. An air conditioner comprising a remote control assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 or a remote control as claimed in any one of claims 7 to 10.
