技术领域
本发明涉及冶金材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种稀土处理的高韧性1100MPa级钢板及其制备方法。
背景技术
屈服强度在960MPa以上级别的高强钢因其良好的成形性能、焊接性能和优异的低温冲击韧性能,越来越受到各大工程机械厂商的重视,需求量呈逐年增长态势。其中960MPa级别的高强钢在国内应用较多,工程机械厂商也广泛使用国内几家大型钢厂生产的钢材。而国内对于屈服强度1100MPa级别的高强钢的研究则很少,目前工程机械厂商主要依赖进口,因此开发高等级的1100MPa级钢板迫在眉睫,且有利于实现材料的升级换代。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种稀土处理的高韧性1100MPa级钢板及其制备方法,使该钢板具有良好的冲击韧性,提高产品的使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种稀土处理的高韧性1100MPa级钢板及其制备方法,包括如下质量百分比的化学成分:C:0.15-0.18%,Si:0.20-0.50%,Mn:1.50-1.80%,P≤0.015%,S≤0.010%,Ni:0.20-0.40%,Mo:0.25-0.40%,Nb:0.05-0.08%,V:0.04-0.08%,Ti:0.020-0.040%,Cr:0.30-0.60%,B:0.002-0.004%,Alt:0.020-0.050%,RE:0.006-0.035%,N≤0.004%,O≤0.003%,其余为铁和其他不可避免的杂质。

一种稀土处理的高韧性1100MPa级钢板及其制备方法,包括如下步骤:
冶炼及连铸:铁水进行脱硫预处理,采用顶底复吹转炉脱碳、脱磷,进行LF炉外精炼以及RH炉真空脱气,板坯连铸(电磁搅拌、轻压下),板坯清理、缓冷,板坯质量检查;
加热及控轧控冷:加热至1240℃~1290℃出炉,高压水除鳞后进行轧制,粗轧开轧温度1130℃~1170℃,终轧温度990℃~1080℃,保证单道次压下率≥11%,累积压下率≥61%,待温厚度为成品厚度的2.7~3.5倍,精轧开轧温度≤940℃,保证单道次压下率≥13%,累积压下率≥65%,终轧温度范围为830℃~860℃,精轧后以15~25℃/s的冷速冷却到540~600℃,然后送往矫直机矫直;
热处理:钢板经过表面质量检查以后,进行表面抛丸,然后将钢板加热至920-950℃保温30分钟淬火,在200-250℃进行保温10分钟的回火处理。
进一步的,终轧温度为830℃,精轧后以15℃/s的冷速冷却到540℃。
进一步的,终轧温度为845℃,精轧后以20℃/s的冷速冷却到570℃。
进一步的,终轧温度为860℃,精轧后以25℃/s的冷速冷却到600℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益技术效果:
本发明的方法是采用宽厚板连铸坯为热轧原料,进行加热、控轧控冷、热处理(淬火+低温回火),最终得到具有优良冲击韧性的钢板,-40℃钢板纵向冲击功(Akv)≥70J。

实施例1
连铸坯的化学成分如下:

冶炼及连铸:铁水进行脱硫预处理,采用顶底复吹转炉脱碳、脱磷,进行LF炉外精炼以及RH炉真空脱气,板坯连铸(电磁搅拌、轻压下),板坯清理、缓冷,板坯质量检查。
加热及控轧控冷:加热至1240℃出炉,高压水除鳞后进行轧制,粗轧开轧温度1130℃,终轧温度990℃,保证单道次压下率为≥11%,累积压下率62%,待温厚度为成品厚度的2.7倍,精轧开轧温度935℃,二阶段保证单道次压下率为≥13%,累积压下率65%,终轧温度为830℃,精轧后以15℃/s的冷速冷却到540℃,然后送往矫直机矫直。
热处理:钢板经过表面质量检查以后,进行表面抛丸,然后将钢板加热至920℃保温30分钟淬火,在200℃进行保温10分钟的回火处理。

加热及控轧控冷:加热至1265℃出炉,高压水除鳞后进行轧制,粗轧开轧温度1150℃,终轧温度1035℃,保证单道次压下率为≥11%,累积压下率64%,待温厚度为成品厚度的3.1倍,精轧开轧温度925℃,保证单道次压下率为≥13%,累积压下率66%,终轧温度为845℃,精轧后以20℃/s的冷速冷却到570℃,然后送往矫直机矫直。
热处理:钢板经过表面质量检查以后,进行表面抛丸,然后将钢板加热至935℃保温30分钟淬火,在225℃进行保温10分钟的回火处理。

热处理:钢板经过表面质量检查以后,进行表面抛丸,然后将钢板加热至950℃保温30分钟淬火,在250℃进行保温10分钟的回火处理。

其制备方法包括如下步骤:
冶炼及连铸:铁水进行脱硫预处理,采用顶底复吹转炉脱碳、脱磷,进行LF炉外精炼以及RH炉真空脱气,板坯连铸,板坯清理、缓冷,板坯质量检查;
