Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
The harmonious atmosphere in the cabin of an automobile is often increased by installing an atmosphere lamp in the cabin. The ambience lamp is typically mounted between and shielded by the armrest and the insert such that the structure of the ambience lamp is not visible from the outside, while the light of the ambience lamp radiates outwards through the gap between the armrest and the insert to provide harmonious ambience light.
As described above, in order to shield the atmosphere lamp structure from the armrest and the insert, it is common to mount the atmosphere lamp on the frame of the armrest or the insert and then mount the soft skin of the armrest and the insert during the vehicle manufacturing process, thereby achieving the purpose of making the atmosphere lamp structure invisible from the outside. However, after the vehicle is sold, once the atmosphere lamp is damaged in the using process, the door trim needs to be damaged, and the atmosphere lamp needs to be replaced and then reinstalled, so that certain economic loss is caused, and meanwhile, much inconvenience is brought to replacement and maintenance.
The invention provides a vehicle door decoration piece, which comprises an atmosphere lamp, wherein light of the atmosphere lamp is emitted through a gap between an armrest and an embedded part, the atmosphere lamp comprises a lamp tube and a lamp connector which are connected with each other, and a bracket for fixing the lamp tube and the lamp connector on an armrest framework of the armrest, wherein the armrest framework is provided with a notch corresponding to the connecting position of the lamp tube and the lamp connector, and the lamp connector can be selectively assembled on the atmosphere lamp or disassembled from the atmosphere lamp through the notch.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1-3B, one end of the lamp connector 320 is connected to the lamp tube 310 and the other end is connected to the wire harness 321, and the wire harness 321 is connected to an external power source to supply power to the lamp tube 310 through the lamp connector 320 so that the lamp tube 310 can emit light. Thus, the lamp connector 320 is an important component in the use of the atmosphere lamp 300, and thus it is necessary to provide a structure that facilitates the replacement and maintenance of the lamp connector.
Generally, the lamp connector 320 is connected to the lamp tube 310 at a right angle, i.e., the lamp connector 320 is connected to the lamp tube 310 perpendicularly to form a right angle. Specifically, the lamp connector 320 is connected to the lamp tube 310 along a direction D, wherein the direction D is a connecting direction of the lamp connector 320 and the lamp tube 310. The direction D is a tangential direction of the lamp tube 310 at the connection end of the lamp connector 320.
The lamp tube 310 and the lamp connector 320 are fixed on the bracket 330, the bracket 330 may provide support for the lamp tube 310 and the lamp connector 320, and the lamp tube 310 and the lamp connector 320 may be fixed on the armrest frame 110 through the bracket 330 to realize the fixation of the atmosphere lamp 300 on the armrest frame 110. In order to facilitate replacement of the atmosphere lamp 300, the armrest frame 110 is provided with a notch 111 corresponding to a connection position of the lamp connector 320 and the lamp tube 310, that is, the notch 111 corresponds to a connection position of the lamp connector 320 and the lamp tube 310, the lamp connector 320 can be accessed through the notch 111, and the lamp connector 320 can be selectively assembled on the atmosphere lamp 300 or disassembled from the atmosphere lamp 300. Compared with the prior art, the vehicle door trim can conveniently replace the lamp connector 320 without damaging the vehicle door trim, so that the atmosphere lamp is maintained, and the use experience of a user is improved.
To further facilitate replacement of lamp connector 320, the securing of lamp connector 320 to bracket 330 and the connection of lamp connector 320 to lamp tube 310 may be accomplished simultaneously, or the removal of lamp connector 320 from bracket 330 and the disconnection of lamp connector 320 from lamp tube 310 may be accomplished simultaneously. Further, as described above, the lamp connector 320 is connected to the lamp tube 310 vertically, and the lamp connector 320 may be fixed to the bracket 330 while being connected to the lamp tube 310 through the notch 111 in the direction D, i.e., the connection direction of the lamp connector 320 to the lamp tube 310, or the lamp connector 320 may be detached from the atmosphere lamp 300 in the direction D, i.e., the connection direction of the lamp connector 320 to the lamp tube 310, to take out the lamp connector 320 from the bracket 330 while being disconnected from the lamp tube 310.
The bracket 330 is used for supporting the lamp connector 320 and the lamp tube 310 and fixing the lamp connector 320 and the lamp tube 310 on the armrest frame 110. The bracket 330 includes a first passage 331 for supporting the lamp tube 310, and a second passage 332 for supporting the lamp connector 320. Wherein the first passage 331 extends along the axis of the lamp tube 310 to receive and support the lamp tube 310. The second passage 332 extends in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the first passage 331 and communicates with the first passage 331 to achieve the perpendicular connection of the lamp connector 320 with the lamp tube 310. The lamp connector 320 has a rectangular structure, the lamp tube 310 has a strip structure and is properly bent during installation to match the installation environment and the installation space of the door trim, and the connection direction between the lamp connector 320 and the lamp tube 310, i.e., the direction D, is the tangential direction of the connection end between the lamp tube 310 and the lamp connector 320, wherein the tangential direction is perpendicular to the length direction of the lamp connector 320, so as to achieve the perpendicular connection in the present invention.
The second channel 332 is an unclosed channel, that is, a side wall of the second channel 332 is opened with a mounting hole 333, so that the lamp connector 320 can be mounted or removed through the mounting hole 333. The mounting hole 333 is provided on a side wall of the second passage 332 on the opposite side communicating with the first passage 331, that is, the mounting hole 333 is opposite to the first passage 331. Specifically, one side of the sidewall of the first channel 332 is configured to communicate with the first channel 331, and the other side is configured to open the mounting hole 333, so as to enable the lamp connector 320 to be mounted on the bracket 330 in the direction D, i.e., the connection direction of the lamp connector 320 and the lamp tube 310, and simultaneously connect with the lamp tube 310 in the first channel 331, or to enable the lamp connector 320 to be taken out of the bracket 330 in the direction D, i.e., the connection direction of the lamp connector 320 and the lamp tube 310, and simultaneously disconnect with the lamp tube 310 in the first channel 331.
Also, a barrier 334 is respectively provided at both sides of the mounting hole 333, and a protrusion is respectively provided on the barrier 334 to further fasten the lamp connector 320. Specifically, when the lamp connector 320 is mounted through the mounting hole 333, the lamp connector 320 is snapped into the second channel 332 while being connected to the lamp tube 310 by the protrusion, which may further restrict the position of the lamp connector 320 after the lamp connector 320 is mounted in the second channel. When it is desired to remove the lamp connector 320, a force is required to remove the lamp connector 320 from the second channel 332 against the resistance of the protrusion. Further, in order to enhance convenience of mounting or removing the lamp connector 320, the protrusion may be provided in a circular arc shape, so that the lamp connector 320 may slide along the arc-shaped edge of the protrusion when the lamp connector 320 is mounted or removed, to reduce frictional resistance with the protrusion, further facilitating mounting or removal.
Further, the blocking plates 334 respectively disposed at both sides of the mounting hole 333 are staggered from each other, i.e., the side edges of the lamp connector 320 are exposed, so that an effort point for disassembling or assembling the lamp connector 320 can be provided. The arrangement of the blocking plate 334 of the present invention may also be implemented in other forms, for example, the blocking plate 334 respectively disposed at both sides of the mounting hole 333 may have a length smaller than that of the lamp connector 320 such that the side of the lamp connector 320 beyond the blocking plate 334 is exposed, or the blocking plate 334 respectively disposed at both sides of the mounting hole 333 may have a notch such that the side of the lamp connector 320 is exposed therethrough, and a force required for mounting or dismounting the lamp connector 320 may be applied through the exposed side.
The first passage 331 is formed of a pipe of a tubular structure to match the shape of the lamp tube 310. The side of the first channel 331 is provided with a light hole 336 along the extending direction of the first channel, i.e. the light hole 336 is parallel to the axis of the first channel 331. Thus, when the lamp tube 310 is installed in the first passage 331, a portion of the lamp tube 310 can be seen from the outside. On one hand, the lamp tube 310 is installed through the light passing hole 336, and on the other hand, the light of the lamp tube 310 may be radiated outward through the light passing hole 336 to provide harmonious light. A plurality of stoppers 337 are provided at one side of the light passing hole 336, and protrusions similar to the stoppers 334 are provided on the plurality of stoppers 337 for further fastening the lamp tube 310. Further, the protrusion is arc-shaped, so that when the lamp 310 is installed, the lamp 310 is in contact with the arc-shaped edge of the protrusion, reducing friction, and facilitating installation of the lamp 310. A plurality of openings 338 corresponding to the plurality of latches, respectively, are provided at the other side of the light passing hole 336. The opening 338 provides a point of application for mounting the light tube 310.
Further, the bracket 330 may further include a reinforcing structure 339, such that the first channel 331 and the second channel 332 are connected by the reinforcing structure 339. Since the first passage 31 has a tubular structure with a circular cross section and a circular boundary line communicating with the second passage 332, the connection of the circular boundary line generally has a weak point to be easily broken during a long-term use of the atmosphere lamp, and thus the connection of the first passage 331 and the second passage 332 is more firmly made by the reinforcing structure 339.
Specifically, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the second passage 332 may include a first plate 341 and a second plate 342 which are vertically connected, wherein a first edge of the first plate 341 is connected to a middle portion of the second plate 342 such that the second plate 342 is divided into two parts respectively located at both sides of the first edge by the first edge, wherein the first part 342-1 is for communicating with the first passage 331, i.e., the lamp 310 is arranged in parallel to the first part 342-1. The second portion 342-2 is adapted to form a second channel 332 with a side of the first plate 341 facing the second portion 342-2, i.e. the lamp connector 320 is placed perpendicular to the second portion 342-2 and parallel to the first plate 341, i.e. the length direction of the lamp connector 320 is perpendicular to the second portion 342-2 and parallel to the first plate 341. A wire harness fixing structure for drawing out a wire harness and fixing the wire harness is provided on a second side of the first plate 341 opposite to the first side. Baffles 334 extending outward toward the side of the second portion 342-2 are provided on the third and fourth sides of the first plate 341 except for the first and second sides, and the baffles 334 are offset from each other. The first plate 341 is provided with a through hole for communicating with the first passage 331 at a position near an end of the second plate 342, through which the lamp 310 may be connected with the lamp connector 320. A third plate 343 is disposed on an upper side of the through-hole in parallel and opposite to the second portion 342-2, and a fourth plate 344 is disposed between the third plate 343 and the second portion 342-2, so that the second portion 342-2, the third plate 343, and the fourth plate 344 form a reinforcing structure 339. The light pipe 310 continues to extend in the reinforcing structure 339 after passing through the first passage, and then is connected with the light connector 320 in the reinforcing structure 339.
A plurality of connecting members 335 are disposed on the support 330, wherein a portion of the connecting members 335 are distributed along the first path 331, i.e., the first path 331 is fixed to the armrest frame 110. At least one connector is provided at the connection position of the first and second passages 331 and 332 to further fix the bracket 330.
The bracket 330 may be integrally formed to increase the strength of the bracket.
The holder 330 may be made of a flexible plastic material, for example a PP material.
The invention further provides a vehicle with the door trim.
In summary, the present invention provides a door trim for a vehicle, including an atmosphere lamp for emitting light through a gap between an armrest and an insert, wherein the atmosphere lamp includes a lamp tube and a lamp connector connected to each other, and a bracket for fixing the lamp tube and the lamp connector to an armrest frame of the armrest, wherein the armrest frame is provided with a notch corresponding to a connection point of the lamp tube and the lamp connector to each other, through which the lamp connector can be selectively assembled to or disassembled from the atmosphere lamp. Therefore, after the vehicle is sold, the lamp connector can be conveniently replaced and installed through the notch on the armrest framework without destroying the automobile door trim. Therefore, the vehicle door trim can ensure the fastening installation of the atmosphere lamp, and can be conveniently replaced through the notch formed in the armrest framework and installed through the notch on the armrest framework after the lamp connector is damaged in use, so that the economic loss caused by the fact that the vehicle door trim needs to be damaged in the prior art is avoided, and the use experience of a user can be improved.
