Description

The present invention relates to a lighting fixture in which a fixture body having a light source is attached to a ceiling or the like by direct attachment or embedding, and the front of the light source is covered with a translucent cover.

As shown in FIG. 12, a lighting fixture 100 used by being attached to a conventional ceiling has a fixture main body 102 having a fluorescent lamp 101 as a light source inside attached to the ceiling 103, and an opening of the fixture main body 102 in front of the fluorescent lamp 101. Is covered with a translucent cover 104 (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
JP-A-6-76614 (FIG. 1)

By the way, in the lighting fixture used by attaching to the ceiling, when a spring member is used to attach the translucent cover to the instrument body, a spring member is provided on the frame body of the translucent cover, and a spring bracket is provided on the instrument body. Provided. In general, the spring bracket is directly attached to the inside of the instrument body.

However, since the spring bracket is directly attached to the instrument body by spot welding, the predetermined weld strength may be reduced due to rusting of the spot welded part due to moisture, etc., or insufficient current value control during spot welding. In the case where it cannot be obtained, there is a problem that the spring bracket may fall off the instrument body and the translucent cover may fall. In particular, when the translucent cover is pulled down against the spring member and removed from the instrument body, a downward force acts on the spring bracket, so that the spring bracket may fall off from the instrument body.

The present invention has been made to solve the conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a lighting fixture that can prevent the light-transmitting cover from falling off the fixture body.

The lighting fixture of the present invention includes a fixture main body that is supported by the ceiling and supports the lamp, a cover that is supported by the fixture main body and covers the lamp, and a spring member provided on the cover includes: A lighting fixture in which the cover is attached to the appliance body by being supported by a spring receptacle provided in the appliance body, wherein the spring receptacle is an attachment member for attaching the appliance body to the ceiling. It has the structure provided integrally.

With this configuration, since the spring receiver provided on the instrument body for supporting the spring member attached to the cover is provided integrally with the attachment member for attaching the instrument body to the ceiling, Thus, it is possible to prevent the spring receiver from being detached from the instrument body and the cover from falling. In addition, the number of parts can be reduced to improve the assemblability.

Moreover, the lighting fixture of this invention has the structure by which the said attachment member which has the said spring receiver is previously fixed to the said fixture main body.

With this configuration, since the spring receiver is securely attached to the instrument body, the spring receiver can be prevented from falling off the instrument body, and the cover can be prevented from falling off. Moreover, workability is also improved because the mounting member is integral with the instrument body.

In the present invention, since the spring receiver provided on the instrument body for supporting the spring member attached to the cover is provided integrally with the attachment member for attaching the instrument body to the ceiling, It is possible to provide a lighting apparatus that can prevent the spring holder from being detached from the apparatus main body and prevent the cover from falling and reduce the number of parts and improve the assemblability. It is.

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the cover, FIG. 8A is a plan view of a corner of the frame, FIG. 8B is a cross-sectional view at a position (B)-(B) in FIG. 9 is an exploded perspective view showing the procedure for attaching and detaching the cover to the instrument body, and FIG. 10 is a plan view showing an example of the arrangement of the protrusions in the instrument body.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a lighting fixture 10 according to the present invention is installed by being embedded in a mounting hole 12 provided in a ceiling 11 or the like, and is a rectangular box-shaped fixture main body 20 having an open bottom. And a cover 30 that covers the opening of the instrument body 20. The spring member 31 attached to the cover 30 is supported by the spring receiver 25 provided in the instrument main body 20 so that the cover 30 is detachably attached to the instrument main body 20.

Mounting brackets 21 are provided as mounting members at a plurality of locations (for example, two locations) on the inner surface of the top plate 20 a of the instrument body 20, and the mounting bolts 13 a provided downward from the ceiling 11 pass through the mounting bracket 21. The instrument body 20 is attached to the attachment hole 12 by being inserted into the hole 21a and fastening the nut 13b. Inside the instrument main body 20, sockets 23 are provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction for supporting the fluorescent lamp 22 and supplying power. Further, a reflection plate 24 is attached to the lower surface of the top plate 20a of the instrument body 20 with screws 24a so as to reflect the light from the fluorescent lamp 22 downward.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, in the instrument main body 20, a plurality of projecting portions are formed at the lower end portion of the inner surface of the side plates 20 b that are surfaces facing mounting brackets 31 d and screws 31 e as spring member mounting portions described later. 29 is provided.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the mounting bracket 21 has a flat mounting portion 21b that reinforces the top plate 20a of the instrument body 20 over substantially the entire width, and is provided with a mounting through-hole 21a. Yes. Further, both end portions in the width direction of the instrument body 20 in the attachment portion 21b (only one of them is shown in FIG. 3) are bent downward, and the spring receiver 25 is integrally provided. The spring receiver 25 includes a connecting portion 25a formed by bending downward from the mounting portion 21b, and a support portion 25b formed by horizontally bending the lower end of the connecting portion 25a to the inside of the instrument body 20. The part 25 b is provided with a pair of support holes 25 c and 25 c for hooking the spring member 31 so as to oppose the longitudinal direction of the instrument body 20.

Therefore, since the spring receiver 25 provided in the instrument main body 20 to support the spring member 31 attached to the cover 30 is provided integrally with the mounting bracket 21 that attaches the instrument main body 20 to the ceiling 11. As in the prior art, it is possible to prevent the spring receiver 25 from being detached from the instrument body 20 and the cover 30 from falling. In addition, the number of parts can be reduced to improve the assemblability.

It is desirable to fix the mounting bracket 21 having the spring receiver 25 to the instrument body 20 in advance. Thereby, since the spring receiver 25 is reliably attached to the instrument main body 20, the spring receiver 25 can be prevented from falling off the instrument main body 20, and the cover 30 can be prevented from falling off.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, both ends of the mounting bracket 21 in the width direction (that is, the longitudinal direction of the instrument body) are bent downward (upward in FIG. 5), and the vertical wall portions 26a and 26b are formed. The component holding part 27 is provided in this vertical wall part 26a, 26b. Here, the height of the vertical wall portion 26a is low, and the height of the vertical wall portion 26b is high.

Both vertical wall portions 26a and 26b are provided with notches 27a and 27b as electric wire holding portions at positions passing in the longitudinal direction of the instrument body 20 (that is, the same positions in the section of the instrument body 20). An electric wire 14 for supplying electric power to 22 is held. As for the positions of the notches 27a and 27b, it is desirable to avoid the position of the mounting bolt 13a, that is, the position of the through hole 21a. Thereby, when fastening the attachment bolt 13a, the situation which pinches the electric wire 14 can be avoided.

The notches 27a and 27b are preferably formed so that the entrance is narrow and the back is wide. As a result, the pushed-in electric wire 14 can be reliably held and prevented from falling off. Further, when passing the electric wire 14, the vertical wall portion of the entrance may be widened and the entrance may be restored after passing through the electric wire 14, thereby preventing the electric wire 14 from falling off.

Therefore, the vertical wall portions 26a and 26b are bent downwardly on the mounting bracket 21 provided inside the device main body 20 for attaching the device main body 20 to the ceiling 11 and the like, and the component holding portions are formed on the vertical walls 26a and 26b. Since the cutouts 27a and 27b are formed, the electric wire 14 can be easily attached without providing other parts such as a conventional tape, an insulation lock, and a vinyl tie, and the cost can be reduced.

The higher vertical wall portion 26b is provided with a mounting hole 27c for mounting other components 28 such as a terminal block and a socket base.
Thereby, the other components 28 can be held without separately providing other mounting components. Further, the other components 28 can be isolated by the vertical wall portion 26b having a high height.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the cover 30 includes a frame body 32, a translucent panel 33 attached to the frame body 32, and a panel presser 34 that fixes the panel 33 to the frame body 32. The frame 32 is made of resin, has a certain width, and has, for example, a rectangular shape as a whole. The panel 33 is made of a resin having translucency, has a rectangular shape, and covers the entire opening of the frame body 32.

Accordingly, the panel retainer 34 for fixing the panel 33 to the frame body 32 includes a pair of long panel retainers 35 attached along the pair of long sides 32 a of the frame body 32 and a pair of short sides 32 b of the frame body 32. It has a pair of short panel retainers 36 attached.

As shown in FIG. 8, the long side 32a and the short side 32b are couple | bonded with the frame 32 at the corner | angular part. Further, in the panel presser 34 provided inside the frame 32, the long panel presser 35 and the short panel presser 36 are crossed at the corners, and only one panel presser (here, the long panel presser 35) is attached to the frame. While fixing to the body 32, the horizontal portion 35a at the end of the long panel retainer 35 is cut out, and the horizontal portion 36a of the other (shorter) panel retainer 36 is held by the vertical portion 35b.

Thereby, the screw which fixes the short panel presser 36 can be eliminated, and it can reduce that the inner surface of the instrument main body 20 is rubbed and damaged. In addition, since fixing with screws can be reduced, the number of parts can be reduced and the assembly workability can be improved.

In addition, it is desirable to provide the convex part 37 as an unevenness | corrugation which positions the vertical part 35b of the long panel holder 35 on the upper surface of the horizontal part 36a of the short panel holder 36. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the panel presser 34 from being displaced. The convex portion 37 may be a pair on the inner side in the width direction or only a pair on the outer side.

As shown in FIG. 1, the long panel presser 35 is provided with spring members 31 at a plurality of locations (here, two locations). As shown in FIG. 3, the spring member 31 has a mainspring shape made of a wire, and a pair of support arms 31b are provided in a direction away from each other from the central shaft 31a. 31c is provided. As shown in FIG. 2B, the central shaft 31a is held by a mounting bracket 31d which is a spring member mounting portion, and the mounting bracket 31d is attached to a long panel presser 35 by a screw 31e, whereby the spring member 31 is covered with the cover 30. Installed on.

Next, a method for attaching / detaching the cover 30 to / from the instrument body 20 attached to the ceiling 11 will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 9, first, the tips of the pair of support arms 31b and 31b of the spring member 31 are closed close to each other (arrow A in FIG. 9), and the cover 30 is moved closer to the instrument body 20 to support it. The tip of the arm 31b is inserted and locked in the support hole 25c of the spring receiver 25 (arrow B in FIGS. 2 and 9). In this state, the pair of support arms 31b and 31b are urged in the opening direction, and the cover 30 is held by the spring receiver 25 of the instrument body 20 and does not fall. Next, the cover 30 is pushed up and brought into close contact with the instrument body 20 (arrow C in FIGS. 2 and 9). At this time, the pair of support arms 31b and 31b are further opened, and the cover 30 is supported by a portion of the support arm 31b near the central axis 31a.

As described above with reference to FIG. 2, a plurality of protrusions 29 are provided at the lower ends of the inner surfaces of both side plates 20 b of the instrument body 20, and the height (projection amount) H <b> 1 of the protrusions 29 (see FIG. 2B) Is made larger than the protruding amount H2 (see FIG. 7) of the mounting member 31d, the screw 31e, etc., which are the spring member mounting portions.
Thereby, when attaching the cover 30 to the instrument main body 20, it is possible to prevent the mounting bracket 31d, the screw 31e, and the like from being rubbed and damaged by the inner surface of the instrument main body 20.

Further, as shown in FIG. 10, the protruding portion 29 is arranged at a position facing at least in the instrument main body 20.
Thereby, when the cover 30 contacts the instrument main body 20, the protrusion part 29 will contact first reliably. In addition, the cover 30 can be easily positioned at the center position of the instrument body 20, and the appearance is improved.

On the other hand, when removing the cover 30 attached to the instrument body 20 when replacing the fluorescent lamp 22 or the like, the cover 30 is strongly pulled down so that the locking portion 31 c of the spring member 31 is supported by the support hole 25 c of the spring receiver 25. The locked state is assumed. In this state, since a gap for inserting a hand is formed between the cover 30 and the instrument body 20, the pair of support arms 31b of the spring member 31 is closed by inserting a hand from the gap, and the locking portion 31c is moved to the spring. The support 25 is removed from the support hole 25c. This is performed for all the spring members 31, and the cover 30 is removed from the instrument main body 20.

In addition, the lighting fixture of this invention is not limited to embodiment mentioned above, A suitable deformation | transformation, improvement, etc. are possible.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the description has been given of the case where the convex portion 37 is provided on the upper surface of the horizontal portion 36a of the short panel retainer 36 as the unevenness for positioning the vertical portion 35b of the long panel retainer 35. FIG. As shown in FIG. 11B, a concave portion 38 is provided on the upper surface of the horizontal portion 36a, and a locking projection 35c is provided at the tip of the vertical portion 35b of the long panel presser 35. As shown in FIG. Can be fitted into the recess 38.
