本発明は、パチンコ機に関し、さらに詳しくは、遊技球が流下する遊技領域の前方を覆う前枠に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来のパチンコ機の前面には、遊技球が流下する遊技領域が設けられており、遊技領域前方には、ガラス板が配置されている。ガラス板は、棒状金属を組み合わせて形成されるガラス枠本体によって支持されており、ガラス枠本体とガラス板とをあわせてなるガラス枠は、パチンコ機の片辺縁に片開き自在に蝶着された、合成樹脂板を組み合わせて形成される前枠に、螺着されることによって内包されている。また、前枠の前面であって遊技領域の周囲には、視覚を通じて遊技者の興趣を高める目的で、飾り部材が取り付けられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来のパチンコ機にあっては、ガラス枠が螺着されているため、ガラス枠の脱着に手間がかかるし、パチンコ機をリサイクルし、もしくは破棄する場合、ネジを取り除かなければならず、煩わしい。くわえて、ガラス枠本体の開口部が方形に形成されており、またガラス枠本体が棒状金属を組み合わせて形成されているため、さらなる強度の向上は見込めない。

よって、本発明のうち、請求項１，２，３に記載の発明の課題は、ネジを使用せず、部品点数を増やすことなく、しかも脱着容易としながら、簡易な構成によって、強度を十分としてガラス枠を取り付けたパチンコ機を提供することにある。また、請求項４，５，６に記載の発明の課題は、上記課題にくわえて、強度に優れたパチンコ機を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明のうち、請求項１に記載の発明は、前面にほぼ円形の遊技領域が設けられているとともに、ガラス板を挿入したガラス枠本体と窓枠本体と飾り部材とからなる前枠が、遊技領域前方に位置するように、片開き自在に設けられたパチンコ機であって、前記ガラス枠本体の前面に、複数のランプが設けられたランプ基板を設置する一方、前記窓枠本体の後面に、前記ランプ基板を嵌め込み可能な凹部を設け、前記窓枠本体の前記凹部内となる位置に、前記ランプを露出する為のランプ窓を複数穿設し、前記ランプ基板を前記凹部内に位置させることにより、前記窓枠本体の後面に前記ガラス枠本体の前面を近接させた状態で組み付けるとともに、前記飾り部材の後面に挿通片を突設し、前記窓枠本体及び前記ガラス枠本体に前記挿通片が挿通可能な挿通孔を設け、前記挿通片を、前記窓枠本体および前記ガラス枠本体を貫通させ、前記ガラス枠本体の後面に係止させることで、前記飾り部材と、前記窓枠本体と、前記ガラス枠本体とが一体的に組み付けられることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態につき、図面に基づいて説明する。図１は、パチンコ機の前部の斜視説明図であって、パチンコ機には、外枠２が周設されている。また、外枠２の左上コーナーには、連結部３が突設されており、左下コーナーには、本体枠連結金具４が取り付けられている。そして、外周が外枠２とほぼ同寸であって、外枠２の奥行きのほぼ半分の深さを有する開口凹部分を備えたミドル枠５が、左上コーナーを連結部３に、また左下コーナーを本体枠連結金具４に、それぞれ枢着されることにより、外枠２の左側縁に対して片開き自在に設けられている。ミドル枠５は、遊技盤（図示せず）などの、パチンコ機の内部機構（図示せず）を支持する。遊技盤の前面には、下部が若干水平に切除された円形状の遊技領域が形成されている。

くわえて、ランプ飾り２０は、後面から後方へ向けて突出された挿通片２６，２６・・をも一体成形されている。挿通片２６，２６・・は、互いにほぼ等間隔を置いた状態で右側上下と左側上下とに合計４個設けられており、各挿通片２６は先端に矢尻形状の爪部２７を備えている。

窓枠本体２１は、カウンタープレッシャー法により一体成形される合成樹脂製の枠であって、パチンコ機の前面上半分程度の大きさを有するほぼ正方形状に形成されており、ランプ飾り２０の内径よりランプ飾り２０の肉厚分だけ広い開口部３２を備えている。開口部３２の下方は、ランプ飾り２０下部と同形状に延長されている。また、窓枠本体２１前面には、周囲部３０が、開口部３２からランプ飾り２０の幅だけ距離を置いて、前方へ突出された状態で周設されている。さらに、周囲部３０の一部とその内側両サイド上下には、各挿通片２６の爪部２７基端断面とほぼ同形状の貫通孔３１，３１・・が穿設されている。またさらに、開口部３２の両サイド隣接部には、開口部３２に沿うように、ランプ窓３３，３３・・が、各サイド５個ずつ並設されている。くわえて、両サイド最上方および最下方のランプ窓３３，３３・・の外側であって、周囲部３０の内側には、基板爪用孔３４，３４・・が穿設されている。一方、窓枠本体２１後面には、補強および各種部材の支持のために、リブが一体的に張り巡らされている。また、窓枠本体２１後面の各サイドの、５個のランプ窓３３，３３・・と２個の基板爪用孔３４，３４とに亘って、凹部３５が形成されている。

ガラス枠本体２３は、窓枠本体２１より一回り小さいほぼ正方形の外形を有する枠であって、窓枠本体２１の開口部３２と同寸であるほぼ円形の開口部４０をほぼ中央に備えている。また、ガラス枠本体２３の左側部には、左側翼部４１が、外側へ張り出されている。さらに、左側翼部４１から開口部４０にかけて、ランプ窓３３，３３・・に対応するように、ランプ孔４４，４４・・が穿設されており、また、基板爪用孔３４，３４に対応するように、基板爪基部孔４５，４５が形成されている。くわえて、側翼部４１の後面にはリブ４６が立てられており、リブ４６より突設された、先端矢尻状の基板用爪４７，４７が、基板爪基部孔４５，４５から一対一で前方へ飛び出している。さらに、凹部３５の外周内側に沿うように、各基板爪基部孔４５を通過した状態で、コ字状の基板用リブ４３が配設されている。一方、ガラス枠本体２３の右側部には右側翼部４２が、左側翼部４１と形状を若干違えるのみで全く同様に形成されている。

さらに、ガラス枠本体２３の全てのコーナー部付近には、挿通片係止孔５０，５０・・が、窓枠本体２１の貫通孔３１とほぼ同形状に、また、配置を同様として穿設されている。さらに、ガラス枠本体２３後面の両側辺部には、それぞれレールリブ５１，５１・・が一体的に設けられており、下辺部には、レールリブ５２が、各レールリブ５１の下端と連結した状態で一体的に設けられている。各レールリブ５１には、長手方向に沿った状態で端縁以外に亘って、ガラス保持片５３，５３・・が、内側へ突出された状態で一体成形されており、最後方とそのすぐ前方とのガラス保持片５３，５３間が、ガラス板２２の厚さと同寸としたガラス挿入レール５４とされている。また、レールリブ５２にも、端縁を残さずレールリブ５１，５１と連結した状態で、長手方向全体に亘ってガラス保持片５５，５５・・が一体成形されており、レールリブ５１の場合と同様に、ガラス挿入レール５６が形成されている。

くわえて、ガラス枠本体２３の各基板用リブ４３前面には、ＬＥＤランプ６２，６２・・を数個ずつランプ窓３３およびランプ孔４４と対応するように配置したランプ基板６０が、上下の基板用爪４７，４７によって取り付けられている（図７）。各基板用爪４７は、ランプ基板６０外周に設けられた爪嵌入部６１において係止しており、ランプ基板６０を、若干中央側に、またほとんど基板用リブ６０側に、弾性によって押しつけて、強固に支持している。なお、各基板用リブ４３上部と各基板用爪４７の矢尻部との間隔は、ランプ基板６０の厚さと同寸である。

そして、ガラス枠本体２３のガラス挿入レール５４，５６・・にガラス板２２を挿入したガラス枠１８が窓枠本体２１後側に配置された状態で、ランプ飾り２０が、窓枠本体２１の周囲部３０内側に、前方から取り付けられている。このとき、ランプ飾り２０の各挿通片２６が、それぞれ対応する、窓枠本体２１の貫通孔３１と、ガラス枠本体２３の挿通片係止孔５０とを貫通しており、さらに、挿通片係止孔５０の後部において、挿通片２６の爪部２７が係止していて、結果窓枠１７後側にガラス枠１８が組み付けられた状態となっている。一方、ランプ基板６０は、爪嵌入部６１による位置決めおよびランプ孔４４もしくはランプ窓３３とＬＥＤランプ６２，６２・・との配置により、基板用リブ４３がランプ基板６０外周に沿った状態、また、ＬＥＤランプ６２，６２・・の発光部がランプ窓３３から露出し、端子部がランプ孔４４内側に位置した状態で、位置を違えることなく配置される。また、ガラス枠１８前面のランプ基板６０は、窓枠本体２１の凹部３５にちょうど収まり、窓枠１７とガラス枠１８とが、十分近接される。さらに、ランプ飾り２０の内径部が、窓枠本体２１の開口部３２まで回り込んでおり、ガラス枠本体２３を隠蔽して、美観の向上に寄与している。くわえて、ランプ飾り２０の各透光窓２５後方に、ランプ窓３３，３３・・から露出したＬＥＤランプ６２，６２・・が位置するため、各透光窓２５は点灯可能である。なお、各ＬＥＤランプ６２は、中央のランプ孔４４，４４を通された電線を介して、パチンコ機の制御装置（図示せず）に接続されており、点灯態様を調節することができる。

以上のようなパチンコ機では、ランプ飾り２０の挿通片２６，２６・・が、窓枠本体２１の貫通孔３１，３１・・のみならず、ガラス枠本体２３の挿通片係止孔５０，５０・・にも貫通しており、さらに、各挿通片２６の爪部２７が、対応する挿通片係止孔５０の後部、すなわちガラス枠本体２３の後面において係止しているので、ガラス板２２を保持したガラス枠本体２３を、窓枠本体２１後面の所定位置に、飾り部材の取り付けのみによって、強度十分に取り付けることができる。しかも、矢尻状の爪部により係止しているので、組み付けが非常に容易であり、またネジか不要となって、適正なリサイクルもしくは破棄のための作業が極めて簡単に行える。さらに、挿通片が、互いに等間隔に配置されているので、挿通片による強度向上の作用が全体に亘りほぼ均一となり、安定した組み付け状態とすることができる。なお、ランプ基板６０は、ガラス枠１８前面の基板用リブ４３前側に、基板用爪４７によって取り付けられているため、ランプ基板６０が脱着容易でありながら強固に支持されるし、ネジを使用しないため、正しいリサイクルもしくは破棄のための作業が容易である。

また、窓枠本体２１およびガラス枠本体２３は、開口部が、遊技領域とほぼ同形状の、下部の一部を台形状に入り込ませた円形状に形成されており、さらに、開口部に点灯可能なランプ飾り２０が設置されているため、円形の遊技領域を囲うように開口部を配置でき、さらにランプ飾り２０を遊技領域に近接できるなど、新規でまとまりの良いデザインとすることができる。くわえて、ガラス枠本体２３の開口部が円形であるため、方形に比べて強度高く構成でき、また窓枠本体２１と開口部の形状を揃えて、さらに強度やデザインの統一性を向上できるし、各挿通片係止孔５０もしくは各貫通孔３１を、余裕を持って配置し、強度をまたさらに向上できる。なお、ランプ飾り２０が前枠１０に設けられるので、遊技盤にランプ飾りが必要なくなり、遊技盤のみ交換する場合において、コスト的に有利である。

なお、本発明は、上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、次に一部示すように様々に変更可能である。挿通片は、互いに等間隔に４個設けられる必要はなく、３個以下または５個以上設けられても良いし、一部分において間隔が異なった状態で互いに対向状に設置されても良い。対向状に配置した場合、強度向上作用の均一化の効果を有する。さらに、挿通片は、ガラス枠本体に、矢尻状の爪部によって係止される必要はなく、バネにより突出するレバーをガラス枠本体に設けた孔に挿入するようにして係止させることができる。また、特に、ランプ基板やその取り付け部周辺およびランプ飾りや窓枠開口部などの形状、ＬＥＤランプやランプ窓や各種リブの配置、ランプ基板の取り付け態様、ランプ飾りや前枠本体やガラス枠本体の成形方法もしくは材質は、上記実施形態に限られることはなく、様々に変更可能である。そして、挿通片を有する部材は、窓枠の開口部周辺の点灯可能なランプ飾りである必要はなく、窓枠の一部分を装飾する、点灯しない飾り部材であって良い。また、本発明は、前枠と中扉とが一体となったパチンコ機などの他のタイプのパチンコ機、また、他の遊技機にも適用可能である。

【発明の効果】
本発明のうち、請求項１の発明は、飾り部材に設けた挿通片が、窓枠本体とガラス枠本体とに挿通されているので、パチンコ機のガラス枠を、飾り部材を利用して補強するという簡易な構成によって、ネジを使用せず、部品点数を増やすことなく、したがって分別破棄もしくはリサイクル作業を容易に、しかも、挿通片を外すのみで脱着できるという脱着容易性を備えながら、強度十分に取り付けることができる、という効果を奏する。また、請求項１の発明は、窓枠本体とガラス枠本体とを十分に近接させることができる。
