本发明涉及消防水带技术领域,尤其涉及一种芳纶‑聚氨酯有衬里消防水带的制造方法,包括以下步骤:S1、水带带胚的制作;S2、聚氨酯内衬的制作;S3、套管的制作;S4、初步硫化;S5、二次硫化;S6、试压;S7、入库,该消防水带相较于现有的常规消防水带更轻便,耐超高压,且水带带胚能够对聚氨酯内衬进行很好的保护,提高消防水带的耐磨性能,且聚氨酯内衬具有一定的耐腐蚀和耐高温性能。

一种芳纶-聚氨酯有衬里消防水带及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及消防水带技术领域,尤其涉及一种芳纶-聚氨酯有衬里消防水带及其制造方法。
背景技术
消防水带是用来运送高压水或泡沫等阻燃液体的软管。传统的消防水带以橡胶为内衬,外表面包裹着亚麻编织物。先进的消防水带则用聚氨酯等聚合材料制成。消防水带的两头都有金属接头,可以接上另一根水带以延长距离或是接上喷嘴以增大液体喷射压力。现有的消防水带不够轻便,且不能耐高压。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种芳纶-聚氨酯有衬里消防水带及其制造方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种芳纶-聚氨酯有衬里消防水带的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、水带带胚的制作:将芳纶长丝经过并线、合股、加捻后,通过圆织机编织成筒状的水带带胚;
S2、聚氨酯内衬的制作:将洁净的聚氨酯粒子投入到挤出机中,经过挤出机高温挤出成形,得到管型的聚氨酯内衬;
S3、套管的制作:将聚氨酯内衬涂上粘结剂并牵引套入水带带胚,得到套管;
S4、初步硫化:在105℃-115℃的温度下,利用加热炉对套管进行初步硫化;
S5、二次硫化:在0.8MPa-1.5MPa的压力下,利用水蒸气对套管进行二次硫化;
S6、试压:对二次硫化后的套管进行试压,试压压力为0.8MPa-1.5MPa,试压时间为5min-10min;
S7、入库:将试压合格的套管进行干燥处理,干燥温度为60℃-80℃,干燥完毕后收卷,入库。
优选的,所述粘结剂为聚氨酯胶水。
优选的,所述聚氨酯内衬的厚度为1mm-3mm。
优选的,S4中初步硫化的时间为1min-3min。
优选的,S5中初步硫化的时间为2min-5min。
一种芳纶-聚氨酯有衬里消防水带,包括水带带胚,所述水带带胚的内侧设置有聚氨酯内衬。
优选的,所述水带带胚包括经线和纬线,纬线密度为55-65根/10cm。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、该消防水带相较于现有的常规消防水带更轻便,耐超高压,且水带带胚能够对聚氨酯内衬进行很好的保护,提高消防水带的耐磨性能,且聚氨酯内衬具有一定的耐腐蚀和耐高温性能。
2、该消防水带通过初步硫化和二次硫化工艺制成,初步硫化能够使得聚氨酯内衬与水带带胚初步复合,然后在高压下进行二次硫化,使得聚氨酯内衬能够更好的与水带带胚复合,部分聚氨酯能够渗入水带带胚的内部,提高消防水带的耐超高压能力,在同等厚度的情况下能够提高消防水带的耐压能力,便于生产轻便型的消防水带。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1,一种芳纶-聚氨酯有衬里消防水带的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、水带带胚的制作:将芳纶长丝经过并线、合股、加捻后,通过圆织机编织成筒状的水带带胚;
S2、聚氨酯内衬的制作:将洁净的聚氨酯粒子投入到挤出机中,经过挤出机高温挤出成形,得到管型的聚氨酯内衬,经过挤出机高温挤出成形时,螺杆温度一般控制在180℃,模头温度一般控制170℃;
S3、套管的制作:将聚氨酯内衬涂上粘结剂并牵引套入水带带胚,得到套管;
S4、初步硫化:在105℃-115℃的温度下,利用加热炉对套管进行初步硫化;
S5、二次硫化:在0.8MPa-1.5MPa的压力下,利用水蒸气对套管进行二次硫化;
S6、试压:对二次硫化后的套管进行试压,试压压力为0.8MPa-1.5MPa,试压时间为5min-10min;
S7、入库:将试压合格的套管进行干燥处理,干燥温度为60℃-80℃,干燥完毕后收卷,入库。
进一步的,粘结剂为聚氨酯胶水,粘结剂便于水带带胚1与聚氨酯内衬2的初步复合。
进一步的,聚氨酯内衬的厚度为1mm-3mm。
进一步的,S4中初步硫化的时间为1min-3min。
进一步的,S5中初步硫化的时间为2min-5min。
一种芳纶-聚氨酯有衬里消防水带,包括水带带胚1,所述水带带胚1的内侧设置有聚氨酯内衬2。
优选的,所述水带带胚1包括经线和纬线,纬线密度为55-65根/10cm。
本实施例中,该消防水带相较于现有的常规消防水带更轻便,耐超高压,且水带带胚1能够对聚氨酯内衬2进行很好的保护,提高消防水带的耐磨性能,且聚氨酯内衬2具有一定的耐腐蚀和耐高温性能。
该消防水带通过初步硫化和二次硫化工艺制成,初步硫化能够使得聚氨酯内衬2与水带带胚1初步复合,然后在高压下进行二次硫化,使得聚氨酯内衬2能够更好的与水带带胚1复合,部分聚氨酯能够渗入水带带胚1的内部,提高消防水带的耐超高压能力,在同等厚度的情况下能够提高消防水带的耐压能力,便于生产轻便型的消防水带。
下面例举本实施例中部分水带带胚1的型号和制作工艺:
型号16-65(长度16m,直径65mm):经线、纬线首先经过并线、合股、加捻,经线一般合股数2并1,共计筒子数216个;纬线股数为3股,且纬密控制在57-58/10cm。
型号16-80(长度16m,直径80mm)经线、纬线首先经过并线、合股、加捻,经线一般合股数2并1,共计筒子数264个;纬线股数为3股,且纬密控制在63-64/10cm。
型号20-65(长度20m,直径65mm)经线、纬线首先经过并线、合股、加捻,经线一般合股数2并1,共计筒子数228个;纬线股数为3股,且纬密控制在63-64/10cm。
型号20-80(长度20m,直径80mm)经线、纬线首先经过并线、合股、加捻,经线一般合股数2并1,共计筒子数282个;纬线股数为4股,且纬密控制在57-58/10cm。

Claims (7)

1.一种芳纶-聚氨酯有衬里消防水带的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、水带带胚的制作:将芳纶长丝经过并线、合股、加捻后,通过圆织机编织成筒状的水带带胚;
S2、聚氨酯内衬的制作:将洁净的聚氨酯粒子投入到挤出机中,经过挤出机高温挤出成形,得到管型的聚氨酯内衬;
S3、套管的制作:将聚氨酯内衬涂上粘结剂并牵引套入水带带胚,得到套管;
S4、初步硫化:在105℃-115℃的温度下,利用加热炉对套管进行初步硫化;
S5、二次硫化:在0.8MPa-1.5MPa的压力下,利用水蒸气对套管进行二次硫化;
S6、试压:对二次硫化后的套管进行试压,试压压力为0.8MPa-1.5MPa,试压时间为5min-10min;
S7、入库:将试压合格的套管进行干燥处理,干燥温度为60℃-80℃,干燥完毕后收卷,入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种芳纶-聚氨酯有衬里消防水带的制造方法,其特征在于,所述粘结剂为聚氨酯胶水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种芳纶-聚氨酯有衬里消防水带的制造方法,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯内衬的厚度为1mm-3mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种芳纶-聚氨酯有衬里消防水带的制造方法,其特征在于,S4中初步硫化的时间为1min-3min。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种芳纶-聚氨酯有衬里消防水带的制造方法,其特征在于,S5中初步硫化的时间为2min-5min。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种芳纶-聚氨酯有衬里消防水带,其特征在于,包括水带带胚,所述水带带胚的内侧设置有聚氨酯内衬。
7.根据权利要求6任一所述的一种芳纶-聚氨酯有衬里消防水带,其特征在于,所述水带带胚包括经线和纬线,纬线密度为55-65根/10cm。
