Example 2
A using method of a wire harness threading device comprises the following steps:
step 1: cutting the sleeve, marking the sleeve by a measuring tool according to the threading requirements of the sleeve and the wire harness, cutting the sleeve by a cutting machine, and transferring the sleeve to a position close to the mounting hole 67 by a transfer trolley;
step 2: the wire harness is lubricated, lubricating oil is added into the oil tank 33, the oil pump 34 is regulated, the lubricating oil in the oil tank 33 is pumped to the spray head 36 by the oil pump 34 through the pipeline 35, the spray head 36 is regulated, the lubricating oil is sprayed out, and the lubricating oil enters the third hollow spool 31 through the through hole 32 to lubricate the wire harness in the third hollow spool 31;
