s1: production of the core yarn (1):
s11, weighing the raw materials, chitosan and hyaluronic acid according to the requirement, dissolving the chitosan in an acetic acid solution, and stirring to obtain a first mixture;
s12, adding hyaluronic acid into the first mixture, stirring at the speed of 150-200rpm for 5-8min, and defoaming to obtain a coating solution;
s13, coating the suture I with the coating solution, and then drying to obtain a core yarn (1);
s2: manufacturing a braided layer (2):
s21, weighing the raw materials, chitosan and hyaluronic acid according to the requirement, dissolving the chitosan in an acetic acid solution, and stirring to obtain a first mixture;
s22, adding hyaluronic acid into the first mixture, stirring at the speed of 150-200rpm for 5-8min, and defoaming to obtain a coating solution;
s23, coating the suture II with the coating solution, and then drying to obtain a single strand of the braided layer (2);
s3: weaving the core yarn (1) obtained in the step one and the single-strand rope of the weaving layer (2) obtained in the step two together:
s31, taking single strands of a plurality of weaving layers (2) and core yarns (1), and connecting the head ends and the tail ends of the core yarns (1) to form an annular guide piece; wherein, the single-stranded rope of the braided layer (2) is arranged into a spiral structure;
s32, connecting the head end and the tail end of the core yarn (1) to form an annular guide piece, and winding the single-strand rope of the woven layer (2) on the annular guide piece to arrange the annular guide piece at the central position of the spiral structure of the single-strand rope of the woven layer (2);
s33, arranging single strands of the plurality of braided layers (2) to be wound outside the annular guide piece and tightly attached to the annular guide piece to obtain the braided layers (2);
s4: manufacturing an antibacterial coating layer (3):
taking the coating solution prepared in the step two, coating the combination of the core yarn (1) and the weaving layer (2) obtained in the step three with the coating solution, and then drying to obtain the medical operation suture with the antibacterial coating layer (3);
