背景技术

(1)分别取一定量的甘油硬脂酸酯、硬脂醇、石蜡、矿脂、生育酚进行混合，并控制温度在60-70℃之间加热搅拌，充分混合均匀得到油相；
(2)分别取一定量的去离子水、甘油、月桂醇硫酸酯钠混合，并控制温度在60-70℃之间加热搅拌，充分混合均匀得到水相；
(3)取一定量的芦荟以及银杏叶并加入60-65度的热水榨取汁液，100目过滤，备用；
(4)分别取一定量的党参、当归、白芍以及白术混合后粉碎，并过筛得到50-100目粉末，75％乙醇萃取，过滤、备用；
(5)将步骤(1)得到的油相以及步骤(2)得到的水相、步骤(3)得到的汁液以及步骤(4)得到的萃取液，进行均质，待温度降到40-50℃后，加入一定量的尿囊素、羟苯乙酯，开启均质设备，以转速为400-600rpm反复均质到粒径达到200-300nm，加入香精搅拌均匀，即得到纳米乳液。
进一步地，所述银杏叶选用新鲜采摘的鲜绿色且无虫眼的银杏叶，而后经过清洗、去除银杏叶上的叶梗得到。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
本发明为了改善脚部易滋生细菌、脚后跟开裂以及长时间穿鞋导致的异味问题，提出了一种新的脚部护理乳液，在具体使用时通过定时涂抹即可得到有效改善，且不会出现复发问题，而且长期使用还能改善脚部皮肤的细腻程度，并具有滋润、美白、杀菌、抑菌以及除臭的功效。
实施例一
一种用于足部的尿囊素纳米乳液，包括以下重量份数的成分：去离子水80份，甘油20份，矿脂15份，尿囊素5份，生育酚3份，硬脂醇4份，甘油硬脂酸酯2份，石蜡2份，月桂醇硫酸酯钠2份，香精1份，乙醇1份，羟苯乙酯0.2份，甘草5份，洋甘菊10份，芦荟10份，银杏叶7份，党参8份，当归7份，白芍3份，白术4份。
在制备时：
(1)分别取一定量的甘油硬脂酸酯、硬脂醇、石蜡、矿脂、生育酚进行混合，并控制温度在60-70℃之间加热搅拌，充分混合均匀得到油相；
(2)分别取一定量的去离子水、甘油、月桂醇硫酸酯钠混合，并控制温度在60-70℃之间加热搅拌，充分混合均匀得到水相；
(3)取一定量的芦荟以及银杏叶并加入60-65度的热水榨取汁液，100目过滤，备用；
(4)分别取一定量的党参、当归、白芍以及白术混合后粉碎，并过筛得到50-100目粉末，75％乙醇萃取，过滤、备用；
(5)将步骤(1)得到的油相以及步骤(2)得到的水相、步骤(3)得到的汁液以及步骤(4)得到的萃取液，进行均质，待温度降到40-50℃后，加入一定量的尿囊素、羟苯乙酯，开启均质设备，以转速为400-600rpm反复均质到粒径达到200-300nm，加入香精搅拌均匀，即得到纳米乳液。
通过采用上述配方，即利用水作为溶剂、甘油作为保湿剂、矿脂作为润肤剂、尿囊素和生育酚即现有技术中的维生素E作为皮肤调理剂、硬脂醇作为乳化稳定剂、甘油硬脂醇和月桂醇硫酸酯钠作为乳化剂、石蜡来控制本发明制备的乳液的粘度、香精作为芬芳剂、乙醇作为有机溶剂以及羟苯乙酯作为防腐剂，配比以及成分组合较为合理，并且，为了提高本发明的功能性，设置了甘草和洋甘菊，用于杀菌和抑菌；设置了芦荟，用于提高本发明的补水性能；加入银杏叶以及党参、白术、白芍以及当归用于提高本发明的除菌抑菌、去除脚气的作用。
为了提高本发明的杀菌作用，可以选择性添加皂角。

芦荟为选用汁液饱满且新鲜的芦荟叶子并经剥除其外部的芦荟皮之后，得到的内部汁液。
实施例三
分别利用本发明提供的配方制作成乳液，对本发明的效果进行验证。
在实验的过程中，将实验患者分为实验组、对照组一、对照组二以及空白组，其中：实验对象为年龄相同、性别相同以及症状相同(均为脚部后跟位置有干燥性皮肤开裂、近似程度的脚臭、出脚汗以及皮肤粗糙)的患者，实验组为采用本发明进行涂抹，对照组一为采用现有技术中一般性具有治疗脚气问题的脚气药物，对照组二为采用一般性护肤品药物涂抹的患者，空白组为未采用任何药物以及护肤品的患者，且每组实验人员均为10名。
由于人体皮肤代谢至少要28天的时间，因此，选定实验时间为28天，且按照每天定时且早晚涂抹的方式，并在涂抹后穿同样的袜子以及写字，且均进行相同量的活动，避免客户因素的干扰影响实验效果。
经过28天的实验之后，通过涂抹本发明的患者不但脚部脚气以及出汗问题得到了有效缓解，而且脚部开裂以及皮肤粗糙问题得到了大幅度改善，变得光滑、细腻且较涂抹一般性护肤品的实验人员更加白皙，具有明显的效果。

4.如权利要求1～3任一项所述的一种用于足部的尿囊素纳米乳液的制备方法，其特征在于，在制备时，
(1)分别取一定量的甘油硬脂酸酯、硬脂醇、石蜡、矿脂、生育酚进行混合，并控制温度在60-70℃之间加热搅拌，充分混合均匀得到油相；
(2)分别取一定量的去离子水、甘油、月桂醇硫酸酯钠混合，并控制温度在60-70℃之间加热搅拌，充分混合均匀得到水相；
(3)取一定量的芦荟以及银杏叶并加入60-65度的热水榨取汁液，100目过滤，备用；
(4)分别取一定量的党参、当归、白芍以及白术混合后粉碎，并过筛得到50-100目粉末，75％乙醇萃取，过滤、备用；
(5)将步骤(1)得到的油相以及步骤(2)得到的水相、步骤(3)得到的汁液以及步骤(4)得到的萃取液，进行均质，待温度降到40-50℃后，加入一定量的尿囊素、羟苯乙酯，开启均质设备，以转速为400-600rpm反复均质到粒径达到200-300nm，加入香精搅拌均匀，即得到纳米乳液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于足部的尿囊素纳米乳液的制备方法，其特征在于，所述银杏叶选用新鲜采摘的鲜绿色且无虫眼的银杏叶，而后经过清洗、去除银杏叶上的叶梗得到。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于足部的尿囊素纳米乳液的制备方法，其特征在于，所述芦荟为选用汁液饱满且新鲜的芦荟叶子并经剥除其外部的芦荟皮之后，得到的内部汁液。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于足部的尿囊素纳米乳液的制备方法，其特征在于，在步骤(5)制备好的纳米乳液中加入经过粉碎的皂角，而后再次在400-600rpm下高速均质得到。
