In one embodiment, the housing 120 is manufactured by processing a first blank to form a middle plate 1222 having a protrusion 130, processing a second blank to form a frame 1224, assembling the middle plate 1222 and the frame 1224 to form a middle frame 122, and mounting the display 110 and the rear cover 124 after mounting a motherboard, a battery, and other devices on the middle frame 122. The protrusion 130 is formed by protruding from the middle plate 1222, and the protrusion 130 is easy to process and assemble.
In another embodiment, the projection 130 is formed extending from the rim 1224. Specifically, the protruding portion 130 and the rim 1224 are integrally formed, for example, the protruding portion 130 and the rim 1224 are formed by injection molding through a shape of a mold, or the protruding portion 130 and the rim 1224 are formed by machining a blank. In one embodiment, the housing 120 is manufactured by processing a first blank to form the frame 1224 having the protrusion 130, processing a second blank to form the middle plate 1222, assembling the middle plate 1222 and the frame 1224 to form the middle frame 122, and installing the display 110 and the rear cover 124 after installing the main board, the battery, and other devices on the middle frame 122. The protruding portion 130 is formed by extending from the frame 1224, and the protruding portion 130 is easy to process and assemble.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 6, in the embodiment, the mobile terminal 100 includes the decoration sheet 30, and the decoration sheet 30 is disposed on the protrusion 130 to protect the first camera 42. Specifically, the decoration sheet 30 is made of a material with friction resistance, collision resistance and high strength, such as tempered glass, and the decoration sheet 30 covers the first cameras 42 to protect the lenses of the first cameras 42 and prevent the lenses of the first cameras 42 from being scratched to affect shooting, and when the number of the first cameras 42 is multiple, the decoration sheet 30 covers the first cameras 42 simultaneously to protect the lenses of each first camera 42.
Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 16, in the present embodiment, the protruding portion 130 includes a top end surface 130b, the top end surface 130b faces the same direction as the rear side surface 120d, the protruding portion 130 is provided with a mounting groove 1300, the mounting groove 1300 is formed by recessing the top end surface 130b and the side end surface 130a into the protruding portion 130, and the decorative sheet 30 is received in the mounting groove 1300 to fix the decorative sheet 30. Specifically, the mounting groove 1300 is formed partially on the top end surface 130b of the protrusion 130 and partially on the side end surface 130a of the protrusion 130, and the decorative sheet 30 is partially located on the top end surface 130b side and partially located on the side end surface 130a side, so that the decorative sheet 30 not only protects the surface of the protrusion 130, but also makes the surface of the protrusion 130 more beautiful. In this embodiment, the top end surface 130b and the side end surface 130a of the protruding portion 130 are smoothly transited by rounded corners, and the corresponding decorative sheet 30 also has smoothly curved portions, so that the surface of the protruding portion 130 is flat.
Referring to fig. 18 to fig. 22, in the present embodiment, the mobile terminal 100 further includes a driving mechanism 60, the driving mechanism 60 is accommodated in the housing 120, and the driving mechanism 60 is connected to the movable element 20 and controls the driving mechanism 60 to drive the movable element 20 to move into or out of the housing 120. Specifically, the driving mechanism 60 is used to drive the moveable member 20 to move linearly, i.e., the moveable member 20 moves into or out of the housing 120. In one embodiment, the driving force of the driving mechanism 60 is provided by a driving element such as a driving motor, i.e., the moveable member 20 can be automatically moved into or out of the housing 120, such as a user operating a system of the mobile terminal 100 and controlling the moveable member 20 to slide. Of course, in other embodiments, the driving force of the driving mechanism 60 may be provided by the user, i.e., the user manually pushes and pulls the movable member 20, and the movable member 20 is mechanically controlled to slide. The sliding mode of the driving movable piece 20 is various, and different use schemes are provided to meet different use requirements.
Referring to fig. 18, in one embodiment, the driving mechanism 60 includes a driving motor 62 and a lead screw 64 fixedly connected to a rotating shaft of the driving motor 62, the driving motor 62 is fixed to the housing 120, and the lead screw 64 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft of the driving motor 62, so that the driving motor 62 can drive the lead screw 64 to rotate. The movable member 20 is provided with a projection 66, and the projection 66 is integrally formed with the movable member 20. In one embodiment, the projection 66 is adapted to fit within a channel of the lead screw 64. The projection 66 is slidably coupled within the guide slot of the lead screw 64, and the drive motor 62 is configured to drive the projection 66 to slide within the guide slot of the lead screw 64 to move the moveable member 20 into and out of the housing 120. The driving mechanism 60 has a simple driving manner and high driving efficiency, and is beneficial to controlling the movable member 20 to move into or out of the housing 120.
Referring to fig. 19 and 20, in one embodiment, the driving mechanism 60 includes an electromagnetic element 72 and a magnetic element 74 disposed opposite to each other, the electromagnetic element 72 is fixed to the housing 120, the magnetic element 74 is fixed to the movable element 20, and the electromagnetic element 72 is used for driving the magnetic element 74 to move toward or away from the electromagnetic element 72 so as to move the movable element 20 into or out of the housing 120. In this embodiment, the direction of the magnetic field of the electromagnetic element 72 can be changed by changing the direction of the current flowing through the coil of the electromagnetic element 72, specifically, when the magnetism of the end of the electromagnetic element 72 facing the magnetic element 74 is different from the magnetism of the end of the magnetic element 74 facing the electromagnetic element 72, the electromagnetic element 72 attracts the magnetic element 74, so as to drive the movable element 20 to move into the housing 120; the end of the magnetic element 72 facing the magnetic element 74 is magnetically identical to the end of the magnetic element 74 facing the magnetic element 72, and the magnetic element 72 repels the magnetic element 74, thereby driving the moveable member 20 out of the housing 120. The driving mechanism 60 has a simple driving manner and high driving efficiency, and is beneficial to controlling the movable member 20 to move into or out of the housing 120.
Referring to fig. 21, in one embodiment, the driving mechanism 60 includes a driving motor 78 and a rack 76, the driving motor 78 is fixed on the housing 120, a gear engaged with the rack 76 is fixed on a rotating shaft of the driving motor 78, the rack 76 is fixed on the movable member 20, and the driving motor 78 is used for driving the rack 76 to translate so as to move the movable member 20 into or out of the housing 120. Specifically, the direction of movement of the rack 76 and the moveable member 20 can be controlled according to the direction of rotation of the rotating shaft of the driving motor 78, thereby achieving the state that the moveable member 20 moves into or out of the housing 120. The driving mechanism 60 has a simple driving manner and high driving efficiency, and is beneficial to controlling the movable member 20 to move into or out of the housing 120.
Referring to fig. 22, in one embodiment, the driving mechanism 60 includes a driving motor 82, a lead screw 84 and a sliding rod 86, the driving motor 82 is fixed on the housing 120, the lead screw 84 is rotatably connected to the housing 120, the sliding rod 86 is fixedly connected to the movable member 20, the sliding rod 86 is provided with a protrusion 88, the protrusion 88 is slidably connected to a guide slot of the lead screw 84, and the driving motor 82 is configured to drive the lead screw 84 to rotate, so that the protrusion 88 slides in the guide slot of the lead screw 84, and the movable member 20 moves into or out of the housing 120. The driving mechanism 60 has a simple driving manner and high driving efficiency, and is beneficial to controlling the movable member 20 to move into or out of the housing 120. In this embodiment, the cross section of the sliding rod 86 is rectangular, so that the sliding rod 86 and the movable member 20 can move along a straight line. Further, one end of the screw 84 is engaged with the driving motor 82 through a gear, so that the driving motor 82 drives the screw 84 to rotate.
Referring to fig. 23 and 24, fig. 23 is a rear view of the mobile terminal 100 according to the second embodiment of the present application, and fig. 24 is a schematic diagram of the device main body 10 of the mobile terminal 100. The second embodiment of the present application provides a mobile terminal 100 substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that the receiving groove 140 is formed from the left side surface 120a to be recessed into the housing 120. When the moving part 20 moves out of the accommodating groove 140, the functional device 22 can be used normally, and when the moving part 20 moves into the accommodating groove 140, the functional device 22 is hidden, so that the space of the display screen 110 is not occupied, the screen occupation ratio of the display screen 110 is high, and the user experience is improved; the protruding portion 130 is further provided with the first camera 42, so that the moving element 20, the first camera 42 and other devices are all arranged on one side of the casing 120, the other side of the casing 120 can be used for arranging the main board 67 and other devices, and the utilization rate of the internal space of the casing 120 is high.

Claims (15)

1. A mobile terminal, comprising:
a display screen;
the display screen comprises a shell, a display screen and a control unit, wherein the shell comprises a left side surface, a right side surface, a front side surface and a back side surface, the left side surface and the right side surface are arranged in a back-to-back manner, the front side surface and the back side surface are arranged in a back-to-back manner, the left side surface and the right side surface are connected between the front side surface and the back side surface, the display screen is arranged on the front side surface, the shell comprises a middle frame and a back cover, the middle frame is provided with a protruding portion, the protruding portion protrudes out of the back side surface, the back cover is provided with an avoiding opening facing the protruding portion, the protruding portion penetrates through the back cover from the avoiding opening, the shell is provided with an accommodating groove, the accommodating groove is formed by recessing the;
the first camera is arranged on the protruding portion, and the orientation of the first camera is the same as that of the rear side face;
the movable part is provided with a functional device, and the functional device can move in or out of the accommodating groove along with the movable part.
2. A mobile terminal according to claim 1, characterised in that the boss comprises a side end face which is oriented in the same direction as the right side face and which is flush with the right side face.
3. The mobile terminal of claim 2, wherein the display screen and the rear cover are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the middle frame.
4. The mobile terminal of claim 3, wherein the middle frame comprises a middle plate and a frame, the frame is connected to an edge of the middle plate, and the receiving groove intercepts the middle plate.
5. The mobile terminal of claim 4, wherein the protrusion is formed protruding from the middle plate.
6. The mobile terminal of claim 4, wherein the protrusion is formed extending from the bezel.
7. The mobile terminal of claim 2, wherein the mobile terminal comprises a decorative sheet covering the protrusion to protect the first camera.
8. The mobile terminal of claim 7, wherein the protrusion comprises a top end surface facing the same direction as the rear side surface, the protrusion is provided with a mounting groove formed by recessing the protrusion from the top end surface and the side end surface, and the decorative sheet is received in the mounting groove to fix the decorative sheet.
9. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the mobile terminal comprises a main board, the main board is accommodated in the housing, and the main board is located on a side of the protruding portion facing the left side surface.
10. The mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein the number of the first cameras is plural, and a connection line of the plural first cameras is perpendicular to a direction in which the movable member moves into or out of the accommodating groove.
11. The mobile terminal according to claim 10, wherein the mobile terminal comprises a flash, the flash is disposed on the housing, an orientation of a light emitting surface of the flash is the same as an orientation of the rear side surface, and the flash is located on an extension line of a connection line of the plurality of first cameras.
12. The mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein the functional device includes a second camera, the second camera is exposed when the movable member moves out of the accommodating groove, a light incident surface of the second camera faces in a direction opposite to a direction of the rear side surface, and the second camera is shielded when the movable member moves into the accommodating groove.
13. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the moveable member includes a side surface that is flush with the right side surface when the moveable member is moved into the receiving slot.
14. The mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein the mobile terminal comprises a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism is located in the housing, the driving mechanism is connected to the movable member and drives the movable member to move into or out of the accommodating slot, the driving mechanism comprises a driving motor, a lead screw and a sliding rod, the driving motor is fixed on the housing, the lead screw is rotatably connected to the housing, the sliding rod is fixedly connected to the movable member, a protrusion is arranged on the sliding rod, the protrusion is slidably connected in a guide slot of the lead screw, and the driving motor is configured to drive the lead screw to rotate, so that the protrusion slides in the guide slot of the lead screw to move the movable member into or out of the accommodating slot.
15. A mobile terminal, comprising:
a display screen;
the display screen comprises a shell, a display screen and a control unit, wherein the shell comprises a left side surface, a right side surface, a front side surface and a back side surface, the left side surface and the right side surface are arranged in a back-to-back manner, the front side surface and the back side surface are arranged in a back-to-back manner, the left side surface and the right side surface are connected between the front side surface and the back side surface, the display screen is arranged on the front side surface, the shell comprises a middle frame and a back cover, the middle frame is provided with a protruding portion, the protruding portion protrudes out of the back side surface, the back cover is provided with an avoiding opening facing the protruding portion, the protruding portion penetrates through the back cover from the avoiding opening, the shell is provided with an accommodating groove, the accommodating groove is formed by sinking into;
the first camera is arranged on the protruding portion, and the orientation of the first camera is the same as that of the rear side face;
the movable part is provided with a functional device, and the functional device can move in or out of the accommodating groove along with the movable part.
