The touch plates A, C, E, G are arranged on the sensor trigger plate 204, and the touch plates are respectively separated by grooves B, D, F, so that the sensor trigger plate 204 can intermittently shield the first sensor 110 and the second sensor 111 when rotating to generate signals to inform an upper computer to send out commands. When the power plate 205 is rotated counterclockwise into position, the roller 404 presses against the recess 252 of the power plate 205; when the power driving plate 205 rotates clockwise to the right position, the roller 404 presses the groove 256 of the power driving plate 205, the spring 408 limits the roller 404 in the clamping groove of the power driving plate 205, so as to ensure that the rotating shaft mechanism does not shake in the initial state, the recovery state and the returning state, one end of the spring is connected with the fixing plate 402, and the other end is connected with the motor mounting plate 302.

When receiving a command of recovering coins, the motor 301 rotates anticlockwise, the motor 301 drives the driving wheel 303 to rotate anticlockwise, the driving wheel 303 drives the driven wheel 208 to drive the first driven shaft 206 to rotate anticlockwise, and the rotation of the first driven shaft 206 simultaneously drives the sensor touch plate 204, the power driving plate 205, the first fan wheel 201, the second fan wheel 202 and the third fan wheel 203 to rotate anticlockwise.
