According to the power emergency evaluation system provided by the embodiment of the invention, a server side obtains power equipment data and electrical quantity data of a power system, then a power emergency capacity evaluation side carries out assignment and weight calculation on the power equipment data, the emergency capacity of the power equipment is evaluated according to an obtained capacity assignment result and a capacity index weight value to obtain a power equipment emergency capacity evaluation result, meanwhile, a power emergency plan evaluation side carries out assignment and weight calculation on the electrical quantity data, and a power emergency plan is evaluated according to an obtained plan assignment result and a plan index weight value to obtain a power emergency plan evaluation result, and then the server side obtains a power system emergency evaluation result according to the power equipment emergency capacity evaluation result and the power emergency plan evaluation result. On one hand, the system adopts a simple model, and can greatly reduce the calculation complexity, thereby reducing the requirements on computer hardware and being more beneficial to commercialization; on the other hand, the comprehensive and accurate emergency evaluation system for the power system can be effectively provided, the evaluation efficiency can be effectively improved, the scientificity and the accuracy of the evaluation result can be improved, and the emergency evaluation system has the characteristics of simplicity in operation and high adaptability.
It should be noted that the above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, where the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on multiple network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment. 1. An electric power emergency evaluation system, comprising: the system comprises a server side, an electric power emergency capacity evaluation side and an electric power emergency plan evaluation side;
the server side is used for acquiring power equipment data and electrical quantity data of a power system;
the electric power emergency capacity evaluation terminal is used for carrying out assignment and weight calculation on the electric power equipment data, and evaluating the emergency capacity of the electric power equipment according to the obtained capacity assignment result and the capacity index weight value to obtain an electric power equipment emergency capacity evaluation result;
the electric power emergency plan evaluation terminal is used for carrying out assignment and weight calculation on the electric quantity data and evaluating the electric power emergency plan according to the obtained plan assignment result and plan index weight value to obtain an electric power emergency plan evaluation result;
the server is further used for obtaining an emergency evaluation result of the power system according to the emergency capacity evaluation result of the power equipment and the emergency plan evaluation result of the power;
the power emergency capacity evaluation terminal comprises a capacity index assignment module, a capacity index weight determination module, a power emergency capacity evaluation module and an index correlation analysis module;
the capacity index assignment module is used for constructing a capacity evaluation index system of the emergency capacity of the electric power equipment according to the electric power equipment data from the server side, and assigning values to each index in the capacity evaluation index system by adopting a preset capacity index assignment model to obtain a capacity assignment result;
the capacity index weight determining module is used for calculating the capacity index weight value of each index in the capacity evaluation index system by adopting a preset capacity weighting model;
the power emergency capacity evaluation module is used for evaluating the emergency capacity of the power equipment according to the capacity assignment result and the capacity index weight value of each index to obtain an evaluation result of the emergency capacity of the power equipment;
and the index correlation analysis module is used for analyzing the relative correlation degree of each index in the capability evaluation index system.
2. The power emergency evaluation system according to claim 1, wherein the power emergency capability evaluation terminal further includes a capability ranking module;
and the capacity grading module is used for grading the evaluation result of the emergency capacity of the electrical equipment according to a preset grade threshold value to obtain the evaluation result of the capacity grade of the emergency capacity of the electrical equipment.
3. The power emergency evaluation system according to claim 1, wherein the power emergency capability evaluation terminal further includes a first result output module;

the plan index weight dividing module is used for determining a plan index weight value according to the plan assignment result from the plan index assignment module and a preset index weight boundary condition;
and the electric power emergency plan evaluation module is used for evaluating the electric power emergency plan according to the plan assignment result and the plan index weight value of each index to obtain an electric power emergency plan evaluation result.
5. The power emergency assessment system according to claim 4, wherein the power emergency plan assessment result includes an optimal power emergency plan;
the electric power emergency plan evaluation module further comprises a plan comparison module and a plan sorting module;
the plan comparison module is used for calculating the similarity between each electric power emergency plan and a preset ideal plan to obtain a similarity result;
the plan sorting module is used for sorting the similarity results of the electric power emergency plans from large to small and acquiring the electric power emergency plan sorted in the front a as the optimal electric power emergency plan; wherein a is more than or equal to 1.
