Abstract
本发明公布一种电磁直驱换向多路阀,属于多路阀技术领域。阀体中的阀芯安装孔内滑动安装有换向阀芯;阀体阀芯安装孔两端固定连接有电磁驱动装置;阀体阀芯安装孔两端开有内止口,换向阀芯端部具有外档台;换向阀芯端部套装有压环,压环内圈压在外档台外侧,压环外环位于阀体阀芯安装孔端部的内止口中;压环外侧连接有复位弹簧。本发明将电磁驱动装置连接在阀芯安装孔两端,通过压环、复位弹簧与换向阀芯驱动连接,简化了结构零件,使得阀体更为紧凑,重量轻;阀芯换向动作灵活快速、可控性好,换向冲击小,能提高多路阀换向响应速度百毫秒以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及多路阀技术领域,具体是一种电磁直驱换向多路阀。
背景技术
多路阀是一种集中布置的组合式换向阀,其主体是多个换向阀,主要用在各种工程机械、起重机械等需要实现多种动作控制的行走机械上。目前国内外多路阀的换向方式大都采用手动换向或通过比例电磁阀控制先导油液,实现对多路阀换向阀芯的换向控制。而电磁换向具有相对响应快速灵敏的优点,因此从多路阀的基本构成单位来考虑,采用电磁直驱换向能够有效提高多路阀的动作响应速度,提高工作控制功能的可靠性。
现有的专利中公开了一种手动电控多路换向阀(CN203335511U),包括进油阀和回油端盖,还包括至少一个手动电控换向阀,所述手动电控换向阀设在所述进油阀与回油端盖之间;所述手动电控换向阀包括驱动手柄、换向阀和电控驱动装置,所述换向阀设在所述驱动手柄和电控驱动装置之间;所述换向阀包括主阀体和阀杆,所述主阀体的顶面具有A、B油口、中部设有与所述A、B油口连通的一水平主孔,所述阀杆活动设在所述主孔内;所述阀杆一端连接所述驱动手柄、另一端连接所述电控驱动装置。
上述现有技术存在以下不足:动电控换向阀结构较为复杂、笨重,加工制造成本高,控制精度较低,响应速度相对较慢。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种电磁直驱换向多路阀。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种电磁直驱换向多路阀,包括阀体,所述阀体上开有阀芯安装孔,阀芯安装孔中滑动安装有换向阀芯;阀体上还开有与阀芯安装孔连通的油口;所述阀体阀芯安装孔两端固定连接有电磁驱动装置,电磁驱动装置中的驱动机构与换向阀芯端部相对;所述阀体阀芯安装孔两端开有内止口,换向阀芯端部具有外档台;所述换向阀芯端部套装有压环,压环内圈压在外档台外侧,压环外环位于阀体阀芯安装孔端部的内止口中;所述压环外侧连接有复位弹簧。
其进一步是:所述电磁驱动装置内部安装有与驱动机构配合的电磁线圈,电磁驱动装置外端设有锁紧塑料螺母。
所述阀体阀芯安装孔端部开有内螺纹,所述电磁驱动装置中驱动机构一端具有凸出的螺纹套筒;所述螺纹套筒外壁根部开有安装槽,螺纹套筒上安装槽内安装有O型密封圈;所述阀体阀芯安装孔端部开有两段折线的内倒角,内倒角挤压在O型密封圈上。
所述复位弹簧外端位于螺纹套筒中,复位弹簧一端抵在螺纹套筒底部,复位弹簧另一端抵在所述压环外侧;所述驱动机构的驱动端位于螺纹套筒轴心位置上,驱动机构伸出时,驱动机构的驱动端穿过复位弹簧中心抵在换向阀芯端部。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1,电磁驱动装置连接在阀芯安装孔两端,通过压环、复位弹簧与换向阀芯驱动连接,简化了结构零件,使得阀体更为紧凑,重量轻;
2,通过电磁驱动装置将电能转化为机械能,从而产生驱动力实现阀芯换向动作,阀芯换向动作灵活快速、可控性好,换向冲击小,能提高多路阀换向响应速度百毫秒以上。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的一个具体实施例,现结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
结合图1和图3所示,一种电磁直驱换向多路阀,阀体2上开有阀芯安装孔,阀芯安装孔中滑动安装有换向阀芯3;阀体2上还开有与阀芯安装孔连通的油口。阀体2阀芯安装孔两端固定连接有电磁驱动装置1,电磁驱动装置1内部安装有与驱动机构1-3配合的电磁线圈1-2,电磁驱动装置1外端设有锁紧塑料螺母1-1。
结合图2所示,阀体2阀芯安装孔两端开有内止口2-1,换向阀芯3端部具有外档台3-1。换向阀芯3端部套装有压环4,压环4内圈压在外档台3-1外侧,压环4外环位于阀体2阀芯安装孔端部的内止口2-1中。压环4外端连接复位弹簧5。在两侧的复位弹簧5推动下,压环4紧贴在阀芯安装孔内止口2-1和换向阀芯3的外档台3-1,保证换向阀芯3正好处于中位。
阀体2阀芯安装孔端部开有内螺纹,电磁驱动装置1中驱动机构1-3一端具有凸出的螺纹套筒1-5。螺纹套筒1-5外壁根部开有安装槽,螺纹套筒1-5上安装槽内安装有O型密封圈1-4;螺纹套筒1-5与阀芯安装孔端部的内螺纹连接。阀体2阀芯安装孔端部开有两段折线的内倒角,内倒角挤压在O型密封圈1-4上。安装槽、内倒角、O型密封圈的配合保证电磁驱动装置可以直接驱动换向阀芯,准确快速换向而不漏油。
复位弹簧5外端位于螺纹套筒1-5中,复位弹簧5一端抵在螺纹套筒1-5底部,复位弹簧5另一端抵在压环4外侧。驱动机构1-3的驱动端位于螺纹套筒1-5轴心位置上,驱动机构1-3伸出时,驱动机构1-3的驱动端穿过复位弹簧5中心抵在换向阀芯3端部。
工作原理:
当左侧或右侧的电磁驱动装置1得电,电磁驱动装置1中驱动机构伸出直接推动换向阀芯3换向,达到对流体方向控制的目的;当左侧或右侧的电磁驱动装置1失电后,换向阀芯3在复位弹簧5的作用下恢复到原来的中位。
本实施例借鉴电磁换向阀的特点和优势,将多路阀的优点与电磁换向阀的优点相结合,该电磁直驱换向多路阀既具有电磁换向阀结构简单、操纵方便可靠、成本相对较低的优点,又具有多路阀结构紧凑、压力损失小、滑阀移动阻力小、寿命长并可同时实现控制多个动作的特点,有效提高了换向动作的可靠性与响应速度。
Claims (4)
1.一种电磁直驱换向多路阀,包括阀体(2),所述阀体(2)上开有阀芯安装孔,阀芯安装孔中滑动安装有换向阀芯(3);阀体(2)上还开有与阀芯安装孔连通的油口;
其特征在于:
所述阀体(2)阀芯安装孔两端固定连接有电磁驱动装置(1),电磁驱动装置(1)中的驱动机构(1-3)与换向阀芯(3)端部相对;
所述阀体(2)阀芯安装孔两端开有内止口(2-1),换向阀芯(3)端部具有外档台(3-1);所述换向阀芯(3)端部套装有压环(4),压环(4)内圈压在外档台(3-1)外侧,压环(4)外环位于阀体(2)阀芯安装孔端部的内止口(2-1)中;所述压环(4)外侧连接有复位弹簧(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电磁直驱换向多路阀,其特征在于:所述电磁驱动装置(1)内部安装有与驱动机构(1-3)配合的电磁线圈(1-2),电磁驱动装置(1)外端设有锁紧塑料螺母(1-1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电磁直驱换向多路阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(2)阀芯安装孔端部开有内螺纹,所述电磁驱动装置(1)中驱动机构(1-3)一端具有凸出的螺纹套筒(1-5);所述螺纹套筒(1-5)外壁根部开有安装槽,螺纹套筒(1-5)上安装槽内安装有O型密封圈(1-4);所述阀体(2)阀芯安装孔端部开有两段折线的内倒角,内倒角挤压在O型密封圈(1-4)上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的电磁直驱换向多路阀,其特征在于:所述复位弹簧(5)外端位于螺纹套筒(1-5)中,复位弹簧(5)一端抵在螺纹套筒(1-5)底部,复位弹簧(5)另一端抵在所述压环(4)外侧;所述驱动机构(1-3)的驱动端位于螺纹套筒(1-5)轴心位置上,驱动机构(1-3)伸出时,驱动机构(1-3)的驱动端穿过复位弹簧(5)中心抵在换向阀芯(3)端部。
