本发明涉及FPC补强技术领域,具体为一种钢带热压片料胶纸用套贴治具。
背景技术
补强板又叫加强板,增强板,支撑板,保强板,加强筋,补强板主要用在建筑,石油管道,机工设备,电子产品等;在电子产品中FPC软性电路板中被广泛使用,补强板主要解决柔性电路板的柔韧度性,提高插接部位的强度,方便产品的整体组装;
现有技术中,随着FPC补强行业的发展趋势,越来越多钢片补强板备胶要求局部胶内缩,目前蚀刻钢片背胶产品为全周内宿设计,无法满足产品其他边缘等大背胶需求,且常规的热压机滚贴胶纸易导致胶纸与钢带偏移错位,无法确保胶纸准确的贴于钢带上,导致废品率提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种钢带热压片料胶纸用套贴治具,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种钢带热压片料胶纸用套贴治具,包括基板,所述基板的表面设置有治具板,所述治具板的表面开设有钢带卡槽,且治具板的表面开设有投放槽,所述投放槽的内部设置有垫板,所述垫板的端部设置有提拉杆,且垫板的表面设置有吸盘,治具板的侧壁上设置有第一固定板,且治具板的表面设置有限位导杆,所述限位导杆与对接插孔对应分布,所述对接插孔开设在连接板的表面上,所述连接板的外侧套设有加热管防护盒,所述加热管防护盒的底面设置有热压板,所述热压板固定在连接板的底面上,且连接板的顶面设置有牵拉杆,所述牵拉杆的表面设置有中心板,所述中心板的顶面设置有电动推杆,所述电动推杆固定在第二固定板的底面上,所述第二固定板的表面设置有支撑杆,所述支撑杆的底面固定在基板的表面上,且第二固定板的顶面上设置有线卡,基板的表面设置有配重块。
所述基板的表面设置有把手,治具板呈方形板状结构,钢带卡槽设置有多个,多个钢带卡槽沿着治具板的顶面长边排列分布,投放槽设置有两个,两个投放槽关于治具板的顶面短边中心对称分布,钢带卡槽和投放槽垂直设置,且投放槽的高度大于钢带卡槽的高度。

1.本发明提出的钢带热压片料胶纸用套贴治具表面开设的钢带开槽内部同时投放钢带和胶纸,钢带和胶纸现在四个限位导杆的围护下向下滑落进钢带卡槽中,由于钢带卡槽的限位围护,钢带和胶纸叠放时不会错位,然后热压板底面的下压凸板插入钢带卡槽后将胶纸热压贴合在钢带上,降低产品的废品率;
2.本发明提出的钢带热压片料胶纸用套贴治具表面开设的投放槽中设置有垫板,双手分别捏住垫板两端的提拉杆将垫板向上提拉,便于同时将多个钢带卡槽内部的贴合完成的钢带取出,相较于从钢带卡槽边缘将钢带抠出,不仅效率高,且避免钢带损坏;
3.本发明提出的钢带热压片料胶纸用套贴治具在热压板表面安装加热管进行加热,并在加热管外侧套设加热管防护罩围护,并且在热压板顶面贴附连接板,避免加热管烫伤工人。

工作原理:实际使用时,手握基板1表面的把手将基板1放置在工作台上,然后将治具板2放置在基板1的表面,手握旋拧柄将紧固螺杆螺接在基板1的表面上,实现对治具板2的固定,避免治具板2在基板1表面随意滑动,且此时治具板2处于热压板13的正下方,确保了热压板13下降后热压板13底面的下压凸板对接在钢带卡槽3中,同时对接插孔10套在限位导杆9的外侧,由于此过程仅是电动推杆16的伸缩杆伸长带动连接板11下降,并未出现结构上的变化,因此并未对这一过程的最终状态进行图形描述,这一过程的最终状态即为附图1中的热压板13和连接板11同时被限位导杆9贯穿;
治具板2固定在基板1的表面后,现将垫板5放入投放槽4中,垫板5的顶面处于钢带卡槽3的下方避免影响钢带的平稳放置,然后向钢带卡槽3内部投放钢带,钢带沿着四个限位导杆9滑落入钢带卡槽3中,然后以此方法在钢带的上方铺设一层胶纸,由于钢带卡槽3的内壁围护限位,胶纸与钢带叠放不会出现偏移;
启动电动推杆16,使电动推杆16的伸缩杆向下延伸,此时连接板11跟随伸缩杆下降,在此过程中,对接插孔10与对应的限位导杆9对接后,连接板11沿着限位导杆9下滑,直到热压板13底面的下压凸板对接在钢带卡槽3的槽口中对钢带和胶纸热压贴合,同时钢带底面被下压与吸盘7吸附,在热压板13表面安装加热管进行加热,并在加热管外侧套设加热管防护盒12围护,并且在热压板13顶面贴附连接板11,避免加热管烫伤工人,电动推杆16的伸缩杆回收后,连接板11同步上移,此时手捏提拉杆6将垫板5上提,垫板5被从投放槽4抽出时,实现同时将多个钢带卡槽3内部的钢带一同提出,相较于从钢带卡槽3边缘将钢带抠出,不仅效率高,且避免钢带损坏;
整个过程中,支撑杆18对第二固定板17连同第二固定板17底部的所有结构提拉,避免结构下落,且配重块20与支撑杆18分两侧放置,确保整个装置的平衡,避免使用过程中倾倒。

1.一种钢带热压片料胶纸用套贴治具,包括基板(1),其特征在于:所述基板(1)的表面设置有治具板(2),所述治具板(2)的表面开设有钢带卡槽(3),且治具板(2)的表面开设有投放槽(4),所述投放槽(4)的内部设置有垫板(5),所述垫板(5)的端部设置有提拉杆(6),且垫板(5)的表面设置有吸盘(7),治具板(2)的侧壁上设置有第一固定板(8),且治具板(2)的表面设置有限位导杆(9),所述限位导杆(9)与对接插孔(10)对应分布,所述对接插孔(10)开设在连接板(11)的表面上,所述连接板(11)的外侧套设有加热管防护盒(12),所述加热管防护盒(12)的底面设置有热压板(13),所述热压板(13)固定在连接板(11)的底面上,且连接板(11)的顶面设置有牵拉杆(14),所述牵拉杆(14)的表面设置有中心板(15),所述中心板(15)的顶面设置有电动推杆(16),所述电动推杆(16)固定在第二固定板(17)的底面上,所述第二固定板(17)的表面设置有支撑杆(18),所述支撑杆(18)的底面固定在基板(1)的表面上,且第二固定板(17)的顶面上设置有线卡(19),基板(1)的表面设置有配重块(20);所述基板(1)的表面设置有把手,治具板(2)呈方形板状结构,钢带卡槽(3)设置有多个,多个钢带卡槽(3)沿着治具板(2)的顶面长边排列分布,投放槽(4)设置有两个,两个投放槽(4)关于治具板(2)的顶面短边中心对称分布,钢带卡槽(3)和投放槽(4)垂直设置,且投放槽(4)的高度大于钢带卡槽(3)的高度;所述垫板(5)呈矩形板状结构,垫板(5)的长边长度大于治具板(2)的长边长度,垫板(5)处于钢带卡槽(3)的下方,吸盘(7)设置有多个,吸盘(7)与钢带卡槽(3)一一对应分布,所述提拉杆(6)呈“匚”形杆状结构,提拉杆(6)的两个垂直段的底面分别连接在两个垫板(5)的表面上,且提拉杆(6)设置有两个,两个提拉杆(6)分别分布在垫板(5)的顶面两端,所述第一固定板(8)呈方形板状结构,第一固定板(8)的表面螺接有紧固螺杆,紧固螺杆贯穿第一固定板(8)螺接在基板(1)的表面上,且紧固螺杆的顶面设置有旋拧柄,旋拧柄呈圆形板状结构,且旋拧柄的表面开设有多个指槽,指槽呈半圆形柱体结构,所述限位导杆(9)呈圆形柱体结构,每个钢带卡槽(3)的四个边角对应设置有四个限位导杆(9),对接插孔(10)呈圆孔形结构,对接插孔(10)同时贯穿连接板(11)和热压板(13)设置,所述热压板(13)的底面设置有下压凸板,下压凸板与钢带卡槽(3)对应设置,牵拉杆(14)呈“L”形结构,中心板(15)呈圆形板状结构,牵拉杆(14)设置有两个,两个牵拉杆(14)关于中心板(15)的圆面圆心对称分布,所述第二固定板(17)呈圆形板状结构,支撑杆(18)呈“L”形杆状结构,支撑杆(18)的底面设置有加固板,加固板上设置有多个螺钉,且支撑杆(18)的垂直段和支撑杆(18)的水平段之间设置有斜撑杆,线卡(19)呈半圆环结构。
